Vehicle bought last year June. With less than 50 000 km the bakkie was towed in last Thursday to Mahindra, Benoni. Warranty will not cover the repairs - nearly R40 000.00. Vehicle was sold with additional 2 year warranty and unlimited km. first vehicle ever bought that is having so much issues and no assistance from the Dealership. Had to replace the brakes and discs as well - nearly R17 000.00. Poor customer services. False advertising. I am sure that it is against the Consumer Protection Act.

    I purchased new xuv300 3 month before only.
    During car driving suddenly alloy breked at one braker.
    Rust metrial was used in 13 lakhs amount car.
    Please change my alloy otherwise we claim in cort this issue.

      I had pump leakage from in my mahindra bolera pickup. I contacted one showroom which is located in AMBIKAPUR, CHATTISGARH. they told me that the part of pickup is not available and will take 8-10 days to arrive. So i left my vehicle in that showroom. I contacted showroom staf but they were always not responsive to any my questions. And the answers they were providing was sooo unsatisfying. After 8 days i contacted them and they told me that the part has arrived. Then i went there. When i saw my vehicle i noticed several dent on side of my vehicle. And the tyres where damaged too. The mangaer was sooo irresponsible and was not resposive to my question. I have never experienced this type of worst service in any showroom. This was the worst experience i have ever faced. Now this was very disappointing to experience this typ of service from such high class company🙏

        1. I had paid the booking amt to the Astro India, Jammu for XUV700 on 07 Oct 21(day the booking opened)
        2. Dealer confirmed me the booking is done and confirmation will be sent by Mahindra on registered mob number.
        3. kept calling Astro everyday and same answer was given everyday that booking has been done.
        4.when i checked with mahindra customer care after many days, to my horror my booking was done on 15 Oct and delivery date is Dec 2022(waiting pd of 18 months)...which resulted me not getting price protection which i would have got had the booking done on 07/08 oct..the prices has already twice by 1.75 lakhs and gonna increase more soon.
        5. when I confronted Mr Manik Mahajan, sales Mgr his response was lukewarm as expected...he even stopped responding to my calls
        6. These guys are biggest cheat and feel that they can play around with customers and their only motive is grab/loot customer as much as possible. Because these type of dealers MAHINDRA's reputation is dented

          I purchased xuv700 ax7 mt petrol 7str UP15DS5587 on 04042022 before 1000 km on first service i complaint frount suspension unuswal sound on speed braker and two window rubber having bubble. on that complaint service centre chack both frount shoker and found one shoker out of order (spring broken) so they indent one shoker and two rubber same replaced after one week but again they could not fitt one window rubber and other setting same i show there again ie third time and they realised that rubber not fitt properlly hy our staff and they again fitt another used window rubber from our personal xuv (as i was ready for that).
          on the otherhand that unuswal sound from frount suspension is going on and
          dics brake sound also noisy but service centre saying ye to ase hi rhta h or rahega
          sir it is quite disgusting and irritating for me and my family(m$m) i am sure any local mistry or driver also oberving all these thing easily but could not find and resolve by yours prestigious team.
          sir we customer selling our oldone vehical and purchase newone to remain tension free for atleast 5 years but here what i got god knows.

            My 2017 XUV W10 Automatic car has developed a severe rusting issue and it’s soo bad that I don’t have no choice left but to replace them.
            Can’t believe this happening to a good car of a trusted brand like Mahindra.
            I also own a Quanto C6 2013 which after soo many year has absolutely no rust which clearly shows that the metal used was faulty.
            Would request some one from the company to at-least give your customers some solution to this serious issue.
            Is this what a company like Mahindra stands for ?? No customer care or after sale service??

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              With above subject to the reference, I Nitin Ghodke owner of Mahindra New Thar Vehicle no MH20 FY 9777 dropped to above mentioned Showroom on dated 23th April 2022 for Insurance claim.
              I have got confirmation of vehicle insurance survey done on dated 26th April 2022 by Ratanbrabha, Aurangabad Showroom. Showroom service manager informed me some spare parts not available with showroom and we will arrange the same within in week.
              I Would like to draw your attention that, continuously following with showroom for my Vehicle work to be done. But the service manager answer is the same and we are arranging the spare part as well as spare part is not available with the company and company itself not providing particular spare part.
              Kindly note that I have registered complaint twice with Mahindra & Mahindra customer care on dated 14th Apr 2022 & 06th may 2022.
              I am not satisfied with the continuously all reasons and excuses given by them.
              I would appreciate it if you could organize spare parts to Ratanbrabha, Aurangabad for fixed my vehicle without further delay. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for my transport from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost to me.
              I look forward to resolve my problem amicably. If, however the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 20th May 2022, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through customer Protection or through court.

                My name is Deepak and i had booked one of your car on march 1, 2022. I had done by booking payment on said date for Mahindra XUV 300 W8 optional of 21, 000 Rs in Dee Em Mahindra, sec -18, Gurugram(HR). Your executive had given me waiting time of 4-6 weeks in written on booking slip. But as on today I have no clue about the whereabouts of my car and further they are telling me that I have to wait approximately...

                Booked Xuv 300 on 09th April 2022 and canceled as on 11th April 2022 and Company dealer Snowview Automobiles Ltd Solan deducted 10% just for 2 days booking. Very unfair as I did not ask them to hold the vehicle for me. Very disappointed Especially from the Indian Brand.

                    Sir,
                    I had ordered a Rear Bumper and Back Light for my XUV 500 (UP80EF7666) through Agra Dealership Atmaram Auto Enterprises, Agra on 29th April 2022.

                    It has been more than 19 days since the order was placed for the above two spare parts. The workshop manager Mr. Bharat Singh has today updated me that the rear Bumper is expected to come in 3 to 4 days time whereas the Back Light there is no information yet and that it takes minimum 45 days for a discontinued model car spare part.

                    Please let me know whether a Mahindra vehicle Spare Part takes minimum 45 days time to come and what is the maximum time limit for the spare part to come to the dealership after ordered.

                            I purchased XUV3OO on 12th April 2022. At the time of purchase i was told that RC, extended warranty letter & TCS letter will be given in 1st week of May. Now they are not responding even not picking the phone especially Mr Patel & Mr Singh GM Star Automobile Jabalpur. How i will get my documents.

                              How come the complaint has been resolved despite not getting the delivery. The date of delivery was 23rd March, changed to 7th April and now 16th May with price increase. Why should I pay the increase price when there was delay from mahindra as i have done the booking on 23rd Feb 2022 and paid the booking amount

                                Xuv 300 starter motor warranty

                                I have purchased xuv300w8(0) regd no OD11X9696 on 10/10/2021 from Basanti auto mobile baleswar Odisha with shield warranty
                                After 6month ( 10000 km )in second servicing 12/05/2022
                                My vehicle was not started
                                The service centre manager inform me that my starter motor was burned and also told that it is under shileld warranty
                                But after fitted it they told me that my clutch plate also burned but it is not under warranty...

                                I have given for some repair my Mahindra TUV300 at Mahindra Automative Service Center at Ranigunj, Secunderbada, Hyderabad, Telangana on 30th April 2022, as I need to go tomorrow to town 350+ km away and that too with my family... Even today the repair work is not done properly and entire inspire of lot of followup and reminder calls to service advisor by name Akhil and test driver Vekatesh.

                                1. Most non responsive advisor I have ever seen...
                                2. Even after many calls did not respond or called back except today when I strictly told to handover my car in AS-IS condition...
                                3. After I came to get my car delivered, they started to rectify/fix issues such as Battery charging, Indicators, unusual sounds in car which are minimum things to check and can be risky at the time of long journey
                                4. Car even not water washed, attaching Picture for your reference
                                5. Coolant issue not solved, still it's leaking, the indent for new parts, advisor said to keep on 30th April and today on 11th May still he says it's yet to deliver from Mahindra Parts department...

                                  Hello Mahindra Service Team,

                                  My vehicle was accidented on 25th March 2022 and I have been sent back to Mahindra services center (Somya Service Center Dewas Naka, Indore Madhya Pradesh) on 31st March 2022. However till date I didn't get my car from service center, and I have contact many times to service center and always they said that "if part not comes from mahindra company then how we can provide you". So please tell me it's our responsibility to get parts from the mahindra store ?

                                  At the time of handing over my car to the service center, I got a message in With you Hamesha in Mahindra official Apps, the estimated delivery around 15 April 2022, however till date I'm not getting my car and also there is no probability that my car even received with me 1-2 months. So this is not a service standard expectation from Mahindra Company.

                                  Actually, I need my car for daily office purposes and I'm facing issues on a daily basis while going to office and my office distance from home is around 25km, so daily I'll take an online cab and face daily issues.
