Hi,

Let me introduce myself, I'm Joshy Babu working as a s/w engr in Dubai, and i'm on my vaction now.

This is with regards to the issues i faced from a Dy Corp Manger (Mr. Vijay Kumar, CAI Industries Coimabtore). I have a booked a Mahindra Xylo on the first week of the May 2011 and the dealer acknowledge me that the delivery of the vehicle will be held at Jul 21 2001. And i called the executive on 19 th July and she said the delivery will happen on 22th after registration and the rest formalities as i 've made all the payments on 21sit July.

I called up the same executive on the same and she replied its not possible to deliver the vehicle on the same day as it takes more than 2 days for the registration and all.

Here starts the issues and she handed over the phone to her boss Mr. Vijaya Kumar, Deputy Corporate Manger CAI Industries Coimbatore, he started yelling at me with these reasons and i replied him saying like " you are suppossed to deliver me the vehicle on the same day or the very next day, and i asked him onething that "IS THIS THE WAY TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER?" he replied, "THIS IS OUR WAY TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER AND YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER YOU LIKE, i said very politely that i've got 2 vehicles rather than this xylo, and i hven't heard anything from anyone else's like this. again he said this is our way and " YOU CAN LOG ANY COMPLAINTS ANGAINST ME".. and the conversation end up.

Kindly read this and do the needful asap. if the complaint tems requires the call log for more clarification i can produce the same.

    My bolero SLE car serial no:A5m 94911, Chassis no: A5m 94911, engine no: GHA4M 62406, Key no: 0472, purchasing date- 27-December-2010. Our Dealer has already run 870 km on the date of delivery. I timely serviced my car by the authorized Dealer Natraj Automobiles Jhansi. After some time the engine of my car was unnecessary producing sounds.I introduce this complain to the dealer on date- 9-July-2011, but they did not care on our complains. Now-a-days our car is not running due to the poor service of the dealer. My car is parked near khajrao near distt panna M.P. I can't attend to the dealer again and again..........i.e. as a pendulum and i can't pay unnecessary expenses on diesel again and again, So please exchange my defected car to a new car in 15 days. If you did not accept my complain then i will complain this to the court and all responsibility will be yours company.

      BUT NOW AFTER THREE MONTHS ,STILL THEY CAN NOT REPAIR MY XYLO,AND GIVE REASON THAT COMPANY CAN NOT SUPPLY PARTS TO THEM AFTER SO MANY REMINDER .

Kheroni in the dist- Karbi Anglong Assam, I had planned to buy a Mahindra balero SLX, so i boked it on 12th Decc/ 2010 at INDUSTRIAL AND FARM EQUIPMENT, G.S. ROAD DISPUR GUWAHATI, ASSAM. with amount Rs 10,000, ( ten thausand) vide receipt no -003031
        they commited to give the by 12/15 jan/2011.but they didn't do so . they tel me i[censored] deposit full amount of vehicle than we will be deliverd the same within 3/4 days. so again deposit Rs 6,57,536 (six lakhs fifty seven thausand five hundred thirty six ) only vide recept no 1349 dtd 4th july 2011. 4th july 2011, Industrial and farm equipment commited with me to delivar within 3/4 days. but til date i.e. 8th july, i havetn't received. the delivery. i reust you to help me in any possible and take serious against this.

          My name is Amarpal Singh Parihar,i have not yet received my car key(swift Vxi).I have financed my car from mahindra & mahindra finance services on 24 june 2010.I have completed all EMI's 2-3 months before and recieved all documents which was given by me at the time of finance,but they are not giving me key.For your kind information according to rule of finance company they take one key for security untill all EMI's not completed.But now they are told me that i have no key or may be i have given your key at the time of finance.I am not only person who have lost there key from mahindra & mahindra finance services .So its a serious offence in case my car will be stolen then who will be responsible.I would like to say that they give my key or change whole lock system for security purpose .Please take steps against this type of carelessness.I want justice please help me as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against mahindra & mahindra finance services .

            I have booked a car mahindra & mahindra bolero SLE model Vehicle at Nextgen Mahindra Dealer and accordingly I have deposted the advance Rs.4.9 Lac through Magma Finance on 01/02/2009. That time company has quoted me Rs.576401 on road price.
            One Mr Ompraksh Singh,([protected]) Agent for mahindra & mahindra who has process my file for getting the vehicle, has taken Rs.24000/- cash for insurance, road tax and registration fee and I have told to deposit Rs.1.38,000/- down payment to the company dealer M/s Nextgen and take the car at your home.
            Till date I have not received tha vehicle and M/s Nextgen the dealer of mahindra & mahindra is pressing for down payment for Rs-2,47,862 for down payment.
            Now y submission is that I have deposited Rs.4.9 lack 2 and half years back so I should allow that very price when I book the car.
            Kindly look into the matter otherwise will will force to go consumer court for return back the money with interest

              The whole story:
              I am writing you this detailed mail as am a little disturbed and feeling hurt because of the deal (XUV 500).I want to give you a over view of the entire conversation which took place between us from the day one.i.e. june the 2nd, 2013.
              I spoke to Aditya and test drove the car on the same day (Sunday) bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434.During the test drive I insisted to know about any problem related to the XUV500-W8.On my insistence and cross checking with Aditya & Sushil Chawla (Manager – Mahindra First Choice) quite a number of times about the condition of the car, he kept repeating that its in a very good condition and I should buy it ASAP. He said the owner of the car is known to him personally and so did the vehicle. It is because of an exchange which the owner did, that he is selling the car of this good condition and is non accidental.
              He said we at MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE / SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES only buy NON ACCIDENTAL vehicles in good condition. So there is no question of getting hassled about the quality and condition of the vehicle. He advised me to go for the deal as m dealing with Mahindra First Choice and nothing else, He suggested me to go for the deal without a thought because of the brand MAHINDRA.
              It was because of this trust that I was prompt to decide on the car on the same evening when approached by Aditya & Sushil Chawla (at MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE / SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES) which got finalized at 9lacs and 48 thousand Indian rupees including the registration/transfer charges.
              On the 3rd of June I paid 50 thousand rupees as the advance money to you (Sri Durga Automobiles) against bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434.
              I got the relevant documents of the XUV after the payment including the registration certificate, NOC, insurance and Form 35 signed by Sri Kadam Singh. After Speaking to Mr. KADAM SINGH to cross check the details he agreed that the vehicle is accidental .On knowing this I crossed checked it with the insurance agency .i.e. RELIANCE. And they told me that the claim has been settled on 1st February 2013 for 83 thousand rupees against the same vehicle bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434 which was involved in a accident.               When I tried to investigate the vehicle service details further through Mahindra and Mahindra’s service track record for vehicle bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434, I further got to know that the record is clean with no problems but to my shock the factual details has got great discrepancy and the nexus to do so between Sri Durga Automobiles and Mahindra and Mahindra was evident. Both the parties Sri Durga Automobiles cheated me hence leading to the fraud.



              To my further surprise I am Awe stuck to know that Sri Durga Automobiles owned and managed by Mr. Ashish Singhania was also involved in cheating customers at SAI AUTOMOBILES with a SKODA dealership and lost the dealership against similar kind of forgery and fraud. He lost his dealership but is repeating the deeds at Sri Durga Automobiles as a Mahindra and Mahindra dealer.

                Dear sir

                I bought a KINE by Mahindra on 08th October 2010 in name of Mr. Gaurav Jain from Mehta Automobiles Pvt Ltd Gita Bhawan Showroom,Indore(M.P.).


                But since we bought it we are facing the petrol leakage problem in this model.This vehicle is undergone with five services from Mehta Automobiles,But still the same problem persists.Now one more problem with this vehicle is that it is not starting,This model is also having the pick up problem.We have given this to Mehta motors Gita Bhavan for a week and they have returned the vehicle stating that "You can complaint in consumer form as vehicle is ok at our end".They have also provided the consumer forum address to us.



                So kindly look into the above matter and give a solution to this problem as the vehicle is under warranty period.Now we want our hard earned maney back from Mahindra Two Wheelers.

                  I had purchased a Mahindra Xylo and serviced at Marshall Trading Company for last year, the service provided by dealer is pathetic. They do not even clean properly the car during service this was the case for the first service.

                  Second service was more pathetic then first,in this case they gave the timing for drop the car to the service center(9.30 am,Wednesday) for service and when i went there for car servicing they sad you will get it after 3-4 days and they even don't know about some technical aspects also.

                  After getting these much pain i decided to call to the Customer care but again i did not get proper response.i had called in customer care ([protected]) around 9-10 times but they did not gave any proper answer(Customer care people ware Mr Rohan and Miss Palak)

                  It seems that Mahindra is not interested in solving the Customer's problems

                  Now I felt Heavily Cheated and Frustrated

                  So i finally decided to go to the consumer court for filling the case against the Mahindra & Mahindra

                    Complaint Regarding engine problem in XYLO log in on date 5- May 11 on customer care no [protected] with docket no KE05/0363 has not entertained by dealer Garg Motor Sirsa HR India 125050 till date.

                    A poor response from the Garg Motors that they haven't the spare part in their agency.

                    Engine problem occurs befor e 2 months regularly reminding to Manager Dharambir but no response.

                      RESPECTED SIR/medom my mahindra maxximo engine two time failure .Frist time my maxximo engine replace in 64 days.because mahindra give me 50days compansetion by jattari auto sales aligarh.IInd time replaced in 20days and gives me 15days compansetion by vardhaman motors.But my maxximo starter motor does not properly worked.IIIrd time my maxximo fuel feed pump failure in Gaunda JATTARI AUTO SALES ALIGARH REPEATED FUEL FEED PUMP AND SAYS ME AFFTER TELIPHONIC DISCATION WITH MR. AMAN KUMAR(AREA OFFICER)plese replaced your starter motor in vardhaman motor meerut.But mr. aman kumar do not any responce me AFFTER my complaned and his telephonick comitement.So my mahindra maxximo do not started by starter motor.Sir I am reqesting to you plese replaced my maxximo starter motor Immidietly.Otherwise I will go to judicial saporting consumers court.

                        i had bought a xylo R.C. No. DL4 C L NB 4379, from the dealer sri durga automobile, in Oct`10.
                        earlier car is doing fine but soon as car crosses 20k mark running troubles start coming from the car.

                        And more over the dealer service is such that on the service they are asked to change the disk pad shoes,
                        and they have done such a blunder that the mechanic had punctured the brake fluid pipe near the shocker,
                        resulting in loss of brake fluid unawarenessly,

                        After few days some body on red lite told me that there is some oil leaking behind your car, then i realised that my brake fuild is leaking,

                        Some body tells me why do we service our vehical into the co. service center i[censored]nfourtunetly my car brakes get lost on highway then whose fault is this.

                            I had purchased a Mahindra Bolero (DI TURBO) from Star Automobiles, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) on 1 october 2010.My vehicle is registered under taxi category from RTO Jabalpur, number MP 20 T 6412, and as per the rules an amount of Rs 45,000 should be refunded to me for the EXCISE DUTY REFUND. Its almost five-six months now but no action has been noticed from your company regarding this issue.

                            I have been to the showroom many times but the response from the Mahindra showroom staff was not satisfactory and their behavior was also inhuman.

                              1.Broken A.C slit from the day of delivery and repaired in second service.
                              2.Broken of Tachometer /speedometer/Cluster meter cover from the day of delivery and the problem identified during second service was replacement of dash board.
                              (The above two problems were identified by Mr. Appa during demo visit 3-days from the delivery)
                              3.Problems related to shifting of the gear identified during first service by Mr. Jayesh existing from the day of delivery, and I don’t know if it is repaired and was also told that there is problem with gear box with XYLO.
                              4.Break disk cover problem identified by me as an extra ordinary sound was heard while applying breaks and was told by the expert that would have even led to break failure it was repaired rather it should have been replaced.
                              5.Faulty Fuel meter repaired in first service.
                              6.A silver inner lining along the wind shield in front of the driver is not fitted properly.
                              7.Honking problem is also observed when the car is resting even with engine is ON.
                              8.Glow box was not glowing and even I told Mr Jayesh and it was not rectified till the second service.
                              9.The co-drivers arm rest was broken from the day of delivery and repaired later.
                              For rectification my car was brought to G3 8 times and this is the 9th time as told Ms. Vijya Nayakar employee of G3 Customer Service.
                              This is soooooooooo strange. I felt I am buying a good machine but I am now identifying it as trouble machine.
                              Do these problems occur normally from the first day and if this is so, what is the life of vehicle.
                              I was promised Extended Warranty which I received after several request and argument that to the warranty was given on a hand written paper with header of M&M.
                              Initially I did not complain about it because of Ms. Preeti, as she told that all things would be rectified.
                              I want to ask you a question and would like answer in writing, that if you would have purchased this wonderful car with such problems how would you have felt?
                              I personally believe that the car was given to me as a gift or from dump yard at least a car purchased cannot have soo many problems.
                              I don’t want my vehicle to be touched by Mr.Jayesh.
                              Is this kind of impression as the customer of Mahindra and Mahindra should have?
                              And what feedback about M & M I should give to other, kindly suggest.

                                -On booking i was told that there would be a waiting period of 3 weeks. I felt that it was fair and they booking was done

                                efficiently and I finalized on E6 model (8 Seater) diamond white color.I dint want to pressure the MPL ppl so waited till

                                28th of March (i.e. yesterday) and went to their showroom. And my troubles start now. I meet the sales manager mr.antony who

                                made my booking and ask for the status and he says in a cool nonchalant way "It will take time sir. Why are you in such

                                hurry? What you want?". I was totally taken aback by this statement. I explained my situation telling him that I have sold my

                                vehicle taking his word into account. He said "Last week when you called there was good delivery rate. But now there are no

                                cars available. You have to wait." I said i was ready to wait but he had given me a commitment of 3 weeks and it was almost 4

                                weeks and all I want is a confirmed date of delivery. Even though i was really frustrated i was very nice to him. I asked him

                                how can there be no system by which they can monitor the booked vehicle. He also revealed to me that my car was not even

                                billed yet. And it would take 10 days to deliver my vehicle from the date it is billed.Now we have no car with us now. And i

                                m being pressurized by my family and friends to look for other options. Maybe a Innova or a Safari. Those things are there

                                for delivery or max a waiting time of about a week. But i don’t want to go for them.
                                they are not taking care ( neglectiing ) of customers with huge name of mahindra brand.You may know competetion improves the

                                quality????

                                My Xylo bearing reg no KA 12 N 7729 met with an accident and the chassis frame needs to be replaced.The problem is that the chassis has been ordered by the INDIA GARAGE situated on victoria layout in BANGALORE but it has taken more than a month and still the chassis has not arrived from your main factory and this has been their excuse .If it is so please see to it that it is sent as soon as possible so that the work on the vehicle can commence for unless the chassis comes no other work can start

                                  I have purchased the Xylo (Chasis No. A2D36799,Enginee no.JAA4D12758 ) from your delear M/s RAJ INDIA AUTO PVT. LTD.109/1, Koirajpur,Harhua, Varanasi in May 2010(Registration No.UP65AU4274). This Xylo car has been run only for 14000Km and twice the clutch plate has been changed by your dealer & I have to pay about Rs.7000/- each time. Earlier I had the Maruti cars which never troubled me for clutch plate. It appears that the fitting of clutch plate system is faulty from the very begining

                                      My name is C.P ZACKERIA from kannur.I have booked for mahindra thar and I was waiting for my vehicle for the past 6 months.My order no is 2888.Actually we booked for mahindra major 4x4.Because of our bad luck the company stopped the production of this model.So the dealer contacted us and said ,The company is launching a new BSIII model vehicle,Soon we will be contacting u after coming to our showroom.I[censored] liked the vehicle we will be delivering to you.But the vehicle was sold to other customer.After that they said next vehicle will be delivering to you.Now i got a information that the 1 vehicle was send to ernakulam for alternation .The colour of vehicle was red and we booked for black.But we was in a situation to take any available colour.I'm completley Frusted and Harassed with your company.

                                      So i request you to take necessary action towards them and also make sure that your company is deliverying vehicle as much fast you can.
