From the first month i am facing issues like when it's hot outside i get a sound like someone banged my car i complained about that but till now no solution, second i guess after one and a half year or after two year the cars electrical unit start giving me a trouble service centre guys changed the entire unit and updated the assembly and that happened when the car is in under warranty period... Purchased XUV 700 on 18 Jan 2022. AX5 Variant Manual Petrol Variant.
Went on an outstation trip from Gurgaon to Hissar.
While Coming Back from Hissar the car switched off at the toll plaza owing to the long queue. The car didn't switch on after that. The car is only 14 days and covered 1199 KM only.
I really doubt the product quality of XUV 700. Request everyone not to consider XUV700 as your next car

    I have met with accident on 05/02/2022 about 11am in Chhaygaon Kamrup Assam. I called Mahindra RSA but they told towing vehicle is coming in next 1 hour but after waiting for 3 hours only a Man came with a bag on public transport and he said no vehicle was available. Mahindra RSA only wasted my time. Then I have to book another towing vehicle from private company and had to pay 8000 rupees.
    There is no use of having Mahindra RSA. Really disappointed

        My dad purchased Mahindra Xuv300 around 39 days back (26th Dec'21). Within 15 days, we noticed water droplets accumulating inside the car. Have been observing the same issue from last 15-20 days
        I have contacted Manager of car showroom, Service center Manager and representative from Mahindra group. Each of them trying to convince me that this is design by default. I am quite surprised if water sipping inside the car daily is design.

        It is quite shocking to know that this is the car design of India's toughest car manufacturer

        Attached are the pictures - Due to cold weather in Gurgaon, water dew is entering inside the car which will impact the quality and life of a vehicle

            I very interested in purchasing xuv300 and purchased xuv300 w6 AMT model from your mm motors Mount road branch on December 6th.they not give any free accessories and they inform to pay 5000 as corporate discount not provided by Mahindra and Rs.1500 for indemnity bond and I paid amount for rain viser and mud flap and car cover .for each and everything I paid money.they not even provide single accessories free .I really worry why I purchase xuv300 .eventhough your competitors give lot discount due to December month.but your company not even provide single rupee as corporate discount and nothhing.really feel now why I purchase xuv 300.they informed corporate discount amount sanctioned Rs8000 in the month of december.till date I not receive any amount .after one month i.e. January 6th they inform for first service and they informed some underrcover paint we have to done and they charge 8000 for that. Showroom informed that is needed one and charge that amount.on January 8th they give the vehice after service that time due to health issue I admitted in hospital and they urgent the money from my wife and get it.eventhough she requested them about my hospitalisation but they not hear anything and money is main motive for your showroom people.i paid nearly 11.50 lakhs but your people not belive me for 8000.very ashamed .really I not recommend my friends and family members not purchase any Mahindra vehicle in future.

              Dear Mahindra group
              My car( MP 10 CA 7715) got damaged by unknown vehicle, due to which my cars front bonat and other things got damaged. For which I took my car to Mahindra Ahuja indore for repair under insurance (icici lombard) which is sold to me at under your roof (Mahindra Ahuja indore) . At the time of selling insurance...I was told that ...if any damage occurs to your vehicle ...full cover of charges will be given by insurance company except the processing fees... But this time they charged me processing fees + some consumables (which should be covered in my insurance) + salvage + 50% of painting charges (RS 5664)..so total I have to pay Rs 7741. My concern is that ...in under your roof someone is selling insurance and saying me that no charges will be charged except processing fees ...and then charged you for painting charges...then it is totally fraud...your company promoting frauds... So can your group can reply me about this or can take necessary action on this ???

                My XUV 500 was given to Rudra Automart Durgapur for repair from their they transferred the car to their Asansol workshop without my consent for repairing my car as they didn’t have sufficient aminities in their Durgapur workshop to repair my car. In Asansol workshop due their negligence the car got drowned in a flood that occurred on 28-29th September 2021. The car was in such a miserable condition and irreparable as bcoz the cost of repair was coming more than the insurance value therefore the car was processed under total loss from Rudra Automart Asansol. But from then till today I haven’t got any valuation documents or the money or any update from the Rudra Automart Asansol. Instead whenever I call up Mr. Arup Gorai (GM Sales) for update the just misbehaved with me and kept the phone and said “Do whatever you can do, but I can’t help you. You will get the money when everything is sorted.”. This is utter misbehaving from Rudra Automart Asansol’s side. After rigorous begging infront of them to provide with a spare car to carry on with my daily works, they gave me a XUV 500 (2018 make) with terrible conditions to both drive and ride from 27th December 2021 onwards to keep me quite. I requested several times to take back the given spare car as it is of no use to me as the car which was given is just for show piece and not in a condition to ride ( full of noises and scratches and alignment out and very poor mileage). In the meantime I had spent daily Rs.1000 as car fare to carry on my daily works before and after the spare car as the spare car is very very expensive (very low mileage) to use on road. The misbehaviour of Mr. Arup Gorai (GM Sales) is intolerable and the person is extremely misbehaving person and instead of helping me out, he directly denied of any help of any information to help me out of this situation. This misbehaviour and harassing nature of Mr. Arup Gorai (GM Sales) & Mr. Mahinder Singh (GM Services) maybe due to some intentional Malifide intentions currently unknow to me. I, therefore sincerely request you to help me out in this kind of situation and ask Rudra Automart Asansol to pay me the insurance money and the Damarage which I had to bear due to drowning of my car for their negligence by the Middle of the month of February 2022.

                  I have written mail to [protected]@mahindra.com on 28th Jan 2022. Till date not received any response from them. Today I have sent a reminder.

                  Airbag wire got a rate bit. The dealership got a insurance amount of 31K. It's new vehicle not even completed 1 year or 10000KM. Ramani Mahindra has provided the insurance and I haven't purchased the insurance cover outside.

                  The dealership didn't explain the list of parts that will cover during the vehicle handover. But now they say that for rat bit insurance will not be covered. Then why did they opt this insurance to my car as I didn't select the insurance? There are huge number of insurance brands are available in the market.

                    This is to bring your notice that my car Mahindra number
                    UP 14 DP 1252 Shivanshu Tomar has some complaints in it . So I was waiting for my car to get received from 10 A.M to 1 P.M by the staff to check and look into it. 3 day to go but there is no information about car But no one from the staff attended my car.This is really very bad customer service from the company, didn’t expect this. No one has told me when they will start the work in my car neither I am informed about the timings of the delivery of the car
                    I therefore request you to look into this matter and provide me proper customer support and please solve the complaint which I have in my car .

                      I'm using a TUV300. I have been raising a complaint for last 4 years on a thud metal kind of sound from under the seat/handbrake liver. I had given it for service more than 20 times to 2 service centres to fix this issue, but the issue is not yet resolved. And every time I'm being sent back saying it is fixed. It is so disturbing to use the vehicle with this sound all through these years. I'm so desperate and look forward for Mahindra to resolve this issue permanently. Attached is the first complaint raised in 2017.

                        I booked xuv300 w6 black colour on December 4, 2021, but I didn't any conforamtion yet. The showroom CAI INDUSTRIIES, AVINASHI ROAD, COIMBATORE, TAMNADU quoted the waiting time of 6-8 weeks, but the completion of 8 weeks still I am waiting for the billing details and delivery date of the car. If you not able to make the delivery please stop giving fake promises also if the manufacturer not able to accept the order from the dealers, told the dealers to stop accepting the orders from customers, because customers are not fool by simply waiting for the delivery of car for so months. I nned to know the reason for not taking the billing of the car and delivery date of the car.

                        Still I am waiting to know the status of the car. Already 2.5 months completed there is no information about the car, did the dealers need anything apart from booking amount ?. Whenever I am asking for the billing status of my car the default answer was that I booked the black colour so it will take some time. Is black colour is rare colour ? Really I am planning to switch to other brand instead of mahindra, but already 2.5 months wasted on believing the dealers default answers. Please don't play with customers by giving silly answers. Extremely disappointed.

                            Fully unsatisfied with 2nd servicing of my XUV 500 vehicle at Shivz Autotech Private Ltd. Imphal, Manipur on 27.1.2022.

                            They not even clean the inside of the vehicle, rather they make dirty inside. Not properly washed the vehicle.

                            This is lower down the name and fame of Mahindra.

                            Please look into the issue.

                              We booked a Mahindra XUV 300 W8 Petrol Manual BS6 (Napoli Black) on 1st Oct 2021 with booking ID from Automotive Manufacturers Jubilee hills hyderabad. The delivery date was promised within 45 to 90 days. The promised time is way past and there is absolutely no update from the Mahindra on the delay. We are disappointed with how no one - Mahindra and the dealer is taking the accountability of informing the delay.

                                Have booked Mahindra XUV700 on 07/10/21 and date of delivery was initially Jan then changed to Feb 2022 for which I had no objection. But on 24 January Dealer (Himalyan Motors, Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir) called me and told me your vehicle has reached to us on 11 Jan and is ready for delivery and I asked as a customer that I will be getting 2022 make but reply was no sir it was billed on 30th dec 2021. Which shooked my excitement and to my surprise Mahindra and Mahindra is sending me message on 15th Jan saying that my vehicle is on its way to dealer and will be delivered on 27/02/22 which I confirmed with Mahindra customer care as well as online through my account. Now question is if i m supposed to get car in Feb which was jan 2022 manufactured why Mahindra is forcing me to take 2021 against my vehicle. I contacted Mahindra customer care and they reverted back through their Area Sales Manager that it was technical fault. Actually the vehicle alloted to me is 2021 for which I disagree and went to dealership. They showed me some excel sheet and said this vehicle is alloted to you. For which I gain raised question and asked them to check online infront of me coz excel sheet can be made by anybody, and to my surprise and to make my doubt more clear it was also showing Feb 27 2022 delivery.
                                Now please help me as it is my hard earned money which I m paying.

                                  Hey, Recently(23-Dec'21) purchased XUV300 W8(O) includes Accessories money ₹15K(which is mandatory according to your showroom) from Kakinada, AndhraPradesh showroom.
                                  Its been more than a month.. stiĺl I did not get even a single accessory. I asked for refund or a quickly provide the accessories..however nothing has happened till now. Everytime when i ask, they try to postpone..& now they are not even responding properly to me.
                                  Wasting my time and money!
