Complaint:
1) The last service is done in December 2019 (Mileage 59, 500)
2) From December'2019 to July 12, 2021 (Mileage 3, 800)
3) Approached for headlight lamp on driver side and general service
4) Approved online on 10/07 and delivery date is 12/07/2021 at 2:45 PM
5) Received call on 12/07/2021 asking to approve about 31 items costing Rs. 33, 510 and instead of asking on the phone I told them to send the list
6) List was sent on 12/07/2021 at 11:20 AM
7) I told them that I am personally coming at 1:30 PM.
8) I went along with my colleague and was told that the service consultant was on lunch.
9) We met the manager and told him the issue.
10) By that time, the service consultant came and started explaining.
11) I asked him that I requested general maintenance and the service consultant suggested I go for 70, 000 km service on 10/7/2021 even skipping the 65000 km service in between?
12) Manager asked him whether you have explained the entire list or not?
13) I could observe both the faces and service person started telling on each item and influencing our fear!
14) We told to the manager that it is one way of creating a fear psychosis in customers and playing a game!
15) Vehicle was hardly used much between Dec'2019 and 10/07/2021. At the time of the previous service in Dec'2019, no such information was given to me that in the next service there is a need to go for so and so issues. This has been a general practice I observed in the past 10 years. But, never they forced us such complaints unless it is an accident check. I even asked Mr. Zuber Khan who used to handle my vehicle. It was told that he left the job. Although I asked his contact and Chromo service center, everyone said we don't know.
16) I am ready to move to Chromo and asked the manager to return my vehicle!
17) The manager did not show any curtsy and told me you can take it.
18) The service consultant took us to the workshop where I saw that the whole vehicle wheels and some parts of the engine were dismantled.
19) Even if they pack and give a vehicle without proper fitting, can I drive to another place?
20) Once I leave the workshop, they say if something breakdown happens on the way that was not their responsibility as I have taken back my vehicle. Isn't it? Neither they are ready to assure that it was packed to the way when I handed it over to them.
21) In such an awkward situation what is the option left to the customer?
22) Except asking them to proceed with servicing.
23) Even during the process, there was some birthday celebration and the manager came into the workshop and shown the least curtsy to come to the customer and updating the situation himself...My question is...Is he the right person having curtsy to the customers?
24) I doubt that he might be instructed by the service engineers to make the volume of business to satisfy his targets!
25) Coming back to the vehicle, the service consultant started telling that this left arm and right arm of the front wheel are important while in the city. When I told them that this vehicle is used only for long outings then he changed to long run. He narrated that it was jammed and may further damage when blindly jump over speed breakers, potholes, etc.
26) I am being a scientist asked him a question that once you raised the doubt and imbibed a fear in the driver, do you expect the driver can go with confidence? I also told you are playing on the psychology of the persons for your vested interest...My question is...Is it not a misleading/misguiding attitude leading to blackmailing the customers for their business volume?
27) In the meantime another service consultant arrived and told the service consultant to just take care of nonbreakable service on the road. But, the service consultant who attended the case is very enthusiastic, a good follower of the manager (PPS Motors) but ignoring that Mahindra and Mahindra company is losing the faith of customer (Without any attention to the history of the vehicle or attachment of the customer)!
28) Under the unavoidable situation, we sorted the list in a psychological environment inflicted by the service engineer.
29) After avoiding clutch plates which were changed in 2017 and I am comfortably running(please remember it is absolutely 100% under my alone driving), we were told the service cost was Rs. 16, 635 + Rs. 4, 055 (GST).
30) Your service consultant wanted to show a great favor at the end saying that he is not charging general service but charging item-wise service charge that was accounted to Rs. 5, 909 + Rs. 1064 (GST)
31) The final bill I paid was 27, 663=08. I paid through credit card and the vehicle was delivered on 14/07/2021.
32) I told them that I did not want a dry wash and avoided it as usually I was doing in the past (I was giving for wet cleaning outside). However, in the past, at least they used to dust the mats and return the vehicle but, hardly any curtsy to return the vehicle to the customer in some respect!... Is it admirable behavior with the customers?
33) My final complaint is... Why suddenly did so many replacements surface? What is the integrity of your service manager and consultant for customers?
34) Please check the 10 years record of the vehicle from the same service place (initially M/s Chromo, then for a short period M/s Indel and now M/s PPS Motors), and even during major road damage, no so much replacement happened in the past. Moreover, your computerized information gives the details to some extent which was not executed. It was done manually.
35) I was cheated by the PPS motors and played a psychological game on the driver's mind by the Manager and service consultant.
36) I request to analyze completely the complaint and A) demand for a refund for nongenuine replacements, B) Curtsy of Manger and Service consultant for customers C) Misleading and psychological blackmailing of customers on the vehicle condition.
The vehicle hardly runs 6000 km in any year. It is given only company servicing since 2009. The diesel is filled from 'Shell' to a maximum extent from designated places. The vehicle gives a mileage of 13+ Km/liter in the long run which is even better than Toyota Innova and a good piece. The same was also appreciated by met with past service providers but my experience with PPS motor is just as good as the psychological ravishment of customer trust

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to bring to your notice that I a using XUV500 which is approx 6 years old and there is rust development near the windscreen of the vehicle, the worst part is water coming inside the vehicle from that spot during rain.
    I am amazed by the quality provided by Mahindra in such a costly vehicle.
    Earlier I was using Hyundai, Verna and there are no issues like rust, etc. I sold that vehicle after using 8 years.

        I Purachase the bulero top model on 12/07/2021 in uttrakhand pithoragarh but we have to wait 6 hours to deliver the car and i think the roof rare of the car is given by company but their is nothing so and I am so surprised that their is no soil guard on the car what the facility you provide I am not satisfied . Now I told the other to not the buy a Mahindra product I am totally unsatisfied with you and specially your agent Manoj mehta

              Respected Sir, I have visited Raj Mahindra Mohali on 10 July 2021.And again visited on 11 July 2021.Ur showroom have refused me test drive again by making False excuse that their concerned person is not at office and whereas while I was signing ur Visitor's book other walk in customer was entertained for test drive.Ur Staff has hurt my son's feeling.                 I have been following up for getting my 2nd service done ( 10000 kms) for XUV 500 and had tried reaching Javed Shaikh, Mandar Manjrekar and Ajay Dalvi. Phone numbers and details were shared from Call Centre. No calls were answered by any of them. However after sometime call back was received from Ajay and he assured for call from executive. I received call from Amrutu (mobile number - [protected]) and had asked to get my vehicle serviced on 7th or 8th July and she confirmed nothing is available prior that. She confirmed it will be done on 7th and there will be pickup and drop facility available. However when I tried reaching her back she is not answering calls from 2-3 days after that. Today I was finally able to reach again on same number and it was answered by Priti Pilankar. I came to know that there was NO service appointment been booked. She also confirmed that no service appointments are available till Wednesday and even if booked for coming wednesday no pickup/ drop facility will be available. I would trying to get my car serviced since start of the month and finding it extremely difficult to get 1 service appointment ??

                  I have run 34000 kms as of now. This is my 4th service. But, my two front tyres was totally damaged as the service man was not checked properly. The tyres was not properly rearranged from front to back, so that the tyre was totally damaged. I have complaint about that in the show room, but the proper answer was not given. Also, the last service, water wash was not done. I have told 3 complaints from the car. But it was not fulfilled. Nothing was done from the service side. The were damaging the car.
                  It was happened from the Tiruvannamalai, jain cars. Actions should be taken. Otherwise we are not ready to service to the show room. Even the water from the engine was not refilled. They were lazy and not fulfilled the customers enquiry.

                      I have booked an XUV300 vehicle on March 6 2021 from Mahindra Sireesh Auto Rajajinagar, Bangalore with Customer ID -C[protected]. I have been told that the vehicle will be delivered within 8 weeks from Dealer .It's been almost 4month for now, still not delivered and also they have hiked the price of the vehicle. There is an Increase in price of almost 1.5L when compared to price at the time of booking .Dealer said that the same price will be charged at the time of delivery, but now they are not agreeing to their words. In the phone call the respective sales person is demanding to give any proof/written records for that. Is this is the way they are treating the customers ??? .Already they have delayed Delivery for more than a 2 months and now they asking for written records. This is not acceptable and its really frustrating to deal these things inspite of we are giving them the business.

                          Dear Mahindra team.

                          This is Sajad Ahmad Dar from Srinagar J&K. I wanna hereby put two points regarding my recently bought XUV 300 date December 2020.
                          1. Suspension is not upto the mark as was promised for XUV 300. Little road irregularities are also felt noticeably while driving.
                          2. AC performance not too good. AC cooling is very poor even when compared to lower segment of other brands.

                          Since I have spend 11.4 lakh for the car. But the 2 points mentioned above have been observed since beginning till now. I thought that as the car will run, these may get ok with driving. There is no improvement even after driving more than 3000 KMs.
                          Mahindra being customer centered indigenous brand, I therefore request to please intervene to get these two issues resolved at the earliest please.

                            As I am waiting from morning for My Mahindra TUV (UP32JF1900) for Regular Servicing, Staff of Mahindra is doing Misbehaviour and not completed the service of my Car. Battery and Shampooing price is also included but they didn't do their job.

                                The service center authorities informed me of the repair cost of rs.12500 the day before the delivery of the repaired vehicle. The next day when i went to pick up the repaired car, the service center authorities informed me that it would take another day. On the same day i make an advance payment of rs.10000.
                                When i went to pick up the car the next day, the authorities informed me that the car had caught fire at the repair service center the night before and that it was my responsibility. And this car will have to pay around rs.14000 extra for repairs. Its been 40 to 45 days since my car was at the service center. I repeatedly appealed to the higher authorities but got no solution. Customer care is my complaint number (Cf[protected]). Sir please help me.

                                  My 4wd system is not working at all and if you go back to 2H from 4H the 4H lights still blink and the car make weird noise sometimes while driving on road from front side

                                  I also have another Thar diesel 2021 which 4wd system is working fine I already have send my car once to the dealership they couldn’t find out the problem

                                    This is Satish Kumar Bavana booked XUV300 W8 Diesel manual on March 5th 2021 at India-Garage Palace cross road branch, Bangalore, Karnataka. We have agreed to pay 13, 30, 000 for the vehicle and within 2 months the vehicle would be delivered. Attachment for proof.

                                    I have given cheque worth 10, 00, 000 on 20th April for delivery of the vehicle. Attachment for proof.

                                    Now i got a call to pay 14, 30, 514 rs for the same vehicle after waiting for 4 months.

                                    So it is NOT fair to increase price to customer like me (who has lot of trust on Mahindra). Intentionally dragged till july so that you will get more money.

                                    Can you please respond to my query.

                                    Will you give for old price to maintain your promise/Trust or loose your valuable customer like me which you are breaking you promise/reputation/trust/Brand values

                                      I had booked the All New Thar on 20th October 2020 with a token amount of 21, 000. Till date I do not have a delivery date. I have tried to connect with the customer care but they just wont call back. The dealership has no answers. Please help

                                      I booked thaar at raj vehicles Mohali in October 23, 2020. But not received yet delivery, my known persons got their thaar after me, why raj vehicles Mohali not yet deliver me thaar, and cpd dates always changing why they did so bad things . I am very much disappointed my child’s go into depression because of changing cpd dates and so long long waiting’s, what I have to do I am tired so I need justice and want my vehicle soon and need depression to punished so not repeat with any other person, my dd is also going to be expire and fancy number is already expired, head is paining because of their changes always
