    Doors won't open with press button from the key. Also when i want to start the car, key being inside the car; display shows "please bring key in the car near the start button".
    When i try to open key from normal lock. Car makes heavy sound like intruder is attacking the car. This should not be happening !

      I had Purchased XUV 300 Vehicle on 26.10.2020 form Indore.
      Vehicle KM are 11600.
      Tyre bursted with a pin hole at side wall

      COmpany is not replacing tyre and refusing claim to be covered under warantee

        I have cancelled my Mahindra Thar online booking on 24/11/2021 on Bajrang motors, Haldwani ref. no. of booking is TH62C3E3343A, dated 04/07/2021, till date your dealer have not refunded advance payment, he is breaking T&C of booking, kindly look into the matter,

          As we are your supplier...but here your management officers never co operates us in emergency...they never try to understand situation of supplier...as I personally came here for inventory work...but I dont have second dose and my second dose date also valid, not expired also done antigen test and have its report also...still your officers not allowed us...we used to came from long journey and here we didn't co operate by your officers...we have also boss and have to give answers to him...sometimes the freshers also come as become supplier...they get frustrated due this hilarious rules and regulations they got demotivated...your officers always on calls...wait us for 30-50min...we were just wasting time here...and after waiting they said, we will not permit you...this is just waste our time money and all things...So please We request you... please do something needfull.

            Our mahindra thar was met with an accident so the vehicle was taken to service centre, the vehicle has been received back after a month due to lack of availability of required product but they haven’t resolved the problem’s hence the vehicle have been in service centre again. Its been long since the vehicle is in service centre. When we contact them we didn’t receive any proper answer

              I was amazed to see new features on XUV 700 and reached out to my regional dealer which is "Mahindra Accord Motors" in Chhindwara (M.P.) . I asked him quotations and test drive before diwali at around 15th Oct 2021 and I have followed up at least 8-10 times since then and haven't been able to get any test drive . I then bought Tata Harrier because the dealership of TATA were very responsive and helpful and gave me a good confidence about after sales services as well .
              We are proud owners of Mahindra Bolero and Old Thar and wanted to try out XUV 700 for longer family road trips but we did not even get a chance to take a look at the vehicle. This dealership ignores its prospective and existing customers like no one else which in turn creates a bad name for Mahindra as well . I always have issues with them when I go for services of my old Mahindra vehicles and as a result I have stopped going to them for anything now .

              Please take necessary steps against these bad dealers and protect your good reputation and trust which has taken a century worth of hardwork to get built .

                Respected sir,
                due to accidental damage of my xuv300 on 17th november 2021, my car went into the repair status in one of the authorized workshop of mahindra.The vehicle & workshop details are as follows:-
                1. Ro no.- ro22a012076
                2. Workshop - raj india auto pvt ltd-varanasi
                3. Reg. No. - up64aq5451
                the vehicle was due to deliver me on 23th december 2021 but due to unavailability of certain parts the car delivery has been postponed indefinitely.
                On enquiring the workshop manager he is unclear and unable to provide me with any of the details and instead asked me to search and provide the parts left to get the car.
                With such a prolonged time duration of not having the car i am facing a daily issue of not having a convenience to do my daily work.
                Services of mahindra is not adequate to provide the car services on time to the customer. There is no availability of parts to repair the car.
                As a customer all the problems are being faced by me with no solution being provided from mahindra workshop. Calling and enquiring about the car for several times has left me in despair to what the workshop capability at mahindra really is & made me questioned whether i did a mistake in buying a mahindra car.
                Please look into the matter so that i can get my car as soon as possible .

                    Want to bring in your notice that AVC Motor Bathinda of Mahindra and Mahindra exploiting the customers as they cheated me in the name of paid service . 1st they cheated me by charging me for AC filter but did not change it . 2ndly they did not bother to check the alignment, wheel balance and camber etc that costs me with the loss of my tires . 3rdly even on repeatedly requesting for fault in back camera working they do not checked it . Their behaviour is also very bad and they take much time to get the complaint noted .

                      Very bad experience

                      We had booked XUV 300 w8 optional at Harbir Automobiles dealership in Chandigarh.
                      And was about to recieve the delivery tomorrow 19/12/2021
                      But during Pre delivery Inspection, various features which were assured before in brochure are missing

                      1. 7th airbag ( knee airbag )
                      2. Rear fog lamp
                      3. Keyless passenger entry
                      4. Boot lamp
                      5. Rear passenger seatbelt indicator
                      6. Driver gate reflector light
                      7 . Heated ORVMs

                      Hence we are cancelling our Booking ( even after disbursing 90 % of price ) .
                      I hope this message goes through administrative department / senior officials
                      And make my process of cancellation smooth
                      Response from Dealership have so far been rigid, rude and non- supportive

                          I have purchased new supro maxitruck t2 on year 2020 which just an year old, Last week i.e 10/12/2021 my vehicle meet an accident so we had taken vehicle to an authorized dealer CAI industries, pollachi-642001 . after crossed verifying my vehicle service people informed me saying due to accident engine was not function and it cannot my covered under warranty though engine is under warranty period and advised me saying we can go for insurance so it will done . Now insurance company checked my vehicle and informed me saying their was no physical impact on engine so we cannot claim for this we are ready to give claim for the parts which got damage, since vehicle is in under warranty you can better talk to the dealer and they closed the case . kindly advise what can be done on my case . my contact number : +91-[protected] . since we had very good trust on mahindra we purchased the vehicle though we have plenty of option available in the market after this incident will that same trust will be carry forward or not . my email : [protected]@gmail.com

                            I had given my 2017 model TUV 300 T8 (KL05 AP 4348) for regular service (60000 kms ) at Horizon motors Thellakom Kottayam on 4-Dec-2021. The total expense of service came to 12700 rupees including some replacements suggested by the service personnel. They returned the vehicle assuring they found no other complaint in the vehicle . From the next day I noticed vibrations in the vehicle which I informed to the personnel . He asked me to bring the vehicle for inspection . I could not take it immediately due to personal engagements . today i observed that the gear shifts are very tight and iam also unable to put the vehicle in reverse, .The vehicle was taken to Horizon motors and after inspection it was informed that i have a damaged flywheel and its replacement costs 20000 rupees. I am highly suspicious that a trouble free vehicle which was taken for service immediately developed such a serious defect in no time . when the vehicle was delivered back they informed of no other issues after driving and then the next day a serious issue is observed . iam sure that such am issue might be a problem caused by improper service . I request you to look into this matter and help to reach a amicable settlement .

                              I booked my XUV700 AX5 variant midnight black, automatic transmission on October 7, the first day when the booking started for this car from my home town Kottayam, Kerala (horizon motor). Recently I received the SMS from Mahindra that, my delivery date will on may 2022. Could I know any reason for this delay? many of those booking after the first day of booking already received the car and for others got the recent dates. Is this delay because I trust Mahindra even before the launching the car or due to booking on the first day at a lesser price rather than others could please clarify my doubt on the above matter to finalize whether I need to look for a better option.                                 I, Dr. Tilak Purkayastha M.D., Ex. Chief of Medical Services, Coal India., purchased a Mahindra KUV 5-seater diesel K-8 model car on 31st March 2016 with Engine Number NAGZC12087, Chassis number MA1VB2NACG6C86162. My Car Number is WB38AH4183, Registration valid until March 31st 2031, road tax paid up to 30th March 2026.
                                My car developed some problem on 11th November, 2021 and I brought the car to the Rudra Automobile Mahindra Service Centre, Asansol on 12th November, 2021. At that time, car lift of your service center at Asansol was not functioning. After repair of the lift, the service technicians diagnosed that fly wheel of the car is to be changed and they informed me about indent of the same part was done on 2nd December 2021. As per their version, the car will get ready in a week or maximum within 10 days. But now more than 1 month has passed and my car is lying idle at Mahindra showroom Asansol and not repaired till date.
                                As I am a doctor and first person who purchased Mahindra KUV top most model in Asansol at that time, is extremely hurted by the callous attitude from your end. I came to know that the parts are not yet dispatched by the authority till date to the Asansol service center. I am extremely disappointed by your behavior and requesting you to make my car fit within 7 days else I will highlight in the social media and do an RTI.
                                I hope you will not provoke me to take such harsh attitude. I am already waiting from 36 days for my car service with tremendous inconvenience .

                                    I booked xuv700 on 7.10.21, and received a text message on 29.10.21 that you will get delivery of your car on 9.10.21 than after few days I received a text again that your delivery date is 24.11.21 so on 20.11.21 I sold my existing car in a loss just to make a down payment next week as per dealer, than again dealer contacted me that your car will be billed on 7.12.21 than again on 7.12.21 he said billing date is 15.12.21, on 10.12.21 I received a message saying your car delivery date is may 2023, now this is really disappointing from MNM, will also upload the delivery text msg which they have sent me. I need my car or I need my compensation.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      I have taken Mahindra Balreo neo on monday (13/12/2021)
                                      post registration of vehicle. Yet to receive the following:
                                      1. Registration number yet to receive
                                      2. Fastag yet to receive
                                      3. Refund of exchange excess amount - 1.6lakhs yet to receive.
                                      Several calls were done to sales manager and there is no proper response..not even bothered pick my phone call or reply my whatsup message
                                      Everytime taking excuse to drag the issue

                                        I own a XUV 500 purchased from schangalaya motors Pondicherry.From the date of purchase till now my vehicle is use dby me or My father also service been done in the respective showroom only. While washing the vehicle my father sawn the spare whell which is already an used one he shocked Because we didn't change the runing tyre till now so he complained about this in showroom they said we didn't commit any fault but we damn sure we didn't change the tyre...This is happening in service centre that spare parts have been changed by the employees in the showroom itself so kindly look into this matter sir.
