I am facing water leakage near the goggle box repeteadly from the sunroof. I have got drainage pipes changed once and yet it is happening. Waste of time to repeatedly taking vehicle to service center for simple issue.

    On 12/November/2021, my car met with a very dangerous AND life-threatening malfunctioning. The engine RPM & TEMPERATURE increases to very dangerous levels even without depressing the accelerator pedal. And huge amount of whitish smoke is being emitted from the exhaust of this BS-6 car.

    By availing RSA towing facility, the car was taken to the nearest Mahinda Service Centre.


    With immense insecurity feeling, I hereby inform you that the same issue repeated with 100 times severity on 23/December/2021. The high clarity videos and photos are in my hand. From the videos, anybody can understand the gravity of this life-threatening fault. The temperature of the engine raised up to very high values. All these happened before completing 15 kms of that trip / drive. Please note that this wasn’t happened after the drive of so many hours. Happened within some minutes after starting the car.

    The inside of the car cabin was filled with thick whitish irritating exhaust fumes. We were suffocating. We were made blind for some minutes. I struggled to manage the car to stop without hitting other people and other vehicles or objects. I really struggled to switch OFF the engine; because it didn't get OFF on a single press of START/STOP button. I had to press it for a long duration. All these happened in a cabin which is full of suffocating & eye irritating opaque smoke. We were unable to jump out of the car because the BIG cloud like smoke surrounded the car, and we couldn't ensure whether we are jumping into a pit or not.


    Now, my family is hesitating to travel in this car in the future. I myself have lost the confidence to drive/travel in this car. How can I take this car to high-range area or forest area or any other remote area or even a normal long trip? I have driven so many cars in my life. And as per my experience, this is the most unreliable car. This car of 15 LAKHS, doesn’t fulfil even the basic purpose of a basic car for me.


    During both these incidents, we have suffered a lot. And we had to depend on taxies at our own cost. Many many such difficulties were there.

    On 23rd December, when I tried to get RSA through With You Hamesha App, it failed. And when I tried to call RSA toll free number[protected] from my registered mobile number, it failed.


    I many ways, Mahindra Company is making me a highly dissatisfied customer. Kindly prove that the trust which thousands of people put in Mahindra cars is note futile. I implore Mahindra Company to give me the best solution. The car is now at the Mahindra Service Centre.

    How can I get pollution under control certificate for this BS-6 car in the future?

    I didn't get reply for my mails which I have sent on 24th/Dec/2021 to [protected]@mahindra.com & the email ID of the dealer.

    I'm very much disappointed & fed up. Now the Service Centre says Mahindra Company rejected the warranty of my XUV (1.5 years old. 29804km run). Somebody is fabricating very false stories in order to reject the warranty; and thus in order to clear / exonerate Mahindra company from the fault of my car in its warranty period itself. Dear Sir, this is my hard earned money. I have no words to depict my disappointment. I trusted Mahindra Company & so I spent huge money for its products.

    JUST AFTER THE INCIDENT, I & the surrounded people have checked the ENGINE OIL level using the provided dip-stick and found & assured that the engine oil level IS IN VERY NORMAL LIMITS.

    Dear Sir, kindly give orders to your subordinates who all are related with this, to replace the engine & related parts and other faulty parts with NEW & GENUINE ones AT FREE OF COST. (I have no money in my hand.).

        I purchase Xuv300 from Garg Motors, Sirsa. Accidentally It's back lower bumper is damaged I gave my car to Garg Motors, sirsa to change it on the date 21/11/2021. But they don't provide me the new bumper till date. Please provide me the parts and get back my car to me.

          Good morning Mahindra service..,
          On dated[protected] my Mahindra Scorpio vehicle bearing registration number AP39AA8380 given for service with certain complaints, my service number is (RO Bill Number : RBR22J001748), in those complaints it’s registered to rectify the front left door galas sliding problem, but it wasn’t rectified even though the expenses(up to ₹35000) of services are charged the service station mainly concentrating on replacing the parts rather than rectifying the complaints.
          Three days back I complained the same through the same mode but there was no acknowledgment from in this regards.
          Kindly go through this and act appropriately.

            I would like to inform you that we have purchased Mahindra Bolero Camper from one of your showrooms (OS Motors Pvt Ltd, Jodhpur) on 4th Jun 2021, to be used for official purpose in our business.

            Currently the vehicle is used in our another office in Bhuj, Gujarat, and due to some technical faults, the vehicle is submitted to the service centre for the repair.

            However, its been more than 15 days, no progress has been made for the repair of the vehicle and we are unable to get straight answers from the service centre in Bhuj, Gujarat.

            As you know that we have purchased the vehicle for official use, its causing us great deal of inconvenience to wait for the repair.

              Today 4rth Jan, 2022 at 4.15 am, my Mahindra XUV 500 caught fire while it was parked in my basement parking. This was a shocking incident and my vehicle got completely damaged. I am surprised and unable to comprehend as to how a vehicle parked in stationary position could catch fire ...this is inspite of the fact that the vehicle got serviced from an authorized Mahindra service station in Gurgaon.

              I live in a condominium and this could have been fatal not just for us but the whole 16 floor tower where more than 40 families are residing.

              it was only due to the efforts of the guards and fire person that the fire could be controlled or so many lives were at risk.

              I always used to take Mahindra in high esteem in terms of quality but today my trust is completely broken...

                I own a Thar 2018 model and I am pretty happy with the performance of the vehicle.

                I lost or misplaced the tool kit provided for the vehicle by the company and I am trying to get a spare from from the dealer who sold me the vehicle and even from other dealers based in Cochin. Nobosy was able to help me till date.

                I contacted you toll free number to sort out this issue. They gave me the telephone number of your workshop manager, whom I contacted
                as per the directive. But he too was helpless..

                Could you please help me out in getting the tool kit for the Thar vehicle I own, for which I am prepared to pay the cost. Without the tool kit I feel a bit nervous to travel long distance in the vehicle.

                  I have purchased XUV3OO W8 (O) - Diesel variant, on 16th Nov'21 from Nanavati motors, Surat, Gujarat & am quite happy with it's performance.
                  The reason for writing to you is I am having two issues:
                  1. Rattling sound in cabin
                  2. Bluetooth connectivity is lost many times.

                  I have heard that Mahindra service is very poor, but to my surprise, I got a very good response from the service center over here & the GM has personally looked into the matter. But unfortunately the problems are not solved. They say that the sound we are hearing is common in all the XUV3OO cars (I have confirmed the same by driving another new car at the service center), but this sound irritates me & makes me uncomfortable while driving!!
                  Also, I am a listener of old songs while driving, but since bluetooth doesn't work at times, I am not happy.

                  I have spent my hard earned money on this car & I should be happily driving it!! Can you pls look into the matter & let me know what can be done? Is the sound permanent & are you aware of it?

                      My car door was damaged due to an accident.
                      I have given my XUV300 for repair in Bangalore.
                      They have replaced the door outside panel and the window glass of front left door.

                      But they have fixed different model of glass. All other 3 doors glasses are different and ISI marked but the new glass is not ISI marked.

                      I purchased the car just 3 months before and now mahindra is putting duplicate parts and claiming full insurance.

                      And because the glass is different model so it's not properly fitting. We can see the difference while opening and closing the glass.

                      Service centre guy said this is what they received from mahindra.

                      So my question is to Mahindra that why are you providing duplicate and different parts for the brand new car.

                      Would someone help me please, what should I do now?

                        My son purchased a XUV 300 from United automobiles Faridabad in September 2019. The vehicle has been giving troubles from the very start. In the starting the agency was very co-operative and extended their support in their effort to resolve problems. However, it turned out to be a money making agenda by keeping the vehicle for 2-3 days again and again for the same problem and returning the same with an excuse of not having the right parts or the support system to resolve the problem. It is really hard to understand that these people keep the problem stretching till it is is out of the warranty period so that do not have to replace the parts under warranty. Now after spending so much money and going through so much of stress I want the company to replace my vehicle with a new one.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            We have booked XUV 700 on 7th Nov \'21 at Ananth Mahindra showroom, Marathalli Bangalore Karnataka on the name of Mrs. Smita Gupta (+91-[protected]) On last 24th Dec\'21, we have received a WhatsApp msg as well call from Ananth car that the car has been allocated & it\'s on the way., thus we need to arrange the vehicle payment amount ASAP. Even Mahendra vehicle tracking showed status as \'vehicle is on the way\'. Hence we have arranged the entire amount as per timelines mentioned by the dealer to us. on 31st Dec\'21, we received a call from Ananth car stating that there is no car allocation done for us so far. It was told that the earlier intimation was merely a heads up to arrange the money which feels like a lame excuse for whatever goof-up has happened. We have our loan papers ready basis the exact information provided by the Mahindra team that the vehicle will come in a few days\' time itself! On 2nd Jan\'22, Mahindra has change the delivery status to Jul\'23, where until 2nd Jan\'22 before noon it was showing the status that \"car is on the way\'\". Mahendra auto and their dealer \'Anant Cars\' are doing the 420 with the customer and making them fool. We would like to put a case against both of them. Regards,

                              Complaint registered ref no.X[protected] IND to RSA customer service center by registered mobile number with Mahindra and Mahindra at 13:30 hrs on dt 29.12.21, They donot even send their representatives till now at 17:00hrs as per their instructions my vehicle waited for service in breakdown area, we are called several times, they says just wait for 30 minutes, we are sending our representative but not sent, also provide alternative mobile number, at last they said your complaint registered cancelled due to remote area. So we are arranged local person to help us, they arranged a new battery and carried my vehicle at my home.this is my first experience with RSA guys. They just want to waste of time

                                    I have taken the fancy number UP16DA [protected]@@6 by paying Rs. 5000 online to RTO, and copy of same provided to the delear for submitting the documents and registration fee to the Authority's.
                                    The vehicle has been handed to myself on 12- Dec-2021, but the approval receipt toward submission of documents for Registration purposes to RTO by Delear (Mahindra Shiva Vaishali Metro / Shiva Auto Car India Pvt Limited) was not provided as on date, it's been 20 days now, pls support and provide the RC approval for my ease and travel opportunities

                                      I have had a very bad experience with PIONEER AUTOWORLD (GUNTUR) PRIVATE LIMITED
                                      Beside ITC Bangalow, N. H-5, Guntur Road, Throvagunta, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh - 523002.

                                      Complaint: We have given our car for accidental repair which is not very major and it took 4 months for the team to repair which is a work of 15-20 days, we had to push the CEO everyday to get our vehicle repaired and delivered, the CEO took it challenging to deliver the vehicle at last, however after the vehicle delivery there is a serious trouble, the vehicle started misbehaving.

                                      Major complaint: Steering started hardening, once the vehicle stopped it could not start, only push and start, music display automatically turned off and on, it is really frustrating to have our vehicle repaired by a very poor service team.

                                      I would like the customer care team to consider this very seriously as the service station has no labor to repair and deliver the vehicle on time, and very poor quality service which we did not expect from the Mahindra team.

                                      Also please be noted i have booked XUV 700 from the same Showroom, which i will have it canceled later due to the worst ever experience we encountered with the service station and i would definitely not recommend this brand nor this showroom to my Family and known members.

                                      This service station cannot do anything, please consider it as a major complaint.

                                      However we would appreciate the hospitality of the CEO during our followup for the car delivery.

                                      Please also be noted i am also going to post this in complaintboard.in for this very ever caused bad experience.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                        This in an incident that took place today 28th Dec 2021 (after much awaited booking lineup).
                                        Cust. Code: C[protected]

                                        I was denied replacement of my Bolero Power Plus ZLX Self citing that my warranty has been expired (i strongly believe that Bolero power plus self has manufacturing defects since almost everyone i know - atleast 6-7 owners within a since has the same problem within the last couple of months).

                                        Previously when i approached Mahindra Apex Motor Enterprise - Dimapur for my 3rd free servicing before the expiry of my warranty, i was denied free service citing that I have not completed 20, 000km mark. But then, today (28/12/2021) when i went for the free servicing due, they accepted my free servicing but denied my claim for the manufacture defective 'self', citing that my warranty period is over.
                                        Yes, the warranty got over in the mid of Pandemic in July 2021. However, my odometer has just struck 20, 500km today! ie and i was asked to come for my servicing after the 20, 000km mark.

                                        Inspite of all request to the reception, warranty in-charge and the Customer service manager Mr. Nubul Uddin and several employees in between, i was absolutely given a cold shoulder to say the least.

                                        To my utter surprise and discontent, when I requested them to go ahead and replace the 'self' on full payment (since i have commitment for an important road trip) i was told by Ms. Geeta Das and Mr. Nubul Uddin that the spare part (self) is out of stock.

                                        Furthermore, i was asked by Ms. Geeta Das to pay in advance if i have to place on order for the 'self' which again they don't know when it will reach Mahindra Apex Motor Enterprise - Dimapur.

                                        Now, I sincerely do not know what to expect since i am in utter shock and disappointment with today's experience.

                                        I definitely want the replacement of the manufacturing defective self (i insist) at the earliest.
