Dear Mahindra,

I have booked Thar in Oct 2020 month, still not delivered because of various scheme by surat president motor.

I have a call many times in surat president motor but the same answer is your thar is on the way and we will delivered in one month.

President motors manager and upper level staff is not spoken and even not talk with us.

kindly confirm the over order and i think over order will delivered to other person whos pay in extra amount.

Kindly confirm our order within 2 3 days and provide correct details so we can know the correct status.

    Dear Mahindra and Mahindra
    I am using XUV500 for last 3 years. Recently, I noticed an unusual noise while driving which on inspection by service centre, I was told that one of the side of foundation is broken. When I saw that, the body from underside was totally rusted and rotten. I have attached the photos also. It’s been only 3 years and car is always parked in garage and is well maintained. Such a condition and rusted body is not at all expected in a duration of only 3 years. I told the service centre to repair/ replace the part on 30/03/21. They said that the part is not available and has been ordered and will be available in 10 days. Now, it’s almost a month and the part is still not available with them. I have called them repeatedly but the response is not satisfactory. Its parked now for one month and I am not able to use my car for regular purposes and facing a lot of issues. Therefore I request to resolve this at earliest.

        We have booked a Mahindra XUV300 (W8/petro/white) on 24 January 2021 from Anant Motors, Mysore Road branch, Bengaluru. We were promised the delivery of our car by the first week of March (45 days). We haven't heard about the car delivery to date but I have been updated about the outrageous price hike yesterday (22 April 2021, about 90 days after the booking) The hike is close to Rs. 1 lakh!

        If M&M auto is ethical, it should have either delivered my car within the promised date or protect the price that was agreed upon at the time of booking. If you want to regain trust from customers, please come to a reasonable resolution on this matter.

          I have booked XUV300 on 30th November 2020 in Mahindra Showroom located in Coimbatore(Avinashi Road, Peelamedu). Sales person told me that i will be getting the vehicle by end of December but it didn't happen. Then he told me that i will get the vehicle in first week of March, then again postponed 15 days and again 15 days. Every time I getting the same response from the showroom that it is delayed due to spare part production. I have even asked for a refund of booking amount long back, but they don't agree to it. I need the vehicle as soon as possible due to some personal commitments and urgency. I have spent more than INR 50, 000 for rented cabs after booking my vehicle. My concern is not only delay in delivery, the sales team will know a tentative date when the vehicle can be delivered, they should not do fake promises and keep the customer waiting for a long time. I am getting screwed up every 15 days due to these fake promises. Now when I call the showroom, no body picks up the call and no response from them. Proper customer communication is the key point, every time I have to call them to get updates, they will say that next time they will call me and give an update but they don't do it at all. It has been nearly 5 months now and still my vehicle is not billed! Very bad experience! Really expecting some serious actions from your end!!

            मेरा नाम अमित कुमार है में उत्तरप्रदेश के मेरठ ज़िले का रहने वाला हु आपकी फाइनेंस कंपनी से मैने एक डिपोसल केस की कार 18/3/2021 आपकी मुजफ्फरनगर ब्राँच के द्वारा गाज़ियाबाद के yaad से ली है जिसका पूरा पेमेंट मुझसे एडवांस लिया और उस कार की एन. ओ. सी. के लिए मुझे 10 से 15 दिन का टाइम कह कर दिया गया मुझे झूट बोला गया आज 21/4/2021 तक भी मुझे कोई पेपर नही दिया गया है ब्रांच में तो कोई शुक्ला जी है उनको कॉल करो तो कहते है कि मैने नही दी मेरठ ब्रांच में दीपक जॉली से बात करो उनको कॉल करो तो वो शुक्ला जी के लिए जब मैने आपको पैसा फुल एंड फ़ाइनल दे दिया है तो मुझे पेपर क्यों नही एक महीना हो गया गाड़ी टैक्सी न०. है उस गाड़ी का एक महीने का खर्चा कौन भरेगा गाड़ी लेते टाइम न तो कोई पेपर मुझे दिखाया गया और अब उसके बारे में पता चल रहा है कि उसका इंसोरेंस भी नही है टैक्स भी नही है R C पर चालान है बॉस आपसे विनम्रता से आग्रह है कि इस केस की सुनवाई करे मेने पैसा गाड़ी फाइनल का दिया है और मुझे गाड़ी फ़ाइनल चाहिए में कोई टेक्स या चालान नही दूंगा ओर अगर आप कुछ नही कर सकते तो इस कार को वापस लेने का कष्ट करें अभी आपको लिखा है तीन दिन बाद रमेश अय्यर जी को यही लिखने वाला हु धन्यवाद

                I have ordered the XUV 300 at veer mahindra Kanhangad showroom on January 8 or february 12 i think. I have ordered this vehicle over that Irresponsible showroom because they have told me that we will feliver the vehicle within one month over the other showrooms. Everyone knows that company and its on showroom knows very well how mich production is going on when we can get the billing and all even i can think that. After that till now they telling that the billing is not done yet from company it will get too late. Before they told me that next week next week. Then i told them to cancel ma booking and give me the money back till now they didnt give the money back and they didnt even check that the customer got the money also.                     Hi, I have booked XUV300 W6 Auto shift with Sunroof from Shree Automobiles over two months back. When the matter was escalated after over a month and half's delay, the car was dispatched without any Infotainment System. I was told by dealership that none of the Xuv300 cars are coming with music system. When I escalated the issue, I was told that I need to wait for another 15 days since Mahindra would be sending the Infotainment system from the plant since it was not factory fitted. My new car is lying in the stockyard for the last 10 days. I was compelled to make the entire payment. My old car which was on exchange is not being returned to me. Neither the showrrom is initiating my refund.

                    Please advise. Also I would request you all not to purchase any car from Mahindra and even if you purchase, never purchase it from Shree Automobiles Topsia.

                        I have booked XUV 300 W6 SUNROOF variant on 26th Feb, 2021, still no update and clue from dealers, as they blames Mahindra production. Even today they told no update. No tentative dates at all. I don't understand who gets benefited by this kind of service.

                          I have been facing problem with mahindra servicing, itanagar since the very begining. During my 1st servicing they kept me waiting till 2 pm even to wash my car and it took till 4.30 pm to finish servicing my car.
                          After 2nd servicing, i discovered that my parking sensor stopped working and when i informed them about the same, they suggested me to replace entire circuit which i refused. But now after 29k km my parking sensor are suddenly working again.
                          During my 3rd servicing, they didn't had enough A/C filter and so it was left unchanged.
                          Last week i had my 4th servicing and as they put back everything i noticed that my right front headlight stopped working. To repair it they had one A/C mechanic working to fix it . After i took my car and while going through seculded and interior place i noticed my left headlight stopped working.
                          Iam really fed up of recurrent malfunctions in my car post servicing . kindly help

                            On 28th March while I was on the highway, my car( clutch padle stopped working, i parked the car, and fumes were coming out through the front. The car was towed to Industry and Farm equipments, the nearest Workshop, in fact the distributor itself. The Roadside assistance worked wonder, even on a HOLI day.
                            And since then the car is lying there, service persons are telling that the parts are not available.My family is suffering like anything.

                              I have booked Car XUV300 on 25 feb 2021, dealer Anant cars Bangalore told 30 to 40 day delivery will be made, after they told 21 march, then 29 th March, after 7 th April, now they are saying May 21 almost three, we don't know really car going to delivery or not, just draging, Dealer not knowing properly on delivery, they blame Mahindra plant.Please help us to get this car at the earliest time.

                                  I had purchased a new Mahindra Maxi Truck on 28 December 2020, barely 3-4 months ago. However, I am deeply disappointed with it as its mileage is hardly 5-6 Km/Per Kg of CNG. Though, company claims that its mileage is between 15-17 Km/Kg of CNG. In the past 3 months, I got the vehicle checked three times at Concept Mahindra, Sector-2, Noida, the place from where I had bought it. I myself went with the driver to make them understand the problem of very low mileage. Every time, the technical staff there checked the vehicle and assured me that it will be fine afterwards. They had told me that it will be resolved after first service of the vehicle. However, even after the 1st service was done, its mileage did not improve. I am sorry to say that the problem still remains unresolved. Due to this problem, I am having financial losses as well as mental stress. .

                                  Mahindra and Mahindra is a reputed automaker of India. Though I had several options, but went with my decision to buy the vehicle from your company, which is 'Made in India', as our Prime Minister always appeal to buy 'made in India' products.

                                  I shall be grateful if the problem of the vehicle is resolved soon.

                                      I put my car for service, and i have to wait till the parts have arrived for 1 month. So when i came back after 1 month the problem of my car haven't solved yet. The service workers were not sincere in there work i didn't show any progress in there work. I"m not happy for the service they provide me. I Ain't buying any of your company car in the future if you didn't keep the customer happy.

                                        1. Clutch plate changed after 80K Kms.
                                        2. Clutch plate again changed after driven by same driver after 900 KMS.
                                        3. Agency again charged full amount from customer.
                                        4. To the best knowledge agency had charged the second clutch plate change amount from company also.
