    my name is kanav narang phone number-[protected], [protected], [protected] . bought a xuv 500 from chandigarh swami auto mobile. from the day i bought a car the car is continuosly giving me lots off problem . i had the car to to swami auto mobile chandigarh lots off time for same problem again and again and they r not helping me out for that problem . they always keep my for 5 to 10 days for lots of time and when they return the car to me the car occurs with the same problem in 2 to 3 days again and they again keep my car. i had got so much harashed for that car .the car had prob of while driving steering get lock automaticaaly to any side, the egnishien problem on the meter, engine check lite, shocker . ac not work properly, steering get hard, brake problem and many more problem . lot of time i was going to occur in an accident due to thesse kind off problem.

      I have given my mahindra logan car to service station M/s Sri durga auto, on 7th of march, since then incompetent service station is doing try and error method on the car, and without informing me has changed the parts and have prepared bill of approx 1.5 laks, they have damaged many parts of the car like pressure pump/ wiring/ a.c power window which were all in working condition when the car was given to them for repair

      I have mailed to Anand Mahindra, Roma Balwani, customer care and the service station, but instead of resolving the issue the service station has created more problem by damaging and changeing more parts.

        Tyre blast: i had complain about it but no responce from any one its a worest company
        Recently i had taken just one month is goes on my tyre is blasted what the hell is it
        And i had mail to the [protected]@mahindra.com but no replay from there
        Its a waste service in v.V.C motors that service advicer had said me it will claim in 48 hours but noo after the 20 days when i call to the adviceer he is saying that its rejected what the hell

        Waste services of mahindra dont buy any mahindra vehicle

            I had purchased a Mahindra Thar on 24/11/2012, it had many issues from day one like poor quality of interiors and exteriors, coolant leakage, water leakage etc but i managed all this thinking its my choice of buying this car so i managed but the brakes have been so poor that recently i met with an accident and was almost loosing my life due poor brakes which is very spongy and doea not hold the car at all.               I have purchased Xylo E4 Model on july13. & I servicing my car from your authorized service center which is located at barasat maynaguri at my last servicing I came to know that one of engine part is damaged & they are change that part free of cost as one year is not over but that time the part was not available with them so they had inform me to keep the car at service center when the part is available they will install it but it was not possible for me to keep the car & after that from last one month I have done daily follow up with them regarding this matter & each & every day I came to know new new excuses last time the gave me statement that this model is not prepare now so that this part is not available now in market. So please let me know if you are not continue this model within few months of purchased the car & also the parts are not available at market any more so why don't u inform customer before buy the car because one year also not over of my car. So please solve my problem as soon as possible either give my money back & take your car.

                  During the year 7/03/2011 reg no ka -02 hl -7067. Within one year the batter
                  Was changed reason - self starting problem due to low batter. The digital meter
                  Was not working properly (From first service this was the problem) and full set
                  Was changed as informed by your service personal. If i use the vehicle during
                  Rain (If i keep the vehicle out side in rain ) when i hold the brake self start
                  Will work. Self start button need not be pressed. This will continue till some
                  Hours of riding. During low batter condition self start will not work and at the
                  Same time kick start will not work. During travel if the accelerator is reduced
                  And brake is held vehicle will get switched off. And again starting will be a

                      I took my mahindra scorpio for servicing at a G3 car service centre, mith chowki, Malad west. an authorised mahindra service centre. I had a very displeasing and unsatisfied experience.I asked the service centre to do the very basic and most essential services only. When I went to take my car back, they handed me an invoice of rs 12937.my RO no. is RO14P005297 RO date : 11 march 2014 12:15 customer id : C[protected] Name :Ikhlakh Siraj khan. (mobile: [protected])when I asked them about the details mentioned in the invoice that is 1) 3M Decarboning charges Rs.2250. 2) AC disinfection system charges Rs.1000.the adviser told me that these are compulsory and very basic services and you need to do this every time you take your car to service.when asked about talking to the manager I got very rude reply that the manager is unavailable. I tried to reach him many times after that but he was still unavailable.Inflating the bill by unnecessary services even after customers request to do only the most essential services is very displeasing and rude.I think that the advisors here at G3 service centre only care about their incentives and are very inconsiderate about the requirements of the customer.I had got my car serviced before at Miracle motors in mira road and I was very happy with their service.I am happy with Mahindra scorpio but very unsatisfied with G3 service centre.My friends too shared very bad experience with this service centre.I was about to make some more additional services but now i am very discouraged to do so.I will be very happy if you can verify that the above mentioned services are the most essential services and are absolutely necessary every time you take your car to service.i havent took delivery of my car yet and i am waiting for your reply.                         I was delivered a defective and damaged car by mahindra from first day i have been facing problem of brake failure and alignment . Mahindra delalers could never get the cambers in the precised limit . had not driven my car for more than 1500kms but had to take it to speed link mahindra panchkula delearship because of brakes failure and while they were repairing it i saw that bush from left side of the car are missing and when i asked the mechanic he said that he ll repair it but he never did.(even sterling dealership never repaired it ever after acknowledging it 3 times for 3 different visits)Took my car to mahindra sterling for more than 5 times and they either never changed the brake parts or were not able to repair it . Kept my car for months and damaged the whole upper body and from left side.Now they say that there is nothing more we can do and recently met with an accident due to brake failure. Mahindra representative Ravi Khurana and Sterling dealership are running away from their responsibility of delivering a defective car not only once but for the 4th time again. I was delivered a damaged and defective car and mahindra dealers have tried everything but still are unable to repair it and a mahindra crm from gurgaon Ravi khurana is one person who not only runs from his responsibilities but also never picks up the phone and he represents mahindra, whenever i call up mahindra customer care they ask for some more time so that they can arrange a call back from ravi khurana and i hve told them that he never answers, he is some kind of fraud representing mahindra and it has been more than 24 times i hve called them up . I have all the voice recordings of mahindra customer care and it shows that even mahindra is running a scam to fool their customers . In our family we have been using mahindra vehicles for past 20 years but now i realise that it is the worst automobile company in our country selling defective cars to customers.

                          XUV 500 is offered at lower priced as compared to its competitors, but when it comes to performance and service support they are very very poor. since the purchase my car is giving problems everytime. 1) the multimedia cd/mp3 player stopped working > replaced under warranty 2) suspension very bad> they have upgrade but will be charged extra. 3) just after service, engine low oil alert> when reported to G3 dealer service centre, they said it is just small sensor error and we can continue driving. But when I checked there was hardly any oil in the sump. I had saved myself from a major engine failure cost. 4) just after the service> now the clutch suddenly fails> dealer G3 do not have spares available. In short the dealers are either overloaded or not bother to give service support, the spares are note available at any other shops. In the end we endup waiting in the long queue paying high spares price.

                            Hello sir, i have purchased "mahindra maxximo" one and a half year back with lots of hopes to provide service on time. But i'm totally disappointed from mahindra's vehicle and it's after sales service. mahindra has sold me a bloody scrape. i bought it from "sterling motors" authorized center of mahindra in faridabad, haryana. i have purchased it on[protected]. My vehicle has only covered around 9000 k/ms till now. In a month of Oct. Its engine got seized and after spending rs.30000/- and 3 months trouble they solved it. And now again it has got immobilized due to some reasons. People at service center are "bloody thugs" how partially fix the problem and make huge bills. They don't even attend complaints on time. till now i have spent more then rs. 50000/- on its maintenance and today also my vehicle is in service center and they are demanding around rs9000/-. Kindly take strict action against sterling motors, fridabad and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd for misguiding and cheating. Since the day i have purchased it i'm paying money continuously to get it repaired after every 3 - 4 month. rahul gupta it.[protected]@gmail.com

                              Sir, I have purchased xuv-500 on 15-feb-2014 I have paid the down payment cheque on d spot. Since their was a technical problem in mahindra site I wasn't issued a cheque for around a week. Even after contacting sales manager I didn't get proper response. The language they use was very improper manner to talk to customers. I had been asking the sales operator to introduces me to the unknown facilities of xuv-500 w8. But the only response I got is "contact workshop for any work, and vice verso was the response from the workshop. I really frustrated from the service from jalgaon showroom

                                  We have purchased Mahindra XYLO D4 on 24th Jan 2014, from Authorized dealer

                                  Jitendra Motors Pvt Ltd, Nashik. I would like to share rather complaint about new purchased XYLO Regd. No is MH-15-EB –4201.

                                  On 11th Feb 2014 Our Driver (Mr.Sanjay Gharte 18 Years Military Driver Expen) took XYLO to Mumbai along with our Co’s Director + 2 Sr.Magaer to visit at HO Mumbai.
                                  On- the way near Chambur area Driver and our Sr.Manger have notice smoke is coming out, everybody got panicky,
                                  Driver has opened bonnet and notice found rubber burning smell,
                                  Rubber bush cracked in pieces, Rubber bush pieces found very hard, also found oil leakage, Driver manage to call mechanic
                                  he has temporarily fitted new bush to stop oil leakage.(Rs.2000/-) Clutch was hard to operate. Somehow Driver manage to bring XYLO back to Nashik.
                                  As a customer there are few questions. we want answer from your Quality-Head / Customer care.

                                  1] After date of purchasing within 17 days how the clutch problem suddenly came out within 17 days. Is the quality of Mahindra Clutch Plate is sub-standard ?.

                                  2] When we have send this XYLO to Show Room Milage was 2284, why they have not given any technical survey report and also blamed that it is Deriver Mistake why it is so?

                                  3] When I informed to Nashik Dealer about break down incident he could manage to send any technician from Mumbai. Why so ?

                                  4] This break down incident also informed to Mhindra Help line [protected] Mr.Imran & Vivek, They have register the complaint but no feedback about what action the have initiated as on ?

                                  5] Show Room has charged Rs.9719/- for replacing new clutch plate ?


                                  6] Also VIP Industries Ltd. Nashik plant Director reached late in Board of directors meeting. This was very disgusting part.

                                  7] Who will bear this damage cost ? and great agony to our Director ?

                                    I Discusses with that person Mr.Atul Joshi, as per his information, I deposit Rs.13500, to Mr.Rajesh Kumar, A/C No [protected], State Bank Of India, On 2nd Jan 2014, as per his information I have to send the scan copy of deposited slip to this email id, [protected]@mahindrahr.in, [protected]@gmail.com,
                                    He also conformed the Deposiding that amount by mail, like this on Fri On Fri 3 Jan, ( As per discussed we have got the approval regarding security deposit and you are going to receive your documents before two days of interview).
                                    But still I didn’t received any mail regarding Interview Process, I try to contact that no, but still he didn’t attend my call, I try to communicate by mail also but I received failure notice only, so kindly help to me,

                                    you got scammed by a classic recruitment scam. corporates never send such emails asking for money. better sense should prevail from your end. fortunately only get classically scammed. bad luck for you.

                                      XUV 500, a Premium Car by Car maker MAHINDRA, CATCHES FIRE . Thanks god there is no loss of life as the car caught while parked outside the house. Fire took place one month ago .Since then we are following up with the Company to find the reasons of fire along with the detailed Technical Inspection Report, about which i am not being unreasonable as a customer. The Company says the reason of the fire was external but if so, why they are so hesitant to provide the Report. The reasons is obvious, i.e. technical faults. So pease help us in the matter.

                                        Sub: Gross Deficiency in Service It is submitted that I purchased a Mahindra Quanto C-2 (Delivered on 14th June 2013) from Sri Durga Automobiles (Rajapuri, Opp. Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi) as Customer ID No C14A712595. I consider myself to be unfortunate and believe to have made a wrong decision by going for this car from Mahindra. Even after investing around 7 Lakhs of my hard-earned money, all I got is utmost mental, physical and financial harassment right from the Day 1. The ordeal started on the Day of the delivery (14th June 2013) itself when the rear door did not close after I opened it to let my family in. I, with family, had to rush back to the showroom (Sri Durga Automobiles) to get it put in place. I was being shooed away on pretext of it being too late. I pleaded for the security of my new car but to no avail. The door was repaired only after I proposed to stage ‘anshan’ in front of the showroom. After facing continuous problems, I sent back the vehicle to the Sri Durga Automobiles on 19th June 2013 with a letter stating 9 (nine) issues which my brand new car, delivered 5 (five) days back, was facing. Everything from remote entry to cabin lights to Gear to Clutch to Wipers was in a mess. I can convincingly state that Sri Durga staff was interested only in selling CHEAP & OVER PRICED ACCESSORIES, and not interested at all in providing a trouble free vehicle. After driving 1218 KMs, on 8th July 2013 (that is less that after a month o delivery of new car), I was left with no option but to send the car back for repairs to Bhasin Motors, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Clutch was not smooth as expected in a new car, AC System was faulty, Diesel Tank Lid did not close, front left gate was touching, etc. Surprisingly the rubber pad of the clutch pad was worn out in a supposedly brand new car ! On 29th July 2013, I again had to send the car to Bhasin Motors, Moti Nagar, New Delhi as the work carried out on 8th July 2013 was not satisfactory. I again requested for setting the clutch right & get the engine tuned and the issue of car being tilted on to a side. Nothing significant was done even on 29th July 2013 but then I couldn’t afford to send the car for repair every other day and my professional commitments too didn’t permit me to do so but not being able to take the pain of driving a faulty vehicle, I sent the car back to the Bhasin Motors on 1st November 2013 with almost the same complaints that remained unresolved on prior two occasions. Even after repeated complaints and sending the car for repair, nothing much came to my rescue. Around the same time, the person cleaning my car left his work, and I realized that the car has been giving black smoke, the marks of which use to be cleaned every day by the cleaner. Being an environmental sensitive person, I immediately sent the car to the Sri Durga Automobiles for rectification where the attendants gave me an estimation of about Rs 8, 500/- (Eight thousand Five hundred) instead of focusing on the main issue of controlling the smoke. After a bit of arguments and all, I was told that the issue has been resolved. This work was carried out against Repair Order Number RO 14A018407. But ALAS ! The Car continues to emit black smoke, and the mileage continues to be abysmally Low. I escalated my complaint to higher authorities, even tagging Mr Anand Mahindra at his Twitter Account, and posting on their facebook page, nothing was done. They asked me for my contact detail (which were already there with them), I provided them the same, but no one contacted me to help me resolve the issue. There arise many serious issues from the above mentioned facts, summarized below: 1) How can the door of a new car stop closing on the very first day? Was the vehicle not checked before delivery? What would have happened in case the door opened mid-way and any of my family members suffered injury? 2) Within 5 days of delivery, I faced numerous problems mentioned in the letter at Annexure I. 3) The AC took air from outside environment even when set to circulate the inner air. 4) The diesel tank lid did not close and had to be temporarily fixed. Later on, it started getting jammed. 5) The engine of this brand new car was not tuned. It still is not! The car continues to emit BLACK SMOKE, and gives a very low mileage. 6) In a nutshell, I have faced almost every issue which a car user can. Relief Sought: 1) Initiate immediate action against the service centres, dealers and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd for causing me undue mental, physical and financial harassment. 2) Get the complaints rectified and the vehicle re-tested by experts from the manufacturer (not from the service centres). I doubt if the car delivered to me was taken through the Quality Assurance test and whether it is actually a new car. 3) Appropriately compensate me for all the inconvenience I have been going through for the past 6 (six) months. Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible to my immediate relief. Looking forward to your prompt action.
