I have purchased a Xylo just 2 months ago bt im not feelig its a new im facing a lots of problem's the display clock is nt working and your executive are not giving me the new clock and in your showroom they are not working properly. I have a break sound too they havnt made it corret. Im facing all these problems at Mysore hinkal road showroom. I want my car to be perfect

    Dear sir/madam
    I have Purchase the Scorpio S-10 Adventure exclusive model from CI Automobiles Bhopal as company has claim that they are manufacturing only 1000 no. but you were bill as Scorpio S-10 instead of Scorpio S-10 Adventure. How can we claim weather we have purchased S-10 or S-10 Adventure model. If you bill as S10 it means that your are cheating the people how have purchased Adventure model and your are playing with emotions of people who trusted on you. Please clarify.

    1. How many keys do you deliver with remote or without remote?
    2. Weather Stepney comes with Alloy or without alloy in Adventure model?

      I am an owner of xvu500 up16am 3771. It is a mean machine with power stability looks and drive. I have been a mahindra fan all across. Before this i had a scorpio for 9 years. Mahindra brand stands for xuv at best value & car.
      The problem is after sale service.
      There is a scam been run by mahindra service center.
      Vehcile are send for service and half of the tasks like checking of electric appliance softwares & other are not done.
      The customer service calls only to ensure that full points are given to servcie manage
      I have send me vehicle twice and half of the things are not done. I have extended warranty
      My major complaint is about
      1) touch screen not working
      2) reverse sensor not a
      I have not got any reply or response from my service manager mr. Ajay singh sector -64 noida
      Gear up guys... U make beautiful vechicles.. Your after sale service is bringing the value of car & brand really down

        I Bought Mahindra Scorpio s6+ from Shawshank Auto prvt Ltd.They are the worst dealer I have ever seen.When I started queries regarding Car they were good .They told me ex-showroom price, Insurance price, n registration price.They were trying to make money in cash discount.They usually hide this from customer n tell that it is around X.But there is difference of thousands in there rounding off And actual discount.Moreover they offered me car front bumper or mat.Obviously Anyone will go for front bumper.I did the same.But as soon as I started the procedure for my finance.They got the confirmation that this customer is gonna buy here only.Then they denied For front bumper.They were jus lyk wolf.I booked my car with booking amount of 10000 in last week n they assured me that they will deliver the car in 2nd day of next month .But on 2nd last day of month in which booking was made they told me Go n get ur finance we will deliver it on last day of booking month
        How comes someone will get finance in 1day in India.In next month they charged me 26k extra in ex showroom n 11k in taxes.
        Moreover they Were asking for insurance amount which was almost double on insurance website like coverfox, policybazzar bankbazzar, etc.
        They r jus like robbers n They don't care for dignity n decorum Of mahindra as their tag.They took more than 10 days to give me my car's registration no.Kindly take strict action against dealership n especially Sales Manager named Shashi Bushan Mishra.

          Dear sir,

          Today i taken my mahindra scorpio which was purchased on 6 august 2015 from jeetendra motors in nashik to pratik auto mobile in ranchi and explained them that my vehicle is producing some noise in gear number 1, 2, 3, 5 while driving.

          But service person told that it will take minimum 15 days to resolve this issue. And we will have to keep the car for 15 days at thier work shop.

          It seems that they are fooling around and doing some non ethical business with customer vehicle, who can not repair the vehicle in stipulated time frame.

            Sir,

            I parked my 9 months old mahindra tuv 300 reg no tn 12 j 9111...In front of a store in mogappair, chennai on 12th june 2016 around 12:45 pm and when i came back to start my vehicle after 10 minutes the key set was jamed. I called the customer care in the next 10 minutes and after a long waiting and continue calls my vehicle was towed to the nearest service centre in ambattur arount 4:30 pm.
            I was informed that the key set needs to be changed.
            Later after inspection, i was informed that the dust from the ac had deposited on the steering which caused the issues.
            The dust was remove and my vehicle was delivered on 15th june 2016.

            I understand the issues was resolved for now but what if the same thing happens again? Is there a permanent solution for this?

            I use my vehicle for long drives and what if the same thing happens when i am on the highway?

            I dont want such an issues to happen again. I want mahindra to take responsibility if it happens again.

              Dear Sir,

              I have bought a new KUV 100 Petrol version K6 six seater last month, on which Company claim mileage of 18.23kmpl.

              However, My personal experience it is only 8-9kmpl. I have compliant 3 times to the showroom and work shop. No one has any solution or reply.

              I have drive around 2000 km till date. Even on the high ways and speed of 50-55km/hr, mileage still 8-9 kmpl.

              Kindly take the issue seriously, it is a matter of concern for company as well as user.

                We Had given you xuv 500 on 9th may 2016 in kota.but they don't give a responsible answer.all time they had says that they don't have part of this car.we need 15 days more.so i don't satisfied with the service of mahindra and if this continue in next then i will not purchase any mahindra vehicle in future and give suggestion to all my friends that they don't purchase any mahindra product in life because there serbice is very very very poor.at present i have 3 mahindra products but this is last mahindra product we purchase.thanks to all your good service.thank u very much.

                  I own a scorpio regd. No. Hr 26 as 0479. Recently i lost the key of the car so reached to your dealer in hope of getting a new one
                  The dealer from here now i am referring to is gsp motors
                  Once meeting the service advisor (27/5/16) i was told that the entire central lock assembly has to be replaced as there is no provision for a duplicate key to be issued. Moreover he also asked me for a f. I. R. Copy for the same.
                  Assuming him to be correct and sane did as told. Was given the estimate of 11000/-.
                  A day later i was called and was enquired if was interested in the general service to be done which included body wash, engine oil etc..
                  Cost estimate 4000/-
                  Told them to do the needful
                  Probably around an hour or two later he again called me and told me about the suspension needed to be taken care of (Some bush stuff).
                  Told again to do the needful
                  The next morning the advisor gave me a call a shocking one (I must say) stating that the entire suspension work was to be done.
                  Now the entire estimated cost was 40000/-
                  Was taken aback but did agreed for the same.
                  Now on 31-05-16 i was informed that the car is ready with the billing value of 47006/-
                  After paying the amount at the workshop i was driving back to my place when on the way i had get some refuelling done so stopped at a petrol pump
                  To my surprise the lid did not open after pressing the switch many times so did decided to open the boot and open the lid manually.
                  Then realised even the boot switch wasn't working too. I was unable to open the boot (Rear door) too.
                  Dejectedly went back to the service station handed over the car to the advisor
                  He promised me to get the work done asap
                  I am sorry to say my car till date i. E.14-06-16 is still lying in the workshop with some lame excuse every another day

                  With all due regards just want a quick and responsive action

                  I guess this is not expected i feel back stabbed as i have already paid the entire amount i. E.47006/- already

                    I'm a loyal customer of maruti suzuki. I was also impressed of your new model of cars and their performance on road.

                    Due to which 1st time i thought to shift on mahindra and mahindra and wish to purchase a vehicle from your company. I went to your authorised dealer hav motors pvt. Ltd, patliputra, patna, bihar.

                    In first look my preferance was to buy quanto c4 for which i paid a booking amount of rs10, 000/=

                    After 2 days i changed my mind and shifted to scorpio s2 and got the delivery of scorpio s2 on 14th of february 2016.

                    At the time of delivery the sales team of hav motors headed by mr. Ravi shrivastav, told me that the amount 10, 000/= which i had paid for the booking of quanto c4 will neither be refunded nor adjusted till the time that vehicle (Quanto c4) will purchased by someone else.

                    They forced me to pay extra amount of rs10, 000/= to get the delivery of scorpio s2.

                    I requested them to deduct the penalty amount for cancellation of booking of quanto c4 and adjust the rest in scorpio s2 (Although i have not cancelled my booking, i just shifted it from quanto c4 to scorpio s2).

                    It was told to me by the marketing team of hav motors headed by mr. Ravi shrivastav that "its m&m rule that once you pay the booking amount and if you cancel the booking you will not get refund till the time the proposed booked vehicle has not being purchased by someone else" (Although i have not cancelled my booking, i just shifted it from quanto c4 to scorpio s2).

                    And upon this clause they've kept my booking amount of quanto c4 (I. E. Rs10, 000/=) with them till today.

                    Sir/madam, i've purchased vehicle of mahindra and mahindra, weather it is quanto c4 or scorpio s2, it dosen't matter..
                    I am your customer and i want an explanation of such rule..

                    If m&m dosen't follow such type of bull rule then plz intrust your authorised dealer m/s hav motors pvt. Ltd. To refund the amount immediately and do not play with such a big car manufacturer name.. Ultimately your name is on stake due to the misbehave and worst services of your authorised dealer...

                        I received my xuv 500 (Tn 04 aj 2531) after two weeks from zulaikah motors body shop ambattur. I had my rear tail lamp and panel damaged. My service advisor was mr. Shiva. When i went to retrieve my vehicle on the 10th on june, i noticed my tail light wasn't replaced, when asked mr. Shiva told me that my insurance did not give the go ahead to replace it. I left my vehicle at the bodyshop and informed the insurance to give the go ahead. My insurance called and told they informed zulaikah motors to replace the tail light. I called mr. Siva on 13th to confirm on what they told and he confirmed on the same and told me to come and pick up the vehicle around 6 pm. I called him an hour before to confirm weather the vehicle is ready and he told me its ready. The following happens when i reached there.
                        - i reached sharp at 6 pm. I called mr. Shiva and informed, also letting know one of the staff, i was told to wait at the lounge.
                        - 45 mins later another staff walked in and asked me rs.500, for fuel and they told it has to come from the yard. Mr. Siva wasn't seen the whole time. As i heard i was told he was at the yard as well.
                        - i received my vehicle at 7:15, the car was dirty wasn't cleaned
                        - while i sat in the car to reverse it, i saw a staff delebrately, honking in from of my car with a scorpio to tell me to back up. I found it suspicious of their actions.
                        - i reversed my car out parked it on the side came out to check the work and found the tail light wasn't replaced.
                        - i drove back in and when asked mr. Siva told me they forgot to fix it and they bought the new light which was placed right at the office where i was seated.
                        I feel its a foul play given that they forced me to take the vehicle out and making me to wait for an hour thinking i wont check the finished work. They literally waited till it get totally dark and me to be the last customer. I've been a loyal customer to mahindra since two generations and always felt proud of its products and service. This is the first time i've been deceived this much. I always give my vehicle to ervice at mpl mahindra this was the first time gave my vehicle to zulaikah motors ambattur and had the worst experience.

                          Dear sir,

                          As i complained many times for problems in my mahindra tuv 300 t8+ autoshift (Diesel) (Reg. No. Dl10cg9082) which was purchased on 11.03.2016 from sri durga automobiles, raja puri, dwarka, new delhi, since than i am facing the problems, within a week the door lock was not working (Opp. Of driver side - in front) that lock changed by sri durga automobiles at showroom - raja puri after some days the same problem happen again than i went to go service center (Sri durga automobiles - rama road), they checked and replace or serviced and resolved the problem. But after some days again the problem is remain pending on the date of my service was due, i went there and the ist service of my vehicle done, after reaching at home the oil was leaked from it, then again next week i went to service work shop for the same problem (Sri durga automobiles - rama road) there was a person kamaljeet singh, he told its not a big problem you may carry on with it but today the problem become big and i have to complained, tow van came at my home & take away the vehicle.

                          So. Now i requested you to please change my car mahindra tuv 300 t8+ autoshift (Diesel) (Reg. No. Dl10cg9082) asap.


                          Now i am not capable to go again & again for the same problem.

                            I book my mahindra kuv on 7 th feb 2016, dealer told me that he will provide me car in maximum period of 45 days, but now its 4 months from booking and stil dealer not providing any solutionto it, even he make me fool three times that i got call from mahindra that your vehicle is readt for delivery be ready with cash and finance and when i reach to showroom they told that i wont get the delivery. from last 4 monts i m sufferining badly even i lodge a complaint several times on mahindra customer care but they not solving the issue, really got frustrated due to this, not expect this type of service from mahindra.

                              This is to inform you that your dealer at raipur (Chhattisgarh) ralas motors sometimes put up some ad's in olx to sell certain used mahindra vehicle and the contact number given is of some rintu, mo:[protected]. The complaint is that when you call the person for the inquiry he always tells that the vehicle has been sold, when the ad was posted at 11.53 night, how can he sell 2 scorpio by morning 10 am. To prove he is wrong, 3 months back he had put up ad for the same set of 2 scorpio's, when i inquired, at that time too the same person told that the vehicle has been sold and now again the same ad.                                   My name is Aarzoo Malhotra, I live in Banuri, Palampur, District Kangra (H.P.) and my contact number is [protected].

                                  I bought a TUV 300 T8 (White colour) from Sant Autozone Pvt. Ltd., Kachiyari, Kangra (H.P.) with the delivery taken on[protected] and the sale date of[protected]. On[protected], just 3 days of the new car, we started facing a lot of problems with the car. The following were the problems:
                                  1. The car began making a loud rattling sound from the bottom portion of the car.
                                  2. Both the front doors started making noise as if something was loosely fitted.
                                  3. The door of the dickie of the car made the same noise and the whole car began sounding as if it was 15 years old, tattered and rambling.

                                  As soon as I could find time from my work, I and my father Mr. N K Malhotra visited Sant Autozone on[protected] and reported the problem. The workmanship was poor as they left dirty spots on the interior of the car and misfitted the door interiors with carelessness. We had to spend the whole day at the centre for rectification of the problem of our TUV 300. They assured that the issue was resolved.

                                  Within 10km of driving after this visit of[protected], we again began facing the same problems as well as new problems:
                                  1. The doors still make the noise and it makes us doubt the quality control of Mahindra & Mahindra.
                                  2. The dashboard now started making noise as well.
                                  3. The bottom of the car started making the rattling sound again.
                                  4. The handbreak started making noise that was squeaky.

                                  We bought this car TUV which stands for Tough Utility Vehicle, but this car is a shame to its name. It is so much trouble to time and again contact the dealer and ask for rectification. As much as Mahindra & Mahindra focuses verbal relationship management with customers, the quality control and workmanship is too low. On the very 3rd day of our new car, we started facing problems.

                                  We need a full proof solution to these problems because we have spent a huge amount of money investing on this car for our family, relying on Mahindra & Mahindra for its reputation. We have been disappointed and failed by their product.

                                  today, the mat disappeared from Sardar Motors Gorakhpur in the tuv 300 up32 JU6613 serving and when the washing of the car was not correct, the driver threatened to abuse and kill the driver by the GM of Sardar Motors . Whether this was learnt by Mahindra, , Responsibility if the salmon disappear or you are running the and check CCTV footage of Sardar Motors Gorakhpur.

                                  In delhi, HSRP Number plate is a mandate, while other 4 wheelers are giving option to get HSRP online, why Mahindra is not giving such facility. I beaing a TUV 300 owner is facing a lot of issues living in NCR but cant roam in delhi without HSRP . Can you please quickly provide the service . Please connect me on [protected]

                                  I have some issues in My TUV 300 T6 variant I had purchased in 2016, in last sept 2020 i had done work on clutch plates & fly wheels also for gear shifting problems .Work done very sharply as the showroom showed me..But now from[protected] problem occurs i think this is not proper service from mahindra .Please Ensure this issue for all models of TUV 300 .Because I asked many users of TUV300  they told me after the same work issue occurs in the same 2k running vehicle.
                                  Please Help me  out from this issue permanently . i am a Privileged customer of mahindra since last 10 years Plus.I had 1 tractor, 1 Maximo, as Anant maharaj, Keshav maharaj Now one TUV 300 on ANANT MAHARAJ names.Please correct my issue properly.

                                    I have purchased a newly xylo h4 in march 2016 from m/s shuhul mahindra automobiles, jammu. During the month of may of may 2016 the window lock of vehicle was get some major fault. For the repalcement/repair, i visited with m/s shuhul mahindra automobile workshop jammu on dated 19/05/2016, but parts was not available in their workshop store stocks. They asked me that the door lock will be replaced after one week. For the said purpose i visited the workshop today but the same reply given back to me by them. You are as such requested to take necessary action against them for my harrashment and penalty may also be imposed on them

                                      Hi, i gave my car to a regular service on 10th of april, when i gave my car (Mahindra xuv 500) for servicing in uppal they somehow made a hole to the front glass in the left corner... I was having my raybon googles in the spects holder at the top near the rare mirror and after the service they were missing, i called them and said that i lost my googles, they gave me a reply saying that they would send it with an agent to my place... Now it's been 2months since servicing neither there is a feedback call nor they respond to my call... Apart from this even after servicing my car gives a notification continuously that car is due for servicing... I've already complained about this, even though there is no change... They made a hole to my glass, they have my googles and won't send them to me, they won't fix my service alert notifying about servicing due always, they won't make a feedback call, neither they properly respond to my call... I was never expecting such kind of issues from mahindra, this is very bad from your side and it should be fixed as soon as possible. Even after complaining about this issue earlier there is no reply from your side!!

                                        I own a scorpio vlx 2012, reg no: br10pa0343, in the name of shambhu kumar mishra, contact no:[protected]. My car met with an accident on 2nd april 2016. I went to vatsa automobiles at bhagalpur on the same day 02/04/2016. And given it for repairing. Today is 09/06/2016 i have not got my car back. Everyday the body-shop in-charge use to tell us. Bas sir, do din aur, do din aur. Two times i went their because he called me to take the car. But when i went there he use to tell me. Sir, abhi hua nahi hai, kal tak ho jayega. I am 60 years old, and having health problem. And the dealership is 40kms far from my place. Please help me to get my car back. And i am not going to pay him any amount now and i request you to please tell them to deliver the car at my home. I have a lot of trust in mahindra, i am your customer from 1999. Now also we are having 6 mahindra cars in my family.
                                        I can only request you to take a legal action against them and help me getting my car back.
