      The 1st breakdown occurred on 30th March, 2015 in Noida as the steering wheel choked while driving and for the same I had to call roadside assistance helpline number and got my vehicle towed to the service provider for the repair at Koncept Mahindra, Noida. On confirming the damage from the service agent of Koncept Mahindra, Mr. Vikas Dhiman told me that the damage in the steering wheel is due to Steering Assembly Leakage and it is a part of wear & tear, and I had to pay cost of repair of Rs. 9884 (Receipt Attached). At this incident the vehicle's milometer read 36701kms. The 2nd breakdown occurred on 31st May, 2015, right after two days of service of the vehicle at V.C. Motors, Kanpur (Receipt Attached) The incident took place at NH2 near Auraiya District (On the way to Noida from Kanpur), where the car suddenly lost its speed and completely shut down from cruise control and failed to start. Again, for the same I had to call roadside assistance helpline number but there was no assistance provided to me for 4-5hours. As I was stranded in the middle of the highway ultimately, I had to call my father from Kanpur and finally got the vehicle repaired from a local mechanic at Auraiya, who on inspection detected that the Timing Belt and Bearings in the engine were broken. The spare parts were brought from Kanpur as neither the spare parts nor the services for XUV 5OO were available at Mahindra Service Provider in Auraiya. The cost of damage incurred was around Rs. 6500. At this incident the vehicle's milometer read 38490kms. Now, the 3rd breakdown has occurred yesterday on 20th August, 2015, in Noida while I was driving back home during afternoon. This time the issue resembles to the one occurred on 30th March, 2015 as the steering wheel is choked and started making noise as I tried to steer and park the vehicle. Milometer reads 41400kms. This was the 3rd breakdown in five months and happening twice in a similar manner for the vehicle which hasn't even completed 5000kms, since it has occurred again. I and my family have never seen or heard of such breakdowns in the history of vehicles we have owned and that too all occurring near 40000kms mark. Also, I am very disappointed with after sale services and customer treatment I have experienced on various incidents so far. These faults/damages brings me to the conclusion that either the vehicle sold to me by V.C. Motors, Kanpur has a manufacturing defect or the service provider Koncept Mahindra, Noida is not competent enough to provide the kind of services needed or both. The vehicle is under the warranty period and I don't believe such breakdowns occur so often due to wear & tear.

        Date of Accident:- 14th August 2015 Place of Accident:- Lavasa Valley, Ajghar point Time of Accident:- 11:30 AM Model:- Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton RX7 AWD Month of Purchase: November 2014 As you can make out my car was just 9 months old, i was driving down the Lavasa City ghat at a normal speed of 50kph, when on the curve my car skid and just kept skidding and ended up with 2 tyres went down the drain and the rock sticking out crashing into the headlight and breaking the front left bumper as well. I called the mahindra roadside assistance but i wasn't able to get through them for 30 mins. Finally when i was able to get through them, the executive asked me to take down the chassis number and keep and he will call me back in 10 mins, after 20 mins when i hadn't received any call from them i called back roadside assistance who asked the entire scene and after explaining the entire scene gave me a number and said its their local dealer, Sahyadri Motors and they will come and pick up the vehicle. When i called them, the number was of a local garage person. I had to get the number of Sahyadri Motors from JustDial and when i called them they had no idea and were clueless about everything. Finally i got a call from roadside assistance and he told me that they were sending a tow truck, who will pull out the vehicle as well as tow it back to sahyadri motors & it will reach the place in the next 90 mins. Finally after 3 hours i got a call from the driver saying that he was about to reach. They had sent a long truck with just one driver and that truck in no way could ever pull up a vehicle which weighs about 2 tons out from the drain. He still tried for 2 hours and finally understanding that he won't be able to remove the car, he called the mahindra executives and explained that we would be requiring a crane to pull it out which was very clearly mentioned by me to Mahindra, The mahindra executive tells me, that Sir as per policy mahindra gives roadside assistance only when the car is on the road. Since your car is not completely on the road we cannot help you. You have to on your own get the vehicle out and then we will tow it back. All this was told to me at around 6:30-7 pm when it was already getting dark. He further adds that sir the tow truck will wait for 1 hour if you can get it out today or else we will have to call him back tomorrow. When i somehow managed with the help of Lavasa security to get the vehicle and paid 12, 000 for it since it was late already and completely dark. After towing the vehicle i did not receive a call back for 2 days and finally got 1 call on 17th August, from Sahyadri Motors who asked me which insurance i have and when i said bharti AXA he said that we don't have cashless tie-up with them and its better if you take the car to the dealer you got it from. Again the charges for that will have to be borne by us alone. i want a resolution from Mahindra of how are the compensating me for this. if buying such a expensive vehicle and this is the car that they provide which just has features for the sake of it, i will very well scrap the car completely. I will keep writing about this issue until i get a call from mahindra and give me a resolution for the same.

          I was driving my Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton RX7 AWD which was bought in November 2014 down the Lavasa valley near Pune on 14th august, 2015, when on a curve my car skid completely losing control and the left 2 tyres got stuck in the drain. It was clear instance of the cars ABS system and anti-skid functions completely failing. The car was at a normal speed of 50 kph & if you tell me that a premium SUV like this worth 26 lakhs couldn't handle a simple curve is pretty disturbing. Post the accident i called mahindra tollfree roadside assistance to whom i could get through after almost trying for 30-35 mins. First fellow asked me to take down the chassis number and keep and he would call back post 10 mins. After not receiving the call for 20 mins i again called roadside assistance, Second fellow gave me a number and asked me to speak to him and give him my complaint number. He turned out to be just a normal garage and towing service guy. Then i got a call from Mahindra while i had given up on them and was trying to get the car out myself. He said that the complaints been registered and that a towing vehicle will contact you shortly and will reach in 90 mins & he will help you in removing the car as well as will take the car to the nearest mahindra authorised service station. The tow truck that came after 3 hours was not at all equipped to remove a stuck car. Plus they had just sent 1 person who hardly knew what was the procedure. After 2 plus hours for trying with ample help in manpower too the tow truck wasn't able to even move the car much. The driver then asked me to call back roadside assistance and speak to them. This time after explaining everything the roadside assistance fellow spoke to the driver and the driver said he tried a lot but as explained in the first complaint only, a crane or JCB would be required to pull the car out. Now the mahindra executive on the phone tells me, that according to policy, they can help only if the car is on the road, but here since the car isn't completely on the road, they cannot help us and it is not their purview to get it out. He tells me all this after 6 hours, when its already late evening. He then tells me that the truck can wait for a another 60 mins max or else we will come back to you tomorrow. I had to somehow manage a local crane person as it was already nightfall and completely dark, but with a few security cars turning on their headlights helped us get the car out. The crane people charged me Rs. 12000/- which was completely borne by me. The car was then taken by the truck to Sahyadri Motors in Wagholi, Pune, who were completely not available until Monday that is 17th august and now tell me that your policy which is of bharti AXA doesn't have a cash-less facility with them. Therefore you pay the entire thing and get re-umbursements. Then they tell me its better if you get the vehicle transferred to Mumbai. My question to mahindra is 1. why did the ABS fail at such a normal speed. 2. the impact broke the headlight and the bumper completely on the left side still the airbags did not deploy and both passengers in the front were wearing seatbelts. And a desperate suggestion, please improve your roadside assistance service by 100 times. Please tell me why should i also keep this car anymore when the cars not even run 6000 kms yet, is just 9 months old, such a important feature like ABS failed that to or a well surfaced tarmac. Fortunately i skid on the left side of the hill, if the same would have happened on the right side the story would have been completely different today, Because a car weighing almost 2 tons crashes and skids into the railing wall, theres no chance we would be still here to write about it. I am very seriously going to take this matter up to all forums and i want Mahindra to give me an answer.

            Dear All. We have this below reference vehicle which we bought from Mr. Sameer global galleria panvel Branch before 1 year a go.MH 04 GJ 5213. Mahindra Xylo H9 model. Till date issues which we pointed while purchase of the car not yet resolved. We bagged for service issues but some how none o[censored]r branch of service could solve our problem. It seems we r sure of demo car supplied to us by branch of panvel o[censored]rs as either they r hiding or they dont wana service it till its warranty followed by big bills. We have requested Panvel branch and again requesting u as well at HO to take this car back else all our written communications and harresment by ur team to us since one year will be handed over to consumer court forum where both the party will be called for the reasoning. Awaiting ur final action and end of my harresment by ur servive managers. We r totally fed up to follow up with ur staff for... 1. Break pad noise. 2. Clutch press rustic noise 3. Gear Box vibration. 4. Bad quality of seat covers. 5. Car speakers bad sound. Awaiting for ur final verdict else we will definitely would take action.Mind it very well. Regards. Mr. Kapil M. Patel.

              Never Buy any Mahindra Car. I bought Mahindra Maximmo 2 years before. and got stuck. They have a problem w.r.t Fuel handling. You take diesel from petrol pump and there are good chances that, Mahindra Maximmo will start giving starting problem. it need a perfect diesel to run. This is there managers claims. So only buy this if you have identified the perfect petrol pump. 2. Then there are no service centres. In Bhopal, they have only one service centre. So you need whole day to resolve any issue. 3. Their policy " Not admitting the design fault and prove that customer is wrong".

                I give my car for service at Mahindra Service Centre "Aditya Motors" at N.H. No. 5, Bamphakuda, Phulnakhara, Cuttack-754001. Personal Details: Ajaya Kumar Sahoo Contact No. : [protected] E-mail : [protected]@yahoo.com I give my car to service centre to resolving the leakage in radiator due to cylinder head problem on 06.05.2015.The service centre supervisor not response till 7 days. On contact to service centre supervisor and manager, they reply that we are trying to resolve the issue. Till 1 Month, the Manager and Supervisor said that the Cylinder Head is work properly, but some problem in engine. I asked them for estimated expenses that incurred to resolve the problem, however, no estimated were given by the supervisor. After verification of engine, they said that engine is working properly, we have to change cylinder head. I also made complain to Mahindra Customer Care vide Complained No. [protected]. After 2 months and 17 days, they give bills of Rs. 1, 04, 231/- for replacement of various parts and services. As many correspondence, no proper reply was given by the Manager and supervisor. Thereafter, they inform that cylinder head and engine is working properly. Subsequently, they replace the cylinder head and give bill without giving prior intimation for replace the major parts. They change the parts of Radiator, however, before three month new radiator was install.

I have sent car for repairing to okhla koncept sevice station for gear shifting for 15 to 20 times for same problem and car is still in warranty but they dont want to solve the problem.                     I own a mahindra xylo E4 vehicle no. KL-18-J 3511, purchased 3 years before in kerala ITL motors calicut . since then the maintainance on this vehicle is above all limits . All the service was done in the ITL workshop but then also we are facing many problems with the engine and other parts. It has only covered approx 75000km . We are using mahindra vehicles since 1996 but none of these vehicles gave us this much trouble and tension. Everyday the vehicle has new problems and high cost maintenance follow it. In the first week of june the car broke down due to the breaking down of the clutch plate, but we dint have any issues with that and we got it replaced in the ITL motors workshop . But the very next there was some problem with the cooling system and we had take it again to the company and the company replaced it and more than 6000 rupees was spent and after some days again the vehicle start showing problems with its electrical system and eventually its functions failed . the company asked approx 31000 rupees to replace it.I have spent almost 50000 in a month, i just want t ask if this is the condition now what will happen in the future. Everyday there are new issues with this car and money is draining for my pocket like water . I want to ask the company should i sell my belongings to maintain this car. If immediate action is not taken im afraid i will take legal action against it.

                      My car has run only 4000 and the brakes are very bad and the service of them is really very bad and the guy has said that after the speed of 110 there is no guarantees of balncing the car i mean this is not the maruti 800 its mahindra scorpio and they are not solving the problem of my brakes and the wiper are very bad and the paint of left side muscle is very bad Very bad gsp mahindra bcz they are servicing my car and holding my car

                          The Breaks on my Mahindra Thar tend to Jam every morning particularly in wet weather but after some time tend to release on their own. I have been to the dealership Swami Automobiles during warranty period several times but the defect has not been resolved. Now the warrenty has expired I have to pay for each visit and still the defect has not been resolved. Now left with no other resort I shall have to approach the Consumer Court against the Company for selling me a faulty vehicle.

                            Name of Customer : Mrs. Madhu Lalchand Choudhary Mobile : +91 - [protected] E-Mail : [protected]@yahoo.com I had made a purchase of Mahindra XUV500 W8 in the month of October 2014 and ever since I had a firm belief in this Indian SUV manufacturer but my belief was shattered when the motor of the air conditioner in the car failed within 6 months from the purchase. However, in order to restore the trust and belief the company replaced the motor without any cost to me. Now, today i.e. 17/07/2015, the same part (motor) of the AC has again failed. Failure of the motor has occurred twice since my purchase and as such now I have a feeling that I have been given a defective product. When I got in touch with the workshop, the representative has said that it is quite difficult for us now to re-replace your motor without any cost to you. As such I am very disappointed and I demand a replacement of the particular part of the car and if this can not be done. I am no other option than to demand a total refund or a replacement of the car.

M& M Ltd is working in Integrated Watershed Management Programme-03 at Damoh location. we have open Our Watershed Committee account in Allahabad Bank Branch Imaliya Ghant in 2011.All is well from beginning to April 2015. but we have faced lot of problem since last 2 month from Allahabad Bank Branch Imaliya Ghant because new Manager has not making our DD for Labour Payment. He says first open your labour account in our Branch than after DD should be prepared. but our labour account also opened in them Society. Also he has doing misbehave and not cooperate with Team Leader Harendra Sikarwar. So please kindly help for that Immediately Thanks a lot

                                I have purchased a Mahindra Scorpio S 10 recently. The vehicle has major seating issues, both with its improper size, and posture, which is non ergonomic. With effect that while driving the back and the seating area sinks into the seat, making it a painful and uncomfortable drive. The newly added foam below the calf region is the most annoying addition, it not only increases the size, it also acts as a hinderance i driving if you are a short to middle height person. I have already made complaints to the the company and knocked doors of the senior most officers still I see no response.

                                    I had booked xuv 500 w10 with G3 Motors Nerul and before booking i was committed the delivery on 2nd huly 2015.i transferred the full amount of the vehicle to the dealer's account and i was commiited the delivery on said date.But to my dusappointment last minute they tell me that they cnt give me the delivery on the said date and will have to wait for more 5 to 6 days for delivery of my vehicle.I was very clear before making a booking that i jave to gift it to my son on his bithday and i was promised the delivery on 2nd july 2015 But last minute i was infirmed that i cant get the vehicle today.its very disappointing as i cnt gift it to my son on his birthday and i have already paid amount for a spl registered number for my vehicle.

                                      I purcahse Mahindra Quanto C-4 HR-51 AT-8254 on 22-Oct-15 & countinioulsy facing the problem till now. below are few Example a. Around 20, 000 KM inter cooler failed & changed b. Around 30, 000 KM Lockset changed c. Around 39, 000 KM again inter Collar failed & changed d. Around 45, 000 KM again lock set changed, because engine start automatically while inserting the Key e. Around 60, 000 KM Patrol Tank & Tank Line changed due to some engine related error f. Around 63, 000 KM 3 injector & few major parts replaced, issue resolved after 6 visit 4. Service done on 70, 000KM and coolant leakage from two joints(not damaged) on 72, 000 KM is owner fault or it’s a service engineer/service station fault Now the mejor problem is that engine got seized as per Mr. Satish rawat due to overheating which is absolulty wrong, beacuse engine seized car can't run & start. This is intentionally created teh issue by Mr. Satish Rawat for making the chargable invoice & they have done the same. Overheating problem was resloved by Service Station with two days & produce the bill under warrenty as per below SMS which i recived from Mahindra only, but Mr. Satish Rawat( Areas Service Manager) gives the defferent story of engine damaged when he knows that we toieing thecar self without know teh fect below read the below SIM & suggest From: DM-MNMSMS Received: 1 Jun 2015 12:34 Dear Customer, Your Vehicle HR51AT8254, Repair Order Number -RO16A001983, will be ready by 02-JUN-15 at 06:00 PM. Thanks - BAJARANG MOTORS Mr. Satish Rawat intentainally seving to delare because of his persaonl benefit beacuse we approched all teh delares at same time with the help of Customer and we have teh proof as well for the same. Thanks - BAJARANG MOTORS After this SMS i got call from Mr. Satish Rawat- Area service manager- Mahindra that Engine has been seized it will not in warrenty. as per my knowledge car can't statrt & run if engine are seized. Car was running very well when I handover the car the Mahindra Service station( can check from security) it was overheating so we used more tha 5 Pkg. of coolent for avoiding teh overheating. Now they billed around 1lack ruppes which is not possible for me beacuse I am a middle level person & purchase this car from my 10 years saving. I will also file teh case in consumer court, because Mr. Satish Rawat is pressirized me for making the paymnet where i have no single fault. I have all the proof against the customer support & delars and Mr. Rawat is saving to dealres (Almora & Pithoragarh) beacuse of his personal benefits. regards Manoj Bisht [protected]
