My Name is Rohit Mishra Mob.-[protected], email- [protected]@gmail.com. I had purchased the Mahindra XUV 300 W6 DS BS6 MT XH against invoice No. INV22A000472 on date 02.11.3021 But Exchange Bonus and corporate discount and other company discount not received from M/s BHAGAWATI FRONTLINE MOTORIZER PVT. Waidhan Singraoli Madhya Pradesh.

The Dealerships manager had communicated that, you need to pay full amount and the discount will come in your account. but till date I didn't get any type of discount against the Purchase of Mahindra XUV 300 W-6 Diesel.

I had also called in Mahindra and mahindra customer care but no one had given the information regarding discount and they told that Dealerships will give you discount information.

It was also noticed in updated model the rear spoiler and full LED TAIL LAMP is not available that is very bad decision taken by company and I am very dissatisfied due to this cost cutting done by Mahindra and mahindra. I didn't know regarding this before purchase of the Vehicle otherwise I was never Purchase XUV.

Kindly I am requesting to the concern person kindly take-up the matter with Dealership and provide the discount as early as possible, otherwise I will return the vehicle to the dealership.

I request to the company that provide the compensation to the customer for rear spoiler and Full LED TAIL LAMP. OR PROVIDE THESE ACCESSORIES FREE OF COST IN DEALERSHIP.

Due to this incident I will never recommend any one to purchase the mahindra and mahindra vehicle in future.

Very bad service by mahindra and mahindra.

¹Dear Divakar ji,

Thank you so much for giving this type of false statment after selling the vehicle because customer has paid all payment.

I am sharing with you point to point true verbal discussion (some over call and some at the time of delivery of vehicle) which was done -

1. You had not communicated clearly to the customer that in place of exchange bonus you are providing the 3 accessories. seat cover, body cover, matting. at that time your word was "MAI KARWA DUNGA" .

As a customer every one understand like it's complimentary.

2. Before the delivery day or at the time of booking over call you hadn't cleared that you will be eligible for corporate discount and exchange bonus after taking TR Amount. Rs 4500.and any discounts we are not providing local customers.

3. At the time of delivery you had told for the exchange bonus, your vehicle valuation has been done and rate will come early.

4.you had comited regarding the exchange bonus and corporate discount in front of 3 person.

If you had cctv Camara and vedio then you can check clearly in audio and vedio both.

I have 3 person as a evidence they will clear you the true discussion which was made by you.

4. Your statement "After delivery the customer is making unnecessary demands on the call for additional amount " it is totaly false and I want only the discount as per your commitment and as per the company policy.

Corporate discount and Exchange bonus is pending from your side and I am thinking that my mistake was believing you and mahindra &mahindra and on behalf of your commitment and Faith in the company I had made payment.

5.i want to clear you one thing, I am not a illiterate customer . I know the customer rights and I will not be accept your false statment and false things.

I will not close this concern till I will not get all discount and one more thing, I will not be return any accessories because I had paid assembling charges for those accessories.

6.if my concern will not resolve early then I will raise this concern to mahindra and mahindra MD and in socal media also and if required then I will go another appropriate place for resolution.

    Dear sir,
    I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your service centers.
    On 26.07.2021, My car XUU300 W8 JH02BC 5251 was accident then I was dropped my car at one of your service centers Pratik Kokar Ranchi for inspection and repairing. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify two of the car problems I have earlier reported. Not only that, Engine alarm signal is always on i contacted many times but your team changed both sensor but problem remains same
    .there is a weird sound coming every time I stepped on the brake].
    I wonder if this is standard practice at your service center or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to kindly contact with your team [protected] Service manager (Mr.Rajesh) or resolve issue otherwise replace my XUV 300 aeap.
    Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.

      I booked XUV700 on 08/10/2021 through online with reference Id: a0Y2u000004DwYnEAK. I had to cancel the booking to book a different variant and placed a cancellation request. As per website terms and conditions I should have got the refund within 7 working days but its been more than 45days since I submitted the cancellation request. I am yet to receive the refund amount but the status on the website says "Amount Paid".
      The customer service and the dealer through which I placed the order are not responding properly nor providing a resolution. I want to file a case on Mahendra and Mahendra for this.

        I have taken jeeto x6-16 vehicle on 2-September 2021 from jay motors Karad .They didn’t gave me ani accessories on the delivery of vehicle, they told accessories are not Available and accessories are short we will give you accessories in 2 weeks, today Date is[protected] till date I didn’t get any accessories after telling lots of time to the employee of jay motors Karad as well as to the manager .Almost 3 months are over its very bad service from jay motors Karad. Company should take some action on them, so that next customer will get good service. From my side very Bad service of Jay motors karad.

          Hi,
          I am Anwar Ahmed from malegaon.
          I have booked XUV700 by Jitendra mototrs Nashik. I was the first person in Jitendra mototrs who booked XUV700 at 7th October.
          I was very disappointed that I got delivery date of July 2022. But, my friend who also booked XUV700 same model and same colour after 15 minutes he got date of December 2021.
          I was expecting a little good while booking a Mahindra car but I am very disappointed after booking.
          This is an injustice.

            Hi Team,

            To whom so ever it may concern.

            This is really a disgrace to Team AutoMahindra/Automotive Manufacturers Pvt Ltd and I am despondent to say this.

            I would like to bring this to your attention, I booked the XUV300 W8 (Sunroof) Manual Diesel variant on 13th September 2021 at Automotive Manufactures Private LTD, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. The booking is in the name of Panchasara Shruthi Hitesh.

            I was given the commitment by the Automotive team stating the vehicle will be delivered by 31st October 2021. Then the commitment moved to November 1st week and re-committed on 19th November. Now, they are delaying it to November 30th which is hugely intolerable.

            It is an utter disappointment to say this that you guys do not abide by your commitment.

            The reason which forced me to write this- to notify you and your team, that we had a cosmic episode on 5th November and we wanted to present our very first car to our loved ones. However, it was stalled by your team.

            There was not even a single attempt or a courtesy email/call from the concerned Automotive team in regards to the complaint raised. Neither there was a follow up on the status of the booking.

            I would highly appreciate, if this email is taken into consideration and responded ASAP.

              I book a Mahindra Bolero neo N10 on 15 September 2021 at that time my dealer give me 45 days waiting period.When they loose to deliver car I ask them which car you give me on commitment date they told me Mahindra Scorpio.Then I change my booking from Bolero Neo N10 to Scorpio S5 BS6.Given commitment date by dealership is 30/11/2021 and now they say we can't able to give your car on commited day.Now I am frustrated what I do for my car.

                I am a local distribiter of fmcg product.Last week my vehicle got problem with starting and it was bought in the last year. When i approached service center(Pothens Mahindra Kollam, Kerala)they told me that its starter motor burnedout so it has to be replaced.Its been 10 days my vehicle is in service cebtre and i am loosing an amount of ₹ 2000 per day. Each day i am falling into huge credit burden. Being a common man i can't afford that much money. New starter motor only costs ₹20000 I already lost my ₹20000
                Then why mahindra gives warrenty to their customers. No updates from company side. I am loosing trust in the company.Thanku you very much Mahindra company to put me in such a bad situation 🙏.

                  Happy Morning... Hope all are fine and safe...
                  I thought Mahindra and Mahindra is a good Indian OEM, I am craze on your Mahindra W10, But Am sorry to say this now a days Mahindra OEM services is not upto the mark... I had left my vehicle two days back in Mahindra OEM Service station in Thiruvallur due to engine automatically getting off while starting, no pick up, drastically mileage drop after this issue, and hunting while driving, too much noise in engine, these are the issues I Highlighted, they removed diesel tank and checked, they removed air filters air mask sensors and checked, they checked accelerators pedals everything, Hope your technicians removed everything in my vehicle and checked, still now they didn't diagnosed the exact issues even after two days gone...they are supposed to deliver the vehicle today morning, again your OEM people telling still the same issue persists.. just one week back only my vehicle gone for water leaking in sunroof for second time in chennai Mahindra OEM SERVICE STATION... please check my vehicle history... am under going too much of agony and depression because of no vehicle and vehicle not delivered on time...am craze of xuv 500 vehicles, and am supposed to book new xuv 700 Top End very soon.. but these issues coming again and again in Mahindra OEM vehicles means, really am very sad to say this, it make me think to book Mahindra Vehicles, I myself recommend xuv500 W10 to all my friends many times, but now a days am loosing confidence on Mahindra vehicles... am really sad and worried to say this... please keep the vehicle with you itself...

                    I gave my scorpio (white) bearing regd no JK 15 2920 to Himalayan Motors, NH 1A, Tengpora, Batamaloo By-pass, Srinagar with a minor defect and scorpion in running conditions.
                    After one month the agency replied that the items have been demanded, and some items replaced. It was not informed to me ormy drivers.
                    On continue we are on telephone contact but the agency kept me on
                    blind. It is totaly fraud.
                    It is my request you that kindly strict order to above named agency to fit all old items which has changed without info and return my scorpio immediately.

                      Hi, I booked my XUV700 by 11th October’21, today (26.11.21) I received email from M&M mentioning that my Xuv700 will be delivered by Nov 2022 . This is too much, if you can’t deliver the vehicle by within 2 or 3 months then you guys should not launched it, U may postponed the launch by next year itself. This is very big shameful for M&M.

                        I have just purchased the above Mahindra product. But to my disappointment both the front tyres of my brand new Mahindra Thar are rusted. This is totally unpardonable for this price segment of vehicle. This is my first Mahindra purchase and i am already feeling sorry for it. Kindly look into the matter.

                            My customer code is - C[protected]

                            I gave my Scorpio for cleaning and to solve the ignition problem. However, when i received my car of 30th October 2021 after 2 days from the showroom, and when I took it for the long drive, I heard some weird noise, as if the air was passing from the engine side and on high speed at around 80 Kmph, I was getting jerks in the car. This problem did not exist before I gave the car at Mahindra showroom and my car was well serviced.

                            I have shown to a private mechanic yesterday and he has claimed that the turbo of your engine has been changed to a sub-standard part and the good part has been taken out of the car. And it seems to be the problem. It is a common problem in Mahindra's showroom, in which mechanics change the good part with sub-standard parts and sell them in the market as told to me by one of the private workshop mechanic as he was one of the beneficiary of such dealings.

                            I used to give my car at Mahindra showroom for servicing all the time but after having bitter experience like this a couple of times before I have stopped giving my car. However, I received multiple calls for Mahindra showroom for getting my car serviced so this time I took the risk of getting it cleaned and I ended up with a whole new problem which seems to be expensive.

                            You are requested kindly to look into the matter urgently as, it is just not me, there are other people also suffering from similar problem and have bitter experiences.

                            Resolution: Please repair the car as in the condition given to the Mahindra showroom. Also the phone no. on the attached bill is incorrect. Please rectify the phone number so that we can be contacted.

                            Also, please check why this is such a common problem in Mahindra. I have a Honda car too and have never faced such trouble at any given time in Honda showroom

                              I am owner of MahindraSUV500 registration no HP82 5761 registered with RLA Balh through Mahindra office at Bhangrotu, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh at RLA on 19.3.2020. The RC was issued by RLA on23.03. 2020. However the RC was not handed to me till to date inspite of repeated attempts. Thus the vehicle could not be used without RC after March 2020. The purpose of buying such costly vehicle is wastage of money for such long time.                                 I had purchased XUV300 on 29th Sept 2021 and got first service done at Ujjain Workshop but quality of service and cleaning was very poor and raised this issue on call recieved but no response from them also I pointed out that sunroof beeding is not properly fitted and rubber was not in place so executive told me that they will get it done and pick my vehicle but since that it's more than a month time no once care to get that done.

                                I have purchased XUV300, from day one I found infotainment system is defective they told that will resolve in first servicing but didn't get resolution
                                When I am asking from shahdol Showroom they are saying company is looking into it
                                That's is very poor service

                                      I have claimed insurance for some damages in my motor car on 30.07.2021 with your dealer m/s rudra automart pvt. Ltd., asansol and on the same date they have taken the posession of the motor car. They told me to return my motor car within 15 days after all repairing. 3.5 months have gone but they have not repaired my motor car till date. I have a talk with the manager of the showroom, he says motor car will be repaired after we receive the insurance claim from the company. My motor car is in the showroom for last 3.5 months and i have to hire a motor car for my personal use. I have paid rs. 108000.00 (36000*3) as hire charges during last 03 months. Now i claim rs. 108000.00 as hire charges i have paid and my motor car repaired in all respect with in 15 days otherwise i have to take legal action against your company.

                                        Greetings for the day.
                                        I had booked XUV 700 online vide your booking reference no. X75CE42E75E1.
                                        However, due to unexpected financial constraints I had to cancel my booking. Following this I had placed requests for refund of booking amount number of times through email and through mahindra customer care. However, so far I have not received my booking refund .
                                        It is therefore requested that the amount may kindly be refunded to me at the earliest.
