i had bought a xylo R.C. No. DL4 C L NB 4379, from the dealer sri durga automobile, in Oct`10.
earlier car is doing fine but soon as car crosses 20k mark running troubles start coming from the car.

And more over the dealer service is such that on the service they are asked to change the disk pad shoes,
and they have done such a blunder that the mechanic had punctured the brake fluid pipe near the shocker,
resulting in loss of brake fluid unawarenessly,

After few days some body on red lite told me that there is some oil leaking behind your car, then i realised that my brake fuild is leaking,

Some body tells me why do we service our vehical into the co. service center i[censored]nfourtunetly my car brakes get lost on highway then whose fault is this.

      Hello Sir

      I had purchased a Mahindra Bolero (DI TURBO) from Star Automobiles, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) on 1 october 2010.My vehicle is registered under taxi category from RTO Jabalpur, number MP 20 T 6412, and as per the rules an amount of Rs 45,000 should be refunded to me for the EXCISE DUTY REFUND. Its almost five-six months now but no action has been noticed from your company regarding this issue.

      I have been to the showroom many times but the response from the Mahindra showroom staff was not satisfactory and their behavior was also inhuman.

      I resistred the vehicle

      All document submit on OSL, Jharsuguda on Dtd 13.05.2011 for EDR Refund
      Today I received one DD for Rs.21241.00
      I am surprised how the EDR amount is LOW as per my knowledge the EDR must be 8% for those who are purchase the vehicle within march-2011

        1.Broken A.C slit from the day of delivery and repaired in second service.
        2.Broken of Tachometer /speedometer/Cluster meter cover from the day of delivery and the problem identified during second service was replacement of dash board.
        (The above two problems were identified by Mr. Appa during demo visit 3-days from the delivery)
        3.Problems related to shifting of the gear identified during first service by Mr. Jayesh existing from the day of delivery, and I don’t know if it is repaired and was also told that there is problem with gear box with XYLO.
        4.Break disk cover problem identified by me as an extra ordinary sound was heard while applying breaks and was told by the expert that would have even led to break failure it was repaired rather it should have been replaced.
        5.Faulty Fuel meter repaired in first service.
        6.A silver inner lining along the wind shield in front of the driver is not fitted properly.
        7.Honking problem is also observed when the car is resting even with engine is ON.
        8.Glow box was not glowing and even I told Mr Jayesh and it was not rectified till the second service.
        9.The co-drivers arm rest was broken from the day of delivery and repaired later.
        For rectification my car was brought to G3 8 times and this is the 9th time as told Ms. Vijya Nayakar employee of G3 Customer Service.
        This is soooooooooo strange. I felt I am buying a good machine but I am now identifying it as trouble machine.
        Do these problems occur normally from the first day and if this is so, what is the life of vehicle.
        I was promised Extended Warranty which I received after several request and argument that to the warranty was given on a hand written paper with header of M&M.
        Initially I did not complain about it because of Ms. Preeti, as she told that all things would be rectified.
        I want to ask you a question and would like answer in writing, that if you would have purchased this wonderful car with such problems how would you have felt?
        I personally believe that the car was given to me as a gift or from dump yard at least a car purchased cannot have soo many problems.
        I don’t want my vehicle to be touched by Mr.Jayesh.
        Is this kind of impression as the customer of Mahindra and Mahindra should have?
        And what feedback about M & M I should give to other, kindly suggest.

          -On booking i was told that there would be a waiting period of 3 weeks. I felt that it was fair and they booking was done

          efficiently and I finalized on E6 model (8 Seater) diamond white color.I dint want to pressure the MPL ppl so waited till

          28th of March (i.e. yesterday) and went to their showroom. And my troubles start now. I meet the sales manager mr.antony who

          made my booking and ask for the status and he says in a cool nonchalant way "It will take time sir. Why are you in such

          hurry? What you want?". I was totally taken aback by this statement. I explained my situation telling him that I have sold my

          vehicle taking his word into account. He said "Last week when you called there was good delivery rate. But now there are no

          cars available. You have to wait." I said i was ready to wait but he had given me a commitment of 3 weeks and it was almost 4

          weeks and all I want is a confirmed date of delivery. Even though i was really frustrated i was very nice to him. I asked him

          how can there be no system by which they can monitor the booked vehicle. He also revealed to me that my car was not even

          billed yet. And it would take 10 days to deliver my vehicle from the date it is billed.Now we have no car with us now. And i

          m being pressurized by my family and friends to look for other options. Maybe a Innova or a Safari. Those things are there

          for delivery or max a waiting time of about a week. But i don’t want to go for them.
          they are not taking care ( neglectiing ) of customers with huge name of mahindra brand.You may know competetion improves the

          quality????

          My Xylo bearing reg no KA 12 N 7729 met with an accident and the chassis frame needs to be replaced.The problem is that the chassis has been ordered by the INDIA GARAGE situated on victoria layout in BANGALORE but it has taken more than a month and still the chassis has not arrived from your main factory and this has been their excuse .If it is so please see to it that it is sent as soon as possible so that the work on the vehicle can commence for unless the chassis comes no other work can start

            Deara Sir,
            I have purchased the Xylo (Chasis No. A2D36799,Enginee no.JAA4D12758 ) from your delear M/s RAJ INDIA AUTO PVT. LTD.109/1, Koirajpur,Harhua, Varanasi in May 2010(Registration No.UP65AU4274). This Xylo car has been run only for 14000Km and twice the clutch plate has been changed by your dealer & I have to pay about Rs.7000/- each time. Earlier I had the Maruti cars which never troubled me for clutch plate. It appears that the fitting of clutch plate system is faulty from the very begining
            Please inform me accordingly.

                My name is C.P ZACKERIA from kannur.I have booked for mahindra thar and I was waiting for my vehicle for the past 6 months.My order no is 2888.Actually we booked for mahindra major 4x4.Because of our bad luck the company stopped the production of this model.So the dealer contacted us and said ,The company is launching a new BSIII model vehicle,Soon we will be contacting u after coming to our showroom.I[censored] liked the vehicle we will be delivering to you.But the vehicle was sold to other customer.After that they said next vehicle will be delivering to you.Now i got a information that the 1 vehicle was send to ernakulam for alternation .The colour of vehicle was red and we booked for black.But we was in a situation to take any available colour.I'm completley Frusted and Harassed with your company.

                So i request you to take necessary action towards them and also make sure that your company is deliverying vehicle as much fast you can.

                      I Suvigya Rathee Bansal, Complainant, Case No. 489/07 at District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi hereby wish to bring to your kind notice that my case is endlessley going for over 3 years now without any results whatsovever.

                      For last 4 dates when we visit the court on the given date, we are told that arguments are over and judgement will be passed. For not having received any judgement notice/ information, we enquire at the court and get told that a fresh date has been released for appearing in court. We go to court on the said date and again hear that judgement will be passed. It just does not seem to come to an end.

                      Last we had the date in court on 9th Nov 2010 and were told about judgement getting released in a month's time. But no news till now. We request your kind attention to the matter and bring it to any conclusion.

                        I had complained six months back for rusting and requested change of body shell, but i was assured that threre is nothing wrong in the metal thing, problem is off paint only, it will not be repeated in future.

                        But after six months again same thing started, rusting again started developing in my mahindra logan car.

                        I have decided that if i will not get permanent solution this time i am going to approach consumer forum and wants to file a complain there.

                        But unfortunately i have set down to writeup a complain regarding rusting being devloped in my Luxury car since last 8 months back, initialy it shows like a spot type on the body and grdualy it gets devloped all over, i was shocked seeing this when i seen first time, Soon i complained to the dealer from where i had purchased ( Mahindra Punjab on S.G. Highway , Ahmedabad ), Mr. Vaghmare from your office had visited and given just a temporarty solution of removing the corrosion and painting that part.
                        I was not happy with the service as it was not the permanant solution, first of all i was not expeting this type of things from Mahindra make Vehicles, We are customer of Mahindra & Mahindra since 1985, since then till date We have your Tractors, Jeep and other Vehicles.
                        Since a rough vehicle like tractor which is being used in farm and lying in rains and that sort, it does devlope rusting or corrosion , how it can be developed in such a Luxury car.
                        Myself i am a patient of Blood Cancer, these car is used only from my home to Doctors Visit and from there to home. Not any regular outings.
                        As i stated earlier Mr.Vaghmare from your office had advised and action temporary solution of removing the stain and painting that part , But corrosion is being devloped inside from the body, we can not make it from outside, when it gets developed large we can see the small stain being developed outside.
                        I expect your good sefl to address this issue to some senior guy , who can see and provide me the permanant solution, and if its not possible i expect body change.
                        As these type of things must not be developed in such a luxury car. My vehicle details are as follows, Awiating a reply from your side.

                          I am staying in shahapur Dist. Thane . I want to know real price of Mahindra Maximo goods carrier vehicle . Global galary Thane gives me quetation of maximo Rs. 3, 40, 000/-
                          & Global galary Panvel gives me 3, 45, 000/- Rs. Quetation . But in Internate service the price of Maximo`s showroom price is 2, 79, 000/-

                            I had applied for Exended Car Warranty which Mahindra had introduced for all their Vehicles, I had applied for my Logan Petrol 1.4 L and had given the DD for 12200 rupees in first week of June 2010, Usually the process takes 1-2 weeks, for issuing the warranty, but till now I haven't got the Waranty papers or Certificate, I have called the India Garage Service centre Victoria Road Where I had given minimum of 50-60 times , and even I called the customer service Number and lodged the concern, but nobody gives a proper reason for not giving the Warranty even after 7 months, I even told them to return the money since they are not responding, but till now I haven't got either the money or the warranty papers.
                            So I request you deal with this erring Vendors.

                              Respected sir,meri mahindra maxximo mini truck ka engine under warrnty date~08/12/2010 ko fail ho gya jisey repair ke liye jattari auto sales ke workshop allapur road khair bypass Alligarh per date 09/12/2010 ko chhorhi thi.Meri mahindra maxximo mini truck aaj date-16/01/2011 tak bhitheek nahi ho paye hai.jis ke karan mujhey Rs. 25000 ki financial hani huye hai.aap se Anurodh hai ki applicant ko same loss ka as per mahindra & mahindra compansation diya jaye.otherwise I will go to consumer corte.THANKS

                                i have dun my car service at 30/12/2010 i told-ed to the sever ice supervisor that i am hearing 1 sound from my engine he told me that u come after 10 to 15 days i sided OK but now at 09/01/2011 my car has given me problem in haiway than i call to showroom they told-ed me today is Sunday than also i sues OK i will come by my own aregment yesterday when i go to work shop the bill of rs 5590 that u have to pay Wat should i have to pay , when i will says every thing to the service supervisor than why he is given me time after 10 to 15 day thetas is NT my fault my car time is only 4 month 5 is running on km run 18689. Wat is the warrant e .

                                  Dear AirTel:
                                  After experiencing the unsatisfactory service from your side I am forced to register a complain.
                                  I hold a CUG plan and an employee of Mahindra & Mahindra.
                                  Concern: Never able to talk to customer representative since I have started using airtel
                                  Concerns are never solved and if comlaint is registered than everytime new representative calls and asks for the concern
                                  Even if I do not make a single call throughout the day, the unbilled amount in the next day shoots by Rs. 50.

                                  I hope for your positive support on this or will have to forcefully terminate my account.

At the time of delivery Dealer has provided only delivery chalan and has said you can take remaining documents from Hdfc agent .After two days Agent has given only invoice and sale certificate.Again i visited to R C Enterprise they did not handover form 22 and temporary no.Dealer authority said we are not authorized to give form 22 to customer .I did not have any paper to prove ownership of the vehicle.

                                        We have purchased Bolero SLX no. MP 07 BA 0460 from Royal Automobiles, Gwalior (MP) in 2007. I have the following complaint against Royal Automobiles-

                                        1) There is no proper service equipment available with Royal Automobiles like pressure lift always is not working

                                        2) After washing there is no provision of Greasing at workshop

                                        3) We have demand Power st-rearing oil seal in May 2010 and 15.12.2010 but they are not able to provide the oil seal till date.

                                        Please let us know the benefit of authorized service station. We humbly request you please take the necessary action at the earliest.

                                        On behalf of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd We have purchased two(2) Boloro LX MDITC NGT 2WD 7 STR BS3 ACRP( Bolero SLE) from A Automovers Faizabad Road Lucknow on 6.09.2011. In this regard CFCL had issued purchased order 5.07.2011 acknowled by concerned on 11.07.2011. On the basis of Quotation following terms are defined:
                                        Price- Price on the date of Delierey
                                        Excepted time- 2 to -4 week,
                                        Accessaries up to 10000 approx included
                                        Insurance & RC - Actual.

                                        After many efforts we could got vehicle on 6.09.2011 i.e after completing of 58 days on increased price and we incurred more the P O value Rs7437 per Vehicle i.e 2 Vehicle Rs14874/= because of late of delievery time. We spent not only more then P O Vale but also deleivery of vehicl in so late.

                                        Offer of Accessaries also withdrawn by the company as per the dealer.

                                        Due to failure of commitment by the dealer and non availablility of vehicle, The said amount should be refunded to CFCL.
