I booked xuv300 w6 black colour on December 4, 2021, but I didn't any conforamtion yet. The showroom CAI INDUSTRIIES, AVINASHI ROAD, COIMBATORE, TAMNADU quoted the waiting time of 6-8 weeks, but the completion of 8 weeks still I am waiting for the billing details and delivery date of the car. If you not able to make the delivery please stop giving fake promises also if the manufacturer not able to accept the order from the dealers, told the dealers to stop accepting the orders from customers, because customers are not fool by simply waiting for the delivery of car for so months. I nned to know the reason for not taking the billing of the car and delivery date of the car.

Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing much to say about the resolution process. They just called me over the phone and again gave me the same default answers.

Updated by Vighnes Still I am waiting to know the status of the car. Already 2.5 months completed there is no information about the car, did the dealers need anything apart from booking amount ?. Whenever I am asking for the billing status of my car the default answer was that I booked the black colour so it will take some time. Is black colour is rare colour ? Really I am planning to switch to other brand instead of mahindra, but already 2.5 months wasted on believing the dealers default answers. Please don't play with customers by giving silly answers. Extremely disappointed.
