i am really very disappointed that M&M could not provide the doors of my XUV5oo it's been almost 20 days after reuqesting to the workshop.
this has been issue with M&M when i had Scorpio and now when i have XUV 500.

    Purchased marazzo m8 the center vent got brittle when i approached the service dealer they changed at my cost then both side vents got brittle being purchased top model but the quality speaks about the mahindra

      My car meet with an accident, taken insurance but parts not repaired intercooler was damaged but they didn't repaired that part, the glass was nt fixed properly and lights adjusting plus wiring was nt properly done .
      I already visit a lot but no solution !
      They work like they have to put parts from home . Then why we pay insurance amount when we dont deliver with services.
      I want to resolve this.!

          We have not received the vehicle even after 4 months of making payment and on enquiry we were not given any good response. Worst service from the dealer. After paying 12 lakhs I was given a invoice for 10 lakh rupees only.

            My car, mahindra kuv1oo k8, rj 09 cb 8860, had an accident. I got it to mahindra service center in my city kota which is owned and operated by evergreen motors. The service center executives informed us that one of the gates would need a replacement as its not ina condition to get repaired and we gave it a nod. After two days, they inform us that they dont have the gate in their stock and they would need to to order it from the manufacturing center of mahindra & mahindra. To this i asked them to return the car after repairing rest of the things and they can fix the gate later whenever they recieve it. To that the evergreen motors executives responded very rudely and said that since you are claiming the insurance, the car can only leave once it is completed fully, otherwise you won't get the claim. With no option left i asked them about how much time would it take to finish this job. They told it would take 7-8 days, to which i requested them to make it as quick as possible as we will face a lot of problems without the car. Now today, after 15 days already passed, without any remorse, they said it might take another 3-4 days. To which i asked them this is no way of operating a service center, to which they say, this is how it is and nothing can be done about it.

              The above booking was done by me on dated 07 OCTOBER 2021. To date, 183 days have been over and my vehicle is not delivered to me yet. But customers who had booked their cars after my booking are also getting delivery before me on a fast track basis before me.

              1. Whether Mahindra is trying to intentionally delay delivery for those customers who had booked on 7 October, so that customers will cancel the booking and Mahindra will be free from delivery of the vehicle at launch price?

              2. Present updates on my booking?

              3. Actual date of my delivery?

              4. No. of vehicle delivery to date?

              5. Reason for taking Rs. 21000 as booking for such a long time?

              6. Methodology of vehicle delivery to customers with details.

              7. Reason for such a long time waiting for the customer who had booked on 7 October?

              8. Reason for not mentioning the tentative delivery date during the booking?

                I have given my Bolero ZLX bearing Registration No. MZ-07-4226 on 4/4/2022 at Savita Automobiles, Silchar, Assam for repairing. However, till today (9/4/2022) the reparing works remain more than 90%. This clearly indicates that they just kept my vehicle aside without any attention. They told me that it will take 4/5 days more. My complaint is that they are neglecting my vehicle to repair.

                      I own a Mahindra TUV 300. Sometimes when I start it, it will make a heavy ggrrrrr shaking sound. Feels like the engine want to fall out. It will then start when I switch it off and on again. Please recall this vehicle as it needs fixing. I see that everyone is complaining about the same problem.

                        I own a Mahindra Thar 2020. On 5th of April 2022 I observed that the OBD check lamp got on and there was loss of engine power. I took it to Shayadri Motors Service Center in Wakad, Pune. The service technicians were not able to diagnose the root cause. I waited there for 4 hours after which they said they need to refill the DEF fluid and perform regeneration. They asked me to leave the vehicle there. The next day I called them to check the status of the issue. Now they said that after regeneration the OBD check lamp turned on again and the cause of this is pressure sensor failure. They promised me that they will get the sensor rectified and deliver the vehicle on 7th afternoon. Today when I called them to check on the status, they are saying there is some engine wiring issue and they do not have the parts available and it would take another 4 to 4 days.

                        It seems the service technicians do not know what the issue is and they are just running around the bush and guessing. Also, I am not really sure the engineers from mahindra are of any help here.

                        This is happening to a vehicle which is not even driven for 9000km. It is very disappointing to see this. My trust is now loosing on the Mahindra Service centre and the capabilities of the technicians and on the vehicle itself. I am now having concers about the reliability of the Vehicle. After so much of hype in the off road community this is the reality of Thar...Really disappointed.

                        I hope atleast now they know the root cause of the issue.

                        Please can you have someone from Mahindra engineering team get in touch with Sahyadri Motors Wakad, Pune and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              This is highlighted that I have booked XUV300 Optinal Diesal white for giving in marriage ceremony with Shiva Auto Car Pvt Ltd Ghaziabad after taking the commitment that this vehicle should be delivered before 8 th April . Once I connected with their respective employees of this Showroom .They have changed my booking from colour white to Black .I denied to take this Because I had clearly stated that I want to take only White .Now They are saying that we can't give the delivery of this vehicle by this time . Although I have made the payment of rupees 221000.
                              I just want to know from Mahindra's offical is this the way Mahindra follow with their customers .Are they really have some values of Their commitment.This is very ridiculous .

                                i have purchase the mahindra jivo tractor in[protected] and my loan amount is 360000 and interest charge is 110000 total sum is 470000 and final installment on 5-oct 2021

                                but company is give me moditorium is 4 month and they take interest . they add the extra 17000 but they didn't give up before october i have call the agent to five in fnf amount but the didn;t give in. delay the payment beacuse they didn't take action ihave paid full amount 470000 but they told me extra amount

                                      Dear Team,

                                      My name is Ramesh Krishnamoorthy from Thanjavur. I need to file a complaint on SHIVA AUTOMOBILES TRICHY.

                                      My vehicle number is TN 06 K 4486 and the vehicle given for service on 17-March-2022.

                                      I have already filed a complaint through the phone with the help of a customer care executive (Abhishek). He said my complaint number will be generated and sent to my mobile number. So far I have not received any messages from him.

                                      My vehicle has an OPD issue and was given for diagnosis in the service center. Their expert says there is a complaint on ECU and it has to be replaced with new ECU components. It has to be ordered from the head office (Mahindra).

                                      We trusted their words and agreed to replace the component and paid Rs.20000 as an advance. They said my final bill would be Rs.42000 and it has been agreed from our end and left our vehicle at the service center for replacement.

                                      After 15 days they said our new ECU had arrived and it is ready for replacement.

                                      Today 01-APR-2022 we got a call from the service center and were informed that after replacing it with a new ECU, we are facing different vehicle issues (Turbo error, Head Problem and Radiator water boiling issue). It really makes us worry about leaving out with inexperienced service people. They are not able to troubleshoot the exact problem in the vehicle
                                      .
                                      These issues were not there in my vehicle before, we feel that those issues are raising after replacing it with a new ECU.We feel like there is no complaint on ECU itself. They are changing parts based on assumptions only instead of complete analysis about the issues. Kindly do support and take action on these issues.

                                      Still OPD errors exist after replacing it with a new ECU in the vehicle. (There is no issue with the existing ECU.).

                                        Purchased Mahindra XUV500 from 'Hare Krishna Mahindra' in Jan 2021.
                                        #Apr 2021 : CAMBER BOLT replaced as the company provided part was defective.
                                        #Nov 2021 : PKE Switch (door sensor) replaced as the company fitted was defective.
                                        #Mar 2021 : Car recalled by Mahindra to replace some part inside engine (detailed not shared)
                                        #Mar 2021 : Battery Alternator to be replaced as its a defective piece.

                                        Very disturbing and disheartening to see such issues in brand new car. Mahindra sold a defective car to us. Service Centre & Mahindra executives are avoiding to face us.
                                        Not at all expected such service & product from a company like Mahindra & Mahindra.
