I have brought mahindra xuv 500 w11 vehicle on 29/may/2021
my car met with an accident on 24/june/2021. We dropped at kurnool mahindra service station on the next day. Its been 4 months now and vehicle not yet delivered and they are struggling to deliver us, i requested the team to take necessary actions and i think it is not repairable, i request to kinldy exchane with a new vehicle as soon as possible,
iam paying regular emi for the car which iam not using since 4 months and bcoz of delay in service.If it is not repairable they should have discussed with insurance team and replaced with other one, can any one guide us how to proceed

    2nd free service of my car xuv 300 but they made bill for rs 4661. Y does free charge amount to so much y mahindra being so cheap. N more over i harfly drive my petrol car still mobil change n other things if i do it outside i can save alot. But buying mahindra car was a mistake.

      I wanted to complaint on services what was delivered to me by Mahindra workshop in Chamoli. My car was broke down on 16th OCt near Badrinath Temple (Hanuman Chatti). I discussed with Mr. Sandeep (employee of Chamoli Mahindra workshop), he assured me that somebody will come and rectify my car tomorrow morning. Then next day, I raised complaint in Mahindra and Mr. Dhirendra Rawat called me in morning around 5am and he assured me somebody will be there at Car by 10/11am as this is hills area so take some time. Mahindra Mechanic was not reached after multiple calls discussion they reached at 2:15pm with public conveyance. they worked for 45mins and then rain started. and obviously in rain they cannot work. I needed to leave by car there to further get corrected, but due to rain this was not possible same day and next day. I took taxi on 18th OCt and reached to my place and Keys are handed over to Mahindra mechanic.

      in this whole episode, all these problem started because of delay from Mahindra side to reach to location. if they could have reached there by 10/11am then car be rectified before 3pm before start of rain. I was ok till here.

      Later I discussed continuously to get rectified by car, then after 3 days, this was corrected and reached to Chamoli workshop. after reached to Chamoli workshop, nothing was checked in car and car was not even washed/this was very dusty inside and outside. the work done for changing clutch and cylinder is not satisfactory. Gear still not working properly with clutch.

      Later after complain on mahindra customer services.

      I have received a call from Mr. Suman and Mr. Bhatt from DDPM and as per them they are asking to share the Bill. Why should I be paying? as I already paid on 24th Oct for clutch and cylinder replacement. Which was not done properly caused another problem.
      This is very disappointing that there is a problem in work which is not rectified properly and due to this another problem arose and this further asked me to pay.
      The whole incident happened because of a delay reaching the mechanic at the site and then the car was not checked at the Mahindra service center at Chamoli workshop. Car was there at Chamoli workshop from 21st Oct to 25th Oct but nobody checked what ever work was done on site is ok or not or there is any other fault. Although I asked multiple times with the workshop manager to get this checked fully but this was not done.
      I discussed it with Ms. Pooja just now and she is also saying that we can support 50% and 50% needs to be paid by you. I already paid 13.6k and the car was not rectified on 17th Oct so I needed to come with a taxi and paid 25k and then I sent the car to a workshop for servicing and a thorough check and bill to be paid by me 8.6k. So I am already paying 47.2K rupees. Then why should I pay another amount which is because of the Mahindra workshop's fault? if they could have checked this properly at the time of first rectification then these problems will not arise.

      I am not agree to pay anything on this. Please help on this.

        I went to M&M showroom Tirupati auto to check the new Mahindra Neo. They provided me the price details of the car alright. When I told them I am resident of Auraiya district, they told me not to connect with M&M showroom of Auraiya, reason I also did not connect with auraiya showroom initially because the Tirupati auto promised to deliver the vehicle on 2nd of November which no one else did. So I agreed to pay them the 11000 booking amount and got everything like loan sanction in just 2 days so that there would not be any hindrance afterwards. But I didn't realise that these guys were making false promises. The only reason I agreed to get the car from Auto Tirupati M&M because they promised multiple times like 10 times that they will deliver before Diwali. Otherwise I would have purchased the car from my district only.

        Now I want my refund of 11000 but again the salesman and manager are saying to come to Kanpur to get to get the money back after deduction of 1000 Rs. already I have spent around 2000 going back and forth to Kanpur to do booking and finance purposes. Now also they want me to spend 1000 rs to come back to Kanpur. Total I would spend 4000 without any purpose just because I believed these liar Auto Tirupati M&M guys.

        Can I get my refund back without travelling to Kanpur again. Please connect with me for any details.

          We have purchased Xuv 500, registrated on 4th August 2021.

          There was technical fault in car, so we informed the mahindra executive the same. The next morning driver dinesh took the vehicle to service center.
          During the delivery time in the evening, He caused the accident on[protected].
          For the accident caused by the mahindra driver dinesh, they are asking us for claiming insurance. we denied giving the insurance as the accident caused by mahindra driver.
          Till now the none of the team member of Automotive manufacturers pvt ltd has given any response or done any service.

                I'm using KUV1OO K4+ almost 4 years from 2017 purchased from SCHANGALAYA MOTORS PONDICHERRY. Still now i did my Every Service in Schangalaya Service Centre .
                My Last 3 service was worst i said my complaint was front wheel right side tyre inner side got damaged so they said to change ball joint . i said to change and also changed again within a 2 hour i got delivery same problem occur so i returned to service centre again they said to change Steering link rod i said to change again aid to change cludge cylinders i said to change but i got delivered my vehicle on 27 sep i think after i drive 700 kilometres my vehicles geat struck cludge also very loose to push in traffic i call my service advisor to tell my complaint they said to me vehicle model is while heating Car will get struck in anytime that is the model so i complaint this with service manager he said to send back vehicle to service centre so i handover vehicle by RSA today i went to get my vehicle delivery same again again same problem sound in link rod and steering not release in turn i mean ( while i turn left steering not come back to straight position i should rotate steering to straight but before i change wheel steering kit steering automatically came to straight position ) so i take back my vehicle without any saying. what a worst service i face past 45 days

                  We bought the vehicle in December. After 6 months o[censored]se, the clutch of the vehicle was depreciated. Taken to the service center and repaired. Another month later, the vehicle did not pull the load and it was taken to the service center for repair and the same problem occurred again. About fifteen days later the vehicle was received. Two days after that, the vehicle became compliant again. The Alpha Load Plus is constantly being compliant. This vehicle is regularly used in the workshop. Alpha Load Plus is therefore a huge liability for those o[censored]s who do small business and make a living.

                    My vehicle REG NO CG 04 MG 7625 has energed with pickup problem of Thursday I.e.21st of Oct then I drop my vehicle for repair firstly they denied to take my vehicle for repair even after requesting number of time I had also said that my home town is around 180 km from raipur please do needful I had also requested that my newly purchased not even completed 1 year then then after requesting lots of time one of staff agreed for taking vehicle for repair and given back my vehicle after repair 4 hours of repair time and paid total service charge of rs 4200 including certain other charges also after running my vehicle around 15 km I had faced the same pickup issue since I had work at rajnandgoan therefore I drop my vehicle at rajnandgoan showroom for again repair for same problem which I had repaired yesterday on raipur showroom on 22 nd of October on Friday they committed to give my vehicle on Monday I.e.25 th October noon

                    Then as per commitment I had visited rajnandgoan showroom for delivery from my home town which is around 180 km from your showroom of my vehicle around 1 pm they said your vehicle has not yet repaired please Come on 4 o clock in evening then I had again after waiting for 4 hours as I had no work at rajnandgoan other than this repair.

                    When I had visited on evening 4 pm they said they were busy on some work please come tomorrow I.e. on Tuesday 26th Oct...then also I agreed and taken room on hotel as I would take unnecessary burden to go my hometown by bus and revisit

                    When I called firstly the call was not attended by showroom staff no vide mobile no [protected] even after calling on duration of 15 to 20 minutes two to three times .and visited today I.e. 26th he said it would take 2 more days for repair

                    This was not expected from such a big company please Register my complaint and get my vehicle repaired soon else I would force to move on consumer forum

                        Purchased on 10th Jan 2020 from Provincial Tractors, Pvt.Ltd, Nagpur. Giving repeated trouble of alternator, and every time battery is getting discharged, because of which farm operations are getting delayed and very purpose of purchasing tractor is defeated.
                        Now i have been asked to change battery itself.
                        Farm is 30 km from my house and dealer do not have travel facility for his mechanics, so every time he has to be taken to farm, which is also time taking as his showroom is on the other side of the town, and it takes nearly 45 minutes to reach through heavy traffic.

                        The alternator must be originally defective, company should replace it with new alternator and battery both.

                            I had booked a xuv 700 in industrial and farm equipment guwahati on 7 October and they gave me a receipt of the same showing the same to be 7 October as such I am entitled to the price protection but later they told me that my booking was done on 8 October which clearly will cause loss to me...if mahindra closed the booking after booking of 25000 units than why was my booking taken on 7 October...matter may kindly be looked into or self has to contemplate legal forums...regards...booking was in the name pritish choudhury

                                I have booked xuv300 red and white dual tone w8 petrol manual on aug 2nd 2021 in anant cars, Mysore road, Bangalore. I was promised on sep 15, 2021 but they due to semi conductor issue they told it may be delayed by 15days. But till now they are just doing fake promises. Deeply disappointed by anant cars and Mahindra for this irresponsible behaviour. I want my car to be delivered by 29th on this month as their new promise date.

                                    I Deepanshu Dubey ([protected]) Mahindra TUV 300 No. MP 20 CF 2505 in the name of Deepanshu dubey from Jabalpur Star Automobile since 2016.

                                    I have been regular customer of your company I am taking your service from since my vechile purchase. But form last 2 year and specially from last 3 service I am regularly complaining about my services later have complained reading change of oil (I have done oil change and general service from Mahindra Service Center and they have not given upto mark and vechile got heated due to low oil level) ans also have some issue regarding vechile running, average of vechile and and some IC mistakes and many other service related issues later I came to know that my due to key fault I am facing such issue in running.

                                    As of now I have given my vechile for service on 25th september 2021 and asked to change my key and locks to original with all monitering and to synchronization through computor as told by service center persons and Mahindra being so reputated and renound and customer oriented company is not having parts for which I have given advance and then center has taken again 15 days for material procurement then of 13th October 2021 I have again sent my vechile for reparing for which I have given all the required documents for same process but no action has been taken yet

                                    I am facing great problem since last few days as I don't have any other vechile and I have work culture of traveling out stations for my business by my vechile which is getting effected by your lack of service from Mahindra Service Center and giving silly response of continuously misguiding that service is not having any defined timeline for completions is having problem from head service center of Mahindra to match keys and get some revert on mail for same.

                                    Sir I need your sincere response on theses quaries

                                    It is requested to please clear that why my vechile is taking so long for such silly process.

                                    What action you take you take feedback from customers.

                                    What action has been taken for last 3 feedbacks from Deepanshu Dubey on mob [protected]. and if you don't take and least bothered for feedback given by customer then why you waste precious time of your non valuable customers like us.

                                    Hope you are having courtesy to reply or should I move for legal process regarding services provided

                                      I have purchased new Marazzo car TN13V 8456 during March 2021. it has crossed only 4757 kms.it had 3 times DPF and REGEN alarm. the remedy given by the service center is i need to take the car for highways and run 60KM speed for 30 mints.

                                        I am arjun from Kerala. I have a Mahindra maxitruck plus 6month old. Yesterday night while traveling vehicle suddenly stopped and when we informed it to the Kottayam service station . They told us it is ocd issue.( senior issue) .Tell us to come to showroom tommorow. Today morning when we talk called them. There attitude towards us was very rude. Told us 3 days I have wait to check the sensor issue. I don't understand the behaviour of the Kottayam branch people. I has a person who send around 8 lakhs to buy a Mahindra vehicle and not getting the service support. It is a disappointed feeling. Sensor issue is a vehicle problem. Not something happended with customer carelessness. Right now vehicle lost the pulling condition. I hope mahindra will help me
