I have had a very bad experience with PIONEER AUTOWORLD (GUNTUR) PRIVATE LIMITED
Beside ITC Bangalow, N. H-5, Guntur Road, Throvagunta, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh - 523002.
Complaint: We have given our car for accidental repair which is not very major and it took 4 months for the team to repair which is a work of 15-20 days, we had to push the CEO everyday to get our vehicle repaired and delivered, the CEO took it challenging to deliver the vehicle at last, however after the vehicle delivery there is a serious trouble, the vehicle started misbehaving.
Major complaint: Steering started hardening, once the vehicle stopped it could not start, only push and start, music display automatically turned off and on, it is really frustrating to have our vehicle repaired by a very poor service team.
I would like the customer care team to consider this very seriously as the service station has no labor to repair and deliver the vehicle on time, and very poor quality service which we did not expect from the Mahindra team.
Also please be noted i have booked XUV 700 from the same Showroom, which i will have it canceled later due to the worst ever experience we encountered with the service station and i would definitely not recommend this brand nor this showroom to my Family and known members.
This service station cannot do anything, please consider it as a major complaint.
However we would appreciate the hospitality of the CEO during our followup for the car delivery.
