    I have booked my XUV 700 on the first day of booking (no. 1393) from sri Durga automobiles moti nagar but till date there's no update about the delivery date. This is very bad experience I am having as all others are getting their delivery's even the people who have booked their cars after me have already had delivery.
    Can you please give some updates...????

      I give my mahindra xuv 500 for 6th service of 40000 kms they take my car at 10:00 am at the morning after all trails they said we will give yours car at 4:30 pm and they handle my car at the 7:00 pm at evening routine they do same like this

        I have complained so many times, I have left the car workshop many times but still the problem of gear shifting in my vehicle is not fixed yet. Gear shifting problem is the major issue besides steering sound, suspension problem...

        My name is Reghunathan S. I have owned a KUV 100 nxt 2019. I buy this vehicle is at Pothens mahindra Kollam. My third service is finished in January. I this service they imposed too much money without solving any of my complaints. So I write a gmail to pothens mahindra they didn't give any response to my gmail. I hope you will give me a best solution for my complaints. Thank you.

          Dear sir,
          My car, KUV100 D75 2016 bearing registration no. DL10CG9128 was handed over for 60K paid service at Sri Durga Auto., Rama Road, New Delhi on Friday i.e. 11.02.2022. But due to unavailability of certain spares critically needed for the performance of the vehicle, the said vehicle has been held for last two days at a Mahindra’s authorised workshop where such shortage is not expected within 10 years of launching the Mahindra’s product. It is really surprising that a customer either has to wait over a long period for spare’s arrangements or is bound to take his car without getting the adequate services for which an authorised workshop is visited. Hence, in view of the problem shared as above the Mahindra group is supposed to ensure the availability of all the spares of its products at least upto the date of validity of its products registration. Thanks.

            XUV 500 breakdown at 10000 kms

            I purchased Mahindra XUV 500 W9 in the month of August 2021 through CSD Canteen from Sri Durga Automobiles, 68/3 Najafgarh Road, Near Moti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015 on 18th Aug 2021 and completed the second service on 13th December 2021 at Sri Durga Automobiles, 55 Rama Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi, after completion of 9200 kms and at that time they did not informed me about any fault and even though they have not done proper wheel alignment...

              I have purchased New Car (XUV 500 W11(O) AT in Dec 2018 from Koncept Mahindra - Noida Sector 63.
              The dealer has taken my old card Honda City ZX as an exchange and I handed over all originals RC, Invoice, Insurance etc during taking the delivery of new car and handed over the car to the dealer.

              I have been consistently following up with the dealer, but even after 03 years the car is still not transferred to the new owner.

              02 months back representative of Koncept informed that they have lost all originals and now need to file FIR and get the duplicates from RTO.

              Now they informed that the new owner is out of India.

              Summarily, after the deal is done they seems to be not interested in resolution putting me in danger in case of any mishap where my old car is involved.

                Dear Team,

                I am using XUV 500 since 2015 and have taken W8 model and was satisfied with the quality of the car and service qualities at Ghaziabad and also at Hare Rama Krishna Mulund.

                Recently I have sold my old car and upgraded myself to W11 optional, where I have been using " WITH YOU HAMESHA" App for smooth connectivity.

                I was unable to add my new car details which I wasn't able to do so and have contacted Customer service department for help, where I was given this unprofessional guys number on 2nd Feb 2022 at 1520 hrs and having said that, I had to call him 3 days continuously where my calls were neither picked nor reverted and I have to SMS him for calling him back, which he never did.Next day, I have called him. Continuously 3 to 4 times where he picked up the call and his tonality was very absurd n not giving professional feeler.

                On 5th Feb, I had made a what's app call n then had a chat where I had shared my Registered mobile number n RC details of my new car as suggested by him n post that I tried calling him on 07th Feb and then on 11th Feb for 3 times again n he took my call again with same absurd n unprofessional tonality, where his unprofessional ways of talking and giving excuses was clearly visible...On asking he said when he will get updates from some other guys then only he will Revert back n I also asked if he is not able to get it done in the said timelines given by customer care then he should atleast take the call n admit the same instead making a customer chase...I am highly disappointed by this kind of behaviour and is not at all acceptable and seek action against such unprofessional behaviour and need to teach such people how to speak, treat, greet his Mahindra Customers and has to give proper measurable timelines and not excuses, vwhich he is use to.

                I am sorry for writing this mail on a very bad taste for the 1st time, but I seriously seek an action as he has challenged me to take this to anyone in the management and has disconnected the call...if this goes unread and if at all no action is taken then will escalate the same to Mr Anish Shah and if required further to Mr Anand Mahindra ji also.

                  I purchased my Vehicle XUV 300 from bhagwati elite moters (Mahindra showroom) Indore MP. I have paid full money and submitted all my documents for vehicle registration but till date my vehicle didn't register in MP RTO office. I have been chasing Mahindra customer care and bagwati elite moters more then 50 times to get my vehicle register in MP RTO but date I am only the false commitment from them. Now I am totally disappointed and hopeless for any help from the.

                    I bought a Jito Plus model from Mahindra seven months ago but I have to pay a lot for the maintenance of that loading vehicle. I would have repaired the vehicle 4 times in the last two months.The engine mounting bracket of that vehicle was broken twice and the nut of that bracket was broken twice. The cost of the car in seven monthsIt cost me at least ten thousand rupees to get my car repaired as soon as possible.

                      I have got Mahindra tuv300 in 2017... From the first month i am facing issues like when it's hot outside i get a sound like someone banged my car i complained about that but till now no solution, second i guess after one and a half year or after two year the cars electrical unit start giving me a trouble service centre guys changed the entire unit and updated the assembly and that happened when the car is in under warranty period... After that everything goes well after some time lockdown happened almost 2 years hardly drove my tuv300 and now again i am start facing the same issue and amazingly and best part is the warranty is over. Check my record always did my service from Mahindra service centre now they are saying we can't do anything you have to pay... According to me this is not right they are not able to fix the problem now we have to deal with. I love XUV also but after this experience I am not going ahead with any Mahindra vehicle. Tuv300 was a mistake. Mahindra thank you for the experience and your service.

                        Purchased XUV 700 on 18 Jan 2022. AX5 Variant Manual Petrol Variant.
                        Went on an outstation trip from Gurgaon to Hissar.
                        While Coming Back from Hissar the car switched off at the toll plaza owing to the long queue. The car didn't switch on after that. The car is only 14 days and covered 1199 KM only.
                        I really doubt the product quality of XUV 700. Request everyone not to consider XUV700 as your next car

                          I have met with accident on 05/02/2022 about 11am in Chhaygaon Kamrup Assam. I called Mahindra RSA but they told towing vehicle is coming in next 1 hour but after waiting for 3 hours only a Man came with a bag on public transport and he said no vehicle was available. Mahindra RSA only wasted my time. Then I have to book another towing vehicle from private company and had to pay 8000 rupees.
                          There is no use of having Mahindra RSA. Really disappointed

                              My dad purchased Mahindra Xuv300 around 39 days back (26th Dec'21). Within 15 days, we noticed water droplets accumulating inside the car. Have been observing the same issue from last 15-20 days
                              I have contacted Manager of car showroom, Service center Manager and representative from Mahindra group. Each of them trying to convince me that this is design by default. I am quite surprised if water sipping inside the car daily is design.

                              It is quite shocking to know that this is the car design of India's toughest car manufacturer

                              Attached are the pictures - Due to cold weather in Gurgaon, water dew is entering inside the car which will impact the quality and life of a vehicle

                                  I very interested in purchasing xuv300 and purchased xuv300 w6 AMT model from your mm motors Mount road branch on December 6th.they not give any free accessories and they inform to pay 5000 as corporate discount not provided by Mahindra and Rs.1500 for indemnity bond and I paid amount for rain viser and mud flap and car cover .for each and everything I paid money.they not even provide single accessories free .I really worry why I purchase xuv300 .eventhough your competitors give lot discount due to December month.but your company not even provide single rupee as corporate discount and nothhing.really feel now why I purchase xuv 300.they informed corporate discount amount sanctioned Rs8000 in the month of december.till date I not receive any amount .after one month i.e. January 6th they inform for first service and they informed some underrcover paint we have to done and they charge 8000 for that. Showroom informed that is needed one and charge that amount.on January 8th they give the vehice after service that time due to health issue I admitted in hospital and they urgent the money from my wife and get it.eventhough she requested them about my hospitalisation but they not hear anything and money is main motive for your showroom people.i paid nearly 11.50 lakhs but your people not belive me for 8000.very ashamed .really I not recommend my friends and family members not purchase any Mahindra vehicle in future.

                                    Dear Mahindra group
                                    My car( MP 10 CA 7715) got damaged by unknown vehicle, due to which my cars front bonat and other things got damaged. For which I took my car to Mahindra Ahuja indore for repair under insurance (icici lombard) which is sold to me at under your roof (Mahindra Ahuja indore) . At the time of selling insurance...I was told that ...if any damage occurs to your vehicle ...full cover of charges will be given by insurance company except the processing fees... But this time they charged me processing fees + some consumables (which should be covered in my insurance) + salvage + 50% of painting charges (RS 5664)..so total I have to pay Rs 7741. My concern is that ...in under your roof someone is selling insurance and saying me that no charges will be charged except processing fees ...and then charged you for painting charges...then it is totally fraud...your company promoting frauds... So can your group can reply me about this or can take necessary action on this ???
