i sent to my maxximo load to kiran automobile, pahari patna on 15 march. When i booked for servicing i told to repair some problem in which temperature metre is not properly working mentioned. to tell me all ok vehicle released on 17 march 2015. when vehicle was on road again i felt that temperature metre is not properly working. i immediately call to service centre Mr. Abu baker([protected]) replied that due to unavailability of spare parts i could not repair that problem. it means that in servicing your employee and service centre only consider to sell mobile and other parts not to remove actual problem. after 2 to 3 days due to temperature problem my engine got seized. now just tell me that why service centre released my vehicle without properly repair. who is responsible for engine seized. i will have to pay heavy amount mistake done by service centre. i think i did blonder mistake of my life to purchase mahindra maxximo as well as i sent to kiran automobile for service. now i would never suggest to purchase mahindra's vehicle . even i have decided to write on vehicle in big and bold letter never purchase mahindra maxximo vehicle. now just tell me that company will provide relief to me or not because i have to pay more than 28000/- . if i will have to pay this much i would not stop my mail here . i will sent again mail to your higher authority.     I have booked a new Mahindra Scorpio S6, 7 seater mix silver colour but have not received delivery of my vehcle yet. Brief history: On 4th April 2015 I visited Kundan Motors (1st Floor, Sai Venkatesh Trade Center, Pune-Nashik Hwy, Century Enka Colony, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411026, India) authorized Mahindra Showroom to book my Scorpio, the dealer promised me the delivery on 1st May 2015 to which I agreed. I did the down payment and rest of the money for which I took loan was transferred to the dealers account on 28th April 2015. I went to take my delivery on 1st May the showroom was closed due to labour holiday, I went there again on 2nd May just to listen that my vehicle has not arrived, when I asked for the reason they said we have paid the money to Mahindra but we do not know why Mahindra has not billed your vehicle and they refused to give me a confirmed date for the delivery, instead they said they will be confirming this on Monday (4th May). Today is 6th May and I have no clue when my vehicle is will arrive neither the showroom has a clue about it. Sorry to say but this a pathetic service provided by the dealer. I have already sent an email to Mahindra but haven't heard anything yet, I just hope registering my complaint here helps to fasten the delivery of my vehicle. Just a heads up that soon I will pay my first EMI to the bank and I do not have a vehicle for which I will pay...amazing but cant help it.         Hello, This is Suraj. I'am a proud owner of Reva i 2012 Model bearing RegNo. KA 05 MK 9413. It was a proud moment when I made the decision to go with the Electric reva beating all suggestions from friends and family. It has been so till the first half of 2014. It all began with service light turning on out of no where and me getting it reset at the service centre. What began as an occasional affair started turning into frequent visits to your service centre at HSR Layout. every time I was told its just a malfuntion and the notification would be reset until one day when the batteries would not charge any more. this was some time in the middle of 3rd quarter of 2014. Ever since then, my cute little reva has been at service center for more days than with me. Every time I'am told that 1 or 2 batteries have been replaced only for me to return within 15 days to a month.Until now, they have replaced batteries atleast 5 times.i have spoken to every person incharge, from Mr Pasha to Mr Rajib. All I get to hear is hollow promises. Now my Vehicle and the batteries are out of warranty. Its been more than a week now and no one is even available to talk and tell me what the progress is. Neither Mr. Rajib nor Mr. Pasha are evn available for a phone call.With all these things they are asking me to upgrade to E2O. The confidence me over Mahindra products is starting to wane off. Who would be interested to buy a product froma company which doesnt keep its promises.This is my last resort to reach out to the right people who can help me restore my confidence against Mahindra.Hope the issue gets highlighted and addressed.if this doesnt work, my only other option is to sell the vehicle to a scrap dealer at a throw away price. This will defintely erode all my beliefs and perceptions over Mahindra and I will have to believe that you are only interested in MoM, QoQ, YoY profits and not customer concerns and sentiments.

          I am one of the owner of mahindra Quanto and my car no.MH20 Ch 5308 i am scared of going to any of your authorized service centers when ever i had being to any service centre i came to know that there is a shortage of spares last week my car was at G3 motors ltd at nerul navi mumbai due to shortage of spares my car was there at your service for 1 week and the issue was of gear even i was heavily charged for that though the car was not rectified then again on monday i.e on 27 april 2015 i brought my car to the service centre and my repair order no. is RO 16D001293 those guys are saying that they are rectifying my cars problem is it that you dnt have any skilled engineers at your authorized work shops when ever i call them i get the reply that you car has gone for a trail its seems like that i not a car owner becar you could say plz reply me.             I like to draw your kind attention on the fact that I had bought two Maxximo Passenger Vans on hire purchase basis financed by you vide : 1) Engine No. MCB6L30528, Chassis No. B6L52327, Dt. 31/12/2011 & 2) Engine No. MCB6L29915, Chassis No. B6252072, Dt. 01/01/2012 from Shree Automotive Pvt. Ltd., East Daripukur, Khilkapur, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. The EMI amount for each car is Rs. 7540/- each which I have paid on regular basis up to February 2015. Now the problem is the vendor “Shree Automotive Pvt. Ltd” is depriving me from the very beginning. Since the purchase of the cars, I am suffering very bitterly. Soon after the purchase, the cars started to show defectiveness whether there is from water pump assembly, leak off pipe, ring set piston, gasket cylinder, shock absorber problem, tyre damaging problem, engine problem, etc. And surprisingly after the free service the problems started to increase. First of all tyres of both the cars got damaged. Since I run an Educational Institution and we used those cars as pull car for the kids it was impossible for us to ply the damaged & unfit cars on road in that condition to carry little kids. On 04/08/2012 I requested Mr. Sanjay Das, Manager of Shree Automotive Pvt. Ltd, in written to replace the damaged tyres. Just notice the span of time. In just 7 month, even after less usage due to unfitness the tyres needed to be replaced! Even after that I requested him several times to kindly arrange replacement of the two cars but he never cared to my plea. I had to pay lots of money towards repairing and servicing of the two cars (copy of bills are enclosed for your kind perusal) but could not enjoy the satisfactory use. On 10th July 2014 the first car vide Engine No. MCB6L30528, Chassis No. B6L52327 got totally broke down and not in condition to run on road. I had to send the car to Shree Automotive Pvt. Ltd. and since then that car is lying totally condemned position in their custody. Now when I send my representative to enquire about the car, Mr. Sanjay Das was very rudely misbehaved with my man and created a scene by shouting to pay an amount of Rs. 20410 towards repairing of a condemned car (Bill No. RBR - 4232 & RBR -4233 are enclosed for your reference). You can easily notice from the Bill that the car was handed over to them on 10/07/2014 and the car was released from them on 14/02/2015 which is totally intentional and not only that he is even claiming garage rent also for all those months. However we have paid that amount to get rid of him but we are not confident that the car is fit enough to ply on the road to carry kids. The other car has also broken down. We are afraid to run both the cars on road, if there is any mishap the lives of little kids will be in danger and as a responsible and reputed concern we cannot take the risk. As a result both the cars are lying condemned. Recently I paid as much amount of Rs. 20, 714/- on 14/02/2015 towards repairing cost but surprisingly on 17/02/2015 when I tried to use the car on road to carry little children for school the car again broke down. I contacted again with Shree Automotive to look into the matter but again they demanded money to repair the car. Till then the car is lying condemned and ultimately my purpose remain unsolved, I did not use it for which it was intended to that is to carry the students of the school. But since the new academic session has been started from April, I was compelled to send the car at showroom on 14/04/2015 requesting them to inspect it properly and replace me the car. But on 17/04/2015 they send me an SMS again demanding an amount of approximately Rs. 30, 000/-. Just imagine! Are they kidding with the customer or they have taken the customer as out of brain? Every time they will ask for 20000 or 30000 for repairing cost. Now please help me out from this situation

              Dear Sir/Mam, I Bought a Mahindra Quanto C2 since 4 days ago, and i clear the all payment with in four days with my banker. Before to buying the car the sales person (Mr. Chouhan), Promises me to provide a footrest and body cover with car, but after paying whole amount he was talking me like a animal(His behavior was too cheap), While shouting he told me that he will never full fill any promises and told that people like me always make he fool.. Next time ill never bought any product of mahindra, it was a big mistake from me, that i went there... Regards Satish Pandey

                I have purchased Thar crde 4WD in Oct 2013. From the first service itself the vehicle is carrying coolant drying complaint.But after repeated complaint at least 5 times company or service people not cared. Of course they have billed every time promising that problem was solved. problem remains as it is and I am going to leave for service tomorrow at Anant cars hulimavu Bangalore. I own Toyota, Ford and Maruti also, but this is the worst service ever I had come accross

                  Hi this is rahul from bangalore. I had given my xuv w6 for servicing in november, in anant cars, bannerghatta road, bangalore.

                  When the vehicle came back the wheel cap was broken. The car was handled by a lady called kavitha, i drove it for a while and then came to know that the wheel cap was broken.

                  On feb 23rd 2015 my car had clutch problems so i called the driver to pick up my car and told him the clutch has to be repaired, the key battery has to be changed and the wheel cap has to be replaced.

                  It was handled by suresh from anant car, his mobile no is [protected], they only repaired the clutch and gave it to me, they didn't change the battery of the key or replace the wheel cap.

                  When i asked they told me kavitha who handled my query in nov is giving an exam and is not available and they cant call her as she is busy preparing.

                  They told me all false stories and told me kavitha will get back to me on march 23rd, its april 14th and no one has got back to me.

                  The guy suresh just keeps lying and giving all bull stories and he hung up the phone twice when i spoke to him and shouted at him, also told him to shut up as he kept on telling stories.

                  Please take action this is heights of customer service.

                  I did bought a xuv 500 in aug 2015 from anant cars show room mysore road, bangalore. It was due for 2nd free service and clocked only 10400 kms. On apr 15 2016 vehicle broke down in road middle close to their show room in mysore road. After calling them they send a useless person who don't know anything about the vehicle. After calling 24x7 help line they did helped me sending towing vehicle and dumping in chrome motors mysore road. Upon diagnosis they found that clutch assembly has gone (i'm driving since last 12 yrs in bangalore traffic and this is my 3rd car) and charge will be ~20k for replacement. I was shocked that mahindra sells cars like this with fake clutches. I did reported to anant cars to replace the clutches as the car is new and due for 2nd free service, but these anant cars didn't even bother to listen and put the blame on me saying your driving style.
                  Note that i'm driving since last 12 years and no need to getting preaches about driving from these anant cars.
                  I did managed to get the number senior sales manger bijay singh[protected] and talk to him, he redirected me to senior service manager senthil[protected]. This service manager was not at all available. I did send him the message but no reply.

                  I don't understand why these anant cars do sales when they can't give proper service.
                  I request all the folks not to enter into anant cars show rooms for any buying.

                  They are all 3rd class.

                    Last month I did a maintenance from India garage, white field Bangalore for Mahindra Scorpio . I asked them to check the brakes..They replaced the brake shoe and some more job in the tyre. After repairing the vehicle when I approached them I have been informed that the battery is not good and they need jumper to start. But the battery was Brand new battery.They told me that the alternator was giving complaint and I was advised to replace the alternator. The worked the whole day and got delivered without fixing the issue.while delivering still they used jumper cable to start the vehicle.Again they repeated that the battery is faulty and to replace that. while driving back home the vehicle got stopped and I approached a local workshop. He found that the problem was not battery shortage of fuel. I am wondering what kind of peoples you are hired for repairing the vehicle.They need to get a training from the local workshop as he knows better how to find the root cause. Your peoples spoiled my money and time. They could have done alignment after doing some change in the tyre. there was much body roll and my car hit on another car while I was driving to Goa. This is terrible. In the case of brake I still doubt about your work. There was some noise was coming while taking left turn like noise arises due to disk problems. Please please train your people.

                        I had purchased one Mahindra Thar CRDE on 22.12.2012 from Supreme Mobiles Ltd., Bhiwani, Haryana, bearing Serial No. C2L94494, Engine No. BUC4L36600 and chassis no. MA1SL4BUNC2L94494, which was later registered as HR-15-B-4224. I want to state that ever since the said vehicle was purchased, there were numerous problems which the said vehicle exhibited. It was shocking for me to see that within 10 days from the purchase of the said vehicle, the accelerator pedal of the said vehicle had broken. The said vehicle was immediately taken to Sterling Motors, Gurgaon, where the said pedal was replaced and I had to wait for about three days for the same, only after undergoing much harassment, torture, humiliation and embarrassment. There was no plausible explanation provided to me either by the service engineer or any other person as to why the said pedal had broken all of a sudden. Thereafter, the said vehicle has only been a cause of constant mental pain for me, as it started showing multiple problems one after the other. After a few days, the entire wiper assembly malfunctioned and as a result thereof, the wipers stopped functioning completely. The entire assembly had to be replaced at Sterling Motors, Gurgaon. Thereafter, the vehicle was unable to be put into 4X4 gear (low) and the lever for the said 4X4 gear got jammed beyond a certain point. The same had to be repaired again at Sterling Motors, Gurgaon. After a few days, the RPM needle of the cluster meter of the said vehicle started flickering irregularly. The said vehicle had to be again taken for repairs at Sterling Motors, Gurgaon and the said vehicle was returned to me with the assurance that the said defect stood duly rectified. However, the said vehicle had to be taken to Sterling Motors Gurgaon again for the same defect within a few days. This time, the entire cluster meter of the said vehicle was replaced. After a few days, the combination switch of the said vehicle started showing malfunctioning signals, as the indicator lever would not return to its normal position even after negotiating the turn completely, the steering having returned to its normal position and other such glitches. The said vehicle was again taken to Sterling Motors, Gurgaon, for the said problem, where the entire combination switch was replaced. After a few days, there emerged a new problem with the alternator of the said vehicle and the said part was emitting some strange noise. The said vehicle was again taken to Sterling Motors, Gurgaon, where the alternator was repaired. Thereafter, there emerged yet another problem with the self of the said vehicle, as there was a strange noise from the self whenever the engine was started. The said vehicle was again taken to Sterling Motors, Gurgaon, where the self was repaired. Thereafter, the air-conditioning of the said vehicle stopped working completely and the said fact was disclosed to Laxmi Switchgear, Panchkula, where the said vehicle was serviced last and this problem was duly reduced in writing in the job card. However, the same was not rectified when the vehicle was handed back to me. Within about a month or so from the date of servicing of the said vehicle, on 07.02.2015 at about 4 pm, I was travelling in the said vehicle within Gurgaon with a friend, one Mr. Rahul. All of a sudden, there was some strange noise that started emitting from the engine. I was driving the said vehicle at that time, pulled over and opened the bonnet. We were trying to observe and actually figure out from where the noise was coming, when suddenly, there was a massive blast in the engine of the said vehicle and a huge ball of fire erupted from the engine. It blew off the bonnet from the most strongest of joints. The noise was such as if a bomb had exploded, as people as far as a kilometre away came running to inspect whether a blast had occurred. The impact of the blast was such that the windshield of the said car cracked and the dash board caught fire. The documents kept inside the dash board were burnt, some partially and some fully, on account of the said blast. The engine of the said car including majority of parts such as radiator and other assemblies were engulfed in the said blast, thereby rendering the entire engine and the parts to mere pieces/shreds of iron. As a result of the said blast, the said Rahul, who was accompanying me, suffered massive and serious injuries on his left hand and other body parts and had to be hospitalised immediately. I was standing next to the said Rahul at the time of blast, only suffered minor injuries on my arms and hand. I was discharged from a private hospital after first aid treatment. I believe that it is only a miracle which saved me, else my injuries could have been worse than the suffered by the said Rahul. Thereafter, the said vehicle had to be towed away to Sterling Motors, Gurgaon and is lying there since then. I am not interested in getting the same repaired any longer, for it remains to be a defective vehicle. Please note that although you sell the said vehicle advertising the same to be a complete off-roader, the problems listed above were encountered by me when I had not used the said vehicle for off-roading or any other rough usage at all. Also, after purchasing the said vehicle, the same was regularly serviced at Mahindra’s authorised service centre, i.e. Sterling Motors, Gurgaon. The last servicing of the said vehicle, however, was carried out at Laxmi Switchgears Pvt. Ltd., Panchkula, Haryana, also an authorised service centre of Mahindra vehicles. It is thus clear that you sold a vehicle, which not only had inherent manufacturing defects beyond repairs but was also a ticking time bomb. Problems stated above were only rectified for a limited period or were not rectified at all, which was nothing but an attempt on the part of your executives to get the warranty period of the said vehicle expired, an act which in itself speaks of gross deficiency in service in addition to adopting unfair trade practices. Please note your acts and omissions amount to offences of cheating and fraud as defined under the Indian Law. Be that as it may be, I am neither interested in getting the said vehicle repaired any more nor retaining the same, since it would amount to replacing the entire engine and the related assemblies and if such a thing is carried out, there would remain nothing in the said vehicle which was sold to the me, since majority of important parts have already been replaced in the said vehicle as stated above. Had I known about the defects in such abundance in the said vehicle, I would have never brought the same. I do not want to retain such a defective and explosive car and want an entire refund of the amount that I had spent on the said car along with interest and other charges. Harish

                          I purchased an automatic in 2009. This is my second scorpio, the earlier one was a manual transmission which gave me 1, 60, 000 wonderful Kms. The Automatic is a nightmare...at 30, 000 I had regular complaints of jerky gear shifts at adhoc rpms. Each time the service station would set something with a laptop without charging me anything. The car has been only to Authorized service stations for servicing. Every 2500 km till 10, 000 km, Every 5, 000 Km till 30, 000, and Every 10, 000km till now which is Just 60, 000. Today, at 60, 000 the car has packed up. The transmission refuses to shift gears. the car starts but thats it... it does not matter if its in P, N, D, R. Its stationary. I can only assume that the company sold me a defective transmission and was buying time through every service to get it out of the warrenty period. I get a call from the service station that they will see into the problem, but till then they would like to inform that at every 60, 000 km, an automatic transmission requires flushing that is for...please take a seat...wooping 40, 000 to 50, 000 RS. I have been in touch with "Mahindra with you hamesha'...which they are not. They are with the privately run service station hamesha. Its just a call center with people not aware of cars and dependant on the service station on whatever 'techincal' jargon they dish out. Where is the company in this and whats its responsibility after the car leaves the factory is totally an unknown? The scorpio is supposed to be an off roader... My self driven scorpio is a city car. The only off roading its done is climbing delhis flyovers and dropping into delhis pot holes. An AtoB office drive is all the poor things done. the Automatic...its cheap engineering.

                            I leave my Mahindra logan (ka 04 me 0732) to chikmagalur service centre dated 23 /02/2015. For the reason steering tight problem. Shiva shankar take my car and told sir you will come tomorrow we check and tell what problem in your car, next day morning I am go to service centre asked to shiva shankar, he replied we don't have any spare you will go to mangalore service centre. You will go otherwise we arrange and send your car to mangalore. I replied ok sir you arrange and send to mangalore but he is layer, don't send my car to mangalore, he sed my car to private garage and changed my car valuable parts Place take action for the service centre.

                              Reference: Owner name:Ravi Chhaparia Car Model: XUV 500 - W6 Engine No. HJF4A11403 Chasis No.: F2A12028 Manufacturing Year: 2015 The delivery of the above vehicle was taken on 26/02/15 from your dealer M/S Sree Automotive Pvt LTD. VIP road Kolkata Showroom. To our utter dismay there were no checks, no cleaning and the music system was not checked. On inquiring about the audio and other features of the car we were told by the showroom staff Mr Surojit that the person responsible is not available. Also there was no test drive done at the time of delivery. The vehicle had already run 256 kms when it was delivered to us at the showroom.As promised by Mahindra diesel worth Rs 500 was not provided. Soon after taking the delivery of the vehicle XUV 500- W6, within a day the vehicle started giving problems which are stated as follows:- 1) Steering Wheel shaking vigorously after attaining a speed of 60 KM/HR 2) Bluetooth Connectivity not working 3) Prominent gear shifting noise 4) All window movements noisy 5) Dashboard middle box not opening 6) Tweeters not working 7) LCD remote not working 8) The voice of the audio speakers were cracked 9) Creaking sound while driving On finding the above defects the vehicle was sent to Sree Automotive Workshop, Topsia to rectify the problem on 2/3/15. We received the vehicle on 3/3/15 without rectification of any of the problems. After checking we found that the problems were unresolved. we again contacted the dealer who took the vehicle for thorough checking and repairs on 7/3/15 by RO Number: 015C007112 for the same problems stated above. On 10/3/15 we were called by Mr. Nairit Das for inspection of the vehicle when we were told by Mr das that the axle of the vehicle has been replaced. Still the car condition was not satisfactory. On 10/3/15 we talked to relationship Manager Mr. Amit Pal ([protected]) . He was apprised of all the problems in the vehicle and he assured us of all help. Today on the 12/03/15 the vehicle is still lying with the dealer and no communication has been forthcoming. In the light of facts stated above you can see that out of ten days from the date of delivery the vehicle has been lying in the workshop of the dealer for more than 7 days for repairs. A new vehicle is supposed to be free of any problems and you can well imagine my mental condition where a 15 lac vehicle purchased 10 days ago is lying in the workshop of the dealer for repairs for more than 7 days. We would like to get a new replacement of the vehicle with no defects as the present vehicle whose axle had to be changed after 2 days is surely a defective vehicle.                                 I have brought mahindra duro dz on 3rd January 2013. It has got engine complaint on February 2015. When i approched them(mahindra dealer Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala) with the above complaint they didn't respond properly and asked me to buy a new Gusto scooter instead.they are asking me to pay Rs 8000 for repair.

                                      I sent my xuv car for servicing in bhasin motor in sarita vihar .after receivingy car i face a problem like-balancing, allignment, left side car pulling, stearing not straight, sensing problem, Cleaning problem. After that i sent my car for sort these things But receive MY car in second time the problem is same as it is.

                                        I have purchased a mahindra xuv 500 on 29 jan 2015 up till now that had not given my regitration number, we are taking followup daily after that also they are not responding although they even not attend the call I must say the worst showroom service of mahindra guna i never seen before this type of behaviour of gm of showroom totally rude person in staff Please give a sudden action on this so that we can feel comfort we your company I sorry to say but i din't expect this kind of bad system of a showroom
