Dear m & m,
I buy kuv-100 diesel k4 model and the back seat cover thread opened in 2 month. I took the car to sterling automobiles pvt ltd faridabad on 4th july 2016, and still chasing for replacement of seat. Very bad service by m & m and really very disappointed.

If i did not get response from m & m than i will never buy mahindra cars in future.

    This is amit malani. We booked a kuv 100 from m&m showroom in thane in the name of my brother about more than 50 days ago. Since then we are just getting a run around. We were first informed that we will get it on 4th july. Then come 4th july when asked about the same, they calmly informed that it is a manufacturing delay at the company and we will get it by 14th july. Now when inquired again, they seem to be at a loss and are making different story. What kind of a management and customer service is this. I complained on facebook and i got some calls but no concrete action. Are you guys in business for fooling people? My emi's have started and we don't even have the car. Have some shame and look in to this quickly.

      Econd complaint which is to be resolved by mahindra.

      Dear mahindra service team,
      I have again faced a cluch plate burning issue with in seventh month from purchasing this vehicle (Mahindra tuv - t4 basic model). Now i am total frustrated of service team of mahindra. So i request you to resolve my problem with free of cost as engine is under warrant period otherwise i have to choose other way (Ie. Legal way). Detail of my vehicle is as under for your reference.

      Dear mahindra service team,

      I would like to inform you that i have purchased tuv t4 varience on dated 04/01/16 from sona wheel, siliguri. Yesterday (24/04) i gone to shillong for picnic with tuv t4 at the time of return, my driver told me that gear are not functioning properly. So i stopped my vehicle and call to mahindra workshop "stanley roy construction" after one hour they reached to the spot where my vehicle is standing. Than they checked & told me your cluch plate is damaged and seems to be damage fly wheel. Too. I have to pay 1200/ - to traller vehicle to reach at mahindra show room. Shillong showroom didn't help me at all. Than i told them to rectify my vehicle they told our duty time is going to finish that's why we are unable to resolve your issue. I was there with my family (Wife &my two children.). They told me that tomorrow is good friday so our office will be closed we will inform you on saturday till 1 p. M. They told me that repairing cost will be rs. 40000/- approx if fly wheel is damaged along with clutch plate. I am surprised. Every companyt never support customer only try to get profit from them. It is not good sign for mahindra. So i request you to resolve my problem with free of cost as engine is under warrant period otherwise i have to choose other way (Ie. Legal way).         On 14/72016 around 9.30pm i was travelling with my family near balmatta inside mangalore city. there was a breakdown in my veichle so i tried 3 mahindra service representatives mobile numbers but it did not help me. finally i had to go for google and find 24*7 mahindra accident number and dialed the number it was switched off. so unfortunately i had to leave my veichle on roads over night. i keep my veichle for service in karnataka agencies mangalore service regularly so i kindly request u to look into this matter.

          My scorpio was taken up by the workshop for alloy replacement and other jobs but the alloy isn't available and neither are they able to manage it. they're asking me to wait endlessly as it might take upto 10 day.
          I am attended by mr. vaibhav over there. he is saying "dekhte hain" each time i call him up and i need the vehicle asap.
          Kindly take up this matter seriously on priority and get this done asap or give me another equivalent mode of transport for the meantime my car is with you.

              Dear sir,
              I had given my vehicle for servicing on 12 july 2016 in the morning. i got my vehicle @ 8 p. m in the night. i inspected my vehicle in the morning on 13 july 16 and i was totally dissapointed by the work done by service people. no cleaning from inside, no washing done form outside, whole 13 of july i was calling on customer care and today also i was continuously calling on customer care toll free number but it was also set on busy mode i think becasue neither any body cal back when the line is busy and maximum time the lines does not get picked up. on 14 july 16 i again send my vehicle to provincial service centre, on 10:15 am my car was there in the service area but nobody was ready to come to see the car... after two and half hours one service boy came.
              This is my first car of mahindra (xylo :mh 31 eu 2401) and i was facing so many problems in service, previously i was having maruti and i never ever face such type of silly issues in maruti.
              This mail is not for complaint but its just a suggestion that what ever difficulty i faced with your service people of provinical please see nobody else should face in future.
              Very dissapointed...

                My name is joji george working with l&t infotech in a senior position.
                I had purchased a mahindra logan vehicle (gl1.6 petrol) under our company car scheme in 2007. faced many issue with this vehicle in this past 8 years, mainly with its electronic parts (sensors) etc that were very expensive to replace when failed..
                Two weeks ago this vehicle abruptly failed to start one morning. the mechanic told me that it is a code lock issue (not sure what that was) and only a mahindra dealer can help.
                I got the vehicle towed to the global gallerie mahindra service centre at thane as the bhandup service station of mahinda (ambition auto) abruptly shut operations. (again a bad experience/ hardship for customers living in the vikhroli to mulund region).

                Now the global gallerie folks tell me that the acm is damaged & i would need to shell out around rs 47, 000 (which i believe is too much for a 8 year + vehicle).
                I had plan to exchange my vehicle with a mahindra kuv or tuv.
                But this one incident has made me lose confidence in mahindra & its vehicles… this is similar to a hospital keeping on making patients take unwanted tests & then giving an astronomical bill. as these codes lock etc can only be resolved by mahindra technicians, overcharging & fleecing of poor hapless customers like me are happening.

                As a dejected customer, i will look at the option of buying some other brand that will be easy on my pocket when it comes to maintenance…

                  Sir i am a unsatisfied customer of m/s sagar automobile "indore". as im using bolero sle model 2015- aug. my car engine was off automatically while i am driving. i was facing worst situation when i was driving my car, im overtaking n engine was off that time. break fail, staring fail, everything off that time. i was like hope less n help less. but same how i was manage that time. meter is not working properly, there is a leakage in my car rainy water came inside in my car. 2nd gear not working properly and so on.
                  But matter is that yes tardy i was park my car and unfortunately break was not work that time, and car was hit to the bike and then gate. by god grace no casualty happened. now im afraid with this car. sagar automobile is not helping me. please suggest me what can i do. or else im going to "consumer forum"

                    I, sunil kumar mondal purchase kuv 100, model: k 8 on february 2016 from shiva mahindra, new delhi. but after so many complain over your toll free no. and also visit of siviva mahindra service centre located at sahibabad indl. area for solved the problem of above vehicle. till today only one problem solve by your service centre (petrol leakage) another problem pending till today. problem the above vehicle not given mileage not more than 10 km./ltr. but as per your pamphlet, catalouge and published on website of specific model 16km/ltr on city road, but till today my vehicle given less than 10km/ltr, on highway & city road. so, i inform you that if you are not fulfill the commitment than i file the case on consumer court against you (mahindra & mahindra) and your dealer : shiva mahindra. waiting for your reply.

                    This is in reference on the above complain after service by Shiva Auto Car, Shahibad Mahindra Workshop not solved the mileage problem till toady AC & Non AC, Highway & City Road mileage is same +-1% difference. As per your pamphlet and also advertisement on TV Channel & New Paper mileage 18.15 km/L but I received mileage not more than 11.00 km/L. So, Please solve my vehicle mileage problem neither file the case on consumer case.

                        This is my first car (k8 diesel). i am complaining so many time to service center about mileage and vibration but no salutation giving to me from service center (they claim 25 km/ 1 ltr but its giving 10 km/ 1 ltr).

                        Also there is break jam issue. when you're in traffic car not running smoothly.

                        New car so many problem in very short time it's black spot in company's name.

                        I am very disappointed of kuv100 and m&m.

                          This is to complain about my new scorpio car with registration no:- gj-15-cd-5784.
                          Now i had purchased this car last year n still under warranty in a year this is the 2nd
                          Time ther is a clutch issue in the car on saturday evng again i was stuck in virar nh8 the car totally stopped moving ahead when contacted the customer care after 45 mts i got a call from a nearby agency in vasai that is globe gallery and they suggested us to tow the vehicle and get it to there garage in vasai as i had a early morning flight to delhi i got it done by paying 2000/- to the towing person as i was in bad shape i had to go though mental distress as i was with my family and after a long wait we rchd the agency with the vehicle now i just want the company to change my vehicle or get this issue cleared from the agency and get the thinks properly done as i think there is some manufacturing defect in the vehicle and also i would like to have a waranty to this related issue bcoz this is the second time i m facing this problem with the vehicle. i want the things to b settled down or else i will go to the consumer court and also will impose an extra case for the mental distress that i m going through after purchasing this vehicle.

                          The car has run only 21000km and this is the second time the same problem of clutch if the problem cannot b resolved i want an exchange or there should be some prominent solution to the clutch issue problem this is my 8th vehicle but i will never suggest my family or freinds to go with mahindra vehicles as they say mahindra rise but customers de-rise.

                            I send my kuv 100 having reg. no. up-32, gy-6615 for first which was due in 3000km. service to mahindra service center located at chinhat lucknow namely a. auto-movers pvt. ltd.
                            This is very unfortunate that your service supervisor ms. jyoti has treated so badly and prepared estimate of rs.3500/- for the parts which was not necessary to change and told that if you will not do this your engine will crash.
                            When i call to your customer helpline and asked contact no. of area officer. and share the problem with him, after his intervention and online service cost list bill has been prepared for rs.1400/-.
                            Still the some services has not been done like ac is not cooling properly. so bitter experience with mahindra dealer, which i have newer seen in the era of competition.
                            Your service dealer are cheating to customers. they are preparing false estimate and over charging. the cost of petrol engine oil (3.5ltr) as shown in your list with filter is rs.1150/- + tax but she prepared bill 1202 + tax. it has done after putting your list provided on internet.
                            When i purchased this vehicle, they have taken rs.2500/- extra which are still pending for refund.
                            I have never expected the company like mahindra is involve in such malpractice. which are not fair.
                            I hope concern authority will take care and work for customer satisfaction.

                              I send my vehicle up 32 cv 3200, suv for dent paint at your authorized service center, a. Auto movers pvt. Ltd., chinhat, faizabad road, lucknow. I received my vehicle after four days on 24 jun, 2016. When vehicle reached at home i found that, back left wheel mud guard, which was broken, not replaced. Front wheel border rubber strip is not pasted.
                              I had complaint on mahindra service manager and he assured me that, a technician will be go on your home and replace mud guard and pest wheel strip. After so many calls and reminders, no one came and not provide any services.
                              This service center is not sincere and charging more than 10 times charge in comparison to market. The not provide valid invoice. I am sending you invoice copy. Pl see, on invoice, there is not mention service center name and address. How can i take legal action on basis of this invoice? For removing a simple scratches on bumper, they charged rs. 18, 713. 31. No any part replaced. Only labor charges was 18, 713.31
                              Pl. Take action against this service center and informed me.

                                Good evening sir, i m regular customer of you cars. i have purchase 3 car of your brands, and i very much happy at other state when i have purchases care and at service centres, but i have bad experience with VVC Motors Private Limited Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad service center.

                                I have regret to inform i have visit VVC Motors Private Limited Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad service center. i have given service of my vehicle Mahindra S10 REG No: TS10E05055, under bill number RBV[protected], for my Second Free Service. on 07Jul2016. They have check and done the service and change the oils ect., and took bill of amount 5, 774.00 rupess, stated that vehicle condition is good. but today at around 2'O clock afternoon my vehicle was break down and give complainant to them for assistance or take my vehicle shade, but they kept me loop for more then 4 hours of time on the road but they did not came, at last i had booked other service center to take my vehicle to home.
                                i really had bad time, i miss my meeting with client and i work for bankofamerica, where client are waiting for me. it cost my reputation.
                                could you please check and get back with solution. other wise i need to go further next setp.

                                  My car shown some problem with engine and fuel filter when i was on the way to bpl from panna... car was not accelerating more than 60 kmph.. i called customer care no. around 3 times but no help was received... i waited for around 2 hrs on the road... this is kind of service and help u r providing to ur customers. i will never go for mahindra vehicle in future... i will also file a complaint in consumer forum regarding ur false promises... hate u mahindra.

                                    I had given my verito car for accident repairs on 25th june 2016 at g-3 motors, nerul vide ro17d004341 and was told that my car will be delivered to me on 4th july 2016, but til date i am receiving vague replies such as the replacement door is not available.
                                    I had placed m&m in high esteem and bought the car thinking that as m&m is an indian company, i won't be facing any spares problem but got greatly disappointed not once but twice citing non availability of spares.
                                    Having faced this type of problems, have decided not never buy any m&m vehicle in future.
                                    Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
