I purchased an automatic in 2009. This is my second scorpio, the earlier one was a manual transmission which gave me 1, 60, 000 wonderful Kms. The Automatic is a nightmare...at 30, 000 I had regular complaints of jerky gear shifts at adhoc rpms. Each time the service station would set something with a laptop without charging me anything. The car has been only to Authorized service stations for servicing. Every 2500 km till 10, 000 km, Every 5, 000 Km till 30, 000, and Every 10, 000km till now which is Just 60, 000. Today, at 60, 000 the car has packed up. The transmission refuses to shift gears. the car starts but thats it... it does not matter if its in P, N, D, R. Its stationary. I can only assume that the company sold me a defective transmission and was buying time through every service to get it out of the warrenty period. I get a call from the service station that they will see into the problem, but till then they would like to inform that at every 60, 000 km, an automatic transmission requires flushing that is for...please take a seat...wooping 40, 000 to 50, 000 RS. I have been in touch with "Mahindra with you hamesha'...which they are not. They are with the privately run service station hamesha. Its just a call center with people not aware of cars and dependant on the service station on whatever 'techincal' jargon they dish out. Where is the company in this and whats its responsibility after the car leaves the factory is totally an unknown? The scorpio is supposed to be an off roader... My self driven scorpio is a city car. The only off roading its done is climbing delhis flyovers and dropping into delhis pot holes. An AtoB office drive is all the poor things done. the Automatic...its cheap engineering.

    I leave my Mahindra logan (ka 04 me 0732) to chikmagalur service centre dated 23 /02/2015. For the reason steering tight problem. Shiva shankar take my car and told sir you will come tomorrow we check and tell what problem in your car, next day morning I am go to service centre asked to shiva shankar, he replied we don't have any spare you will go to mangalore service centre. You will go otherwise we arrange and send your car to mangalore. I replied ok sir you arrange and send to mangalore but he is layer, don't send my car to mangalore, he sed my car to private garage and changed my car valuable parts Place take action for the service centre.

      Reference: Owner name:Ravi Chhaparia Car Model: XUV 500 - W6 Engine No. HJF4A11403 Chasis No.: F2A12028 Manufacturing Year: 2015 The delivery of the above vehicle was taken on 26/02/15 from your dealer M/S Sree Automotive Pvt LTD. VIP road Kolkata Showroom. To our utter dismay there were no checks, no cleaning and the music system was not checked. On inquiring about the audio and other features of the car we were told by the showroom staff Mr Surojit that the person responsible is not available. Also there was no test drive done at the time of delivery. The vehicle had already run 256 kms when it was delivered to us at the showroom.As promised by Mahindra diesel worth Rs 500 was not provided. Soon after taking the delivery of the vehicle XUV 500- W6, within a day the vehicle started giving problems which are stated as follows:- 1) Steering Wheel shaking vigorously after attaining a speed of 60 KM/HR 2) Bluetooth Connectivity not working 3) Prominent gear shifting noise 4) All window movements noisy 5) Dashboard middle box not opening 6) Tweeters not working 7) LCD remote not working 8) The voice of the audio speakers were cracked 9) Creaking sound while driving On finding the above defects the vehicle was sent to Sree Automotive Workshop, Topsia to rectify the problem on 2/3/15. We received the vehicle on 3/3/15 without rectification of any of the problems. After checking we found that the problems were unresolved. we again contacted the dealer who took the vehicle for thorough checking and repairs on 7/3/15 by RO Number: 015C007112 for the same problems stated above. On 10/3/15 we were called by Mr. Nairit Das for inspection of the vehicle when we were told by Mr das that the axle of the vehicle has been replaced. Still the car condition was not satisfactory. On 10/3/15 we talked to relationship Manager Mr. Amit Pal ([protected]) . He was apprised of all the problems in the vehicle and he assured us of all help. Today on the 12/03/15 the vehicle is still lying with the dealer and no communication has been forthcoming. In the light of facts stated above you can see that out of ten days from the date of delivery the vehicle has been lying in the workshop of the dealer for more than 7 days for repairs. A new vehicle is supposed to be free of any problems and you can well imagine my mental condition where a 15 lac vehicle purchased 10 days ago is lying in the workshop of the dealer for repairs for more than 7 days. We would like to get a new replacement of the vehicle with no defects as the present vehicle whose axle had to be changed after 2 days is surely a defective vehicle.         I have brought mahindra duro dz on 3rd January 2013. It has got engine complaint on February 2015. When i approched them(mahindra dealer Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala) with the above complaint they didn't respond properly and asked me to buy a new Gusto scooter instead.they are asking me to pay Rs 8000 for repair.

              I sent my xuv car for servicing in bhasin motor in sarita vihar .after receivingy car i face a problem like-balancing, allignment, left side car pulling, stearing not straight, sensing problem, Cleaning problem. After that i sent my car for sort these things But receive MY car in second time the problem is same as it is.
              Bhasin motor - poor management and no trust...dont give your car to bhasin motor..in any where

                I have purchased a mahindra xuv 500 on 29 jan 2015 up till now that had not given my regitration number, we are taking followup daily after that also they are not responding although they even not attend the call I must say the worst showroom service of mahindra guna i never seen before this type of behaviour of gm of showroom totally rude person in staff Please give a sudden action on this so that we can feel comfort we your company I sorry to say but i din't expect this kind of bad system of a showroom

                    I purchased my Mahindra Xylo E8 in May 2009, and my vehicle has been running into problems on a monthly basis, of late. I do not know if the dealer is being irresponsible and taking me for a ride here or if the Mahindra vehicle itself was a bad idea. My vehicle is just over 5 years old and is driven for just 33, 000 kms. What is appalling to me is, was this vehicle designed for just 33, 000 kms. My dealership - TVS & Sons, Neeramankara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Two months before I had to tow the vehicle to the dealer for a clutch issue, which they replaced the entire unit for 20, 000/-. Following that we asked them to do a thorough check and necessary repairs, just because we never wanted to be stranded on highway anymore in the rain, and 100 kms away from home. They apparently did the checks/repairs and said everything will be fine with the vehicle. This past Friday I was not able to start my vehicle off from my garage and I was asked to tow my vehicle again to the dealership. After getting no reply for couple of days, after towing it to the dealership, we had to personally go to the dealership today to get them to work on the vehicle. While we were watching in the workshop today, they ran some check in the vehicle circuit, by someone who looked to me like a novice technician. In the process, I noticed a loud bursting sound and fire from the vehicle circuit - fortunately the technician threw the cloth away saving the vehicle and himself from a near catastrophic fire. A while after this incident, the dealership reported to me that I need to replace my ECU at a cost o[censored]pwards of 35, 000/-. If the dealership continues to maintain that the ECU damage was not from the technician's inexperience, definitely that loud bursting sound and fire was not good for the vehicle and I m sure would have caused damages in the vehicle that I will have to tow the vehicle back soon. Irrespective of how your evaluation of these turns out, it is unfortunate that I have to tow my vehicle every two months now and spend 30, 000 each time, in spite of following all the suggested maintenance schedule and vehicle check-ups. Add to it that the vehicle has just been driven 33, 000 kms. Because the dealer has been pretty irresponsible and tardy in dealing with my vehicle, this is my last attempt at a satisfactory resolution for my ongoing troubles with the vehicle. Unless Mahindra customer care can provide me a satisfactory response, it would be a miracle if I ever purchase a Mahindra vehicle again or if I do not advice my friends and relatives against buying one

                      With in 4 days of purchase sound came from the engine.I gave complaint also, they told it is a minor mistake we will solve.I told them my mileage is not much expected it is only 52kmpl. They told after 3rd service it will improve. But after 4th service also it is not increased.with in 7 months I got problem with lock and key, they told change your lock and key set it will come around 3000.I got bike from 212 degree bikes. Their service is too poor. Manager name is Srinivasan and mechanic name is Murali. Still so much of complaints where there. I will give 0/5 star to this bike. i gave 4th service but i didn't take my bike still they didn't solve my lock and key problem.so i told i wont take the bike untill yyou solve this problem. More than 3 times the police asked me the details because the same bike key i put also the sound is not stop regards S.Arunkumar chennai [protected].

                        Myself rakesh(journalist), cell# [protected], l've scorpio ex (BR 33J 6323), it runs only 12000 km. But I am facing many problems like worst break, worst clutch, engone oil leakage, worst milage etc.. the error had started from 5600km. At that time I made a complain at servicing centre (sonali auto patna ), but nobody care about it than I made a written complain on internet, then a telecaller fulfill their formalities. My problems still persisting, who will responsible ? One thing more I didn, t get tool kit bag with this vehicle. I hope my problems will be resolved soon thanks!

                            I purchased New Generation Scorpio S8 from Automotive Nagole Showroom on 25th Nov 2014. Since then I am facing lot of issues related to spares and service. 1. I was given tail lamp(break light) in unfitted condition. I am asking the sales person everyday about that but he says that there are no bolts available for that tail lamp 2. The MP3 music system gets struck while running, I wanted to replace it with a new double din system(Personal Cost) but I cannot since there is no proper technical assistance from accessories department 3. Now since last 1 week a new problem has started. Vehicle is making some noise on bumps and speed breakers. I sent the vehicle to Uppal service center for rectification of this problem but they wasted whole day and returned back the vehicle with out fixing the issue and asking me to send it back for one more day Since I purchased this vehicle I am going around workshops and service centers wasting my time. But the problems remain unresolved. I have decided not to buy any Mahindra vehicle in future and also to recommend any one to buy it. Really feel that I made a mistake by buying this car.                               My name is love chadha I had purchased mahindra loadking in the month of april this year Mahindra, It is upto the limit, your dealer Nath motors after 8 services had made our vehicle worst ever i.e. mahindra loadking and your all officers Mr.Prem puri, .sidharth dubey and chetan suri and others are very good in fooling us and misguiding us.It was just for the respect of these officers we were not filing any complaint against them, but I think we are left with no options now.These officers always requested us to make service of our vehicle in nath motors and after 8 services our vehicle is of no use now and still they are not listening to our problem they are still making their decisions.Is this your way to treat a customer and this is not yet now nath motors owner mr. Rishi nath with his friend mr. Raj sapra are coming in our office and misbehaving with us and mr. Prem puri not to listen my complaint again trying his mischief to lead me on the wrong path.With a heavy heart, i must say Mahindra had appointed the worst officers ever whose motive is just to fool the customers and nothing else.I ll see you on the next level...My vehicle no. hr58a8959 prop.                                   its not tested vehicle i am not satisfied by this vehicle, Because every 150 km travel gets many complaints like impaired sensors, problems in gear shifting.                                     I mr apte p k purchsed centura one year ago...the dealers in thane are not at all attending To customers compliants.the Bike stops all of sudden if even a small ditchin thE rd Is to be crossed...small vibrations puts vehicle to halt...for last three months i am struggling tO get switch which is to be replaced...enough of mental agony...think thrice before u purchase mahindra centuro

                                      I went to mahindra service centre yesterday, Date 11th Dec 2014, I arrived service centre around 12 noon, i told to service reception, have need to do car service, check car engine oil, and some others. but still to 4pm didn't do any works, and staffs are driver my car up and down, not do any works for my car. it waste my time and didn't do anything for me. how i felt as you can know. for me, i have too many works, i went there not to do free work for my car, so very very bad of staffs service, like i went a few time panthankot mahindra service centre, they did very good. but why here they can't. i felt very bad, very bad, this is my first time to went to this new service centre.

                                        I personally drive a Scorpio purchased in Sep. 2011 and this year I have noticed signs of rusting on the exterior body all around the car. On close inspection by the workshop we see the same internally as well. Inspection was conducted by both the Showroom (MPL Automobiles in Nelson Manickam) and by the Workshop and they confirmed that they will be reporting to Head office. Which after two weeks of followup was informed this will not be acceptable. If its an internal component of the vehicle that needs a change, I can agree that a customer has to pay after the 2 year warranty end. But I am shocked to know that for the exterior body of a car due to a poor manufacturing/ painting job of Mahindra, why should the customer suffer. We havent seen similar issues in other cars that the family is using (Swift from Maruti, SX4 from Maruti) for over 8 years. I lodged a complaint on 9th December, customer representative 'Shyam Raj' on the Mahindra Customer Service Direct Helpline and was told within a day's time I would receive a call. Its now more than 48 hours and still waiting and havent received any call from Mahindra on this issue. Car Registeration TN 20 BM 7102, Chassis No. MAITA2MBPB2G17229, Engine No. MBB4G58273. I hope this complaint will be looked into by Mahindra and required action is initiated immediately. Thanks Shabnam Meeran

                                        The lodged compliant is not considered at all. The showroom folks when called today said its not their responsibility to respond to these queries. They are there only to sell the cars but if the cars lack the quality it should provide is not their concern.

                                        Mahindra Complaint centre has not taken any action or contacted me yet on this subject
