My car, mahindra kuv1oo k8, rj 09 cb 8860, had an accident. I got it to mahindra service center in my city kota which is owned and operated by evergreen motors. The service center executives informed us that one of the gates would need a replacement as its not ina condition to get repaired and we gave it a nod. After two days, they inform us that they dont have the gate in their stock and they would need to to order it from the manufacturing center of mahindra & mahindra. To this i asked them to return the car after repairing rest of the things and they can fix the gate later whenever they recieve it. To that the evergreen motors executives responded very rudely and said that since you are claiming the insurance, the car can only leave once it is completed fully, otherwise you won't get the claim. With no option left i asked them about how much time would it take to finish this job. They told it would take 7-8 days, to which i requested them to make it as quick as possible as we will face a lot of problems without the car. Now today, after 15 days already passed, without any remorse, they said it might take another 3-4 days. To which i asked them this is no way of operating a service center, to which they say, this is how it is and nothing can be done about it.
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

With the reference to Mr. Neeraj mail I would like to inform you that as a customer I have faced such an critical issues were your vehicle is having problems and you are addressing the fault to customer.
Who knows where this hell sulphur has come to engine oil if you people think iam a scientist who mix chemical and do all hell of experiments with my new vechical, I guess you are seriously mistaken.
This is my second Mahindra vechical I bought and this would be last I guess, such irregularities with the service no prior information before opening my engine shows the sense of experiments that Balaji engineer does with the vechical.
Then of sudden even owner of Balaji motors Mr. Rajeev Kapoor is not taking any intention as I have not bought from his showroom.
I even request Mahindra and Mahindra head department or if possible please forward this issue to Mr. Anand Mahindra that stop giving services to nearest dealership as they hardly show any interest as vechical was not bought from them.
I am not such a fool to buy a new vechical and mix something in it, as mr.neeraj is addressed this all nonsense fault on my head.
Also iam going to customer forem and file a case against such services against Balaji motors as well as Mahindra Scorpio to discontinue such vechical have such critical problems.
Please advice as soon as possible .
Please change my manufacturing defected pic and provide new vechical as soon as possible.
