I received my xuv 500 (Tn 04 aj 2531) after two weeks from zulaikah motors body shop ambattur. I had my rear tail lamp and panel damaged. My service advisor was mr. Shiva. When i went to retrieve my vehicle on the 10th on june, i noticed my tail light wasn't replaced, when asked mr. Shiva told me that my insurance did not give the go ahead to replace it. I left my vehicle at the bodyshop and informed the insurance to give the go ahead. My insurance called and told they informed zulaikah motors to replace the tail light. I called mr. Siva on 13th to confirm on what they told and he confirmed on the same and told me to come and pick up the vehicle around 6 pm. I called him an hour before to confirm weather the vehicle is ready and he told me its ready. The following happens when i reached there.
- i reached sharp at 6 pm. I called mr. Shiva and informed, also letting know one of the staff, i was told to wait at the lounge.
- 45 mins later another staff walked in and asked me rs.500, for fuel and they told it has to come from the yard. Mr. Siva wasn't seen the whole time. As i heard i was told he was at the yard as well.
- i received my vehicle at 7:15, the car was dirty wasn't cleaned
- while i sat in the car to reverse it, i saw a staff delebrately, honking in from of my car with a scorpio to tell me to back up. I found it suspicious of their actions.
- i reversed my car out parked it on the side came out to check the work and found the tail light wasn't replaced.
- i drove back in and when asked mr. Siva told me they forgot to fix it and they bought the new light which was placed right at the office where i was seated.
I feel its a foul play given that they forced me to take the vehicle out and making me to wait for an hour thinking i wont check the finished work. They literally waited till it get totally dark and me to be the last customer. I've been a loyal customer to mahindra since two generations and always felt proud of its products and service. This is the first time i've been deceived this much. I always give my vehicle to ervice at mpl mahindra this was the first time gave my vehicle to zulaikah motors ambattur and had the worst experience.

    Dear sir,

    As i complained many times for problems in my mahindra tuv 300 t8+ autoshift (Diesel) (Reg. No. Dl10cg9082) which was purchased on 11.03.2016 from sri durga automobiles, raja puri, dwarka, new delhi, since than i am facing the problems, within a week the door lock was not working (Opp. Of driver side - in front) that lock changed by sri durga automobiles at showroom - raja puri after some days the same problem happen again than i went to go service center (Sri durga automobiles - rama road), they checked and replace or serviced and resolved the problem. But after some days again the problem is remain pending on the date of my service was due, i went there and the ist service of my vehicle done, after reaching at home the oil was leaked from it, then again next week i went to service work shop for the same problem (Sri durga automobiles - rama road) there was a person kamaljeet singh, he told its not a big problem you may carry on with it but today the problem become big and i have to complained, tow van came at my home & take away the vehicle.

    So. Now i requested you to please change my car mahindra tuv 300 t8+ autoshift (Diesel) (Reg. No. Dl10cg9082) asap.


    Now i am not capable to go again & again for the same problem.

      I book my mahindra kuv on 7 th feb 2016, dealer told me that he will provide me car in maximum period of 45 days, but now its 4 months from booking and stil dealer not providing any solutionto it, even he make me fool three times that i got call from mahindra that your vehicle is readt for delivery be ready with cash and finance and when i reach to showroom they told that i wont get the delivery. from last 4 monts i m sufferining badly even i lodge a complaint several times on mahindra customer care but they not solving the issue, really got frustrated due to this, not expect this type of service from mahindra.

        This is to inform you that your dealer at raipur (Chhattisgarh) ralas motors sometimes put up some ad's in olx to sell certain used mahindra vehicle and the contact number given is of some rintu, mo:[protected]. The complaint is that when you call the person for the inquiry he always tells that the vehicle has been sold, when the ad was posted at 11.53 night, how can he sell 2 scorpio by morning 10 am. To prove he is wrong, 3 months back he had put up ad for the same set of 2 scorpio's, when i inquired, at that time too the same person told that the vehicle has been sold and now again the same ad.             My name is Aarzoo Malhotra, I live in Banuri, Palampur, District Kangra (H.P.) and my contact number is [protected].

            I bought a TUV 300 T8 (White colour) from Sant Autozone Pvt. Ltd., Kachiyari, Kangra (H.P.) with the delivery taken on[protected] and the sale date of[protected]. On[protected], just 3 days of the new car, we started facing a lot of problems with the car. The following were the problems:
            1. The car began making a loud rattling sound from the bottom portion of the car.
            2. Both the front doors started making noise as if something was loosely fitted.
            3. The door of the dickie of the car made the same noise and the whole car began sounding as if it was 15 years old, tattered and rambling.

            As soon as I could find time from my work, I and my father Mr. N K Malhotra visited Sant Autozone on[protected] and reported the problem. The workmanship was poor as they left dirty spots on the interior of the car and misfitted the door interiors with carelessness. We had to spend the whole day at the centre for rectification of the problem of our TUV 300. They assured that the issue was resolved.

            Within 10km of driving after this visit of[protected], we again began facing the same problems as well as new problems:
            1. The doors still make the noise and it makes us doubt the quality control of Mahindra & Mahindra.
            2. The dashboard now started making noise as well.
            3. The bottom of the car started making the rattling sound again.
            4. The handbreak started making noise that was squeaky.

            We bought this car TUV which stands for Tough Utility Vehicle, but this car is a shame to its name. It is so much trouble to time and again contact the dealer and ask for rectification. As much as Mahindra & Mahindra focuses verbal relationship management with customers, the quality control and workmanship is too low. On the very 3rd day of our new car, we started facing problems.

            We need a full proof solution to these problems because we have spent a huge amount of money investing on this car for our family, relying on Mahindra & Mahindra for its reputation. We have been disappointed and failed by their product.

            Sir,
            today, the mat disappeared from Sardar Motors Gorakhpur in the tuv 300 up32 JU6613 serving and when the washing of the car was not correct, the driver threatened to abuse and kill the driver by the GM of Sardar Motors . Whether this was learnt by Mahindra, , Responsibility if the salmon disappear or you are running the and check CCTV footage of Sardar Motors Gorakhpur.

            In delhi, HSRP Number plate is a mandate, while other 4 wheelers are giving option to get HSRP online, why Mahindra is not giving such facility.             I have some issues in My TUV 300 T6 variant I had purchased in 2016, in last sept 2020 i had done work on clutch plates & fly wheels also for gear shifting problems .Work done very sharply as the showroom showed me..But now from[protected] problem occurs i think this is not proper service from mahindra .Please Ensure this issue for all models of TUV 300 .Because I asked many users of TUV300  they told me after the same work issue occurs in the same 2k running vehicle.
            Please Help me  out from this issue permanently . i am a Privileged customer of mahindra since last 10 years Plus.I had 1 tractor, 1 Maximo, as Anant maharaj, Keshav maharaj Now one TUV 300 on ANANT MAHARAJ names.Please correct my issue properly.

              I have purchased a newly xylo h4 in march 2016 from m/s shuhul mahindra automobiles, jammu. During the month of may of may 2016 the window lock of vehicle was get some major fault. For the repalcement/repair, i visited with m/s shuhul mahindra automobile workshop jammu on dated 19/05/2016, but parts was not available in their workshop store stocks. They asked me that the door lock will be replaced after one week. For the said purpose i visited the workshop today but the same reply given back to me by them. You are as such requested to take necessary action against them for my harrashment and penalty may also be imposed on them

                Hi, i gave my car to a regular service on 10th of april, when i gave my car (Mahindra xuv 500) for servicing in uppal they somehow made a hole to the front glass in the left corner... I was having my raybon googles in the spects holder at the top near the rare mirror and after the service they were missing, i called them and said that i lost my googles, they gave me a reply saying that they would send it with an agent to my place... Now it's been 2months since servicing neither there is a feedback call nor they respond to my call... Apart from this even after servicing my car gives a notification continuously that car is due for servicing... I've already complained about this, even though there is no change... They made a hole to my glass, they have my googles and won't send them to me, they won't fix my service alert notifying about servicing due always, they won't make a feedback call, neither they properly respond to my call... I was never expecting such kind of issues from mahindra, this is very bad from your side and it should be fixed as soon as possible. Even after complaining about this issue earlier there is no reply from your side!!

I went to vatsa automobiles at bhagalpur on the same day 02/04/2016. And given it for repairing. Today is 09/06/2016 i have not got my car back. Everyday the body-shop in-charge use to tell us. Bas sir, do din aur, do din aur. Two times i went their because he called me to take the car. But when i went there he use to tell me. Sir, abhi hua nahi hai, kal tak ho jayega. I am 60 years old, and having health problem. And the dealership is 40kms far from my place. Please help me to get my car back. And i am not going to pay him any amount now and i request you to please tell them to deliver the car at my home. I have a lot of trust in mahindra, i am your customer from 1999. Now also we are having 6 mahindra cars in my family.
                  I can only request you to take a legal action against them and help me getting my car back.

                    I have booked kuv 100 k4 6 seater (Pearl white colour) petrol car with unnati motors, b-27 industrial estate, saturna, badnera road, amravati on dated 28 march 2016 with booking amount rs. 10000 and receipt no is 1035.

                    At the time of booking showroom peoples committed to deliver the vehicle within two months before 30 may but showroom peoples not able to deliver the vehicle till date.

                    I want to purchase the car before my daughter’s 3rd birthday which is on[protected]. I had promised my daughter to purchase the car before your birthday. And also your showroom people also confidently told (At the time of booking) that vehicle delivered to you before 30 may.

                    We totally disappointed from the side of mahindra showroom peoples not honoring the commitment and response to customer requirement.

                      I have buy My favourite Mahindra TUV 300, T8 version, 4 month back its really good suv for me .
                      Me, my friends and relatives really appreciate for this vehicle,
                      When I was buying many people informed me don't buy, its new vhicle, don't go you will face many problems etc..
                      But I ignored that and I take risk and go for my dream look passionate SUV. and I didn't had budget to buy but I managed and go for it.
                      Initially I face problems during driving, but it was sort out by your service station.
                      But one I am very fed up to got news that mahindra has changed their BHP OF tuv 300, from 84 bhp to 100 bhp.
                      I am really disappointed with mahindra that we just buy new vehicle and it is obviously some people have dream vhicle. But suddenly changes buy mahindra it is very difficult to digest. Because your early changes may affect those customers who have recently bought this vhicle. Mostly told us that you should weight, you get more power . That things is really compromise for us.

                      So my request as you senior of management to kindly do the favour of your TUV 300 old customers to improve thier changes which you have recently done .improve their bhp from 84 to 100 bhp..

                      Regarding upgrade m hawk 80 mahindra tuv300 to mahwak 100

                      Dear sir,  My concern is that I have bought your TUV T8 model m hawk 80 . It is good vhicle no doubt. But my issues is you have suddenly upgrade tuv 80 to 100 bhp, so it is disappointing for old customers who have purchase 80 bhp because your shortly upgrade decision is reducing the royalty of m hawk80 engine tuv in market.I have compliant over this matter 3 month before but action not taken . Mostly people are not accepted of your decision. If you update after one year so it will not affect but your recently upgrad in engine is directly affect whenever we resale vhicle.My concern is that you have sold not more vhicle, so you could recall the m hawk 80 to upgrade 100, even company can take charge from customers,  Kindly convey our opinion to senior head incharge of mahindra and do hopefull work over it

                        With deep heart i had to say that mahindra has lost its credibility to its name. I was very impressed earlier for brand name "mahindra" in automobile sector. After buying mahindra duro scooter all my image for the brand mahindra is vanished and i really feel that why we bought duro!!! The poorest quality scooter with poorest service support.

                        I bought duro from chanadan agencies, gandhinagar. Recently after starting trouble, i decided to avail the facility of authorised service centre for repair purpose. Chandan repaired scooter but with no smooth riding. Trouble could not be resolved even after paying hefty service charges - rs.6000/-. They told us that they do not entertain any further assistance if scooter gives trouble. What kind of service it is even after paying such big service charges. They simply denied that service does not carry guarantee.

                        It is really now considerable if we should really avail the services of authorised service centres of mahindra??? Or it is better to go for low cost local repair person.

                        Quality of duro is poor and back service is poorest.

                        Mr. Mahindra should take care of its brand image. Chandan agencies, sector 21, gandhinagar, gujarat is not at all good service centre. They are greedy people make only fake bills and never replace proper parts. Give poor service support.

                        I would request mahindra team to look into my complain and ask chandan agencies to give 100% guaranteed support to repair my scooter and extend atleast 1 year warranty. I am a retired person and cannot afford frequent service charges. Moreover after paying hefty 6000/- i expect justification.

                          I have mahindra xuv since last 3 years. This car gives me lots of problems since i have purchased. Now at present its wiper motor is giving lots of noise n driver side window motor is not working.
                          I feel that the company has fitted the substandard equipments.
                          I m regular user of different cars and such type of problem is not faced in any of the cars that i used.
                          I want that company shud replace both the motors at no cost.

                            I bought all new xuv 500 in the month of march 2016 through susee automobile, kappalur, madurai.. I supposed to receive purple club membership kit.. I was not aware of it. Later i received a call from mahindra customer care stating that "i am member of purple club and i entile to get 3 nights 4 days complimentary stay at club mahindra resorts.. After the call from mahindra customer care, i spoke to sales person in susee auto mobile mr. Siva sakthi, he says that he is having the kit and he will courier to me sir.. But keep calling him for more than a week time.. Now he is not responding and not even attenting my calls.. Than i got a call from susee automobile customer service team, stating that the they will sent me the"purple kit by courier today.. But the same thing happened for last 5 days i have not received anything.. Finally i called mahindra customer care yesterday (04.06.2016) first they told, we already sent a courier.. I said that i did not receive it.. After that they are saying our staff lost the purple kit. So you can't get the same. I am very unsatisfied about the service given by the susee automobiles.. If you are not doing anything on this issue within 10 days i am forced to take legal action against mahindra automobiles and susee automobile.. Madurai

                              I booked xuv 500 - w10, 2.2 ltr, dolphin grey 2015 model from koncept mahindra - 52, ring road, lajpat nagar part iii, new delhi, delhi 110024.
                              Date of booking - 23 may 2016.
                              Dealer accepted booking with an advance amount of rs 10, 000 and gave us the receipt and quotation/proforma (Signed and stamped). Receipt no. 800.
                              However, on june 3 2016, dealer called us and informed that he is unable to deliver the car with the reason stated as the car has been recalled by the company i. E. Mahindra and mahindra ltd.
                              But we did a random check with other dealers and found that the reason stated by the dealer is false and the company did not ask them for recall of this car.
                              We want to register a complaint against koncept mahindra - 52, ring road, lajpat nagar part iii, new delhi, delhi 110024, and complain that the said dealer has committed a fraudulent transaction with us and not fulfilled the booking committed to us. The dealer had offered a discount of rs. 1, 59, 660 on the ex-showroom price of rs. 16.09, 660 and net payable amount was rs. 14, 50, 000, as agreed in the deal. Along with this the dealer alos offered to provide foot mats and side steps for xuv 500 free of cost.
                              We have a marriage in our family and this car was supposed to be part of the marriage arrangements. Now we have lost all deals that were available to us earlier and we feel we have been cheated by the dealer.
                              Kindly accept our complaint and help us to resolve this issue amicably between the two parties.
                              I am also attaching the copy of receipt and quotation/proforma invoice for your kind reference.

                                Hi,
                                This is vetrivel from kanchi vehicle no tn 23 al 1234. My car shows engine check time to time and doest start some times. So i went to jain cars in vellore. They changed the key barrel set after checking with laptop. But still problem continues, after spending rs.10k on something which wasnt actually the problem frustrated me and creates a negative impression in mahendra cars. Jain cars vellore had been holding my car for 4 dàys now with no idea of further diagnosis. Please help

                                  My vehicle tn72ba9100, is with kodai automobiles in tirunelveli for an issue of vibration in the steering wheel. This occurs at a speed of above 100km/hr. This issue had also impacted my father with arm pain due to the vibration in the steering wheel. The vehicle had been under service for one week and still we are not receiving any proper communication relating to the same. The vehicle, had been diagnosed with this issue, recently and this had not been rectified till now. We have tested couple of times and still it is not resolved.

                                  For the last one week we have been utilizing taxi for our travel necessities. We never expect such a poor service for a vehicle where in 15 lacs had been invested. The client treatment relating to the same is very poor. We expect you to rectify and resolve this issue in the coming week and deliver the vehicle back to us. Else, please provide an all new replacement vehicle.

                                    My car xuv 500, car no. Wb02aa 2806, is lying with mohan motors service centre kolkata, since twenty days. After repeated calls made to them, they are unable to detect what's the problem. I am very much dissappointed by their behaviour. After such a long time, they are telling that you have to pay 47000/ for repairs. Our car had no major problem. We think they have developed a habit for money making. Please help me out.

                                      I am Vijay Shankar working for Infosys Limited (Bangalore). Today 01-June-2016 is the delivery date for my new vehicle (TUV - 300), i have paid the entire cost of vehicle on 26-May-2016, the vehicle is supposed to be delivered today and have confirmed this with dealer as well.
                                      Today when i went to take the delivery of the vehicle, they told me the that the temporary registration papers are not ready yet. But you can take the vehicle we will provide you with the paper within 3 to 4 days (for this they gave me an undertaking). I was put to hardship because of their irresponsible answers. After i strictly insisted on for the temporary registration papers at one point of time they behaved to me in rude manner.

                                      why is the temporary registration papers not ready at the time of delivery?
                                      How did they drove 167 Kms without even the temporary registration papers?
                                      I spoke to Mahindra customer care toll free number and registered my complaint, but so for nobody has contacted me to resolve this.

                                      surely this is not the proper way to sell a car. As per the Motor Vehicles Act this is a breach of law, can some one look into it?

                                        My name is Kumar I have booked TUV 300 T8 100 BHP car in Schangalaya Motors Pondicherry in last month.

                                        Show room peoples committed to deliver the Vehicle by 23rd May and postponed to 25 and again postponed to 28th and finally promised to delivered by 1st June and based the commitment we payed the money. But in last minute showroom peoples giving surprise not able delivery the vehicle and can able to delivery by 6th june only.

                                        We totally disappointed for the mahindra showroom peoples not honouring the commitment and response for customer requirement is very poor.
