Tuv 300 t-8 acceleration fails after 150 to 200 km

I, naresh sandhyana purchased tuv 300 t-8, from shiva auto mobile, patpar ganj vide reg. No dl 7ct 7554 the vehicle is leaving pressure after 150 to 200 km. Complaining of this matter on help line & to shiva auto mobile given for servicing after three days checking they found nothing. Same problem again occurred when i was on the way to dehradun. Giving a break to vehicle for a period of an hrs it goes normal please solve this issue asapbr...

    This is my first car (k8 diesel). i am complaining so many time to service center about mileage and vibration but no salutation giving to me from service center (they claim 25 km/ 1 ltr but its giving 10 km/ 1 ltr).

    Also there is break jam issue. when you're in traffic car not running smoothly.

    New car so many problem in very short time it's black spot in company's name.

    I am very disappointed of kuv100 and m&m.

    Please help me.

      This is to complain about my new scorpio car with registration no:- gj-15-cd-5784.
      Now i had purchased this car last year n still under warranty in a year this is the 2nd
      Time ther is a clutch issue in the car on saturday evng again i was stuck in virar nh8 the car totally stopped moving ahead when contacted the customer care after 45 mts i got a call from a nearby agency in vasai that is globe gallery and they suggested us to tow the vehicle and get it to there garage in vasai as i had a early morning flight to delhi i got it done by paying 2000/- to the towing person as i was in bad shape i had to go though mental distress as i was with my family and after a long wait we rchd the agency with the vehicle now i just want the company to change my vehicle or get this issue cleared from the agency and get the thinks properly done as i think there is some manufacturing defect in the vehicle and also i would like to have a waranty to this related issue bcoz this is the second time i m facing this problem with the vehicle. i want the things to b settled down or else i will go to the consumer court and also will impose an extra case for the mental distress that i m going through after purchasing this vehicle.

      The car has run only 21000km and this is the second time the same problem of clutch if the problem cannot b resolved i want an exchange or there should be some prominent solution to the clutch issue problem this is my 8th vehicle but i will never suggest my family or freinds to go with mahindra vehicles as they say mahindra rise but customers de-rise.

        I send my kuv 100 having reg. no. up-32, gy-6615 for first which was due in 3000km. service to mahindra service center located at chinhat lucknow namely a. auto-movers pvt. ltd.
        This is very unfortunate that your service supervisor ms. jyoti has treated so badly and prepared estimate of rs.3500/- for the parts which was not necessary to change and told that if you will not do this your engine will crash.
        When i call to your customer helpline and asked contact no. of area officer. and share the problem with him, after his intervention and online service cost list bill has been prepared for rs.1400/-.
        Still the some services has not been done like ac is not cooling properly. so bitter experience with mahindra dealer, which i have newer seen in the era of competition.
        Your service dealer are cheating to customers. they are preparing false estimate and over charging. the cost of petrol engine oil (3.5ltr) as shown in your list with filter is rs.1150/- + tax but she prepared bill 1202 + tax. it has done after putting your list provided on internet.
        When i purchased this vehicle, they have taken rs.2500/- extra which are still pending for refund.
        I have never expected the company like mahindra is involve in such malpractice. which are not fair.
        I hope concern authority will take care and work for customer satisfaction.

          I send my vehicle up 32 cv 3200, suv for dent paint at your authorized service center, a. Auto movers pvt. Ltd., chinhat, faizabad road, lucknow. I received my vehicle after four days on 24 jun, 2016. When vehicle reached at home i found that, back left wheel mud guard, which was broken, not replaced. Front wheel border rubber strip is not pasted.
          I had complaint on mahindra service manager and he assured me that, a technician will be go on your home and replace mud guard and pest wheel strip. After so many calls and reminders, no one came and not provide any services.
          This service center is not sincere and charging more than 10 times charge in comparison to market. The not provide valid invoice. I am sending you invoice copy. Pl see, on invoice, there is not mention service center name and address. How can i take legal action on basis of this invoice? For removing a simple scratches on bumper, they charged rs. 18, 713. 31. No any part replaced. Only labor charges was 18, 713.31
          Pl. Take action against this service center and informed me.

            Good evening sir, i m regular customer of you cars. i have purchase 3 car of your brands, and i very much happy at other state when i have purchases care and at service centres, but i have bad experience with VVC Motors Private Limited Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad service center.

            I have regret to inform i have visit VVC Motors Private Limited Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad service center. i have given service of my vehicle Mahindra S10 REG No: TS10E05055, under bill number RBV[protected], for my Second Free Service. on 07Jul2016. They have check and done the service and change the oils ect., and took bill of amount 5, 774.00 rupess, stated that vehicle condition is good. but today at around 2'O clock afternoon my vehicle was break down and give complainant to them for assistance or take my vehicle shade, but they kept me loop for more then 4 hours of time on the road but they did not came, at last i had booked other service center to take my vehicle to home.
            i really had bad time, i miss my meeting with client and i work for bankofamerica, where client are waiting for me. it cost my reputation.
            could you please check and get back with solution. other wise i need to go further next setp.

              My car shown some problem with engine and fuel filter when i was on the way to bpl from panna... car was not accelerating more than 60 kmph.. i called customer care no. around 3 times but no help was received... i waited for around 2 hrs on the road... this is kind of service and help u r providing to ur customers. i will never go for mahindra vehicle in future... i will also file a complaint in consumer forum regarding ur false promises... hate u mahindra.

                I had given my verito car for accident repairs on 25th june 2016 at g-3 motors, nerul vide ro17d004341 and was told that my car will be delivered to me on 4th july 2016, but til date i am receiving vague replies such as the replacement door is not available.
                I had placed m&m in high esteem and bought the car thinking that as m&m is an indian company, i won't be facing any spares problem but got greatly disappointed not once but twice citing non availability of spares.
                Having faced this type of problems, have decided not never buy any m&m vehicle in future.

                  I have purchased a car bolero maxitruck plus from shiva motor car ghaziabad and taken delivery on 17/06/2016. as per commitments of sales persons the car should be registered within one week. but till date means in 20 days, there is no action taken by executives while they were saying at the time of delivery "sir, it will take maximum of 8-10 days in registration of vehicle and we will confirm you to collect rc" you dont worry your car will run on road after 10 days. but now when i am trying to contact him they are replied like "sir i am calling back, please wait for 5 minute" sometimes not picking phone, sometimes disconnecting phone.
                  I called at tollfree no. but there is also same thing, they replied sir we will contact you in 1-2 hour but no response.
                  What should i do now? the car i owned is commercial vehicle, and i cant run it without registration no. also the installment of bank will due after 4 days.
                  Please tell me the procedure to return this vehicle to dealer

                    Mr. D.D. Pandey is store manager at Raj India Auto, Harauha, Varanasi. He should keep the list updated of non-available items/spare parts in store. This is 2nd time that I dindnt get my desired part for my scorpio from this service centre.
                    First one was Dipstick Gaje
                    Second was Back door handle
                    Its his duty to make items available at his store and to check item's list daily.
                    Is anyone there who can take action against him???

                      I have purchased, nes xuv 500 from shiva auto patpar ganj delhi. my 1st bad experience is that at the time of delivery i was made guilty for not paying money to the cleaners, security guards and other staff who has surrounded me. i have to live in great trauma for and fear for 5 days that since i have not paid the staff i have to save myself from the curse.

                      Ii my rc which is supposed to reach me by 29th june that l. ast date of my temporary permit. till 7th july i have not received any information, rather when i personally went to the concerned officer i was asked to pay some money to get. i am in lurch for suitable action that inspite of paying huge amount to you without any additional customer incentive i am supposed to bribe small staff.

                        First of all let me appreciate you for the kind of vehicles your team manufactures. I may be wrong addressing this mail to you but I am left with no other option.

                        I own a Mahindra Scorpio that I purchased in last year in December from Sahyadri Motors, Baner in Pune in the name of my Father Mr. Madhukar Sutar.

                        One fine morning in March I observed a crack getting developed on the front screen shield of my Scorpio which is now gradually getting spread. I approached the dealer Sahyadri Motors, Baner in Pune but I was asked to approach he Mahindra Service Centre, Wakad for getting it done. Service centre further asked me to get it done either through the Insurance or place a complaint to Call Centre. The damage to my vehicle is not caused by any external agent hence I placed a call to the Customer care and lodged my complaint which can be tracked through my mobile no. [protected]. The defect should be corrected within the warranty period and not through the insurance. Attached are few photographs that you can see to check on the damage / crack developed.

                        I have been requesting to address this manufacturing defect in the front shield and correcting it but the response from Customer care, dealer, service station is disappointing.

                        Request you to kindly address my complaint and help to resolve within warranty.

                          I own a verito vibe car. I bought the car from vadodara, gujarat and the car number is GJ 6 FQ 8034.

                          I was traveling to my native and suddenly my clutch was not working thus, my car is with the marshal trading company, Rajkot, gujarat.

                          It's been more than 15 days and the dealer replies that they have not received the required part yet from the company. This is worst experience from mahindra company which was never expected.

                            We booked kuv100 from the mahindra showroom in Thane and made all payments on time. Were told that car would be delivered on 4th July. Now we are being told it will come after 14th July. The loan has started and now I will be paying emi without using the car. Will I be reimbursed for it. Hope government gets some law to slap fine for cheating on cars just like property.

                              My mahindra quanto car 2013 registered in mumbai, only 22000 kms till now conked off in gujarat highway as clutch failed.
                              I was stand still for 4 hours post which vehicle arrived to fetch me and car. They informed clutch is not working and changed the same, charged me 12, 000 rs. For the same in jan'16.
                              Now post 5 months again clutch now working and car stand still and no option but to change clutch again.
                              Not sure regarding quality of clutch placed both original and in jan'16.
                              The ac is also not fine. If at 22000 such issues, imagine the issues in car later.

                                I am a customer of mahindra & mahindra. i owned 4 nos. of light motor vehiclse of mahindra i. e. bolero - tr-01-aj-0555, scorpio - 1) tr-01-e-4317, 2) tr-01-g-2317 & xylo - tr-01-f-2317. i wanted to know you that, recently my one vehicle was gone for servicing to the dealer - tarashankar motors, agartala but they told me that they don't have staffs, engineers for servicing the vehicles. but, i know that the mahindra is a renowned company for its' services. but here is the opposite situation. please look into the matter for solving our problem.

                                  i am from new delhi and I have purchased a new Mahindra Kuv100 car vide vehicle number DL 8C Y 4849 from Indraprastha Automobiles, Peeragarhi on March 15, 2016 with extended warranty of 2+3 years to fulfill my commute needs. Later at around 2000 kms I found that there is a major problem with its gear that it stucks at 5th gear at a speed of around 80 km/h and cannot be shifted to neutral or some lower gear until you slow down the car to as low as 30 km/h. after that i shared the problem with the Indrprastha service center, wazirpur and they said that the fault is due to some defected part and that needs to be replaced. Initially I wasn't interested in going for repair as it is was very much hurting that a one month old car needs to be repaired. I contacted them for replacement of the car with a new OK tested certified car but they declined and therefore I had no option but to get it repaired.
                                  Till then it has been 3 months and I had visited over 6 times in the time being (Service record is here with me), commited a lot of expenditure and even after wasting my lot of time, they are not able to resolve this issue . Also their service staff admitted that this was the maximum they can do to solve this. Everytime they kept the car for 3-4 days and asked for road trial every time of around 20 km and just return the car irregard of the solution of the problem.
                                  i encountered some other issues also there in the car but this gear issue is so vulnerable that its a risk to the driver's life everytime when the gear stucks because you can't accelerate the car in the mean time due to gear faliure and the preeceding vhicle may hit you so hard that the driver may not even survive in the accident. I am suffering from severe stress due to this issue and it has became a mental pressure for me. it doesn't feel like I owned the new car, it feels as if it is 7 or 8 years old second hand car.
                                  now the odometer reads 4500+ km and the issue still persist. In a recent contact with the general manager of Wazirpur cervice center Mr. Hansraj Sharma, he acknowledged me that he can only do is providing me with a rented car and keeping my car in their workshop for repairs in which I'm not interested now as I'm hearing same statement for the 7th time.
                                  they are just making fake promises and fooling the customers. now only Mahindra tell me will you revert me the loss I had suffered and the unsurpassable happy kilometers I had missed and a lot of memories which I would have created with the car?

                                  I strictly strive for getting the compensation for the price of the good and the compensation for the expenses beared by me.

                                  this would have been the worst experience with any of the buyer. I wish if this could be fixed by anyway.

                                    Owner name:ranveer singh car model: tuv 300, variant t8 engine no. smg6b14788, vehicle sl. no. g6b40593 manufacturing year: 2016 the delivery of the above vehicle was taken on 19/03/16 from your dealer m/s gehlot motors pvt. ltd., jhunjhunu (raj.). to my utter dismay the cluch plates and base is not working properly and damaged within three months. the dealer told that he will not repair and the company will also not replace the same. soon after taking the delivery of the vehicle, within a day the vehicle started giving problems. i am regular customer of mahindra motors. if i receive such type of behaviour from dealers and company, i will take legal action against company and dealer. please take appropriate action within the next 24 hours. dr. ranveer singh contact no- [protected]

                                      I purchase a mahindra kuv 100 k 4 basic model, the vechile problem is gear changing is very hard and no pickup and, the main problem is while filling the petrol up to tank neck the petrol is leaking from bottom petol tank like overflow once complain to neon motor service check and found no problem and again it repeated while filling the petrol, and left and right side mahindra show boards in going rain water inside, please take nessacery repairs immediatly thanku
