This is regarding the ATURAS G4 fOr the booking done by me on March 1st 2022
I was been told the delivery would be done in March itself thn i was been told in April then May 25th max . I was shared the info that the car is ready n is only waiting for Billing .i am been calling all the time to gather the info there wer never calls made from ur team .Am sorry to say but this is a bad Experience inspit of me being a part of Mahindra vehicles as i had mention in past mails .
REQUEST U TOO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER N RESOLVE IT AS I HAVE MY PLANS ON HOLD PLEASE CALL BACK TO ARRANGE MY VEHICLE DELIVERY SOON

    This is Dr Aijaz from Kashmir. I brought Mahindra XUV 300 w6 diesel variant (JK22C 2534) 2 months back from Himalaya motors Tengpora byepass Srinagar. Last week faced Speed issue. When I approached Service Centre/dealer they told me to Run fast so that regen will be cleared after following their instructions . Issue didn't resolve. When contacted again they told me to keep vehicle here . And we will clear regen. Next day when I called them they said couldn't clear regen . DPF need to be changed . And you have to pay 90000/= for that.
    If they (Mahindra motors) know its consequences, how they allow us to drive more they should have asked us to tow vehicle and don't drive further.

    After the problem now they're blaming us .

    When I had booked car 2 months back and it is in warranty period why I need to pay.

    Hope you understand and resolve this issue on priority basis.

      Hi Team,

      Hope you are doing well...

      As per my experience with Honda, Maruti, Hyundai . Mahindra is the worst experience I am facing.

      I have booked XUV700 dated 11th Oct 2021 with a commitment of delivering the vehicle by May 12th 2022.

      I am writing this email because I have been visiting showroom from last 10-15 days wasting my time and money just to get delivery.

      As per my experience your company doesn't deliver what they committ to customer instead of giving false statement it's better to guide customer correctly.

      Can you please let me know the correct expected time when shall I get the delivery.

      Please refer attached invoice copy at the time of booking.

      This is my very shameful experience with Mahindra.

          This is the worst delay in car delivery possible. We have booked car on January 2022 but they have given no hopes of car delivery eveb by June 2022. They have not providing any specific delivery date yet.I paid a sum of Rs.23, 000/-.

          But we got ample humiliation in return. No follow up on the car status was provided. Whenever we ask they want us to wait.

              I have booked my xuv700 on 7 October (the next day of booking start ) and now it’s been 8 months around they are making my fool. The team member name manish kala he also talked rudely. I call him from January every week and he is making fool br just saying this month last or next month.I have ordered in Dehradun Mahindra Dehradun Premier Motors.

                The clutch pad has been broken down for the second time and it has been only 7 months since we took the car. The cars name is bolero neo of mahindra and it's been troubling us the second time. We have contacted the officials they have been been giving childish excuses. The first time the clutch pad broken down. They said that the driver who was driving the vehicle has the problem. After travelling 1245km after changing the clutch pad again it has broken down. We need the higher officials of mahindra to contact us immediately. Since 20 years I have been driving manual cars and this car has the only problem. Mahindra is one of the worst companies to buy cars. It's been a every bitter experience. Pls don't take mahindra as a option while buying a car. Since it's broken down v called the customer service and after each 20 mins they call us back and keep asking the car number and the location of break down. It's been a very bad experience.

                  Engine & Sensors problem in XUV 300

                  I purchased XUV 300 from PPS Mahindra on 4-Mar-2021. In Mar 2022 I was travelling on Devanahalli highway suddenly there was heavy white smoke from the vehicle with Engine warning on dash board. I immediately stopped the vehicle & contacted road assistance to take the vehicle to the nearest Mahindra service centre at Thanisandra. They took 1 week to get it fixed & I was told this occurred due to sensor problem. Now again I am getting Engine...

                  Dear sir,
                  My name is avinash kumawat. I owned a XUV300 registration number- RJ45CG2676.
                  Chassis number - MA1NM2ET1K2C56030
                  I have issue in my car of ENGINE CHECK LIGHT. So i visit ks motors mahindra jhotwara jaipur service center on 30/04/22. My repair order number is RO23E002856.
                  They hold my vehicle for 3 days and said there is issue of diesel pump. And pump is not in stock so come after some days when will its is stock. After some days i call them and they said that part is in stock.
                  So i again goes there on after 3 or 4 days.
                  They took my vehicle and next day call me and said “ that vehicle still have that problem after changing that part”. And said one another part is may be giving this issue and again send me with faulty vehicle.
                  They give me parts number- 1001FA00881N.
                  More than 15 days over and no solution from service center.
                  What the surety that this part is giving problem coz before this they said another part is faulty.

                  So i am very unhappy with this service. This is very bad service. You don’t give a goodwill service to regular customers. They want to charge me for both of parts and they don’t sure which one is not working properly.

                  One month over but no response from everyone. I wrote 3 times on mahindra customer care mail. But they also don’t respond
                  Please help me out. I am in big trouble.

                        I have purchased a car KUV 1000 from mahindra and mahindra. after some time there was some missing problem in my car engine.i contact your servicecenter(diwan fouwheeler) for the problem and they diagnosed the problem and repair the same and i have paid the amount for the same. After some time the same problem occurs again and i contact the service center again and they reapired the fault and return the vehical to me, i have again paid the amount for rectification of fault which was actually to rectified. Now the same problem is comming in my vehical.
                        My vehical is in yoyr service center and i m heart, kidney patient fro which regular visit to hospital is required and for the same i m hiring taxi which is costing me 3000/- per visit.
                        So it is my request to rectify the fault of my vehical which is manufacturing defect free of cost as i have allready paid handsome amount to your for the fault which is still available in my vehical

                          I bought a brand new xuv500 W11 7 months ago, below I am listing out the problems which I have faced
                          1) First day while I am driving I got the airbag symbol ( Showroom said some wiring problem and checked and repaired) but again I got that problem but they repaired again and it’s solved
                          2) Rear view camera isn’t working properly after they repaired the wiring for airbag issue still it’s not working and when I am asking to the showroom parts aren’t available it seems they been telling this since 8 months (pending)
                          3) Sunroof is not working from the beginning they are saying motor problem !

                          Note ; For the brand new car how come they manufacture like this ?? I need immediate solution for my vehicle

                              Vehicle bought last year June. With less than 50 000 km the bakkie was towed in last Thursday to Mahindra, Benoni. Warranty will not cover the repairs - nearly R40 000.00. Vehicle was sold with additional 2 year warranty and unlimited km. first vehicle ever bought that is having so much issues and no assistance from the Dealership. Had to replace the brakes and discs as well - nearly R17 000.00. Poor customer services. False advertising. I am sure that it is against the Consumer Protection Act.

                                During car driving suddenly alloy breked at one braker.
                                Rust metrial was used in 13 lakhs amount car.
                                Please change my alloy otherwise we claim in cort this issue.

                                  I had pump leakage from in my mahindra bolera pickup. I contacted one showroom which is located in AMBIKAPUR, CHATTISGARH. they told me that the part of pickup is not available and will take 8-10 days to arrive. So i left my vehicle in that showroom. I contacted showroom staf but they were always not responsive to any my questions. And the answers they were providing was sooo unsatisfying. After 8 days i contacted them and they told me that the part has arrived. Then i went there. When i saw my vehicle i noticed several dent on side of my vehicle. And the tyres where damaged too. The mangaer was sooo irresponsible and was not resposive to my question. I have never experienced this type of worst service in any showroom. This was the worst experience i have ever faced. Now this was very disappointing to experience this typ of service from such high class company🙏

                                    1. I had paid the booking amt to the Astro India, Jammu for XUV700 on 07 Oct 21(day the booking opened)
                                    2. Dealer confirmed me the booking is done and confirmation will be sent by Mahindra on registered mob number.
                                    3. kept calling Astro everyday and same answer was given everyday that booking has been done.
                                    4.when i checked with mahindra customer care after many days, to my horror my booking was done on 15 Oct and delivery date is Dec 2022(waiting pd of 18 months)...which resulted me not getting price protection which i would have got had the booking done on 07/08 oct..the prices has already twice by 1.75 lakhs and gonna increase more soon.
                                    5. when I confronted Mr Manik Mahajan, sales Mgr his response was lukewarm as expected...he even stopped responding to my calls
                                    6. These guys are biggest cheat and feel that they can play around with customers and their only motive is grab/loot customer as much as possible. Because these type of dealers MAHINDRA's reputation is dented
