Gear of my mahindra xylo vibrate on its high while standing and as it start moving vibration get low. In regard to my complaint I have gone to authorised mahindra dealer situated in rohtak.they had changed the two injector but the problem is it on same situation. They don't take any responsiblity to do it correct it. They had taken my car for one weak on beyond to this the problem is at is.

    It is brought to your kind notice that I have purchased mahindra quanto c6 model from 2 nd month of purchasing vehicle there was a problem of tyres firstly my one tyre gets cuts and after 5 months my 3 tyres gets cut there was no action taken by company
    After 15000kms the gear problem gets started two times I get the problem of gear first on 21 st aug and another on 2 nd sep and also in these car there is a major pronlem of air conditioner filter choke is there in the product again and again
    I also used another company vehicle this mahindra quanto this is too horrible for a customer please refund my money and also in future I do not use this car and bring your car back

      I have puchased a Mahindra Quanto C-6 model in the month of Mar'13,from the very first month i am complaining that there is a major problem of AC filter choke is there in the product,your service center people are also addmiting the same but since last 3 months they are saying that we are receiving so much complaints from other customers also ,company is working on it but till date i have not recieved any satisfactory answer or action.
      I have also visited your both the service stations twice but always they clean the filter and say company is working on it.

      I want to ask from the company that i have invested 8 Lac INR in this product which is defected,company is doing RND on it,Is it customer fault
      When my car will become old then you will say that its a old product you have to pay to get it resolved.There is something called after sales service,do u think so ??
      I want this issue resolved on immediate basis,else please do me a favour by returning this bogus product which you have missold me.

        CHEATED AND FRAUD

        The whole story:
        I am writing you this detailed mail as am a little disturbed and feeling hurt because of the deal (XUV 500).I want to give you a over view of the entire conversation which took place between us from the day one.i.e. june the 2nd,2013.
        I spoke to Aditya and test drove the car on the same day (Sunday) bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434.During the test drive I insisted to know about any problem related to the XUV500-W8.On my insistence and cross checking with Aditya & Sushil Chawla (Manager – Mahindra First Choice) quite a number of times about the condition of the car, he kept repeating that its in a very good condition and I should buy it ASAP. He said the owner of the car is known to him personally and so did the vehicle. It is because of an exchange which the owner did, that he is selling the car of this good condition and is non accidental.
        He said we at MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE / SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES only buy NON ACCIDENTAL vehicles in good condition. So there is no question of getting hassled about the quality and condition of the vehicle. He advised me to go for the deal as m dealing with Mahindra First Choice and nothing else, He suggested me to go for the deal without a thought because of the brand MAHINDRA.
        It was because of this trust that I was prompt to decide on the car on the same evening when approached by Aditya & Sushil Chawla (at MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE / SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES) which got finalized at 9lacs and 48 thousand Indian rupees including the registration/transfer charges.
        On the 3rd of June I paid 50 thousand rupees as the advance money to you (Sri Durga Automobiles) against bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434.
        I got the relevant documents of the XUV after the payment including the registration certificate, NOC, insurance and Form 35 signed by Sri Kadam Singh. After Speaking to Mr. KADAM SINGH to cross check the details he agreed that the vehicle is accidental .On knowing this I crossed checked it with the insurance agency .i.e. RELIANCE. And they told me that the claim has been settled on 1st February 2013 for 83 thousand rupees against the same vehicle bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434 which was involved in a accident.         When I tried to investigate the vehicle service details further through Mahindra and Mahindra’s service track record for vehicle bearing registration no HR 51AP 3434, I further got to know that the record is clean with no problems but to my shock the factual details has got great discrepancy and the nexus to do so between Sri Durga Automobiles and Mahindra and Mahindra was evident. Both the parties Sri Durga Automobiles cheated me hence leading to the fraud.

        To my further surprise I am Awe stuck to know that Sri Durga Automobiles owned and managed by Mr. Ashish Singhania was also involved in cheating customers at SAI AUTOMOBILES with a SKODA dealership and lost the dealership against similar kind of forgery and fraud. He lost his dealership but is repeating the deeds at Sri Durga Automobiles as a Mahindra and Mahindra dealer.

          so, please ensure that you will take the satisfatory action regarding this problem and direct the above said dealer to change the chassis or solve this problem regarding the chasis otherwise we will move to the consumer court.

            Hi,

            I am from Nashik-Maharashtra and I made big mistake by purchasing Mahendra Rodeo, about 3 years back. At that time this was the costliest scooter available in market and I bought seeing the price that price is high, so quality would be high. My friend suggested me not to buy this and go for market leaders Activa / Access / Pleasure

            People burns hands in something, but I burnt fully myself by purchasing Mahendra & Mahendra Rodeo Scooter. It has been around 3 years I purchased it, but till date it has not even made my single day happy.

            Today the dealer from whom I purchased it, is not selling this company scooter.

            I never got average above 25 in this scooter. Consulted minimum 15-20 times to company workshop but no improvement.

            In Rodeo, there is digital meter. Now that has spoiled. I contacted few garage owners here, but nobody is ready to touch any Mahendra Scooters / Bikes. Even garage owners are alergic to it.

            After lot of trouble, I contacted 1 garage owner ( Mahendra's Authorized Workshop ) . He told me this thing is not repairable and lots of other Rodeo owners are having same problem. He said if I want to replace it with new one, then he can get parts from company and parts will cost me +4000 plus his fees to change it.

            Today I am in such an awkward position, that I am not able to see how much petrol I have in it, what the average it gives, as digital meter is not working. My wife has to always carry 1 petrol bottle in scooter, because she never know when its petrol will finish.

            I contacted lots of second hand bike buyers / sellers, but nobody is ready to purchase it at any cost, or nobody is ready to exchange it at any cost.

            I am in really big trouble. There is nobody from company to take care / ZEROOOOOO after sales service.

            I suggest you not to take any of the Mahendra Scooter / Bike. You will never know when company will be out of business and there would be no one for you to take care of.

I have visited the dealer;s place for so many times, but, all in vain. Is this the customer service that esteemed Mahindra is providing to the customers.

              May i request you people to resolve my issue, as i have spent ample of money in purchasing of Mahindra vehicle.

              Moreover, i request you to please provide the escalation matrix of customer service so that i can escalate the matter in order to get the resolution.

              myself is Daljeet singh and i live in O-11 Aruna Nagar,Majnu ka Tilla Delhi 110054. my gali seaver is almost full for a two monts. i complaint many time to water works employess but they said everry time you go we will come. some time they said "Sever bhar gai hai to hum kya kare jao jaha jana cahte to jao hum kuch nahi kar sakte" sir we are very upset these types of govenment workers. our toilet almost full for month or more.

                  I feel very bad about my decision , i have purchased Rodeo scooter in 2011 year.
                  still now facing mileage issues with it. for 100 rupees getting 1.41 litre petrol. but scooter runs only 30 km. Hardly getting 21km/l
                  but in your new ad claiming 59 km/l with rodeo RZ model.
                  what we have did based on hope on your product ,earlier we purchsed, till now we are facing this issue.
                  i never recommed your product in future. i never thinking to buy any of products from Mahindra brand.
                  you have failed to prove your capablities, history will never change, and affected persons mind also.

                    I m touch with your customer care number[protected] for last 5 days and complain about my injector and AC but they can't resolve my complain.Per day they told me plesae wait sir,we call u within 24 hour but they can't call me . I feels really helpless.

                    This is to inform you that my Scorpio is stranded since May 29th 2013 , due to some major technical fault in AC(when car start AC automatic start) as informed to me by your dealer shree R.C.Enterprises motihari(East Champaran,bihar,pin-845401) your AC wiring is short cur cit.but they can,t define where is short problem they advice me change wiring of my car and injector lick oil but they can't change. I must reiterate here that the vehicle is only six month years old - Scorpio EX .
                    It's just went for the regular service and check up as per the scheduled service chart.I am shocked to know that my vehicles AC working Direct as I am told and informed.

                    Till date there is no cancellation received & this month i have received message on cell i.e. total out standing is Rs.2926.79/-

                    I had booked the cylinder from M/s Samadhan Indane, Nashik (Maharashtra) on 03.07.2009. Till it has not been delivered to me. When I contacted the dealershiop by phone ([protected]), they are not picking up the phone. When personally contacted the dealership, they are using very rough language and are not in a position to understand the issue. My consumer No. is 1905.                       I have owned one Scorpio M2Di model having its registration no.- OR11J-4511 purchased from Gupta Automobiles, Oidsha in Jan-2011. Recently in the month of April 1st week the return fuel pipe ( Pump to Oil tank ) became leaked . Since than whenever I am using the vehicle , it is showing a mileage of 8 k.m./Ltr instead of 13 k.m. per litre.

                      I have tried several times to change the pipe, visited to various showroom about 200 k.m. far from my residence resulting non availability of the fuel pipe and lastly I have kept the same locked in the garage for about one month. Now the vehicle became useless for me and became a show piece . Further I am to inform you that I have already drived the vehicle about 900 k.m. only for the above purpose.

                      Now I am explaining the my journey to the show rooms of mahindra :

                      1. Intially, I have visited to Gupta Automobiles, Angul, Odisha in 2nd week of April for the above fuel pipe . It was not available there, however I have ordered for the same , also they ordered for the same to the company, but it was not received by them till now .
                      2. Later on, I have asked to a Sub-Dealer of Mahindra at Karanjia, Dist.: Mayurbhanj, Odisha operated by Basanti Auto of Balasore, they replied that there is not available of such pipe with them.
                      3. On 31/05/2013 I have visited to Utkal Automobiles, Bhubaneswar for the same , they make me wait about 3 hours saying that they will inform me whether it is available with them . Surprisingly, there was no reply from the counter and I have to back from the service centre after a 3 hours wastage & wrong guestmanship.
                      4. After that on the same day, I have visited to Aditya Motors , at Cuttack-Bhubaneswar road the biggest service centre of Odisha for the same. There the service advisors namely Lulu, Sasang were very disgusting person , just playing with me for 2 hours. On asking the store keeper, he told that there are 3 varients of return pipe in the M2Di model and I cannot search them now.

                      Any way the long journey was end with very harassment , resulting my vehicle useless. Now I am requesting you provide me the pipe any way so that the vehicle can be on road again.

                        I purchased Mahindra Xylo D4 on 23/10/2012 from Ralas Motors, Raipur (C.G) with great expectation. I was very impressed with new revived and refreshed Xylo as it also suited my frequent traveling schedule.

                        But to my utter disappointment I started experiencing rigorous engine vibration just after one and half months of my purchase of vehicle. Next I reported this to the Dealer on 08/12/12, I got my vehicle back on 10/12/12 with report from Service Manager (Mr.Sharma) that if vehicle gave same problem again they will replace Fuel Injector (Report Attached). Again I faced same problem on 11/04/13 and I reported same to Dealer this time they replaced two Fuel Injectors and returned my vehicle after 8 days on 18/04/2013 (Report Attached). After driving for few kms I again faced problem of rigorous engine vibration and I reported and dropped my vehicle to Dealer again on 24/04/2013, I got my vehicle back on 26/04/2013 with two more Fuel Injectors replaced and a promise that I won't face this problem again (Report Attached). 29/04/2013 I again faced same problem to which Dealer identified filter problem and replaced fuel filter and gave my vehicle on 01/05/2013 (Report Attached). On 02/05/2013 I faced same engine vibration and ignition problem now my vehicle is lying with Dealer.

                        I have tried reaching Mahindra's Customer Care at toll free no.[protected] but every time customer care executive promised somebody will call me back and I am yet to here from your end regarding this. Also I tried speaking to Regional Service Manager - Mr.Niraj Mishra but in vain.

                        As I am completely dependent on my vehicle for my profession and I have to travel 250kms every day to my farm because of this persistent problem with Xylo, I have to hire vehicle for my work and I am paying Rs.2500/- on daily basis.

                        Buying Xylo has become my worst nightmare and pain.

                        I have faced since I have bought Xylo. I insist on recalling this vehicle of mine and providing with New Xylo.

                          I have been an unfortunate owner of a Mahindra Xylo. I bought my Xylo in 2009 and it has been self driven. Considering Mahindra has such good advertisements, i went for an indian make car. Day 1 trouble started. There was black smoke problem in the first month itself, then in a year's time the brakes started screeching. Then the back wiper motor stopped working, then the front wiper motor brokedoen. The bonet wire on its own broke. All this in the first 2 years of ownership. Since I was an owner of huyndai and my experience for 10 years was great and gradually i started realizing the diffrence and quality of Indian manufactured automobile products.

                          So for personally for me i have decided never to buy or recommend any indian manufactured auto product. They look good only on day 1. Beyond that you have only regrets. So my suggestion readers is that never buy a Tata or a Mahindra product or any othe indian auto product,. They may look value for money at thie first instance but trust me cost of ownership makes you regret after that.

                          BUY A TOYOTA OR A HYUNDIA OR ANY OTHER FOREIGN MANUFACTURED CAR BUT NOT INDIAN. This doesnt mean that i am not a swadeshi but trust for an automobile you dont want to take chance.

                              I have a Mahindra xylo D2 purchased in December 2011. My car has only run about 10000 Kilometers. I was on my way to lonavala on 3rd february, 2013 at around 11.15 am and my cars clutch plate was completely broken as told to me later. I was stranded for 5 hours on the road trying to contact Mahindra road side assistance and customer care. It took me 2 hours just to get through to customer care executive. They assured me that they would be sending a representative from a dealer in panel (nearest to lonavala). I was not contacted by any dealer. The customer care representative also refused to give me the number of the panvel dealership. Also I tried contacting all the Pune dealership nos. provided in the Mahindra dealer contact book. I got response from none of the dealers and half the numbers no longer exist. After around 5 hours being stranded on the road, I had to finally approach a local garage and had to get the car repaired for which I had to pay RS. 7500.

                              Who should I hold responsible for all the difficulties that I had to face. Is the customer care department just for the sake of assurance but does not actually work? How do you justify the fact that the clutch plate broke after just 10000 Kms. Is the company not liable once the company has sold off the car? Who will reimburse me the expenses that I paid for getting the car repaired? I am appalled by the way people at Mahindra and Mahindra are treating customers.

                              The response has drastically let down my expectations with the company and would never advise anyone to buy a car from the company.

                              Please help in the above matter

                                My complaint number is JE18/0015 booked on March/2010. Till today Not answered.
                                Content of complaint is as below,

                                I have purchased Xylo E8+ from MPL automobile Agency (P) Ltd, Chennai.
                                The vehile was delivered to me on Friday (19/3/2008) evening. I am fully
                                satisfied with the dealer with their service.
                                After delivery I have noticed that
                                1. the delivered vehicle had run around 370KM while delivery.
                                2. The right side back door gasket torned out.
                                3. The inter cooler fins on the engine were damaged.
                                4. Back door manual lock is not working.
                                5. Back door child lock is not working.
                                6. The back pumper has finger prints impressed in wet paint.
                                7. Scratches in the back pumper.
                                8. No plastic wrappers in front and back captain seats and some of the
                                handles.
                                9. We need to press the fuel lid cover while pressing the electric switch
                                provided in driver seat to open fuel lid. It is not pop out while I press
                                lid open switch. This is the case in manual open switch also.
                                10. Dry mud in driver seat carpet. This is a summer, so, no reason for dry
                                mud in a new car.
                                11. Dry mud in under chassis in all four wheels.
                                12. Scratches and muds in door plastic flashings provided at the bottom.
                                All these are the defects I found in my visual test in next day light.
                                Because of my belief on your quality, I did not checked the vehicle before
                                delivery. But Now I feel that I could have checked the vehicle even though
                                it is produced by a good manufacturer and its appointed dealer.
                                Please advice me that what to do now. The showroom persons told me that the
                                KMs run was most common in all Mahendra vehicles. Is it common to all your
                                vehicles?
                                Will you do test drives in factory on all vehicles or Will you deliver test
                                droved vehicle to customers?
                                Are you admitting your dealers to deliver their used cars to customers as a
                                new one?
                                This is my first buying experience in India from a India's number one
                                diesel vehicle manufacturer. I had proud of buying a quality vehicle from a
                                Good manufacturer. But after seeing the vehicle the impression I got is,
                                just I bought a second hand car as a new car.

                                  Sir, I bought a new Mahindra Xylo 7 months back. After 10 days there was a minor accident happened due to the crossing of a dog. Vehile's bumber got damaged. I had taken to the service centre and claimed it and paid half money for the new bumper part. They took morethan to repair it and after my registration period I got it back with patch work and they didnt give the new bumber. I had to pay the fine for the late registration in the RTO. After a few days around 6.30 I was travelling with my family and suddenly vehicle got stopped and there was smoke from the bonet. I called to the help line of Mahindra several times and they didn't respond properly. Finally I got a mechanic from my native at 10pm and got repaired. After a few days oftenly engine wasn't get started. Then I took my vehicle to the service centre and informed the problem. They told that they had repaired. But it wasnt after some days they told that due to the fuel injection pumb that was happening and they changed the item. Its cost was more than 15000 INR. Later I understood that due to the cost of the item they didnt change it properly. That time I told them that I don't need this vehicle and take it back. They told that it's due to the mechanical problem and the vehicle is good. After that on last service time there was a mild unwanted sound from the Left front wheel and I told this to the technician. They told me that it's due to the disc break pad. Before 3 day I was driving and the same sound was increased and the vehicle went out of the road. I checked the tyre and it was hot and called the help line. It was around 11.30 and the mechanic reached there at 5.30 pm. They checked and told that the baring has gone. And right now they don't have the spair part and they told that it 'll take more than 10 days to get the spare. Actually I am really fed up with this vehicle sir. Please help me sir!!

                                    I have purchased a car named Verito of Mahindra & Mahindra co. from their dealer M/s. Silver Jubilee, Motors, Camp, Pune in 06 September 2012. At that time salesman Mr. Rahul & Sales Manager Mr. Bharat Bhong of Silver Jubileei assured me Rs. 10,000/- of exchange bonus. Hence I sold my old car Santro to Silver Jubileei Motor's agent Mr. Kamble. When I made full payment of new car that time Silver Jubileei Motors take total price of car. At that time Mr. Rahul & Mr. Bharat Bhong told me - We will pay your exchange bonus in a week by cheque.

                                    i am having a logan car. i got timing belt of engine changed at service centre which is supposed to be changedd on 70000 km.i got my car timimg belt broken on highway causing damage in my engine.it got broken within 950 km and within 1 month.now they are creating a bill of about RS130000.

                                      Above problems discuused with local silver jubilee showroom at KSB chowk, chinchwad but they always saying we will see next time and leaving to check the vehicle. Such type of service is very panic to the customers of Mahindra.

                                      Hope you will arrange some technicians to help me to sort out these issues. Or else i will sell the vehicle for such bad service reason.

                                        I purchased Mahindra bolero in 2008. since its date of purchase I am facing problem of water penetration into the cabin. It has been repaired by Goel Motors Mohali 5 times but of no use as after every repair I faced same problem on rainy days. Filed a complaint in Honorable distt forum in Punjab. won case from there. Mahindra and Mahindra and Goel motors Mohali filed an appeal in Honorable state forum Chandigarh and astonishing fact I reveal here that lawyer from both the parties are not appearing in the court for last 1.5 years. It seems that motive of this bloody company is only to harass the customers and want them to run away.

                                        First they failed to resolve my problem and now they want the case to linger on and want me to leave the ground in their favor.

                                        Let me make clear to there holes who are only interested in harassing me. I will fight till the end.
