Hi ,
I purchased Mahindra xylo , in february 2011 , and 15000kms done , its engine seized and i gave my vehicle for repair at Mahindra I got standing at service centre and since 2 n half months i regularly paying 12000 rs emi which means 36000 rs without using my vehicle for 3 months and I contacted the company officials through customer care by taking some of the email ids from net and after 2 months they said for engine replacement but before that i asked mahindra in writing not to repair vehicle in my absence and the service cntre taken out all the parts except engine which was defective and as i feared of some fraud at that step , i forwarded a mail in this regard to mahindra along with pictures of the vehicle and same happened while engine replacement i was told that ctutch palte and pressure plate have got damaged and needs to replaced and now being asked for the bill of the same.

I want justice as due to manufacturing defect which consisted of defective connecting bearing which in turn cracked the crankshaft and engine got seized . I had 36000rs without using the vehicle and getting a vehicle which got defective because of manufacturing fault of Mahindra and Mahindra and I should get a new vehicle and my 36000 rs which i had paid

    3. Delivery Chalan dt. 09.10.2010 D.Ch. No. CMPL/0310/10-11.
    4.Complaint. I, Asha Bimal Bhatt, residing at D/65,Indira Park Society,
    B/H Mother's School, Gotri Road, Vadodara, purchased MAH XYLO E8 m-Eagle
    BS 3 2WD 8FF ABS Car, with clearcut mention of Spare Wheel. To my
    dismay, I found that the spare wheel is Stainless Steel rim instead of
    usual ALLOY Wheel. Problem: If I have punctured wheel on highway, how
    would I drive the topend car with such SS wheel. That means I have to
    take the wheel home and change the wheel and once again come back to the
    site and change the wheel. When I have purchased the topend model,car,
    does this look good from an aesthetic point of view. Company has
    supplied all FIVE alloy wheels to all previous models of Xylo. Moreover,
    the Company has not made any mention of SS Wheel as spare wheel in any
    of their documents, the copies of which are enclosed. They have shortly
    mentioned Spare : YES. But not which one. I have been supplied 4 alloy
    wheels and one steel wheel. I have argued with this matter with Carvel
    Pvt. Ltd., and their version is that they have received the said car as
    it is from the Mahindra & Mahindra, and they have not changed the
    spare wheel. Our plea is that Consumer Forum request the M & M to
    replace the S.S riml sparewheel with alloy wheel. If they refuse to do
    so, please take necessary action on behalf of the consume. Please do

    It is fair. I believe that there could be some sort of oversight mistake by the company. I personally believe that company like Mahindra & Mahindra will definitely justify my problem and will be good enough to solve it out.

    ABS Motors Mercantiles Pvt Ltd — Cheating

    Cheating with Spare parts, using old products & billing new products, Thief of New tyres, No response of calls. miss placement of parts, not providing vehicle on schedule. Delaying in works & Blaming costumer for mistake of workmanship.

      I regret to inform you about the unsatisfactory service provided by your showroom at Shiveri.Inspite of explaining clearly the problems caused in some parts of the vehicle,nothing was properly done.After paying so heavily which your company had charged for the servicing,on the way back to our town,the same day,we faced the same problems and got it done the next from our town at lesser rates and satisfactory work.This meant that no use of coming to the showroom all the way from Palghar To Mumbai spending so much on the diesel and other expenses.We tought that we will get a better service from the company side.This was the second bad experience from your showroom.
      I hope you look into the matter carefully and hope to get a better service the next time...

      XYLO CAR — not satisfactory

      Mahindra Xylo — engine ceased

      I purchased a xylo one year back. Presently my car engine ceased due to water leakage in the radiator. I want to get rid of this problem soon. So please kindly accept this as my complaint and solve my problem as soon as possible.

        This is to inform you that my new vehicle Xylo D2 which was puchase as on 1st of july, has got the 1st free service, which, i have done last week from mahindra carawale (baroda). Yesterday only the vehicle was break down and the black carbon as well as the bad smell like something was burning in the car, was coming out of the vehicle. Today i have again send the vehicle to check about the problem in mahindra carawale, they have check and told us that the vehicle is perfectly alright. There is not having any kind of problem in the car. But as i was concern about my car b'coz it runs in a company, i have send the vehicle to my personal Garage and within 10 min. he has told that the service department has not check the engine oil and filter oil properly. After that again i have talk to the mahindra carawale and told them about this matter, they have not taken this in care seriously, and told us the even now the car is perfectly alright. Then i have said to them that after now iof my vehicle will be burn by fire or something like that, then who will be resposible for that, they have told that is not their subject and also we will not taking any kind of resposibility.
        Now Please let us know what is the better care should be taken from my side and also onform me should i go further for this bad service i have recieve from mahindra carawale.
        Please let us know as soon as possible.

          I own a Xylo E6-of Aug 2010, which is single driven and clocked only 7000 KM so far. I had a horrifying experience today: While driving at good speed, ie. 60 KM/hr , suddenly a warning came up that the “alternator not working and battery not charging”, thereafter the brakes became very hard and vehicle went out of control. Only to my luck, that patch of road was empty and nearby there was slushy field where I could stop the vehicle. Earlier once, after 40 KM of continuous drive, the fuel pump gave up and vehicle did not start. Enough is enough.. I gonna sell Xylo and no more Mahindra products. Hope the TVS service stn. (Ernakulam) will not qoute any excuse not to replace alternator and fuel pump under warranty. This feature of design wherein the "Brake getting hard when alternator fails", Steering getting hard when engine stops" are of extreme safety concern and govt. should do something to ban such vehicles from road.

            sir,
            i had bought mahindra xylo in may 2010, within a year during our journey, its clutch plate starts creating problem and stop working in may 2011. the deffective clutch plate was replaced your LUCKNOW service center in may 2011 and still creating problem.
            we are really disappointed by your product, so many others small defects also creating problem. local service center not responding properly....we are great admirer of mahindra but after this type of response our sentiments is hurted and it become difficult for us to suggest anyone for mahindra product.
            plz look into the matter and resolve our problem ASAP

                  Date of Sale :[protected]. Since it has been taken for service in one month before the Kilometer of 5000 there are lot of problem it had been gone thrice to the service station. The service provider is not able to solve the problem of Bosh pump. Though the lady is alone and no gents available I Prasaanna Lokhande is helping for mail please do the needfull to us. The problem which the SHREE RAM AUTOMOBILES NEAR POLICE STATION, NAGAR MANMAD ROAD, MIDC, AHMEDNAGAR -414111 PH : 2778974,3090216. are not able to solve.

                  So, what to do?
                  There are many problem according to them, they are as follows :

                  1. Stg Oil leakage

                  2. Poor Average

                  3. All Door Setting.
                  4. Heavy white smoke.
                  5. Starting trouble.
                  6. Pick up problem.,,,,etc...,

                  Please do the needfull as early as posible.

                    i bought a mahindra thar on 18 th july from swami automobiles chandigarh.after 3000 kms the jeep had many issues such as the bonnet paint had come up and gotten rusted some parts of chassis were rusted, the main engine seal was leaking,the turbo pipe was leaking the power steering pipes leaked out and many minor issues when i complained to them they promised to fix it . which they fixed but now i am facing issues again and they are saying same things as i had bought a new thar which was not meant to be defected please guide me as to what to ? harmehtab singh mob [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                      Mahindra Xylo purchased from Mumbai on 14th July 2011 from G3 motors - Malad. The car suddenly developed some problem at midnight of 14th August while on way to Mahabaleshwar.

                      The autorised service center of the company not ready to provide assisstance although the company claims 24x7 assistance. The manager is Mr. Qazi of Sahayadri Motors - Satara, Maharashtra.

                      Mr. Jay Gandhi - the customer relationship manager of Mumbai was also involved and taken into the loop for the service to the vehicle. After lot of written and telephonic conversation, Mr. Jay Gandhi texted that the ECU (part that needed replacement) was given the sanction by the company for replacement on Friday, 19th August 2011.

                      Mr. Mandar from cutomer care, Pune HO promised us that the required part would be despatched to Satara's service centre and the vehicle would be delivered by Monday, 22nd August 2011.

                      But nothing has happened till now, company and the customer care claims that the they are helping us by getting the sanction of the replacement of ECU without charges but they fail to realise the time factor. Inspite of regular reminder that the car is losing the business of Rs. 5000/- per day.


                      We demand a compensation from the company - towing charges, loss of business and above all harassment charges. Compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for the loss (if the car is repaired and released by Tuesday, 23rd August 2011) and Rs. 50,000/- as harassment charges.

                        We are customer of Xylo vehicle purchased on 14th July 2011, which went into immobilisation mode on 14th August 2011, ironically on the same date. The service centre took it under its charge after many complaints and numerous phone calls made.

                        After too many written and telephonic discussion with the customer care of the company. A sanction of replacement of ECU has been made on Friday, 19th August 2011 but the replacement has not been made. Till today, 22nd August 2011 nothing has been done.

                        Our vehicle is a business vehicle; we have been repeatedly reminding the customer care that we are losing a business of Rs. 5000/- approx per day.
                        The reputed company like Mahindra and Mahindra behaves so irresponsibly, this is not accepted.
                        We had shortlisted Mahnidra's vehicle because of its reputation but now the customer care is the one who is not concerned. This is financial and mental harassment.
                        Company should compensate for all this. Now I have lost all my patience, I think there is no choice except to go to the consumer court.

                        Suggest what should be done under such circumstances.

                          I want to inform the authorities of the company that i have purchased mahindra thar previous month and It is continuously having some problems even after i have gone to the service center almost 20 times and the supervisor has the same answer that this problem is often.It has been making several sounds, the tyres are difficult to move while turning means it seems to be as if they are stuck,knocking sounds are made in the hood of my car and during the conditions of rain or any water activity the water pours into the car.I humbly request you to please pay some attention on the complaints registered by me.I will be highly obliged if the attention would be paid.

                            Let me introduce myself, I'm Joshy Babu working as a s/w engr in Dubai, and i'm on my vaction now.

                            This is with regards to the issues i faced from a Dy Corp Manger (Mr. Vijay Kumar, CAI Industries Coimabtore). I have a booked a Mahindra Xylo on the first week of the May 2011 and the dealer acknowledge me that the delivery of the vehicle will be held at Jul 21 2001. And i called the executive on 19 th July and she said the delivery will happen on 22th after registration and the rest formalities as i 've made all the payments on 21sit July.

                            I called up the same executive on the same and she replied its not possible to deliver the vehicle on the same day as it takes more than 2 days for the registration and all.

                            Here starts the issues and she handed over the phone to her boss Mr. Vijaya Kumar, Deputy Corporate Manger CAI Industries Coimbatore, he started yelling at me with these reasons and i replied him saying like " you are suppossed to deliver me the vehicle on the same day or the very next day, and i asked him onething that "IS THIS THE WAY TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER?" he replied, "THIS IS OUR WAY TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER AND YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER YOU LIKE, i said very politely that i've got 2 vehicles rather than this xylo, and i hven't heard anything from anyone else's like this. again he said this is our way and " YOU CAN LOG ANY COMPLAINTS ANGAINST ME".. and the conversation end up.

                            Kindly read this and do the needful asap. if the complaint tems requires the call log for more clarification i can produce the same.

                              My bolero SLE car serial no:A5m 94911, Chassis no: A5m 94911, engine no: GHA4M 62406, Key no: 0472, purchasing date- 27-December-2010. Our Dealer has already run 870 km on the date of delivery. I timely serviced my car by the authorized Dealer Natraj Automobiles Jhansi. After some time the engine of my car was unnecessary producing sounds.I introduce this complain to the dealer on date- 9-July-2011, but they did not care on our complains. Now-a-days our car is not running due to the poor service of the dealer. My car is parked near khajrao near distt panna M.P. I can't attend to the dealer again and again..........i.e. as a pendulum and i can't pay unnecessary expenses on diesel again and again, So please exchange my defected car to a new car in 15 days. If you did not accept my complain then i will complain this to the court and all responsibility will be yours company.

                                  I am Yam prasad Ghimire s/o sri Hari Prasad Ghimire Resident of Vill & P.O. Hawaipur P.S. Kheroni in the dist- Karbi Anglong Assam, I had planned to buy a Mahindra balero SLX, so i boked it on 12th Decc/ 2010 at INDUSTRIAL AND FARM EQUIPMENT, G.S. ROAD DISPUR GUWAHATI, ASSAM. with amount Rs 10,000, ( ten thausand) vide receipt no -003031
                                  they commited to give the by 12/15 jan/2011.but they didn't do so . they tel me i[censored] deposit full amount of vehicle than we will be deliverd the same within 3/4 days. so again deposit Rs 6,57,536 (six lakhs fifty seven thausand five hundred thirty six ) only vide recept no 1349 dtd 4th july 2011. 4th july 2011, Industrial and farm equipment commited with me to delivar within 3/4 days. but til date i.e. 8th july, i havetn't received. the delivery. i reust you to help me in any possible and take serious against this.

                                    My name is Amarpal Singh Parihar,i have not yet received my car key(swift Vxi).I have financed my car from mahindra & mahindra finance services on 24 june 2010.I have completed all EMI's 2-3 months before and recieved all documents which was given by me at the time of finance,but they are not giving me key.For your kind information according to rule of finance company they take one key for security untill all EMI's not completed.But now they are told me that i have no key or may be i have given your key at the time of finance.I am not only person who have lost there key from mahindra & mahindra finance services .So its a serious offence in case my car will be stolen then who will be responsible.I would like to say that they give my key or change whole lock system for security purpose .Please take steps against this type of carelessness.I want justice please help me as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against mahindra & mahindra finance services .

                                      I have booked a car mahindra & mahindra bolero SLE model Vehicle at Nextgen Mahindra Dealer and accordingly I have deposted the advance Rs.4.9 Lac through Magma Finance on 01/02/2009. That time company has quoted me Rs.576401 on road price.
                                      One Mr Ompraksh Singh,([protected]) Agent for mahindra & mahindra who has process my file for getting the vehicle, has taken Rs.24000/- cash for insurance, road tax and registration fee and I have told to deposit Rs.1.38,000/- down payment to the company dealer M/s Nextgen and take the car at your home.
                                      Till date I have not received tha vehicle and M/s Nextgen the dealer of mahindra & mahindra is pressing for down payment for Rs-2,47,862 for down payment.
                                      Now y submission is that I have deposited Rs.4.9 lack 2 and half years back so I should allow that very price when I book the car.
                                      Kindly look into the matter otherwise will will force to go consumer court for return back the money with interest

                                        I PURCHASED NEW SCORPIO FROM SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES , RAMA ROAD KIRTI NAGAR.
                                        ITS ONE OF THE FRAUD COMPANY I PURCHASED IT ON 29TH MARCH 2010 TILL DATE I HAVE SEND MY CAR TO SERVICE STATION FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT MANY TIME BUT NO RESOLUTION IS TAKEN BY MAHINDRA N MAHINDRA AND SRI DURGA ..                                         CHEATED AND FRAUD

                                        The whole story:
                                        I am writing you this detailed mail as am a little disturbed and feeling hurt because of the deal (XUV 500).I want to give you a over view of the entire conversation which took place between us from the day one.i.e. june the 2nd, 2013.
                                        I spoke to Aditya and test drove the car on the same day (Sunday) bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434.During the test drive I insisted to know about any problem related to the XUV500-W8.On my insistence and cross checking with Aditya & Sushil Chawla (Manager – Mahindra First Choice) quite a number of times about the condition of the car, he kept repeating that its in a very good condition and I should buy it ASAP. He said the owner of the car is known to him personally and so did the vehicle. It is because of an exchange which the owner did, that he is selling the car of this good condition and is non accidental.
                                        He said we at MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE / SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES only buy NON ACCIDENTAL vehicles in good condition. So there is no question of getting hassled about the quality and condition of the vehicle. He advised me to go for the deal as m dealing with Mahindra First Choice and nothing else, He suggested me to go for the deal without a thought because of the brand MAHINDRA.
                                        It was because of this trust that I was prompt to decide on the car on the same evening when approached by Aditya & Sushil Chawla (at MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE / SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES) which got finalized at 9lacs and 48 thousand Indian rupees including the registration/transfer charges.
                                        On the 3rd of June I paid 50 thousand rupees as the advance money to you (Sri Durga Automobiles) against bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434.
                                        I got the relevant documents of the XUV after the payment including the registration certificate, NOC, insurance and Form 35 signed by Sri Kadam Singh. After Speaking to Mr. KADAM SINGH to cross check the details he agreed that the vehicle is accidental .On knowing this I crossed checked it with the insurance agency .i.e. RELIANCE. And they told me that the claim has been settled on 1st February 2013 for 83 thousand rupees against the same vehicle bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434 which was involved in a accident.                                         When I tried to investigate the vehicle service details further through Mahindra and Mahindra’s service track record for vehicle bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434, I further got to know that the record is clean with no problems but to my shock the factual details has got great discrepancy and the nexus to do so between Sri Durga Automobiles and Mahindra and Mahindra was evident. Both the parties Sri Durga Automobiles cheated me hence leading to the fraud.



                                        To my further surprise I am Awe stuck to know that Sri Durga Automobiles owned and managed by Mr. Ashish Singhania was also involved in cheating customers at SAI AUTOMOBILES with a SKODA dealership and lost the dealership against similar kind of forgery and fraud. He lost his dealership but is repeating the deeds at Sri Durga Automobiles as a Mahindra and Mahindra dealer.
