    I've purchased in exchange Mahinda Logan fro their Vasant Kunj outlet on 22nd dec 2009, but till now they've not provided car RC, I've lodgged complaint on their website also but no body is helping me, I've made visit to Vasant Kunj outlet every week but they are very unprofessional and procrastating it further. Also as promised in adeal document of repairing Gear box was not kept.

      Dear Sir,

      I have a total of 7 cars from Mahindra and Mahindra. I had purchased a Car Mahindra XYLO in the year 2009. The car has been giving several problems. I spent thousands of rupees on service and parts in last one year. I have all the records for the same.

      Now the problem is that I gave the car for servicing on 11th July 2010 at Sewree Service Workshop, Signal Hill Avenue, Via Reay Road, Near Raj Oil Mills, Sewree Mumbai, India. Tel:[protected] / 23713833. The name of the contact person is Mr. Mithun [protected]. This representative gave us a Repair Order number RO11B000721. The estimated repair period was for 2 days and the car was to be delivered back on 13th July 2010 as per the repair order.

      Today it is 21st July 2010, it has been more than 11 days. The car has not been touched for repairs. It remains in the workshop as delivered by the towing vehicle. The problem indicated was the failure of the starter. For the last 9 days the representative is saying that they cannot find a starter. My company has suffered losses to the tune of 27,000 Rs for hire of private car as replacement. One manager from our company has been visiting their workshop everyday for follow up for the last 11 days. He has spent a total of 11,000 Rs in doing so. The company has suffered a lost to the tune of 38,000 Rs and till date and we don’t know when the car will be returned back to us.

      Also the name of the General Manager is Sailesh. No body is willing to give me the number for the General Manager as he has refused his entire staff to do so. The representative is saying that you should go to the consumer forum and only then any help will be granted. We tried to contact Mahindra and Mahindra. The number provided for customer services was for Mrs. Sultana Shaikh [protected]. Her office address is Mahindra Towers, 5th Floor SBU, G.M Bhosale Marg, Worli, Mumbai- 400017 Maharashtra, India but there is no response from her as well.

      Thus my request to please guide us how to resolve this issue.

      just ask your xyloteam how many days they need to close a single problem ?

      or ask your dealer B.Mangatram & co. (Gandhidham) how many days they need to solution in xylo

      i am having also xylo and get problem in engine withn 4 days from purchase and solution ? ans: is after one and half month ? many a time contact your xyloteam but same answer evertime you know what that ? thats only we are sorry to hear about your experiance you can only say this dot belive in solution ok

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchase XYLO in the m/o of Feb & till now I am not satisfied with the service from your side.
        I have complained for the mileage but no response from your local dealer
        I have an complaint that the Doors are not properly closed it sounds too much.
        I have an compaint that when the doors are locked & when we open the doors all the doors except the front door is never unlocked from inside, one people has to open the door from outside.
        I have an complaint that in Rainy Season the water is droping inside the vehicle & all the automatic switches are getting wet.
        I have a complaint that the Coolent water is leaking.
        I have a complaint that the Engine oil is also leaking & all the coolant & engine oil is spreaded in the bonout.
        I have a complaint that when I had sent the vehixle for the above complaints they informed us that the condeser is leaked & to be replaced & it may take 10 days to repair .

        Kindly infom me that by running 20000 Kms how can the condenser leaks & what is the guranty period.

        kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

        3 A/C swiches complaints

        6 door locking is not properly work
        7 depreciation of front tyres
        8 suspension bush complaints
        9 clock is not working
        10 sounds from Stephine
        11 fan belt complaint
        12 hand break is not good.
        13 sounds from door.
        two times car break down on the road(complaint of cluches and fan belt).its service also is poor.what can i do ?.i totally confused.

          I have purchased new mahindra n mahindra xylo before 52 days from the purchase date after four days i was geting problem in engine regarding noise from engine i had visited dealer show room many a time but they only answering they till dot recevied parts from company today in my car facing many problem like door making noice, air coming from doors, poor pikup and milege, break not working proper, tyre wearing problem, balancing not doing proper, noice coming from R1 suspension, break rolling, during breaking you cant handle vehicle many problem there but i am not getting solution for this please help me regarding this

          i have purchased new xylo D2 on Dated 20th april 2010 on name Mavji Ramji Chotara from your dealer B. Mangatram (Gandhidham) from the purchse date i got problem in engine withn two days, from engine coming noise like tick tick tick, i compained in comapny and visit dealer point B. Mangatram (Bhuj) for this problem, after four days inspection they told this noise coming from tapit because of company foult and now theny told us need to change rocker shaft for solution, but there this part not avlble so they changed rocker shaft from the old engine till new part comes (time limit 5 days), after changed this shaft we facing problem regarding fuel consumtion much high, before i getting averege around 16.33 to 17 but after changed rocker shaft getting averege only 8 to 9 and other problem facing like poor pickup, gear shifting problem, clutch play and many other,



          and also after 15 days from purchase visit second time for change new rocker shaft and also for 1st free service, but they told us till today we dot get rocker shaft from comapny so we cant do anything, and about few problem on 1st service i put there like oil and filter change, central lock not working, noise coming from door, air coming from door, poor pickup, clutch not proper, gear shifting problem, break not coming proper during break coming from noise from front of left wheel, vehicle get down from behind, power steering to hard and play, but from company vehicle receive only with changed oil till all this problem pending and no one take incharge for ll this many a time talkd with customer care and here at dealer poit but nothing favroble for us



          please help us what to do now

            Hello Everybody,

            I had purchased Mahindra Scorpio CRDe 2.6 in the month of April 2007 for commercial purpose.

            I had availed a loan from Mahindra & Mahindra Finacial Services Ltd. There is a refund scheme of excise department on purchase of commmercial vehicles due to which I was entitled to receive excise refund of Rs.30,000/-.

            The employee of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., promised me to get the refund order of Rs.30,000/-. He has completed all the documentation on my behalf inclulding Bank's verification of my signasture etc.

            Till date I have not received my refund order of Rs.30,000/-. I doubt that the employee of MMFS had siphoned the money with the help of authorised car dealer and finance broker. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL TO COMMIT SUCH FRAUDS WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE INSIDER.

            This fact was confirmed when I had approached the Goregaon Branch of MMFS. The Branch Manager and the Regional Manager extracted all the information by pretending that they want to help me genuinelly. After few day I received the letter from MMFS in which they had tried to save their employee by using the information I provided to them. I can still prove that the employee of MMFS had siphoned my money.

            In view of the above, I had delliberately not paid one EMI so I can dig up this issue on later date.

              I had purchased a mahindra xylo E8 from P P Automotive Karnal(Haryana) in Oct.2009.I belongs to Hisar District.On 24th May10 the sluff wire was fired.then
              i gone to Supreme Automobile Hisar for Repairing sluff wire But they responed that i have to pay money of Rs.1000 for that because i have purchase Xylo from Karnal.At that time i was agree to pay 1000 rs. because o[censored]rgency.but after 3 hours they are asking for 5000 rs for that work.Then i talk to Service Manager Of Hisar Area.but i Didnt get right responce.then i talk to Mr. Raghav Mob No.[protected](Area Manager).He ensure me to pay only 1000 rs. rest amount Bear By company side.When i go to Supreme AutoMobiles to Confirm The Status then they ask me confirmation with mr Raghav.but he didnt pick my phonecall.at last i paid 4422 rs to repair my Xylo.i am very disappointed with the behave of company Employees and After Sale Service.i also talk to customer care but i didnt get any right responce from there side also.


              So please help in taking this matter to the highest authority.

              I brought a Mahindra Xylo E8 in South Africa. This vehicle is less than 6 months old and has less than 10 000km on the clock.It has had so many problems that I have begun to lose count. All the door rubbers had to be replaces. The direction compass does not work and nobody has any idea of how to fix this problem. The rear windscreen wiper started working on it's own. After checking it out there was a loose wire, which has now been repaired. NOW the compressor has gone in the air conditioner for the 2nd time. I can not believe that such a vehicle can have so many problems in such a short space of time. I am now sitting without a vehicle and am told that they are awaiting shipment of parts. Apparently the container is first filled and then shipped so it can take anything from 0 - 3 months before the ship the parts. I am astounded that such a reputable company can behave in such a manor... and there is just no answer. NOBODY knows who is responsible for all the problems. A person is just told "sorry we are still awaiting parts". i would expect that in todays global village that we live in that parts could be sent across immediatley to keep tha name and the faith of the brand. I am VERY sorry that i ever brought this make and i was warned of Mahindra dealers not keeping their word.

                I have brought Xylo E4 Vichle from SHUHUL AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD NOWGAM BYPASS SRINAGAR.on 21.06.2009.
                Ihad accident of my vichle on 29 may.2010. i left vichle for insurance claim with shuhul automobiles. i have bajaj aliance insurance . insurance people have cleared the insurance claim. now shuhul people told me that we will deliver vichle on 5th June. 2010.
                but as on today i have not got deliver of my vichle and the service from the shuhul dept. is very very poor they are not treating clients in good manor when i conatct them they say so many excuse within 2 mints they cut the teleph. i have been 3 times to the thier office for enquiry of my vichle they give only one answer that Mr Juniad is not available . Mr Juanid is lookkin after insurance claim vichles. Junaid cellno; [protected].

                now my request u to is that kinldy take a action against that why they don't given proper response to their clients. and shuhul automobiles in srinagar is not taking care of their clients even their boss is not meeting their clients when we ask that we need to meet boss of the shuhul they don't give importants . their staff specialy those who are on excutive post.

                kinldy inform the Shuhul auto people that look after their clients in proper maner.

                they think that we kashmirs are not able to send the complients to Mahindra company.

                Mahindra zylo — claim payout

                Dear Sir,
                I have a vehicle Mahindra zylo registraton no.UA07-CC0684 which is insured m/s Reliance General Insurance co. .I want registered a complaint against co.because my veh. has been repaired on premier showroom in dehradun due to an accident. Surveyor has been completed survey but I have not recived any massage regarding my payout last three weak & when I contact claimed dept. Reliance Delhi office no.[protected],450,448 not anybody receiving the call.

                I have booked a car XUV 500 FWD 8, for which i have clear all the amount which was finalised with the accesaries with the DEALER (Global Gallaries) THANE W. Mumbai. Dealer commited me that they shall give us the delivery on Dated 2 July 2014 and the same was not fulfulled on the same Date. At the time booking the dealer is providing me the insurance amount on the same car is Rs. 57, 064.00 and now he is denying to give me the same amount of insurance and now Dealer is deliver me a cover note of Rs. 25, 922.00 (Insurance amount) its a big fraud with me.

                My schedule totally disturbed with Delars comment.

                I have purchase Bolero Camper Gold From Simla Automobiles Pvt Ltd (Ghumarwin) And i Have got some problem in my vehicle in 10/12/2015 at 7.30 PM Near Ghandalwin Distt Bilaspur (H.P) and i call for toll free no and after some time Naveen Automoliles Call me and sail that morning one person came and see the problem but at the morning i call to Naveen automobiles they said that our person will go to Swarghat. And no body come to see my problem and then i call to Om namah Shivay they also not send any person and then i call for Baba Service Statoin and their after i also dissappont once more By all the behaviours of service staions i am very much annoid from Mahindra Service Stations.

                I am Very Much Dissapponted by the service of one of your Service centers if your work is like this no body purchase you vehicle.

                I have purchase Bolero Camper Gold From Simla Automobiles Pvt Ltd (Ghumarwin) And i Have got some problem in my vehicle in 10/12/2015 at 7.30 PM Near Ghandalwin Distt Bilaspur (H.P) and i call for toll free no and after some time Naveen Automoliles Call me and sail that morning one person came and see the problem but at the morning i call to Naveen automobiles they said that our person will go to Swarghat. And no body come to see my problem and then i call to Om namah Shivay they also not send any person and then i call for Baba Service Statoin and their after i also dissappont once more By all the behaviours of service staions i am very much annoid from Mahindra Service Stations.

                I am Very Much Dissapponted by the service of one of your Service centers if your work is like this no body purchase you vehicle.

                  I purchased one juicer mixture through CJ Star product their phone number is[protected] vide my order no: [protected], docket no:[protected] booking date 21.3.2011. the juicer mixture one parts mixing and they told me in holi offer they given me HOLI PROMOTION LOCK N LOCK SET. till 12th April I will not received the said product. I compliant on 12th April 2011 they sent one SMS on 13th April 2011 your Holi Promotion Lock n Lock set has been shipped to day it will delivered to you soon. Till date i.e. 18th April I will not received the set. We will wait till 1 p.m daily after that we will left for work. I am working with consumer form (legal expert).                     Hi, I'm Jay, possessing 2007 Scorpio CRDe LX which was having some minor issues such as
                    1.the dashboard's middle AC vent to be replaced,
                    2. rear foot rest to be replaced completed with a new one,
                    3. 65000km servicing.

                    So went to do the repair at NBS International which is M & M's own service center at Sewree, and to my surprise the service was horrible.

                    I HAVE REGULARY SERVICING MY 4TH & 5TH SERVICE FOR YOUR BHANDUP WORKS. I THAT I FOUND THAT THE HANDBRAKE CABLE WORKING FAILED IN 4TH SERVICE AND COMBINATION SWTICH NOT WORKING PROPER HEADLIGHT IN MID OF 4TH SERVICE AND 5TH SERVICE AND WIPER GEAR NOT WORKING IN 5TH service and i was assured fully By your service engineer that it would be replaced free of cost from the company as the car carries 2yr warranrty but till today 1month have been passed for the 5th service and 4months have passed for 4th service i do regulary call your service engineer for the parts..but it say its in progress....wen i call up in your store manager for the said parts to be purchased its says that are availlabe for COST.? i also call mr.sachin think so the works manager for bhandup but he didnt even bothered to pick my call at 11.30am replied via sms that" kindly call me after 2.00pm " is that the serive you offer to your customer...is that the way you build up relations to the customer....that day onwards i have stop the publicty for xylo...becoz once if you purchase it all fine but the sales and servcive offered by the companies dealers is WORST

                      I am shanmukayy G mathapati, Belgaum Karnataka, I purchased Mahindra Xylo D2 Golder simmer colour on 16th May 2010 from Sutaria Auto Centre, Hubli, Karnataka, eng No was JAA4D12908, after taking of delvery the vehicle was runs smoothly up to 10kms after 2minutes the vehicle was suddenly comes to the nutral gear, 2 3 times, at that time only i contact with Mr Ishwar Sales Consultant, he said nothing is problem you so to the belgaum service centre when i contact with belgaum service centre one person was came and he attend the complaint he says i will pass the same meessage to works Manager, Hubli, he said, when the works manager called me on 20th may 2010 at 3.45pm he said the gear box problem is their and i will speak with company people he said, when i called again on 25th may 2010 at 12.30pm he told me i will intimeted to head office and i have take aproval from head office he said,

                      finally i asked how many day's you want to solve this problem he said minimum 8 to 10 days he said,

                      see how much useless fellows are there i was paid them Rs. 6,55,300/- and vehicle was not in good condition who is responce this problem wether the M & M company is also sliping or what why like that happen..........?

                      when i runs the vehicle in 3rd and 4rth gear continusally, what was milliage of the vehicle who will give the fuel .
                      please look into this matter please clear the problem as soon as possible .

                        had purchased a mahindra xylo E8, from day one both front discs are emiiting a black carbon like residue which accumulates on the wheels, also when you hit the brake it produces such a loud screech which is unbearable. The clutch is so hard that after driving for 50 kms only u feel so tired. We had reported all these problems to M/s Koncept AutoMobiles from 1st service onwards but nothing was done, finally we had lodged a complaint on Mahindra customer care and one o[censored]r representative from mahindra contacted us, but he also did not rectify the issue citing that the brake pads had worn out and we will have to pay for there replacement.

                        My care has just run 25000kms and they say that the brake pads have to be replaced. I am really dissapointed with the xylo and so called mahindra customer care.
                        So please help in taking this matter to the highest authority.

                          I was previously employed in Mahindra Engineering Design and Development Company (MEDDCL) and I had subscribed to the EP[censored]p to the month of November 2008.My EPF A/c number is MH/KND/93415/1128 maintained by PF Commissioner, Kandivili.

                          I had sent my form 13 to transfer my PF account from MH/KND/93415/1128 to TN/22589/1189 before 3 months itself to EPF,Kandivili through my present employer to the EPF office and i had checked the claim status in EPF website showing that my form 13 is returned to the former employer (MEDDCL). So kindly help me to transfer my EPF account . Pl do the needfull.

                            i hadbrought a xylo from sri durga auto in nov09 registration no. DL 4CL NB 4379. in the name of Parvesh Gupta, G-188, Prashant Vihar, rohini, Delhi-110085.

                            mahindra is producing a quality product i admire about it, but there is no use of such a good cars if their service center is not working properly.

                            any cars success if its maruti or honda lies in its service , if service given to the customer is good automatically cars is good.

                            I, have visited the dealers work station 10 times for almost some same problems repeatedly and repeatedly but they don't take care of it , after asking the adviser why the problem still persists they reply that it is okay you have to adjust your driving pattern.

                            is this the way to deal with the problems of the car , arguing with the customer that we have done it , you are wrong in your driving.

                            If it would be the behavior of the service advisers towards the customer who will again recommend to buy the cars

                              I am Vinay Uramalia Privious Employee of MMFSL (Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd)My Emp.Code- 12457.My first joining in MMFSL was Sept 2007 In Saharanpur Branch at that time our Branch Maneger was Mr. Tarun Aggrawal. at that time Saharanpur Branch in loss there was total OD 1.40 crocre only.Before my joing there were three emp who worked here equel to od and cd and perform the compny.After my joining my branch manager give me Total 110 cases for recovery with 1.20 crocre od and 7.50 lacs cd.When i start the work i find 60 cases in dl was movementable but 50 cases in my dl was no movement able. Thease cases was Intentionaly default some was crimnals And some was Politicaly strong. Report to my BM he says that you can best perform in these cases don't worry i am with you do work hard in these cases.After some time my BM Mr. Tarun Aggarwal regined from the company and Mr. Sanjay Shrivastav join new BM.After a few days i discus that matter from Mr. Sanjay Shrivastav,He says that i will dibite these un movementable cases all the employ don't worry.But my BM not done that next 3 months.That result was non performer after till march 2008,because i not achive 100%Target last 6 months.i says my BM but he can not help me.i meet my RM Mr. Pradeep Singh also he can not help me.Than i meet my ZM Mr. Narendra Bhatt and says my all the problems and after 2 months i come back the compny.Mr. Bhatt says that you will do work equel CD and OD in Saharanpur.But my BM not agree to debite theae un movementable contract between employee. And i do work in same DL at Branch.In period of my working i surrendor many vhicles Reposesation many vhicles Self repo the vhicle.I achived 85%Fresh collection efficency 100% above Including disposeal of vhicle in[protected].In case of soft bucket coustomer i achive 102% collection efficency in per month.when the HOD (Head Of The Department)is visit the branch i visit these un movementable contact to him as Mr.Pradeep Singh ,Mr.Narendra Bhatt,Mr.Chandan Benrji,Mr.Gurdev Mehta but he says me do work hard in these cases you will naver face any problem in future. but that result was i was non performer once again in after march 2009. After i quiet to company my branch manager is devited all un movement cases to all employes why ??? I request to my BM many times in my working period but he do not that.
                              I request my all these BOSS RM,ZM,GM,and some HO lable but no any solution of my problem i send mail my all superieor but no reply recevied from them. i am flastred from 1 year. I told i request you that kindly reslove my problem. i hope you will take it very serious.

                                  I HAVE PURCHASED THAT XYLO E4 CAR FROM M/S KHOKON MOTORS PVT. LTD. SILIGURI ON 03/03/2010.IN THE I FOUND THE AC WAS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION.AFTER THAT THREE TIMES I HAVE SEND MY CAR TO THE DEALER WORKSHOP AT SILIGURI BY TRAVELLING 100 KM IN EACH TIME FROM JALPAIGURI.IN EACH TIME THE DEALER REPAIRED THE AC THAT TIME AND ASSURE ME THAT THE AC HAS NO PROBLEM.

                                    In the 3rd vechicle(KL-31A-7760) when bought the vehicle muflier was leaking and was promised by TVS sundram (allapuzha) showroom that it will be changed after 1st service but even after the last free service I have not got it changed.
                                    In the 4th vehicle (KL-31B-2395)I promised a center locking with remote control.they said it will be given to you after 1st service but I have not got it yet.After the 3rd service they told me that it was not offer xylo(e4).I have cheated by especially ramachandran(sales executive)of tvs sundram allapuzha.
                                    In future if this problem is not solved I am not going to purchase any more vehicle of Mahindra and not allow any my friends or relatives to do so . Before 5 months there was a offer running that if you make Mahindra vehicle sell you will be gifted with a gold coin.but I have not received it yet.

His name is Mr. rupen. i would like to inform u that its now more than one month but still i havent receive any document of my car. till now he has not given me the invoice of my car. n again i m not satisfied with the car also coz every now n then the car is getting problem. i m having a travel bussiness n so far that i need papers coz without papers i cant send my car out of gujarat. now u only tell me is this fair. whenever my persons goes on to his showroom he never reply for that. lastly i have to repaired that cat from CARAVEL MOTORS.from baroda(gujarat). At the time of repairing he has taken more than one week to repair my car but then also my car was as it is. so lastly i have to went to CARAVEL MOTORS. Then my car was lastly repaired. so i request u to take some legal action against him. otherwise i have to take legal action against him.
