Dear Sir/Ma'am,
we have booked XUV700 on 6th of oct.2021 from PP.Motors Sonipat in the name of Mr. Raj Sinha, we have recieved a text msg from the site of Mahindra that we will get the delivery in 2nd Jan 2022 then on 28th of dec.they confirmed us that we'll get in by 17th of Jan and shared all the details of vehicle with complete braekup of price which we need to pay and told us to arrange everything this date is confired.thereafter we have arranged everything for that but no persuasion from the side of dealers and we called to customer care they told us we'll get it by 22nd jan. and vehicle will ne billed on 17th but when we callled on 18th they again have no answer and still we are pursuing and getting no response from customer care and no answers from dealer's side. Kindly inform one confirmed date of delivery because we have sold our vehicle also and getting troubled by this behaviour.Please arrange a call from your end and guide us about this. we have really not expected this kind services from Mahindra, please care your customer a bit and inform us properly about the delivery date

    I owner of xuv 300 have purchased car in june 2021 it was driven only 17 k kms . Some wired noise is coming from my car have visited service center 8-10 times and in each visit my car was there minimum for 2 days . Since 1.5 months have been compaling but no resolution was given till date .

      Dear mahindra sir

      I belongs to defence want to purchase
      a car from csd.the car I like the most is xuv 300 but is not available in csd for jawan only w10 optional is available only for our officer.please make it available other variants of xuv 300 such as w4, w6, w8 in csd if possible.people are going for other option due to non availability.Defence personnel are choosing other brands vitara brezza and hyundai venue compromising with safety and other aspects also these are not much safe car like mahindra. I know you believe in quality not quantity.
      There are so many customer of csd waiting eagerly and wanted to enlist XUV 300 other model in csd. I am also waiting past 1 year and regularly talk with mahindra csd car dealer of my city i, e chandigarh. The reason why I am waiting for it is that I want to purchase a safe and made in India car. I'm damn sure it wil also boost your sale of xuv300 car.there is no rival of xuv 300 in this segment of SUVs

          मेने Mahindra XUV700 7/10/2021 को 25, 000 वाले स्लॉट में 21000 जमा करके एवरग्रीन मोटर्स कोटा राजस्थान में बुक की थी इसकी बुकिंग आईडी है OTF22A000369 और डीलर द्वारा दिसंबर में डिलीवर करने का प्रोमिस किया था। लेकिन उन्होंने समय पर डिलीवर नही दी। कुछ दिनों बाद उनका कॉल आया और बोलने लगे आप AX3 ले लो पर पुरानी रेट पे देने से मना कर दिया उसके बाद भी मेने 50000 ज्यादा देकर लेने के लिए हां कर दिया ।उनसे बात हो गई की हम 15 जनवरी को उठाएंगे ।उसके बाद भी उन्होंने 30 दिसंबर को कॉल किया और कहा कि आप या तो आज पेमेंट कर दीजिए नहीं तो हम किसी और को कार दे देंगे .. फिर हम 8 जनवरी को गए तो उन्होंने AX5 का ऑफर दिया तो हम उसमे भी मान गए पर वो 15 जनवरी को लेनी थी तो उन्होंने हां कर दी पर जब आज हम गए तो उन्होंने कहा की 50000 rs बढ़ गए है.. तो ये बात उन्होंने हमे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई और अगर ये पहले बता देते तो हम पूरा पेमेंट करके 50000 का नुकसान होने से बचा लेते.. और हमने 8/01/22 को बुक करी थी तो अभी वेबसाइट पर 14/01/2022 दिखा रहा है और उसी वजह से हमारा 50000 का नुकसान हो रहा है और यह बस अपनी मनमानी, जबरदस्ती एक्सटेंड वारंटी एक्सेसरीज ऐड करने के लिए फोर्स कर रहे है ये नुकसान एवरग्रीन मोटर्स के मैनेजर की गलती से हो रहा है.अब आप हमारी समस्या का समाधान करिए

                I have purchased XUV500 w11 automatic, 6 months ago, from the day one I am getting problems for interior, my back camera isn’t working and sunroof and some interior is uneven, airbag symbol wiring problem, back side sound several problems I am facing.                   Dear customer service department,
                  I am writing regarding my tractor missing a part that should have come attached when it was new and the extremely poor follow up from your dealership, Rogue Valley Farm Equipment in Central Point Oregon.
                  My 3650 was delivered to me without a draw bar, the pin to hold it in is present. I have sent three emails to the dealer of which none were answered. I’ve talked with them 3 times personally and once while on the telephone with your representative Yolanda. Every time I was told during these discussions that the dealer was going to talk to the area representative and get back to me. Then did not do this, not even ONCE!
                  I again spoke with Yolanda on the phone yesterday, I was put on hold while she spoke with the dealer, and then told me they claimed that they explained to me it came with it and there was nothing they could do since I’d had owned the tractor a few months before I noticed it was missing. This is an outright lie.
                  After I was done talking with Yolanda and she claiming Mahindra would not take any responsibly to make this right, I then came to the realization that both Mahindra and Rogue Valley Farm Equipment decided I really did get the draw bar and I’m lying. Well, I’m not lying, if it had come with the draw bar we would not be having this issue.
                  I await your response before addressing this issue to the public and legally. I will wait seven days before doing so.

                    Dear sir,
                    As i have taken bolero ZLX (KL 05 AH[protected] model Running KM 63000km only, i undertaking company service only. i am noticing that rust are formed. I can't believe that how it is formed within this short period of time.
                    I am parking my vehicle in my shed only even though it is formed. I have noticed other companies car are not having this type of rust forming problem.
                    I am very disappointed with the complaint and at the same time i am not able to suggest others too. So, kindly make a best solution for it. I[censored]r willing refer my car services history. I am believing that u wil give me a better solution for it..
                    Dileep body become holes, for buyiing i spend money 11 lacks for this vehicle with bank loan ..

                      Xuv700 booking amount refund

                      I have booked xuv700 on October 7th 2021 from meridian moto mahindra Pathanamthitta showroom in kerala. Sales manager suggested us to gave the booking amount of rupees 21000 on October 6th 2021 so that they can book the xuv700 as the earliest on October 7th. The sales manager told as that we will get the delivery by December 2021 but we got the notification regarding delivery in December that the vehicle will be delivered on August 2022.So...

                      I had given my xuv-500 reg no. Ka-08-m-4516 for service to ananth cars bannergatta road service station . I had a sun roof leakage complaint for which i was asked whether they can remove the dash box to repair the sun roof for which there was no other option so they had to remove the dash box. At the time of delivery of my vehicle it came to my knowledge that the reverse camera and audio system was not functioning . On asking them to repair it they told me to take the delivery of the vehicle and they would repair it whenever i leave the vehicle next time. I took the vehicle on their word and left the vehicle after 10 to 15 days for retification of the problem. I was surprised to hear from them saying that the system was damaged by me and i will be charged for the same . It was their inefficient servicing that they removed the dash box and damaged my audio system and reverse camera. I said i will not pay anything as it was purely their mistake and i had already paid more than 53k for my service. So they asked me whether they can remove the system from the vehicle and send it to head office for approval. I gave them the system and i havent heard from them eversince. I have been calling the customer care number as well from which i havent received any reply. [protected] is the number from which i am trying to get in touch with regarding my system. Kindly do the needful and reply asap. Please register my complain regarding this issue

                          Booked XUV 700 luxury AWD diesel variant from Silver Jubilee motors Camp Pune Maharashtra on 8th Oct 2021 .
                          In auto tracking delivery date was 21-28th Dec
                          My CPD( customer promise date ) was max 31st Dec 2021. It’s been more than 10 days passed my delivery dates the showroom
                          Mahindra customer care, Booking support team no one has any idea regarding the vehicle delivery. After repeated email there is no revert from them on the dates .
                          Kindly look into the same on priority and revert on email I’d given below

                              When i was booked my Bolero Neo N10 varient the infotainment system in the car is official mahindra company 7 inch touchscreen with no. Of function but the time of delivery mahindra official are fitted kindwood infotainment system which is very bad and cheap . its a real Fraud...

                                I am facing water leakage near the goggle box repeteadly from the sunroof. I have got drainage pipes changed once and yet it is happening. Waste of time to repeatedly taking vehicle to service center for simple issue.

                                  Job Card Dates:-

                                  On 12/November/2021, my car met with a very dangerous AND life-threatening malfunctioning. The engine RPM & TEMPERATURE increases to very dangerous levels even without depressing the accelerator pedal. And huge amount of whitish smoke is being emitted from the exhaust of this BS-6 car.

                                  By availing RSA towing facility, the car was taken to the nearest Mahinda Service Centre.


                                  With immense insecurity feeling, I hereby inform you that the same issue repeated with 100 times severity on 23/December/2021. The high clarity videos and photos are in my hand. From the videos, anybody can understand the gravity of this life-threatening fault. The temperature of the engine raised up to very high values. All these happened before completing 15 kms of that trip / drive. Please note that this wasn’t happened after the drive of so many hours. Happened within some minutes after starting the car.

                                  The inside of the car cabin was filled with thick whitish irritating exhaust fumes. We were suffocating. We were made blind for some minutes. I struggled to manage the car to stop without hitting other people and other vehicles or objects. I really struggled to switch OFF the engine; because it didn't get OFF on a single press of START/STOP button. I had to press it for a long duration. All these happened in a cabin which is full of suffocating & eye irritating opaque smoke. We were unable to jump out of the car because the BIG cloud like smoke surrounded the car, and we couldn't ensure whether we are jumping into a pit or not.


                                  Now, my family is hesitating to travel in this car in the future. I myself have lost the confidence to drive/travel in this car. How can I take this car to high-range area or forest area or any other remote area or even a normal long trip? I have driven so many cars in my life. And as per my experience, this is the most unreliable car. This car of 15 LAKHS, doesn’t fulfil even the basic purpose of a basic car for me.


                                  During both these incidents, we have suffered a lot. And we had to depend on taxies at our own cost. Many many such difficulties were there.

                                  On 23rd December, when I tried to get RSA through With You Hamesha App, it failed. And when I tried to call RSA toll free number[protected] from my registered mobile number, it failed.


                                  I many ways, Mahindra Company is making me a highly dissatisfied customer. Kindly prove that the trust which thousands of people put in Mahindra cars is note futile. I implore Mahindra Company to give me the best solution. The car is now at the Mahindra Service Centre.

                                  How can I get pollution under control certificate for this BS-6 car in the future?

                                  I didn't get reply for my mails which I have sent on 24th/Dec/2021 to [protected]@mahindra.com & the email ID of the dealer.

                                  I'm very much disappointed & fed up. Now the Service Centre says Mahindra Company rejected the warranty of my XUV (1.5 years old. 29804km run). Somebody is fabricating very false stories in order to reject the warranty; and thus in order to clear / exonerate Mahindra company from the fault of my car in its warranty period itself. Dear Sir, this is my hard earned money. I have no words to depict my disappointment. I trusted Mahindra Company & so I spent huge money for its products.

                                  JUST AFTER THE INCIDENT, I & the surrounded people have checked the ENGINE OIL level using the provided dip-stick and found & assured that the engine oil level IS IN VERY NORMAL LIMITS.

                                  Dear Sir, kindly give orders to your subordinates who all are related with this, to replace the engine & related parts and other faulty parts with NEW & GENUINE ones AT FREE OF COST. (I have no money in my hand.).

                                    मैं आप का एक सामान्य कस्टमर हूं आपके कंपनी की मेरे पास एक बोलेरो पावर प्लस है जिसका एक्सीडेंट 13/12/2021 को हो गया था जिसको मैंने Amit mortars Pvt LTD bahraich में बनने हेतु 13/12/2021 को दे दिया था लेकिन गाड़ी अभी तक नहीं बन पाई हैं मेरी गाड़ी रिलायंस कंपनी से इंश्योरेंस थी कभी पार्ट नहीं है तो कभी आर्डर दिया है कभी कहते हैं की काम चल रहा हैं इस प्रकार की बाते बताते हैं जिसेसे हमें बहुत समस्या हो रही हैं और मैं मानसिक तौर पर भी परेशान हो रहा हूं कृप्या श्री मान जी मेरे बोलेरो को शीघ्र से शीघ्र बनवाने की कृपा करे।

Accidentally It's back lower bumper is damaged I gave my car to Garg Motors, sirsa to change it on the date 21/11/2021. But they don't provide me the new bumper till date.
