This is regarding the accident happen with our Xylo car on 12th March 2012 at Mumbai- Pune expresshe Highway. (Car No- GJ-6 EH 4373)

We had Accident with Mahinda Xylo Vechicle & unfortunately vehicle got completely damaged in front side. After Accident we took the xylo Car to Global Gallaries Workshop in Manpada in Mumbai. (Mahindra Authorised ) on 12th March at 8:30 PM, But Global officer refused to take the car initially, as he told us that they don't take any accident claim after 8PM & even we want to keep the Vehicle then give some tips to watchman, After requesting Again and again then they allow us to keep the Accident vehicle in the workshop. But they were not supportive in the crucial time. While the Car purchasing the Dealer push very hard for Car purchasing for the selling the Car but while accident time the dealer don’t support the customer, Why?


Without accident Surveyor Global officer told us that if the Vehicle get considered as total loss by the surveyor, then you need to pay 5000 rupees as estimate charges to us & need to collect the our Accident xylo vehicle next day only otherwise 350 rupees will be charged as demurrage charges to us for every day, but later he told that need to wait for Surveyor Report. As per them, need to replace the Body & Chassis completely. We told them that let the report come & need the reasons for not opening the Airbags. But he has not told the about the Airbag failure root cause. When we went on 14th March then he told us that still the Claim surveyor report has not came to use & for Airbag Malfunctioning need to contact directly Mahindra company only. This was very bad experience with Mahindra dealer which company need to look into seriously for customer & Company benefit.

Question No- 1. -Then without Consulting with Accident surveyor, How the Global Garrage office told us as vehicle is total loss & not guided properly for Vehicle repair?? Till date no clear action plan given by the dealer.

On same day on 12th March we asked about the Air bag malfunctioning during the accident, then he told us that Air bag should open when our Xylo collapsed with Truck & it is Air bag fault & he promised to give the report about the Airbag Malfunctioning after 2 days, But when we went back after two days, then he refused to give us the Report about air bag Malfunctioning & He told us that it is Company look out & need to Contact to Directly to Mahindra & Mahindra. Question no 2- Why the Global officer agreed to give the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident & why then refused to give the Report.

From the Service book we got the Customer care number & we called to customer service (No- [protected]) to ask about the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident, then they have gave another number of Miss Nisha- [protected], So we called Miss Nisha on 14th March to enquire about the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident. Initially she told that she will give the report in next 2 days, but after two day she gave another number [protected] & then got toll free number of [protected]. Finally they register our complaint about the Airbag & no reply or report till date. Question No-3- Why need to contact so many People for the Complaint registration & need to follow up for report & Still date no report came to us. Why Customer care team was not supported, instead of solving the problem they kept the problem pushing to each other & why still date no response from the team. We have all the evidences about the follow up did with the team.


So Finally we went to the Mahindra & Mahindra Kandeveli office & we meet Mr.Agrawal- DGM- Regional Customer Care, Automotive sector, But he has not give the Clear Report about the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident & when we asked about the deadline for the Report, then he has not given any time for us, we also asked about the Time line for the Accident car part availability, then also we have not received any correct Answer from Mr. Agrawal as we need our vehicle urgent basis Question No-4- Why the Mahindra company Office does not respond to the out problem & why are not supporting us to get our repaired vehicle by putting the Press on his dealer.


Mahindra & Mahindra is good Indian Automobile company & we are proud of it , But When Company need to sell the Car it put so many effort to sell the Cars, But Why it does not support the Customer in bad phase such as the Accidents. So we request to you to Please look into the Matter urgently & Solve our problem on the top Priority. We need our vehicle As soon as possible in completely repaired Condition.

    This pertains to my Mahindra & Mahindra XUV5OO AWD Opulent Purple colour booking
    History
    3rd Oct 2011 after 4 days of initial launch booked the car with G3 motors Navi Mumbai, Nerul paying Rs. 50,000.00. When was assured delivery of the car in 2 months time. Since many days were given on delivery. 25th Feb 2012 get a call from dealer that my car has arrived and can take the same also was checked on my number plate preference. I arrange for complete payment and give a call on 29th Feb 2012 when I am told different colour car has arrived Satin White instead of my preference Opulent Purple. When checked with Mahindra and Mahindra, was told wrong tagging and my revised delivery date is 19th March 2012, I call on 14th March 2012 and I am told the date is shifted to 3rd April 2012.

    I am not sure what is happening appx 6 months from my booking and company is still cannot give me the delivery.

    I have also dropped several mail to Sales dept of M&M

    Please help…

    Delay in delivery of Car

    This pertains to my Mahindra & Mahindra BOLERO ZLX BS4 White colour booking
    History
    15th March 2012 booked the car with NBS International Ghatkoper Mumbai, paying Rs. 50, 000.00. When was assured delivery of the car in 10 days time. Since days were given on delivery. 30th Mar 2012 and again my revised delivery date is 10th April 2012, I call on 11th April 2012 and I am told the date is shifted to 18th April 2012.

    I am not sure what is happening 1 months from my booking and company is still cannot give me the delivery.

    Please help…

      Mahindra & Mahindra Worst company & their Worst product is Mahindra Rodeo... I would request all reader never go for this Vehicle Mahindra Rodeo.
      I am facing Kick Staring problem , Low Milage ( 24-22 Average) & EngineVibration... I had already file the case in Consumer Form , but unlucky due to Some Technical data missguide i lose the Case... Never mind for that... but i would request never go for this any of Mahindra 2 Wheelers... I am using other scooters since last 10 to12 years but due to this Rodeo i am tired of this in 2 and half year. Company is not at all responsible of Consumer after sales & services... their would be no care for product after sales from this Company. Request please read all the views before purchasing this Rodeo product. Since this is the best way to bring the clear picture of any of Company or any of their product.. So i am writting on this please NEVER GO FOR THIS RODEO PRODUCT. WORST WORST WORST PRODUCT I HAD SEEN IN MY LIFE.

        Dear Mahindra Customer Care,
        I have purchased Xylo Celebration Model with Vehicle Serial No MA1YA2KJNB2825915, Engine No KJB4B27274 and Registration No DL 12CA 1290 on dated 29-Mar-2011 from Koncept Automobiles, Safdarjang, New Delhi Showroom .
        I serviced my vehicle twice at your Authorised service Centre “Koncept Automobiles” Noida Ghaziabad well in due service period. I am highly un-satisfied with support and services offered by Koncept Automobiles Noida. Usually advisors & team treat direct customer like CAB drivers, they doesn’t have maintained & hygiene Customer lounge and separate waiting lounge for drivers, not satisfied with quality of vehicle washing & polishing infect I believe post washing they usually don’t polish vehicle. This is highly unacceptable and somewhere it’s directly impacting to Image of M&M Service. The above statements in regard to my dissatisfaction are compared with service offered by competitors like Hyundai & Toyota.
        Further to above feedbacks, I am facing problem in the Laptop Charger console since vehicle purchase and the same has been reported to service advisor during 2nd Free service but service technicians are unable fix this issue, further to this issue I have been facing problems in “Intermittent Wiper System” after 2nd service that was noticed very late after 2nd Service.
        I request M&M National Support / Service Manager to intervene and get both unit replace to fix it permanently.

        I need to bring to kind notice of Mahendra Motors that their dealer at Chennai India Garage is bringing disrepute to your organisation.
        1. Wrong Commitments by there reception untrained reception staff.
        2.Uncouth and rowdy service advisors .
        3.Non co-operative Customer Care Manager.
        4. In co-operative Works Manager.
        5. Service Manager not intrested to listen to the customer
        6. Very unhygeneic sitting Area.
        7.Poor Work Area wherein there is each time you give your MV. for service it comes back with additional scratches
        This is the state of a Privelage Customer ...who has paid for extended warrenty for four years.
        This Garage is intrested to sell you
        a)Anti Corrosion Paint for Chasiss b) Polish contract from 3 M etc etc .. They do not care about the client as a person nor they care about the product.
        Extremely disappointed with this dealer.Wish they are not part of your team.

          sir,i got my Bolero CH03P9749,Chasis no.42655749,Engine no.DD44F71357 serviced from mahindra dealer GOEL MOTORS (P) Ltd on 13Jan2012 but to my surprise i found that after one week the engine got ceased and i got it repaired from the private dealer costing me Rs 10,000 the engine got ceased bcz there was no oil in the engine.WHILE IT WAS TOLD TO ME DURING THE SERVICE BY GOEL MOTORS that they had put 7 litres oil in the engine and was charged according to that.they are just harrasing people on the name of service and nothing else .now are you going to do anyting in this regard or otherwise i am going to report the matter to the consumer court.

            WE HAD GIVEN MAHINDRA XYLO FOR SERVICING IN NBS NTERNATIONAL LTD MUMBAI (REAY ROAD)
            WE HAD GIVEN THE DETAIL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROBLEM IN CAR BUT NONE WAS DONE ACCORDING TO IT
            INSPITE THEY CREATE MORE PROBLEM IN CAR. WE TOOK THE DELIVERY AFTER THE SERVICE AND WE WERE ON WAY BACK TO PALGHAR. ON HIGHWAY SOME SORT OF NOICE CAME FROM THE CAR.WE HAD THE LOOK ALL NUTS OF FRONT SIDE WHEEL WAS LOOSE
            FORTUNATELY WE ESCAPE FROM BIG MISHAP.
            THIS TYPE OF WORST SERVICES THEY ARE PROVIDING.
            WE MADE THE COMPLAINT OF THIS IN NBS BUT INSPITE OF REPEATED ATTEMTS NO NECESSARY ACTION IS BEEN TAKEN.
            I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST DONT EVER PREFER MAHINDRA CAR.

                my xylo crown leaked due to this many types of problem i have faced.
                Complaint loged 3 to 4 times in agency. but no progess in it.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This communication is in relation to the new car purchased by my brother-in-law registration number MH 02 CD 6375 name of the owner Ashwin Hasbi.The delivery of this vehicle was taken from G3 motors Malad(Authorised Mahindra&Mahindra showroom) dated[protected] .The vehicle had a flaw of pulling towards the left due to a wheel alignment issue,however we thought that it must be some major issue and took the car to their authorised workshop on[protected].After this we have take the vehicle 4 times to the same workshop however the issue has not not been resolved.

                  There have been ocasions when we have kept the car at the workshop for 3 days as advised by the workshop manager Amit Chavhan and whenever the delivery is given we are told that the issue is resolved.We have been informed that this vehicle has an independent suspension technology and hence the issue is not being rectified easily.It is very difficult and dangerous to drive the vehicle on road.We have asked the workshop manager to replace either the faulty part or the vehicle itself as it is spoilin the entire experience of buyin a new vehicle

                    Well let me start by telling you that my I was going on a vacation with my family from Mumbai-goa and my xylo e6 (mh 02 bm 5536 PURCHASED 28-9-9 which has done 30000km duly serviced 20 days back at NBS) had an engine failure (engine check lamp) at 9am at satara highway close to katraj. I called the ‘with you hamesha’ helpline and after waiting 3 hours one mechanic from shayadri dealer came and tried to figure out the problem and could not rectify what the issue was. Finally he gave up and said that he is not able to figure out and its best the vehicle to sent to a bigger service center as they don’t have smart computer system at their workshop. So we called up helpline again & got connected to Silver jubilee motors hadapsar and were told to get the vehicle there. So we arranged for a tow truck and towed the xylo to the service centre at 3:30 pm.
                    Now the technicians at silver jubilee connected the smart computer (which frankly is the dumbest piece of software) couldn’t tell what the problem with the vehicle was. Then started a never ending trial and error method to figure out why the car won’t start. They worked on the car till 10:30 in the night, tried everything from changing the common rail to injectors, and finally telling us that the fuel might be dirty, which we rubbished because we get fuel filled at the juhu circle hp petrol pump every time and have been doing so for years, also I had gotten the tank filled up 5 days back and had done a run of at least 50km everyday for the past for four days in the city and had traveled all the way till katraj at an average speed of 110 so that claim was stupid cause the tried changing both the injectors and the common rail and still the car won’t start. We were told every half hour the car will get ok. Every time we asked them they said we will tell you in an hour.
                    At 10:30 in the night after having not eaten anything all day we had to figureout a place to stay in a city So we had to get a expensive hotel due to peak season. Our family vacation is already ruined and now we cannot stay in pune any longer so we have to take this piece of junk xylo to Mumbai and probably take it to a tata service center or a roadside mechanic and try and get this no good piece of on wheels fixed cause the 20day trained highly incompetent technicians of Mahindra and the dumbest (smart computer software) cannot figure out the engine failure. My car is in extended warranty and we were told all along at silver jubilee that it is going to cost 50000 for this repair,what kind of a scam is Mahindra trying to pull on helpless stranded customers. Our only mistake ever is that we bought this vehicle, I have had such a bad history with this car cause from the first week of purchasing this car I had trouble with the second gear of the car, which was finally rectified by the synchronizing kit after my new vehicle was with NBS for 27days.
                    Its day two silver jubilee has still not been able to figure out what the problem is.
                    So all we want now is to take this car back to Mumbai and dispose it off probably get a very lousy deal at First Choice by Mahindra itself.

                    Well its been over 48 hours and we have not received any communication from your end guess the only good reason would be a christmas weekend, if not then its sad state about any of your customer care claims.
                    Let me make you understand our situation.
                    At 5:30 am we left mumbai on 23rd
                    At 8:45 am we had engine failure lovcation satara highway near katraj.
                    At 9:25 we were able to connect to with you hamesha helpline
                    At 1pm the technician fron shayadri motor who was as helpless as us.
                    At 2:30 pm the we arranged for tow truck to take us to silver jubilee
                    At bieng stranded on a highway for 6 hours at 3:30 pm we reach silver jubilee
                    After the car was brought to silver jubilee at 3:30pm on 23-12-11 we were told the car will be fine in a few minutes, the minute they connect the smart computer they will figure the problem and sort it out. But till 10:30 in the night they could not even figure out what the problem was, everything from jets to commonrail to bad fuel were told. In a situation of engine faliure like ours which is when i was overtaking at a speed of 100kmph on a expressway with no power steering or power brakes we were lucky that we almost missed an accident.At 10:30 pm without having any food and water and being on our toes for nearly 17 hours me and my wife asked them if they are not able to fix it, then they can help ur arrange for a trailer so we can take the car back to mumbai and we were told and assured by md aman walia that the car will definitely be repaired in the following morning and they only need 2 more hours to troubleshoot the problem so we decided to get a hotel as it was not a comfortable place for a lady to be, due to late in the night being an industrial area we could not find any transport means so we were dropped to a hotel by the courtesy shuttle.. Next day we kept calling them from 11am to get update of the cars status and they kept saying one more hour one more hour.
                    At 2:45pm on 24thdec and after waiting 15 man hours of mahindra technicians and the smart computer at silver jubilee working and trying to figure out what was actually wrong with my xylo's and having wasted precious time and a lot of money being stuck in a city we don't know anyone in we had to take a call knowing that Christmas night would be impossible to get a hotel room we decided of taking the piece of junk back to mumbai. With no help from the service center who kept saying that the car will get okay although having troubleshooted all possible procedures with no results we had to arrange a flatbed trawler, getting the number from yellowpages.
                    The heavy price we had to pay due to mahindras incompetent system procedure to handle a situation like our is to the tune of;
                    1. Hotel booked at peak season 5000rs
                    2. tow truck from breakdown spot to silver jubilee 1800rs
                    3. taxi back to silver jubilee 500rs
                    4. flatbed trailer back to mumbai from pune 12000rs
                    5. holiday home booking at goa 6000rs per day
                    The so called procedure of mahindra is very misleading for any helpless stranded customer, the customer should be told that there are very complicated procedure to be follow once the smart computer detects the problem that it could take 15 minutes to rectify or it could take 2 to 3 days so the stranded transiting helpless customer can mentally prepare themselves and can decide if its worth going through more hassle of not knowing when or if the car can be repaired at the biggest service center in pune or just call a toll truck and head back to their own city.
                    The irony of the situation and our holiday ruined is not due to the failing of my machine which caused us so much physical and financial agony, its the people assigned to do their job who have failed us.
                    Pls look into the matter as you are the only hope for me now.

                      Engine Problem

                      I had purchased Mohindera Maxximo Vehicle Temporary Registeration No.
                      HR99-HL-7241 now registered with Registeration No. HR065-5925 from your
                      agency in Karnal (Haryana) in the month of February 2011. The vehicle
                      has started giving problems after three months of the purchase by
                      engine stopping in mid and not starting properly. The vehicle was

                      many as 4-5 days which hampers my business. The problem is back to
                      square one now. The problem still persists and they never bother to
                      send their engineer for attending the vehicle.We have taken the
                      vehicle to the agency service station again on[protected] but they are
                      not attending it promptly.

                      Pertinently, I am the business in catering Vita Milk. The frequent
                      fault in the vehicle is resulting into heavy loss in my business by
                      Milk going sour.

                        I am having a mahidra xylo E4 which i have purchased this car on[protected]. As I have purchased this car I am facing many problems with this they are
                        01. on my first incident the engine belt has broken two times in my purchase of earlier
                        02. When my vehicle key is broken inside the car has towed to vijayawada Garapati Auto, they taken car for 3 months and they on towing the vehicle the differential box of the car jammed and they had given my car after so many complaints given to mahindra.
                        03. On April, 2011 my car made a small accident at near by khammam the VVC Motars khammam has taken two months for giving my vehicle the delayed the vehicle due to non availability of spare parts.
                        04. On 26th July, 2011 my vehicle got another accident at Suryapet, Nalgonda District we informed to the insurance people and then shifted my car to VVC Motors , Khammam they taken 2 months to shift the vehicle to hyderabad work shop and they delayed due to non availability of Engine bracket which is not available with work shop and after shifting my vehicle to VVC MOtars Hyderabad work shop till today its work has not completed and the manager of work shop is telling that the spare parts of this vehicle already intimated to Mahindra but so far they have not received.

                        There fore, I request you kindly took my vehicle and put it in your exhibition. As I am running this vehicle as taxi bearing No. AP 20 Y 5929 on my mothers name Smt. R. Seetha Maha Laxmi. I dont want this vehicle it is giving lot of problems as I am so much of afraid of this vehicle. You people given more publicity to this vehicle at its first launch for which I have attracted and taken this vehicle.

                        why you people are selling this bloody vehichle in this market and giving lot of publicity to this vehicle.. YOu people are not having sufficient spare parts. who will give my loss for all these things done by mahindra. My best request is kindly close the sales of Mahindra Xylo vehicle sales.

                          My name Bollam Yelamanchili I have bought Mahindra Maximo on 03/01/2011 registration number AP20 TA 6916. from v.v.c automobile kthagudem,khammam district. After running 4 moths Maximo engine is not working properly and engine is making some sound, motor fan is not working, radiator is not working , and i am facing a bigger problem. i gave multiple compliants to v.v.c motors regarding these problems.but they are not responding properly . as per discussion with mechanics of v.v.c motors, kothagudem ,Andhrapradesh. I have not found proper and convivncing answer .



                          As a business person I have taken the maximo to run on the road not to stay maximum time at home for repairing.



                          I would like to return the Maximo because if I not able to generate the EMI how could I maintain the van.



                          Please let me know the so that I can get my money back since it has given me lot of pain and mental problem as well since van is in financed condition.

                          I HAVE PURCHASED MAHINDRA MAXIMO TRUCK IN NELLORE 2010, THIS VEHICLE I FACED SEVERAL TIMES WIRING PROBLEM, BUT THE SHOWROOM PEOPLE NOT TAKEN NECESSARY ACTION SO IT IS BURNED TOTAL WIRING, THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED BY SHOWROOM BY TAKEN 34DAYS.AGAIN VEHICLE RUNNIG PROBLEM, AGAIN IWENT SHOW ROOM 15 DAYS BACK BUT TILL DATE FIND OUT THE PROBLEM WIRING IS FIXED NOT PROPERLY SO WIRING KIT TO BE REPLACED, BUT I DONT HAVE STOCK WAIT 20 DAYS I WILL ARRANGE .

                            I booked mahindra xuv 5oo all wheel drive on 2 oct 2011 at shri durga automobile prashant vihar new delhi they give me wating time for all wheel drive
                            4 weak but after few days they call me and say that your wating time is revised and dont tell me the exact delivery date of my xuv5oo all wheel drive . I regesterd a complained on 19 oct 2011 [ my complained number is ITC12A003811 ] .But i still wating for company call or responce and the executive from which i book my car he call me and say i[censored] want xuv5oo then u switch to all wheel drive to 2 wheel drive i refuse this option and then no one from company or behalf of company call me and do not tell me the exact date of delivery and now they did not pick my phone call.

                            If no one give responce to me than i only way that i complaind to consumer court and this is my last warning to shree durga automobile


                            I hope that mahindra and mahindra take quick action against my complained i hope so

                              Sub : Mahindra Xylo Air Conditioner not Working - Cooling Coil to be Replaced.

                              This is to inform you that I bought a Xylo E8 ABS Chassis No: A2H528569 Engine No: KJA4H32811 Reg No: TN 01 AL 9190 a year ago. The car is registered in the name of Sangeetha Nair.There have been niggling problems with the car. The car has only completed around 21000 kms. The power window on the rear left is not working. I informed the service station MPLAutomobiles Agency Pvt Ltd, #15, Arcot Road, Porur, Chennai, T.N.-600116. about this approximately 4 months ago. There has been only excuses cited and no action taken due to lack of spares. Last week my car airconditioner ceased working. I sent the car to the service station to get both the issues sorted out. They took in the car and stated that that the works would be carried out immediately as the car is under warranty. Last evening I got a call from the manager Mr.Vaidhyanathan that the cooling coil of the car has to be changed but i would have to pay for it. I enquired why I should pay for it as it is under the manufacturers warranty. The reply i got was that i had not serviced the car in Mpl service station, I find this absolutely absurd because what connection does the change of engine oil and the aircon cooling cooling coil have? How do you explain that the cooling coil of a car has to be changed every 20000km. This is my third mahindra vehicle in the last five years. I request the mahindra team to look into the issue immediately. I will not take delivery of the car from the service station till this issue is resolved. If not I will have to proceed legally against the service station and Mahindra Automobiles.

                              This is to inform you that I bought a Scorpio m2DI CR a three months ago dt:15/12/2011. vehicle no is GJ-6-ZZ-3516, The car is registered in the name of Mitaben D Solanki.There have been Clutch plate problems with the car. The car has only completed around 17000 kms. clutch plate not working properly and I informed the service station M.M.Vora, Near soma talav, vadodara, gujarat.about this approximately 3weeks ago. They took in the car and stated that that the works would be carried out immediately as the car is under warranty.There has been changed clutch plate but give me a bill of amount Rs.7740/- approximately. I enquired why I should pay for it as it is under the manufacturers warranty. The reply i got was that clutch plate is not warranty period. I request the mahindra team but he says dont excuse and give me payment. give me my money back If not I will have to proceed legally against the service station and Mahindra & Mahindra.

                                I am a proud owner of Mahindra Xylo E8 purchased in the month of December 2009 Since the launching of Mahindra Scorpio. I am one of your customer and was fully satisfied with the performance and services provided to me from the dealer at Kochi Now after the purchase of Xylo I am not at all happy regarding the response from the company as well from the dealer. I purchased the high end vehicle with all options which was available during that time I opted the full option vehicle after paying Rs.1,50,000/ extra compared to next lower end model, to get full satisfaction and to avail all features with full quality On receipt of the vehicle it self I noticed gum marking on the body When this was brought to the notice of the service Manager, the gum marking was erased with some chemical Thereafter I noticed the out look of paint which has a dirty look I was under the impression that dirt has resulted due to transportation Immediately the vehicle was serviced but the same dirt back ground was there again Hence a written complaint was preferred to the service Manager TVS. Unfortunately there was no response from their end. On the next servicing date also the same complaint was given to him He has not even the minimum courtesy to inspect the vehicle which was available there. I have noticed that paints are being peeled off from the body and body colour is seen even a small touch Some times the doors were being touched slightly on the garage wall while opening Even for a small touch the paint is being peeled off from the body and body colour is visible . More over there is a dirty look to make others believe that the paint used is not of good quality On two occasions I have preferred written complaint to the Service managed of your dealer.

                                The same complaint was preferred while the customer care division of Mahindra and Mahindra during their call after each and every servicing The same was forwarded to your customer care manager herein Kochi . She showed the minimum courtesy to call me and asked me to bring the vehicle for inspection Accordingly the vehicle was brought one, photo graphs were taken and a team inspected my vehicle There after there is no response from their side yet I strongly believe that there is warranty for my car paint even otherwise there is deficiency of quality and the painting was not done properly with care.

                                  I purchased Mahindra xylo , in february 2011 , and 15000kms done , its engine seized and i gave my vehicle for repair at Mahindra I got standing at service centre and since 2 n half months i regularly paying 12000 rs emi which means 36000 rs without using my vehicle for 3 months and I contacted the company officials through customer care by taking some of the email ids from net and after 2 months they said for engine replacement but before that i asked mahindra in writing not to repair vehicle in my absence and the service cntre taken out all the parts except engine which was defective and as i feared of some fraud at that step , i forwarded a mail in this regard to mahindra along with pictures of the vehicle and same happened while engine replacement i was told that ctutch palte and pressure plate have got damaged and needs to replaced and now being asked for the bill of the same.

                                  I want justice as due to manufacturing defect which consisted of defective connecting bearing which in turn cracked the crankshaft and engine got seized . I had 36000rs without using the vehicle and getting a vehicle which got defective because of manufacturing fault of Mahindra and Mahindra and I should get a new vehicle and my 36000 rs which i had paid

                                    4.Complaint. I, Asha Bimal Bhatt, residing at D/65,Indira Park Society,
                                    B/H Mother's School, Gotri Road, Vadodara, purchased MAH XYLO E8 m-Eagle
                                    BS 3 2WD 8FF ABS Car, with clearcut mention of Spare Wheel. To my
                                    dismay, I found that the spare wheel is Stainless Steel rim instead of
                                    usual ALLOY Wheel. Problem: If I have punctured wheel on highway, how
                                    would I drive the topend car with such SS wheel. That means I have to
                                    take the wheel home and change the wheel and once again come back to the
                                    site and change the wheel. When I have purchased the topend model,car,
                                    does this look good from an aesthetic point of view. Company has
                                    supplied all FIVE alloy wheels to all previous models of Xylo. Moreover,
                                    the Company has not made any mention of SS Wheel as spare wheel in any
                                    of their documents, the copies of which are enclosed. They have shortly
                                    mentioned Spare : YES. But not which one. I have been supplied 4 alloy
                                    wheels and one steel wheel. I have argued with this matter with Carvel
                                    Pvt. Ltd., and their version is that they have received the said car as
                                    it is from the Mahindra & Mahindra, and they have not changed the
                                    spare wheel. Our plea is that Consumer Forum request the M & M to
                                    replace the S.S riml sparewheel with alloy wheel. If they refuse to do
                                    so, please take necessary action on behalf of the consume. Please do

                                    It is fair. I believe that there could be some sort of oversight mistake by the company. I personally believe that company like Mahindra & Mahindra will definitely justify my problem and will be good enough to solve it out.

                                      I regret to inform you about the unsatisfactory service provided by your showroom at Shiveri.Inspite of explaining clearly the problems caused in some parts of the vehicle,nothing was properly done.After paying so heavily which your company had charged for the servicing,on the way back to our town,the same day,we faced the same problems and got it done the next from our town at lesser rates and satisfactory work.This meant that no use of coming to the showroom all the way from Palghar To Mumbai spending so much on the diesel and other expenses.We tought that we will get a better service from the company side.This was the second bad experience from your showroom.
                                      I hope you look into the matter carefully and hope to get a better service the next time...

                                      I purchased a xylo one year back. Presently my car engine ceased due to water leakage in the radiator. I want to get rid of this problem soon. So please kindly accept this as my complaint and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        This is to inform you that my new vehicle Xylo D2 which was puchase as on 1st of july, has got the 1st free service, which, i have done last week from mahindra carawale (baroda). Yesterday only the vehicle was break down and the black carbon as well as the bad smell like something was burning in the car, was coming out of the vehicle. Today i have again send the vehicle to check about the problem in mahindra carawale, they have check and told us that the vehicle is perfectly alright. There is not having any kind of problem in the car. But as i was concern about my car b'coz it runs in a company, i have send the vehicle to my personal Garage and within 10 min. he has told that the service department has not check the engine oil and filter oil properly. After that again i have talk to the mahindra carawale and told them about this matter, they have not taken this in care seriously, and told us the even now the car is perfectly alright. Then i have said to them that after now iof my vehicle will be burn by fire or something like that, then who will be resposible for that, they have told that is not their subject and also we will not taking any kind of resposibility.
                                        Now Please let us know what is the better care should be taken from my side and also onform me should i go further for this bad service i have recieve from mahindra carawale.
                                        Please let us know as soon as possible.
