Indraprastha automobile peeraghadi is the mahindra car showroom from where i have purchased my new xuv 500 - 1.99cc w10 model ch no: ma1yu2wdug6d11441 e no: wdg4d19236 regn dt:[protected]
On 23rd june i booked my first service appointment with them and on 24th 1pm their drive mr shiv kumar came to pick the car from my house for servicing at that time my car a neat and clean from inside, there were no dirt marks, foot mats were absolutely clean and no dust inside the car.
At 2 pm i got a call from their service adviser mr rahul (Not sure about the name) describing about what all work they will be doing while servicing my car. Mr rahul told me that, washing will not be possible as there washing equipment is not working (I was never informed about the same at the time of booking the service appointment) and he reacted in manner as if i know this washing equipment problem in advance he quoted me a statement that, "sir didn't the person making the service appointment inform you about this problem". However, he mutually agreed with me that, he will get the car clean from inside.
Further he informed me that, since there is no complaint in my car so they will be only putting engine oil, lubricant and door ajar oil. This should not take more than 3-4hrs
It took them 8hrs to complete the car service. At 9pm i received the car back at my home with yellow marks on the door, seat cover, dust lying on the entire dash board, foot mats are so dirty i doubt whether they are mine (40 days back purchase) or someone has replaced them with old ones.
On top of that, when i called up and informed the concerned department about the same no 25th no one is even bothered to give a positive response.
I have understood that, it’s a big mistake i have made by purchasing mahindra xuv.
But now since i have purchased it so, i am left with no option but to request you people to help me as i mahindra guys are not willing to extend support. They are completely carefree and shameless.

    Maine ek mahindra scorpio s2 aapke patna dealer hav motors se 14th february 2016 ko khareedi thi. Mera d. O. Aur redgistration dono commercial ka tha. Mujhe showroom ki taraf se bataya gaya tha ki chuki meri gaadi ka redgistration commercial ka hai isliye mujhe mahindra ki taraf se ek kit provide kiya jaayega jisme owner ka insurance, kids ke liye scholarship aur bhi bahut saari cheeze usme hongi…..

    Car ki delivery ke samay bataya gaya ki showroom ki taraf se kit ke liye mahindra ko request kar diya gaya hai wo 7-10 dino me mujhe deliver kar diya jaayega…

    10 din baad fir bataaya gaya ki head office se kit chal chuka hai 5-7 din me pahuch jaayega…

    5-7 din baad fir kuchh bahana bana diya gaya….

    14th february 2016 se aaj tak mujhe
    20-25 baar showroom se khaali haath return kar diya gaya ye kehte hue ki kit aane me aur 10-12 din lagega.

    Kya yahi hai mahindra ka customer care?
    Agar samaan nhi hi dena tha, customer ko cheat hi karna tha to pahle bataate hi nhi ki commercial redgistration waale ko mahindra ke taraf se koi kit diya bhi jaane waala hai…

    Car ki booking se delivery tak to aaplog aise treat karte ho jaise customer aapke liye bhagwaan ke barabar hai aur jab ek baar gaadi aapke dealer ke showroom se nikal gaie fir to aapka dealer customer ko pehchaanta tak nhi hai….

    Kya yahi hai mahindra ka service? Jaha kaha jata hai ki “customer satisfaction is our priority”

    Mahindra ki service ne mujhe bahut niraash kiya…..

    Kya ab aap is par respond karenge?

    Kya ab bhi mujhe kit milega?

      Sir i am not satisfied with your dealer service provincial auto. Nagpur they provide duplicate spare parts which has not long last running i already complained to customer care but they did not give any response my vehical no mh 31 ed 0090 model xuv 500 is in provincial work shop. They replace my ac comprasor at 41000km at persent my vehical 50400km they say your comprassor ac isnot working need to replace but how the geniun parts not long last pl shortout my problem as early as posible

        My bolore zlx rj16 ua4400 send to os motors jodhapur and time is going to aprox one month and car not repair. I have losse aprox 50000 for delay in repairing. I also inform to this os motors but it not take seriosly.
        O please take some attention and repair my car.
        If you not repair immideatly than i do claim on your company and i went to court.

            I have purchage the above from ci automotors pvt. Ltd, bhopal on 24 th sep.2014, and registerd on my name at rto bhopal, but when i went for serviceing on agency, it was not on my name in mahendra&mahendra system, that was on name of mr. Amit gladwin andrews, twice i contact to ci automotors
            But no action was taken by them, so therfor finally i am writing to you, i hope some action will be taken,

              Hi team,

              This is to bring under your notice that i have recently purchased a vehicle mahindra kuv100 k4+ (Petrol engine) from your dealer koncept mahindra in april 2016 and have started to face issues with the average of the product. The product is not even averaging 9km/ltr in the city where as the compainy claims it to be 16km/ltr. I have already visited service center based in okhla regarding this on two occasion but did not get any resolution to this. I had a discussion withthe technical team as well who have not been able to fix this issue for me. Its not even 3 months sonce i have purchased this product but facibg issues with the fucntioning of my car has given me nightmares.. I tried to expedite my complaint through phone as well by calling [protected] but got highly dissapointed with the customare care experience as the representative was not able to understand my concern and was not even able to find my vehicle details in the system. Hence i would want to escalate this further to the higher level so that someone can take necessary action towards my complaint. I have attached the vehicle registration certificate with the mail. Either allign someone to fix this at once or replace my product since its not possible for me to afford a car averageing just 8 km/ltr.
              Looking forward for a prompt resolution.

                We have given our xylo having navi mumbai registration (Mh43 d 7276) for repair as it was giving starting problem on 01st june at g3 motors, nerul, navi mumbai authorised mahindra service center.
                Till now we didnot get any response from authority regarding resolution of the same & experts are delaying on daily basis saying that they are not able to identify problem.
                I have purchased this car from g3 motors showroom, navi mumbai and within 1 month, the car engine was broke down. Multiple times i have asked for car replacement, but mahindra authorities denied the same & every time issue resolution taken min 1 month in service center.
                Requesting to consider this for resolution as we are having financial loss due to such incidences.

                        Sir ji i purchace u scorpio s 10 from first day there was a so much complent in scorpio i send my scorpio in nbs ray road work shop in first month they open my car engine in work shop three time shoroom person accident my car there service is not proper also nbs staff cant speak properly also still not solved my problem i already spoke with mr kedar sovani manager of mahindra from first day from purchase car still not solved these issue now in replacement of kedar sovani new person was joint in mahindra mangesh mahadik but he cant pic my phone my request is solve my issue i purchase u r car for my persnol use but by youre dealer service is not done properly thats why i send the car every month my car no is mh 02 ds 0202 pls check my service record pls reply urgently i m u r customer from last 20 years so again i requst u pls solve my issue also i purchase u r first sale car in bombay atleast i was facing these issue from november 2014 ither we go to the cosumer court

                          Dear sir i m owning xuv 500W8 model since last more than 2 yrs, presently i m in mussoorie, dehradun since last 2days.my xuv got broken down, its clutch not working, gears not getting changed & now i m nowhere to go, just trapped in a resort near mussorie.i hv spoken to customer care executive, he provided me the contact details of dehradunpremier motors, & i m in their touch since last 15 hours or more than that but of no avail.they r making fool of me, giving me assurances & reassurances only but no ground work.i think if this is the seriosnes of mahindra & mahindra than this is sheer stupidity to buy its product lraving aside toyota & their services.my experience with mahindra & mahindra is going to be worst & i m going to share it with all my friends & fraternity on facebook & whatup .

                            Sir i requested u to plz improve ur car servicing facitity. They take vry mch time to do service..and their all workers and staff members are very lazy and not work properly on time..their workers do not give attention to the customers problems. And not give any positive results..every worker who works in mahindra there behaviour is very bad and also take too much time to servicing a car. Today i spend 7 haurs in service center for my car service and many problems in my car but no problems is sort out...and i also complain to their general manager about this problem but no response...so i requested u to please take strict action to solve this problem..

                              Mahindra has chosen to give a defective wiper blade on my 15 L car. The result is that the rubber comes out and the metal backing scratches the windshield.
                              While I have replaced the wiper, the service division have told me they will not do anything about the windshield despite they using faulty parts.
                              I request that the windshield damage be rectified immediately as Mahindra was fully responsible for using cheap quality parts in the first place and all resulting damage should be taken care of by them.

                                My new kuv100 top end petrol is a nightmare

However, my personal experience with this car and india garage people is very disappointing. I am facing lots of problem's with this car, initially when i complained regarding some functions not working with demo person namely - search buzzer is not functioning if pressed, hand break symbol is not appearing on the display panel, noise...

                                I have given my xuv500 car with reg no. As-01bd-0727 in industrial and equipment guwahati for servicing before 6 month under warranty period with a complaint of a. C. That it is not working and the company person told us that it may be a problem of cooling condenser for that we have to open a dashboard and it is a long procedure, so we ll try by filling a gas and they said that it may work but after somedays again a. C. Is not working. So again i have faced the same problem and i have given it for the same complain and than they are saying that it is chargeable because your warranty is over. So it should be solve in warranty as it is previous problem at the time of warranty.

                                  Hello sir/ma'am,
                                  This is ranjan kale from nagpur. I purchased a new thar from your esteemed company from provincial automobiles on 1st of june 2016. To my utter disbelief the vehicle was delivered to me without a proper pdi. The entire rear cage was rattling and the rear door along with the stepney was making irritable noise. I went next day to get faults rectified, it took almost 8 hours but all in vain as the mechanics couldn't figure out the problem. Along with your company service personnel i myself tightened all nuts and bolts which surprisingly were all loose should be tightened during pdi. The problems still persisted and finally i had to rope in a local mechanic to add foam here and there to avoid the cage from making noise. Also the hinges of rear door were tightened by me. Does mahindra as a company expects me to drive a brand new vehicle with foams tucked in here and there. I feel embrassed when people enquire what are the foam paddings for? I paid 10 lacs for this? Inspite of padding the cage makes noise when the vehicle turns or crosses a pot hole and rough roads.
                                  On the 3rd day i discovered that wheel arches were corroded as the powder coating was peeling off, service centre said they will get a free replacement. The glove box fitting was also faulty from day one and had to be closed with lot of effort. On asking was told to bang the drawer against the lock.
                                  The thar has not even for a single day given me the joy of having bought a new ride. Your personnel are incompetent and offer zero customer satisfaction. Also how are vehicles being delivered with faulty parts from a company with more than 50 years of competance and reputation attached to it.
                                  I feel cheated and will register a complaint with the consumer forum for being delivered a faulty vehicle.
                                  I have all vehicles ranging from a mercedes ml 350, bmw 530d, volkswagen polo gt tsi, hyundai sonata crde and a maruti gypsy 98 model, but till date in 15 years of driving, have not felt the agony with any other brands as your company has given me.
                                  Please revert with a prompt solution on the above mentioned issues asap, as your company has miserably failed to deliver any quality or promises expected. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  When i visited Provincial Automobiles showroom, what caught my attention was quality assurance, promises mentioned by
                                  Mr Pawan Goenka & welcoming each customer to the Mahindra Family. I feel unwelcomed & dejected making this purchase.

                                  I feel i did a big blunder by getting lured into buying Mahindra " Thar", watching it perform on your igatpuri tracks on YouTube with such good engine and 4×4 performance.

                                  Experiencing what substandard fittings Mahindra has delivered to me, dont feel like refering it to any, inspite of such Good power and such wonderful off-roading abilities like self locking differential with 2500 cc engine, the vehicle seems substandard on the exterior.

                                  I feel like posting pics of these faulty attachments on social media so that henceforth people are not cheated and might register a complaint with the consumer forum for being delivered a faulty vehicle if the faults are not rectified with immediate effect.

                                  I have all vehicles ranging from a Mercedes ML 350, BMW 530D, Volkswagen Polo GT TSI, Hyundai Sonata CRDE and a Maruti Gypsy 98 model, but till date in 15 years of driving, i have not felt the mental agony with any other brand as your company has given me.
                                  I felt like reporting the matter to the top notch of this company as it is a serious quality Glich and the situation brings lot of disrepute to the Brand.

                                    Dear sir
                                    I am a owner of a xuv 500, which was needing service, for that I sent the vehicle to my nearest authorized center located at malad mumbai.
                                    After service when I recieved the vehicle I observed that there was a lot of faults which was not checked by the center, even the breaks were open and you know if the break is not fitted proper it may cause of a major accident and the life of passangers may be on risk. The image of said fault is attached herewith and you may see clearly that the bolts are not present in the drum .
                                    Man who is attanding the service is not listening my complaint and his behaviour is very irresponsible.
                                    So its requested to please do the needfull and please instruct to center to service my vehicle again and check the faults

                                      Sir this is inform that i had bought a bolero pick up on december 2015 from khokan motors siliguri and this is the fourth vehicle i have bought from the company. I had a minor accident on 4th june 2016. On 6th june 2016 i took the vehicle to the company for accidental repair through insurance.
