Respected sir,
I want to draw your attention to the problem i have faced for last 3 years. I have a xuv 300 w6 car . I purchased it from JK Grover Automotive Hatwas Nagrota Bagwan distt Kangra Himachal Pradesh. From the very first year there is a noise while applying break. I visited more than 10/12 times to resolve same problem. But all in vain. Yesterday i visited again and they hold my car for diagnosis.
Sir, this time i am excepting a permanent solution of this from your side.. otherwise I don't bring it at home back. Please change my whole break pannel

    Hey I am Enosh, I have purchased marrazo on 5th is this month and have driven approx 1800kms, as we see ARAI claims 17.3 mileage and also Mahindra says the same. Though I have driving in between 80-100 in high I am getting a mileage of 12km/l. On 1st service I have raised the issue, I have said that we have resolved the errors, and again I have driven long trip of 700km, mileage is same.
    Kindly see to this.

      Hello Sir,
      I had purchased Mahendra bolero Neo eight months back and for the first time I took the vehicle for long journey to Gujarat from Nizamabad but faced soo many issues during journey.
      1) First the engine light came and after that the Engine issue started.
      The vehicle started jurking...and also the vehicle become like neutral no acceleration work and the vehicle stopped on the road.
      I waited for some time after that I started engine and it started but the engine light was still on.I took the vehicle to Beed service center and he removed the bugs and after that there was no isssue till 400km ..but after 400km the same issue continue and any how I reached to bhuj service centre but here the service person says that their is some issue in engine and I dont understand its a newly purchased vehicle and only 8months old then why this engine problem.
      They also said that it will not be covered in insurance and the repair cost will be around ₹6500.
      Being the new vehicle and with complete insurance and still it is not covered under insurance, as I was not having any other option i had to pay and make the vehicle done.
      They did something and removed the error and again after my further journey the error came again.
      I was fed up with the car issue and all of my family was on the road in the middle of the night. I never imagined this type of situation we will face with this new car.
      Now the issue was very severe and we called the RSA and towed the vehice back to bhuj and they checked the vehicle and said there is some sensior issue and the cost will be 2500₹ that too will not be covered in insurance.
      Again I paid and made it done.
      We were very fed up with the car issue and dropped going further and and returned back.
      Return journey was very tension full was repeatedly seeing the screen that engine light is coming or not. And we anyhow managed to reach Nizamabad.

      So Sir I request you to please properly check my vehicle and if the issue is major please return back my money I will buy some other company vehicle..or if it is repairable please do it...

        I'm Harish Pujari owner on Mahindra XUV500 my vehicle number WB12AR5300,
        I am very annoyed with the service of your KS Motor Jhotwara, Jaipur Service Center pn code 302012.
        I had booked the door handle on the left side of the back door of my car number "WB12AR5300" by talking to Mr Vijay Sharma ji & Mr Anurag ji, it's been a whole month since I booked the handle. When I wanted to get this information from the phone, your service man Mr Vijay Sharma ji said that your part has not come from Mahindra's side yet, but the handle of my car had arrived in the workshop and that handle was installed in someone else's others car also without my permission and I was misled.
        One, your service of " KS MOTER SERVICE CENTRE JHOTWARA JAIPUR" is not good, there is more service charge than part. In your KS Motor Service Center, you do not have unqualified service engineers and technicians in this service center who do not know how to service the car properly.
        Parts of my Car no WB12AR5300 that I booked for my car, those parts are put in someone else's car without my permission, such is your Mahindra service.
        Your Mahindra service in Jaipur is very bad which I can't even imagine.
        I'm already registered my complete no:- CF[protected].

            My xuv 300 is not working. Met with an accident with a bull hitting in front of car. While i was getting my car to mahindra agency car started bubbling and not get pickup. Then i called to one of supervisor in pathankot agency he asked me to get the car slowly to agency we will look after. Then agency get the denting painting done but now they are saying the fault is with engine which is not covered in insurance whereas i have done my insurance with bumper to bumper. My car stopped working after getting stucked with bull. Saying it will cost me for 1lakh. Why should I pay for this. Please do the needful.

              I purchased my xuv700 from chhapra showroom bihar few months back..i have jus driven 4400km and my gear neutral sensor is not working..i complained to the authorised showroom 2 weeks before..but its falling deaf years..they aren't that helpful in looking after sales service..if a reputed brand like you can't give sales service .then I would have to think again of buying your brand cars..and would nvr suggest anyone .kindly look into my complaint as I have been trying since 14 days .

                I came to know by speaking with customer care number the dealership had made a sequence of customer by their own priorities to get in introductory price for their prioritised customer.
                My doubt is they are getting benefited under the table by doing like this so since I have give the cheque on 1st day of vehicle introduction without knowing automatic price I gave cheque.
                Dealership not disclosing sequence of customer who came 1st.
                Dealership not disclosing my sequence number - no of people booked the vehicle.
                I'm disclosing the things to press if no action taken with 24 hrs.
                Every call made was recorded [protected].
                Whole team customer care and dealership are tied up in doing this corruption.
                I just wanted to convey all things about dealership corruption to go to higher level or senior level mahindra company and need a positive reply from your side.

                  MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE CAR

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  As per my earlier emails dt.[protected],[protected],[protected], and so many in year 2019, I would like to make your attention about the Mahindra Car XUV300 vide Registration No. PB08EG6777 purchased from M/s. Raga Motors, Jalandhar in April, 2019. Now is high time, I am definitely moving to Consumer Court for the Manufactured defected car sold to me.

                  Firstly, I would like to aware you about a new issue in my car, i.e. the Boot (Dickey) of the car doesn't open with the push button at the back, for this I have to visit 3 times to the service centre M/s. Raga Motors, Jalandhar, the last visit was on[protected] vide Job No. R[protected] at 58293 kms., before that I had visit 2 times but no service record is available online at Withyouhamesha app. And every time they rectify the issue and said it is done, and in working condition, but after every 2 to 3 hours of service job of the same, the boot doesn't open, still the problem exists.

                  Now about the earlier and regular problems faced by me in the earlier time are as follows:-

                  The car was purchased in April' 2019.

                  From the month of May' 19, I found there are lots of problems in your car, and my duty / new job started to visit your service centre on regular basis for full day and even I have to leave my car there for 2 days there. At just 4000 kms drive, the clutch cylinder got leaked and damaged, which results in clutch got free when I was driving, than again I visited the service centre, they changed the clutch cylinder. This was surprising for me that the clutch cylinder got damaged at just 4000 KMS only. (Which I think so normally clutch cylinder get leaked and damaged at more than 90000 KMS in other company cars even your Mahindra cars)

                  After that against the loud noise from front wheels started, I went to service centre for full day, but they were not able to found the exact problem, they said they have to change the Shockers which were not in stock.

                  After few days, I left the car in service centre, and they changed the Shockers as well, but the loud noise problem on potholes on road still exists. And they hold the car for the next day repair.

                  After the solution of my earlier issues, the new voices are there in the car, from the dashboard there are 2 type of noises and another regular voice was there while driving, which 1 is due to some thread of Bolt of the chamber near gear box was damaged. All these voices were noted to the service centre at the time of 10000kms service.

                  But still there were major voices in the dashboard. 1 voice is regular and 2nd voice starts after 4 to 5 hours regular drive with AC on, and the voice is like water comes / stores in the dashboard.

                  I don't know how many more problems comes in future in your car. As I bought your new car just to visit the service centre on regular basis.

                  Again my Car was at Raga Motors, Jalandhar Service Centre from 17-09-19, it has been 3 days, but they are unable to even find out the problem, and the solution.

                  You can check the service track of my car.
                  I am very much depressed with your car now, I bought a new car, but I have to visit again and again to your service centre in regular intervals. Which results in loss of my time and business, and of course a very bad experience with your newly launched XUV300 car.

                  I think this is a sort of manufacturing defect at your end.

                  Please let me know the best solution at your end, and request you to change my car.

                  As per the complaint made by me in my last email dt.[protected], regarding Multiple Manufacturing defects in my car XUV300 since I purchased the car in April 2019. I would like to make your attention for the Last & Final Reminder to change the car due to Multiple Manufacturing defects in the car.

                  As per my last email on[protected], I have mentioned you all about the HARASSMENT, I have to face after purchasing your car Mahindra XUV300, and you are not taking it seriously for the problem.

                  Your service manager Mr. Anil Sharma from Raga Motors called me, said please send the car again for 2 days for a thorough checkup, and don't want to talk about changing the defected car.

                  Mr. Manish Mishra from Chandigarh also called once and said to send the car again for 2 days to the service centre of my choice, said to give me compensation of Rs. 1000 per day for 2 days to me for the harassment I have faced. I am really surprised to hear this type of compensation of Rs. 2000 for the defected car purchased for Rs. 12 Lakhs.

                  Service manager Mr. Anil Sharma from Raga Motors called again, and said to send the car for 2 days, and when I said its ok, let the problem in the car be solved, and asked him to atleast give any alternate car to me for 2 days, so that my work will not be affected, he after talking to Mr. Manish or Mr. Pankaj of Mahindra company, offered me the Taxi fare for Rs. 1500/- per day for 2 days, provided I will have to present the bills for Taxi and get reimbursement.

                  I am really ashamed and embarrassed to hear the type of compensation they are offering to me, rather than changing the car.

                  You are requested to please take it seriously, and reply me within 1 week, otherwise I will have to move to the Court of Law on your risk only.

                    I have bought a Mahindra XUV 700, from the Bhopal dealership WWA. My vehicle has dkne about 10K km since. I am a vehicle enthusiast and love to maintain my vehicles and drive exceedingly carefully (my scorpio has clocked 300k km and is in mint condition).
                    However my XUV 700, right from the first day was noisy in the front suspensions and at times even in the rear suspension. It was as if there was some breakage. In case of any dips in the roads or undulations the suspensions would make a noise like a broken coil or a broken strut would normally make. The noise continues to grow louder and the suspension handling continues to deteriorate. Now I can feel a distinct roll, like I used to in my Scorpio. The noise from the front suspensions now emanates even on the slightest of jetks.
                    Repested requests and escalators have only tielded checks which have stated that everything isnin order and nothing is out of place??????????

                        I have purchased a new bolero neo N4 from basanti autoagency balasore on 11/8/22 which was delivered to me at baripada showroom, I have paid the full amount from bank as RTGS (loan) on dt 11/8/22 i.e 1037501.I have submitted a booking amount of rupees 5000/-, the said amount was discussed to be refunded to me but till today i.e on 20/8/22 they didn't do it.They are forcing me to buy accessories from them from that amount.
                        Again they are not discussing me about company policies.When bank is asking for duplicate keys they are denying me to give.
                        Till date i have not received my original documents.
                        If this will not be shoutout by Wednesday i will take help of the honorable court.

                            My car got impaired two times within three months and i have purchased the car in January 2022.
                            This was the second time I got my business meeting cancelled due to the inconvenience caused by the car mechanism.

                            Also this time the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE got my front glass broken while they were shifting my car to the nearest service centre
                            I need a proper assistance for the complainant as soon as possible

                              Dear team,
                              I have recently taken delivery of my first Suv The Tharin the month of July 2022.

                              The car I test drove had Lumbar support. Shopping bag holder on the back of the seat, three USB sockets for phone but didn’t have any of those in my Thar. Moreover there was no cost reduction for me . I was not told about any of the above will not be available in the coming model .

                              Furthermore the infotainment system has been giving problems and i have visited the service center five times. They have provided me with a new infotainment system but the problem still persists and they are clueless about any solution.

                              Much to my surprise was given just one key, upon questioning was told due to chip shortage will receive the second duplicate key in six months? Please confirm me the reason why only Mahindra is facing this issue and the rest of the manufacturers are not eg, Honda, Maruti, VW.

                              I seek full compensation for these faulty features and cause of acute pain to my back and health for inr 55 lacs.

                              This consumer product deficiency and no update from Mahindra itself says volume about the company policy for cheating customers as a normal practice.

                                    I have been using the Mahindra Jeeto Plus 16 for the last two years and Ten months. This vehicle is used for Milk transportation for my bussiness. This is the only vehicle I have that I am using for my bussiness. As you know, Milk transportation can't stop for a single day which will negatively affect overall bussiness operation.

                                    The issue here is this vehicle is stopped several times during the running time made a massive negative impact on my bussiness. During that period, I purchased the different vehicle parts at my own expense and replaced them even during the warranty period because most of the time these parts are not available in the dealer's showrooms. I need to wait 1 week or more that will impact my bussiness.

                                    Now the same situation happened again, during the milk transportation time in the early morning the vehicle stopped again. Currently, I have hired another vehicle for rental and running with a daily rental method. This is making a huge loose in my bussiness. The dealers again say they don't have replacement parts and need to wait a long time. In the end, the result will be my business will be messed up and loose.

                                    The complaint is happening periodically.

                                    So could you please replace this vehicle or pay the rental amount during the vehicle are in the service station? Hope you will rectify this effectively from your side as I have trusted the Mahindra Group.

                                      I am purchased a bolero pickup 1.7 on 7/7/22. Dealership responsibly registration and insurance. They told in future any type of accident all claims is cashless. Unfortunately 26/7/22 night time vehicle road accident. Bodyshop complete his work 8/8/22. But at the time They don't deliver my vehicle. They try to fraud with me. Fraud dealership
