Dear sir i m owning xuv 500W8 model since last more than 2 yrs, presently i m in mussoorie, dehradun since last 2days.my xuv got broken down, its clutch not working, gears not getting changed & now i m nowhere to go, just trapped in a resort near mussorie.i hv spoken to customer care executive, he provided me the contact details of dehradunpremier motors, & i m in their touch since last 15 hours or more than that but of no avail.they r making fool of me, giving me assurances & reassurances only but no ground work.i think if this is the seriosnes of mahindra & mahindra than this is sheer stupidity to buy its product lraving aside toyota & their services.my experience with mahindra & mahindra is going to be worst & i m going to share it with all my friends & fraternity on facebook & whatup .

    Sir i requested u to plz improve ur car servicing facitity. They take vry mch time to do service..and their all workers and staff members are very lazy and not work properly on time..their workers do not give attention to the customers problems. And not give any positive results..every worker who works in mahindra there behaviour is very bad and also take too much time to servicing a car. Today i spend 7 haurs in service center for my car service and many problems in my car but no problems is sort out...and i also complain to their general manager about this problem but no response...so i requested u to please take strict action to solve this problem..

      Mahindra has chosen to give a defective wiper blade on my 15 L car. The result is that the rubber comes out and the metal backing scratches the windshield.
      While I have replaced the wiper, the service division have told me they will not do anything about the windshield despite they using faulty parts.
      I request that the windshield damage be rectified immediately as Mahindra was fully responsible for using cheap quality parts in the first place and all resulting damage should be taken care of by them.

        My new kuv100 top end petrol is a nightmare

        I have bought a new kuv 100 petrol version k8 six seater 2 months back from india garage pc road bangalore. However, my personal experience with this car and india garage people is very disappointing. I am facing lots of problem's with this car, initially when i complained regarding some functions not working with demo person namely - search buzzer is not functioning if pressed, hand break symbol is not appearing on the display panel, noise...

        I have given my xuv500 car with reg no. As-01bd-0727 in industrial and equipment guwahati for servicing before 6 month under warranty period with a complaint of a. C. That it is not working and the company person told us that it may be a problem of cooling condenser for that we have to open a dashboard and it is a long procedure, so we ll try by filling a gas and they said that it may work but after somedays again a. C. Is not working. So again i have faced the same problem and i have given it for the same complain and than they are saying that it is chargeable because your warranty is over. So it should be solve in warranty as it is previous problem at the time of warranty.

          Hello sir/ma'am,
          This is ranjan kale from nagpur. I purchased a new thar from your esteemed company from provincial automobiles on 1st of june 2016. To my utter disbelief the vehicle was delivered to me without a proper pdi. The entire rear cage was rattling and the rear door along with the stepney was making irritable noise. I went next day to get faults rectified, it took almost 8 hours but all in vain as the mechanics couldn't figure out the problem. Along with your company service personnel i myself tightened all nuts and bolts which surprisingly were all loose should be tightened during pdi. The problems still persisted and finally i had to rope in a local mechanic to add foam here and there to avoid the cage from making noise. Also the hinges of rear door were tightened by me. Does mahindra as a company expects me to drive a brand new vehicle with foams tucked in here and there. I feel embrassed when people enquire what are the foam paddings for? I paid 10 lacs for this? Inspite of padding the cage makes noise when the vehicle turns or crosses a pot hole and rough roads.
          On the 3rd day i discovered that wheel arches were corroded as the powder coating was peeling off, service centre said they will get a free replacement. The glove box fitting was also faulty from day one and had to be closed with lot of effort. On asking was told to bang the drawer against the lock.
          The thar has not even for a single day given me the joy of having bought a new ride. Your personnel are incompetent and offer zero customer satisfaction. Also how are vehicles being delivered with faulty parts from a company with more than 50 years of competance and reputation attached to it.
          I feel cheated and will register a complaint with the consumer forum for being delivered a faulty vehicle.
          I have all vehicles ranging from a mercedes ml 350, bmw 530d, volkswagen polo gt tsi, hyundai sonata crde and a maruti gypsy 98 model, but till date in 15 years of driving, have not felt the agony with any other brands as your company has given me.
          Please revert with a prompt solution on the above mentioned issues asap, as your company has miserably failed to deliver any quality or promises expected. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

          When i visited Provincial Automobiles showroom, what caught my attention was quality assurance, promises mentioned by
          Mr Pawan Goenka & welcoming each customer to the Mahindra Family. I feel unwelcomed & dejected making this purchase.

          I feel i did a big blunder by getting lured into buying Mahindra " Thar", watching it perform on your igatpuri tracks on YouTube with such good engine and 4×4 performance.

          Experiencing what substandard fittings Mahindra has delivered to me, dont feel like refering it to any, inspite of such Good power and such wonderful off-roading abilities like self locking differential with 2500 cc engine, the vehicle seems substandard on the exterior.

          I feel like posting pics of these faulty attachments on social media so that henceforth people are not cheated and might register a complaint with the consumer forum for being delivered a faulty vehicle if the faults are not rectified with immediate effect.

          I have all vehicles ranging from a Mercedes ML 350, BMW 530D, Volkswagen Polo GT TSI, Hyundai Sonata CRDE and a Maruti Gypsy 98 model, but till date in 15 years of driving, i have not felt the mental agony with any other brand as your company has given me.
          I felt like reporting the matter to the top notch of this company as it is a serious quality Glich and the situation brings lot of disrepute to the Brand.

          Please ask your representative to come up with a prompt solution on the above mentioned issues ASAP, as your company has miserably failed to deliver any quality or promises expected.

            Dear sir
            I am a owner of a xuv 500, which was needing service, for that I sent the vehicle to my nearest authorized center located at malad mumbai.
            After service when I recieved the vehicle I observed that there was a lot of faults which was not checked by the center, even the breaks were open and you know if the break is not fitted proper it may cause of a major accident and the life of passangers may be on risk. The image of said fault is attached herewith and you may see clearly that the bolts are not present in the drum .
            Man who is attanding the service is not listening my complaint and his behaviour is very irresponsible.
            So its requested to please do the needfull and please instruct to center to service my vehicle again and check the faults

                I have purchased a Xylo just 2 months ago bt im not feelig its a new im facing a lots of problem's the display clock is nt working and your executive are not giving me the new clock and in your showroom they are not working properly.                   I have Purchase the Scorpio S-10 Adventure exclusive model from CI Automobiles Bhopal as company has claim that they are manufacturing only 1000 no. but you were bill as Scorpio S-10 instead of Scorpio S-10 Adventure. How can we claim weather we have purchased S-10 or S-10 Adventure model. If you bill as S10 it means that your are cheating the people how have purchased Adventure model and your are playing with emotions of people who trusted on you. Please clarify.

                    I am an owner of xvu500 up16am 3771. It is a mean machine with power stability looks and drive. I have been a mahindra fan all across. Before this i had a scorpio for 9 years. Mahindra brand stands for xuv at best value & car.
                    The problem is after sale service.
                    There is a scam been run by mahindra service center.
                    Vehcile are send for service and half of the tasks like checking of electric appliance softwares & other are not done.
                    The customer service calls only to ensure that full points are given to servcie manage
                    I have send me vehicle twice and half of the things are not done. I have extended warranty
                    My major complaint is about
                    1) touch screen not working
                    2) reverse sensor not a
                    I have not got any reply or response from my service manager mr. Ajay singh sector -64 noida
                    Gear up guys... U make beautiful vechicles.. Your after sale service is bringing the value of car & brand really down

                      I Bought Mahindra Scorpio s6+ from Shawshank Auto prvt Ltd.They are the worst dealer I have ever seen.When I started queries regarding Car they were good .They told me ex-showroom price, Insurance price, n registration price.They were trying to make money in cash discount.They usually hide this from customer n tell that it is around X.But there is difference of thousands in there rounding off And actual discount.Moreover they offered me car front bumper or mat.Obviously Anyone will go for front bumper.I did the same.But as soon as I started the procedure for my finance.They got the confirmation that this customer is gonna buy here only.Then they denied For front bumper.They were jus lyk wolf.I booked my car with booking amount of 10000 in last week n they assured me that they will deliver the car in 2nd day of next month .But on 2nd last day of month in which booking was made they told me Go n get ur finance we will deliver it on last day of booking month
                      How comes someone will get finance in 1day in India.In next month they charged me 26k extra in ex showroom n 11k in taxes.
                      Moreover they Were asking for insurance amount which was almost double on insurance website like coverfox, policybazzar bankbazzar, etc.
                      They r jus like robbers n They don't care for dignity n decorum Of mahindra as their tag.They took more than 10 days to give me my car's registration no.Kindly take strict action against dealership n especially Sales Manager named Shashi Bushan Mishra.

                        Dear sir,

                        Today i taken my mahindra scorpio which was purchased on 6 august 2015 from jeetendra motors in nashik to pratik auto mobile in ranchi and explained them that my vehicle is producing some noise in gear number 1, 2, 3, 5 while driving.

                        But service person told that it will take minimum 15 days to resolve this issue. And we will have to keep the car for 15 days at thier work shop.

                        It seems that they are fooling around and doing some non ethical business with customer vehicle, who can not repair the vehicle in stipulated time frame.

                          Sir,

                          I parked my 9 months old mahindra tuv 300 reg no tn 12 j 9111...In front of a store in mogappair, chennai on 12th june 2016 around 12:45 pm and when i came back to start my vehicle after 10 minutes the key set was jamed. I called the customer care in the next 10 minutes and after a long waiting and continue calls my vehicle was towed to the nearest service centre in ambattur arount 4:30 pm.
                          I was informed that the key set needs to be changed.
                          Later after inspection, i was informed that the dust from the ac had deposited on the steering which caused the issues.
                          The dust was remove and my vehicle was delivered on 15th june 2016.

                          I understand the issues was resolved for now but what if the same thing happens again? Is there a permanent solution for this?

                          I use my vehicle for long drives and what if the same thing happens when i am on the highway?

                          I dont want such an issues to happen again. I want mahindra to take responsibility if it happens again.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have bought a new KUV 100 Petrol version K6 six seater last month, on which Company claim mileage of 18.23kmpl.

                            However, My personal experience it is only 8-9kmpl. I have compliant 3 times to the showroom and work shop. No one has any solution or reply.

                            I have drive around 2000 km till date. Even on the high ways and speed of 50-55km/hr, mileage still 8-9 kmpl.

                            Kindly take the issue seriously, it is a matter of concern for company as well as user.

                                I own a scorpio regd. No. Hr 26 as 0479. Recently i lost the key of the car so reached to your dealer in hope of getting a new one
                                The dealer from here now i am referring to is gsp motors
                                Once meeting the service advisor (27/5/16) i was told that the entire central lock assembly has to be replaced as there is no provision for a duplicate key to be issued. Moreover he also asked me for a f. I. R. Copy for the same.
                                Assuming him to be correct and sane did as told. Was given the estimate of 11000/-.
                                A day later i was called and was enquired if was interested in the general service to be done which included body wash, engine oil etc..
                                Cost estimate 4000/-
                                Told them to do the needful
                                Probably around an hour or two later he again called me and told me about the suspension needed to be taken care of (Some bush stuff).
                                Told again to do the needful
                                The next morning the advisor gave me a call a shocking one (I must say) stating that the entire suspension work was to be done.
                                Now the entire estimated cost was 40000/-
                                Was taken aback but did agreed for the same.
                                Now on 31-05-16 i was informed that the car is ready with the billing value of 47006/-
                                After paying the amount at the workshop i was driving back to my place when on the way i had get some refuelling done so stopped at a petrol pump
                                To my surprise the lid did not open after pressing the switch many times so did decided to open the boot and open the lid manually.
                                Then realised even the boot switch wasn't working too. I was unable to open the boot (Rear door) too.
                                Dejectedly went back to the service station handed over the car to the advisor
                                He promised me to get the work done asap
                                I am sorry to say my car till date i. E.14-06-16 is still lying in the workshop with some lame excuse every another day

                                With all due regards just want a quick and responsive action

                                I guess this is not expected i feel back stabbed as i have already paid the entire amount i. E.47006/- already

                                *please advise if there is any legal procedure to follow

                                  I'm a loyal customer of maruti suzuki. I was also impressed of your new model of cars and their performance on road.

                                  Due to which 1st time i thought to shift on mahindra and mahindra and wish to purchase a vehicle from your company. I went to your authorised dealer hav motors pvt. Ltd, patliputra, patna, bihar.

                                  In first look my preferance was to buy quanto c4 for which i paid a booking amount of rs10, 000/=

                                  After 2 days i changed my mind and shifted to scorpio s2 and got the delivery of scorpio s2 on 14th of february 2016.

                                  At the time of delivery the sales team of hav motors headed by mr. Ravi shrivastav, told me that the amount 10, 000/= which i had paid for the booking of quanto c4 will neither be refunded nor adjusted till the time that vehicle (Quanto c4) will purchased by someone else.

                                  They forced me to pay extra amount of rs10, 000/= to get the delivery of scorpio s2.

                                  I requested them to deduct the penalty amount for cancellation of booking of quanto c4 and adjust the rest in scorpio s2 (Although i have not cancelled my booking, i just shifted it from quanto c4 to scorpio s2).

                                  It was told to me by the marketing team of hav motors headed by mr. Ravi shrivastav that "its m&m rule that once you pay the booking amount and if you cancel the booking you will not get refund till the time the proposed booked vehicle has not being purchased by someone else" (Although i have not cancelled my booking, i just shifted it from quanto c4 to scorpio s2).

                                  And upon this clause they've kept my booking amount of quanto c4 (I. E. Rs10, 000/=) with them till today.

                                  Sir/madam, i've purchased vehicle of mahindra and mahindra, weather it is quanto c4 or scorpio s2, it dosen't matter..
                                  I am your customer and i want an explanation of such rule..

                                  If m&m dosen't follow such type of bull rule then plz intrust your authorised dealer m/s hav motors pvt. Ltd. To refund the amount immediately and do not play with such a big car manufacturer name.. Ultimately your name is on stake due to the misbehave and worst services of your authorised dealer...

Local service center contacted but he not response the properly after that contacted udupi service centre they demanded the arrange vehicle to travel bhatkal your own cost then only we can come and reslove the problem...                                       I received my xuv 500 (Tn 04 aj 2531) after two weeks from zulaikah motors body shop ambattur. I had my rear tail lamp and panel damaged. My service advisor was mr. Shiva. When i went to retrieve my vehicle on the 10th on june, i noticed my tail light wasn't replaced, when asked mr. Shiva told me that my insurance did not give the go ahead to replace it. I left my vehicle at the bodyshop and informed the insurance to give the go ahead. My insurance called and told they informed zulaikah motors to replace the tail light. I called mr. Siva on 13th to confirm on what they told and he confirmed on the same and told me to come and pick up the vehicle around 6 pm. I called him an hour before to confirm weather the vehicle is ready and he told me its ready. The following happens when i reached there.
                                      - i reached sharp at 6 pm. I called mr. Shiva and informed, also letting know one of the staff, i was told to wait at the lounge.
                                      - 45 mins later another staff walked in and asked me rs.500, for fuel and they told it has to come from the yard. Mr. Siva wasn't seen the whole time. As i heard i was told he was at the yard as well.
                                      - i received my vehicle at 7:15, the car was dirty wasn't cleaned
                                      - while i sat in the car to reverse it, i saw a staff delebrately, honking in from of my car with a scorpio to tell me to back up. I found it suspicious of their actions.
                                      - i reversed my car out parked it on the side came out to check the work and found the tail light wasn't replaced.
                                      - i drove back in and when asked mr. Siva told me they forgot to fix it and they bought the new light which was placed right at the office where i was seated.
                                      I feel its a foul play given that they forced me to take the vehicle out and making me to wait for an hour thinking i wont check the finished work. They literally waited till it get totally dark and me to be the last customer. I've been a loyal customer to mahindra since two generations and always felt proud of its products and service. This is the first time i've been deceived this much. I always give my vehicle to ervice at mpl mahindra this was the first time gave my vehicle to zulaikah motors ambattur and had the worst experience.
