We have booked a Mahindra bolero Camper Diesel ZDX brown colour model in M.M.Vohra Showroom Vadodara with the name of Danaram Choudhary on 08/04/2021. Waiting period is of approx 10-15 days. We request you to please look into this as we want delivery on 20th may 2021 that is the family function of my village. We will be thank full to Mahindra team if you can arrange the delivery by 20 th may 2021. Also all the people in MM Vohra showroom in no proper answer in related in delivery .(mm vora showroom auto mobile pvt ltd contact person Mr.Rajesh bhai/mittul bhai)

    We had made in a payment of Rs. 4.00 lakhs for delivery of 2 Nos bolero on 28/[protected] with the balance amount payable by HDFC Bank Finance. Mr. Rohit of Koncept Automobiles had committed to deliver the vehicles on[protected].
    Since then he is not recieving our calls nor are they delivering the vehicles.
    We have requested them to refund our 4.00 lacs rupees as they have failed to deliver the vehicles.
    The Koncept Automobiles is not even refunding the money paid to them for false excuses.

        I am sujit biswas, purchase a new ambulance just one month ego from MS MOTORS, KALIRHAT, KRISNANAGAR. Sales executive said me B2B insurance and zero depth insurance cover my ambulance car and tax token 1 year . But he and showroom not properly guide to me. He send tax token 9 month and insurance given to IMT 23. PLEASE solve my problems.

          I have been charged Rs 6500 on my Mahindra xuv300 car when bought in may 2019. I have no idea about this charges and dealer refused to waive this charge saying this is government mandate charges on Fastag. I was just back to India after many years and really no idea about Fastag rules. I was shocked to see when my employer provided Fastag just for Rs 100 to all employer after few months of time.kindly see the attached proof of invoice and take necessary action.             Unable to get delivery of booked car

            My self had booked the Mahindra xuv300 w8 Petrol car from VC Motors FazalGanj Kanpur Uttar Pradesh on 11Februrary 2021 And delivery was to be taken on 4 march 2021. We were told by the showroom staff that car is not coming from the plant so we will give you delivery a few days before Holi ie 29 march 2021. But we have not been able to get the car yet. When ever I call to ask about the car, the same answer comes from there that car is not...

              27-Apr-2021 Insurance NCB upfront paid to issue the Insurance Policy for the new car. NCB could not be availed since Mahindra First Choice did not sell my car. Insurance clarification could have been resolved on April 12, 2021 itself.
              28-Apr-2021 Vehicle went for RTO Registration Tidivanam but Vehicle was parked at Villupuram Dealers’ workshop.
              29-Apr-2021 Part of the Accessories installed and Vehicle was delivered at home. Handed over copy of the insurance policy Though the accessories person states that he has sent the bill but the bill has not received and also the Original RTO receipt also has not been handed over.
              04-May-2021 Equitas Fastag activated and tag handed over to Schangalaya Motors, Puducherry
              06-May-2021 Number Plate Delivered Plate with rivet has been delivered, One has to go to the workshop to get it fixed. Customer has to run pillar to post since no shops are open due to covid lock down. Another few more days .This could have been avoided if a proper planning could be done by fixing the frame on the car with proper riveting system and the new number plate can be inserted and sealed This is being carried out in Maruti Suzuki new cars.
              06-May-2021 Original documents delivered. 1. My Aadhar address is Mumbai. I have given Ration card and other documents as proof for local address which has been accepted by RTO and registration has been carried out with local address.
              2. Original bills have been raised from Villupuram since the Registration is Tamil Nadu Jurisdiction. Mahindra DMS system accepts only Aadhar card address. It is system fault which has to be updated. Aadhar card address cannot be the sole document for proof of address. You should have alternative in order to suit the local conditions.
              3. RTO address and Billing address has to be same to comply Jurisdiction Rules. System [DMS] should reject if other state address is picked up for registration
              4. Dealers have been appointed Jurisdiction wise. It is a system flaw which Mahindra and the Dealers has to resolve it immediately. They cannot put the Customers into difficulties for their technical flaws and raise the Bill on different State to cover their flaws.
              06-May-2021 Fast tag to be installed in the Car Delivered the fast tag token.

              Mahindra Part:-
              Delay from March 2021 till April 16, 2021 and also upto April 20, 2021. This delay could have been avoided if the logistics and order details are properly monitored which would enable for early delivery. Further, Mahindra customer department of that region has to monitor and ensure that their vehicles are delivered to the customer on the scheduled dates.
              Schangalaya Motors should have ERP Package system to upload all the activities starting from Booking till the vehicle is delivered including the Certification of Registration delivered to the Customer.
              There are simple things which are in Schangalaya hands viz. sending documents through mail, replies to the queries raised in the e-mail. Fast tag could have been arranged on April 20, 2021itself . The original documents when it is sent to Villupuram for RTO registration, it should have been brought in the car itself. This delay could have been saved. Ifthe Number plate is getting delayed, the temporary plate could have been organized and delivered to the customers.
              Though payment made on April 12, 2021, the vehicle cannot be taken out for us until the Registration plate and copy of the RTO and Schangalaya Motors invoice is not received. Upto May 06, 2021.
              Further, the software of the DMS has to be updated to accept the proof of address other than Aadhar in order to cater to the local jurisdiction. It cannot be blindly accept Aadhar address which can be of other State address for various reasons. In the absence of Fast tag token and number plate, who is to blame for this causal approach both by Mahindra and their dealer
              Most of the lacuna can be resolved by up-gradation of their software so that they can track the delay at each and every activity which can be addressed.
              We do understand that both of them will not respond to this mail but they have to introspect on the delay otherwise the share of their car market in this area will slip away under their feet to other competitive manufacturers who are better in servicing the Customers.
              The Vehicle was delivered with paint chip out in the bonnet.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  Greeting of the season. Its very unfortunate to bring into your kind notice that i have booked xuv300 on 25th March 2021 in zuleikha Motors, Nandanam, Chennai and was assured the delivery of vehicle within 6-7 weeks period. I’ve not received any update till now.

                  When i booked the vehicle they’ve quoted 11, 50, 000/- and now they’re asking me to pay 12, 50, 000/- as the prices have increased.

                  Kindly note that you’ve to charge the amount that was quoted.

                  I’m not going to recommend mahindra to any.

                    TALATI SATYAM is a wonderful guy. He has shown THE BEST CUSTOMER service I have ever had ever! He told me that my issues are just petty complaints. The short conversation I had with him today he told me that I am a CUSTOMER that is never satisficed. He told me that it is petty that I complain of the below issues.
                    A/C doesn't blow cold air
                    The charger in the vehicle doesn't work
                    My Cab wasn't properly installed leaks every time it rains
                    Stinger & both bumpers were damaged during delivery
                    Missing passenger side mirror
                    Rear mirror is missing
                    Ant Infestation in the cab
                    Asked for a manual never received one
                    Still haven't been paid back for the new clutch I had to buy due to Mahindra not being able to find one
                    Still haven't been paid back for the tow when the vehicle broke with less then 10 minutes being driven due to bad slave cylinder which blew out the clutch
                    Spare tire that the vehicle came with is used
                    Dolly Fee to bring it over to dealership still hasn't been paid back.
                    Loose Wires on driver side hanging there tripping hazard
                    Looks like my vehicle was dragged thru the ocean rusting like the vehicle has been used for 8 + years
                    Missing steps not included but paid for
                    Rear differential doesn't work
                    Front differential doesn't work
                    More that I can't remember right now since I haven't seen my vehicle since July 2020
                    That clown said these issues are my fault even though I went thru their authorized dealership to install these parts all were installed before I even received the vehicle the only person that seemed like he was willing to help me with these issues was Kyle Maki otherwise Craig, Davidson and this new Clown said it's my fault for buying a lemon. If anyone else is having these issues I think we should join together and have a class action lawsuit. If I knew that these clowns would never fix a vehicle I waited a year on to get delivered to me with nothing installed right I would of bought a used jeep that needed work would of paid less then I did for this Roxor if this is how Mahindra takes care of CUSTOMERs they shouldn't be allowed to sell vehicles I have never had a problem with any car, suv, Jeep, Jet Ski and All-terrain vehicle. If I gave the type of service that I have received from Mahindra I won't ever have a job. I will be suing these clowns regardless if anyone joins me this is ridiculous coming this July I will have owned this Lemon Roxor for 2 years haven't been able to take this off-road like I was attending it to. Also this clown ### that Mahindra Financing and the dealership both in collaboration made my Roxor street legal was told it was part of the package I picked. I have the first Road Legal Roxor in Minnesota. These are all my problems not due to the poor build job done by Mahindra and the dealership. For all my friends and all of you who have a Roxor that works I am envious of you was super excited about this vehicle before I bought it but now feel like this will be dirtier breakup then my divorce. Below is the first of many letters I sent them.

                    Re: Mahindra ROXOR 2018 A5ZAAAAALJA001180
                    In July of 2019, I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership Adventure Centre Arctic Cat Address: 892 Co Rd 480, Marquette, MI 49855. I received the ROXOR in July of 2020 by trailer delivery from one of the representatives from Adventure Center after anxiously waiting for modifications to be completed (taking a total of 1 full year).
                    While on my way to the pick up location, we were notified by Bob, an “incident” occurred during the transport which caused damage to multiple components of the vehicle; the stinger was damaged, the passenger’s mirror bracket broken off, and the AC unit was squealing (we were told we needed to leave and come back with our own tools to tighten a ‘simple screw’ to fix the issue). After the back and forth trip to the house (8.4 miles one way) the tools and Bob didn’t fix the issue and was told to bring the machine into the nearest Mahindra dealer to tune up the issue(s) as it would be under the warranty.
                    With the excitement of finally receiving the machine I’d been waiting for for so long, and a trip planned for the very next weekend (the Annual ROXOR Round Up), I headed home - in my new ROXOR with 12 miles on it. I made it about 6 miles before the ROXOR’s clutch went out and I was stranded on the side of the road in 95 degree and extremely humid weather. I, frantically, called Bob within 15 minutes of the departure of the drop location and was told he was too far away to turn around and then again advised me to have it towed to the nearest Mahindra dealer for inspection and diagnostics as the machine is brand new and any issues should be covered under warranty. I waited 4 hours for the tow truck to bring the ROXOR, and I, the remaining distance home (2 miles).
                    I waited for the next 4 days in anticipation after reaching out directly to Bob, Leo’s South and the regional manager of Mahindra (at the time was Kyle Maki) with zero call backs from Leo’s or Kyle. It was the lack of anyone getting back to me or assisting in solving my concerns that led to my first complaint (July 16th, 2020 submitted via CUSTOMER service chat) to Mahindra. Kyle Maki reached out later that same day with the following suggestion to remedy the situation;
                    One additional year to extend the warranty
                    All repairs/labor paid for by Mahindra
                    A new stinger
                    Towing Reimbursement
                    And was offered to use a demo ROXOR attending the planned event, however, he was very clear that it was extremely unlikely for the demo suggestion as the event was 1 day away at that point. The demo suggestion became mute as the event came and went while the ROXOR sat at the location I was told the vehicle would be taken care of, Leo’s South: 16375 Kenrick Ave, Lakeville, MN. 55044 by Kyle Maki and Bob and I dropped it off that very same day, paying for my own dolly and rental which again was made another promise by Bob that I would be reimbursed for those tow fees.
                    Upon dropping the vehicle off, it was very evident that the shop was not notified of the ROXOR coming in by Bob or Kyle Maki, which they both informed me they called ahead with the obvious unwillingness to assist in a clearly serious matter. (In my personal experience working in the car industry, anything arriving on a tow is standard, a high priority, or at the very least, tell tale sign of serious issues). None-the-less, once Kyle Maki reached out to the dealership an inspection and diagnostic was performed supposedly. To which I never received any formal documentation outlining what the real issues were, other than verbal confirmation the clutch went out and was replaced.
                    I was extremely excited to have bought the Mahindra ROXOR. Unfortunately, the vehicle is back in the shop after only two short weeks since the ‘initial repairs’ were handled. Upon inspection and usage of the vehicle, I’m regretful to report that I’ve discovered many more issues with my new ROXOR including failure o[censored]pgrades, damages, missing requested modifications and other extremely alarming disappointments. Here is the complete list; AC unit does not work, there is an ant infestation in the bulkhead, DC adapter doesn’t work, the windshield & the bulk head leak (which are supposed to be water proof - most likely the cause of the ant infestation), spare tire looks used, the body is already rusting, bumper installed wrong, passenger mirror bracket was broken on delivery, no rear view mirror, missing EOM steps, no manuals, loose wiring, towing package never installed, hazard package never installed, ‘ohhh shoot’ bar bolt is loose, damage to the rear bumper, tailgate, & stinger, steering already feels shot after only driving it for 120 miles and only having it in my possession for less than 2 weeks, cracked vent, steering wheel cover broke, winch cable already shot after only using it one time.
                    This is the 2nd time I have brought the Roxor back to Leo’s South. Randy, my contact, says that Mahindra refuses to pay for any of the work already done under warranty at the shop, when the slave cylinder failed which blew out the clutch, and refuses to fix all these aftermarket parts which were installed by original dealership which the parts I purchased where from. The mechanic at Leo’s South inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problems under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the vehicle runs but all these problems are still there plus AC is now not working. I brought this to Leo’s South’s attention and was told to drop it off last Wednesday (8/19/20) to start repairs and installing parts that Kyle Maki (Former National Service Manager Roxor off-road at Mahindra Automotive North America) promised would be installed and labor would be paid by Mahindra. No work has been done by Leo’s South since they have not received payment from Mahindra for the initial work they completed to get my Roxor running.
                    I would appreciate it if you could fix the issues and install parts that was promised by Kyle Maki otherwise I would appreciate a full refund on all parts and purchase of the Mahindra Roxor that I have put in almost $40, 000 between the personal LOAN on the machine and aftermarket parts. I love this machine but so far, the CUSTOMER service for Mahindra has been the worst I have ever seen in my life. I thought that Honda dealership was terrible that I worked at, but this puts terrible at a whole new level. If I wanted a machine that had a million problems with it that need to be fixed by me I would of bought an old CJ or wrangler that has no warranty. My understanding from Leo’s you still have not paid them for any of the work that has already been done and I have only driven this vehicle for about 2 weeks in a little over a years’ time also only put on a little over a 100 miles on it. That is pathetic CUSTOMER service and you should be embarrassed as a company. I have been patient with this crap shoot you call CUSTOMER service and would never recommend anyone buying a Roxor if this is how you handle your warranty claims. I promise if this isn’t corrected in a timely fashion I will do everything in my power to blast you across the internet so no one else has to deal with your 0 out of 5 star service.
                    As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my Roxor for recreational use, also at the cabin to use as a work vehicle and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. I have kept the receipts as proof of the towing and dolly expense that I was promised to be refunded.
                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by first week of October, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commision, or through the courts.

                      As per due service of my car but for the basic requirements, I got a very bad response. I was trying to book for a service but did not get response properly and they called me after one day. I cancelled all my plans and even I called many times but I did not get it after approaching the manager.This is not a good Mahindra team as a customer I am totally disappointed.

                        I am extremely annoyed and frustrated the way Koncept Mahindra GGN has been dealing for my Thar Delivery. It is sheer unprofessionalism and stubbornness ( or self benefitting motto) to deny the delivery of my car which was booked in October 2020.
                        I have been exchanging emails and having multiple conversation on the phone to track and get my vehicle delivered however the employees have shown utter unprincipled/unethical approach .
                        WOuld need someone to look into this at earliest and have this resolved . I have chain of email exchanges and voice recordings, sadly i do not have an option to attach them here.

                          I have booked Thar in Oct 2020 month, still not delivered because of various scheme by surat president motor.

                          I have a call many times in surat president motor but the same answer is your thar is on the way and we will delivered in one month.

                          President motors manager and upper level staff is not spoken and even not talk with us.

                          kindly confirm the over order and i think over order will delivered to other person whos pay in extra amount.

                          Kindly confirm our order within 2 3 days and provide correct details so we can know the correct status.

                            Dear Mahindra and Mahindra
                            I am using XUV500 for last 3 years. Recently, I noticed an unusual noise while driving which on inspection by service centre, I was told that one of the side of foundation is broken. When I saw that, the body from underside was totally rusted and rotten. I have attached the photos also. It’s been only 3 years and car is always parked in garage and is well maintained. Such a condition and rusted body is not at all expected in a duration of only 3 years. I told the service centre to repair/ replace the part on 30/03/21. They said that the part is not available and has been ordered and will be available in 10 days. Now, it’s almost a month and the part is still not available with them. I have called them repeatedly but the response is not satisfactory. Its parked now for one month and I am not able to use my car for regular purposes and facing a lot of issues. Therefore I request to resolve this at earliest.

                                We have booked a Mahindra XUV300 (W8/petro/white) on 24 January 2021 from Anant Motors, Mysore Road branch, Bengaluru. We were promised the delivery of our car by the first week of March (45 days). We haven't heard about the car delivery to date but I have been updated about the outrageous price hike yesterday (22 April 2021, about 90 days after the booking) The hike is close to Rs. 1 lakh!

                                If M&M auto is ethical, it should have either delivered my car within the promised date or protect the price that was agreed upon at the time of booking. If you want to regain trust from customers, please come to a reasonable resolution on this matter.

                                  I have booked XUV300 on 30th November 2020 in Mahindra Showroom located in Coimbatore(Avinashi Road, Peelamedu). Sales person told me that i will be getting the vehicle by end of December but it didn't happen. Then he told me that i will get the vehicle in first week of March, then again postponed 15 days and again 15 days. Every time I getting the same response from the showroom that it is delayed due to spare part production. I have even asked for a refund of booking amount long back, but they don't agree to it. I need the vehicle as soon as possible due to some personal commitments and urgency. I have spent more than INR 50, 000 for rented cabs after booking my vehicle. My concern is not only delay in delivery, the sales team will know a tentative date when the vehicle can be delivered, they should not do fake promises and keep the customer waiting for a long time. I am getting screwed up every 15 days due to these fake promises. Now when I call the showroom, no body picks up the call and no response from them. Proper customer communication is the key point, every time I have to call them to get updates, they will say that next time they will call me and give an update but they don't do it at all. It has been nearly 5 months now and still my vehicle is not billed! Very bad experience! Really expecting some serious actions from your end!!

                                    मेरा नाम अमित कुमार है में उत्तरप्रदेश के मेरठ ज़िले का रहने वाला हु आपकी फाइनेंस कंपनी से मैने एक डिपोसल केस की कार 18/3/2021 आपकी मुजफ्फरनगर ब्राँच के द्वारा गाज़ियाबाद के yaad से ली है जिसका पूरा पेमेंट मुझसे एडवांस लिया और उस कार की एन. ओ. सी. के लिए मुझे 10 से 15 दिन का टाइम कह कर दिया गया मुझे झूट बोला गया आज 21/4/2021 तक भी मुझे कोई पेपर नही दिया गया है ब्रांच में तो कोई शुक्ला जी है उनको कॉल करो तो कहते है कि मैने नही दी मेरठ ब्रांच में दीपक जॉली से बात करो उनको कॉल करो तो वो शुक्ला जी के लिए जब मैने आपको पैसा फुल एंड फ़ाइनल दे दिया है तो मुझे पेपर क्यों नही एक महीना हो गया गाड़ी टैक्सी न०. है उस गाड़ी का एक महीने का खर्चा कौन भरेगा गाड़ी लेते टाइम न तो कोई पेपर मुझे दिखाया गया और अब उसके बारे में पता चल रहा है कि उसका इंसोरेंस भी नही है टैक्स भी नही है R C पर चालान है बॉस आपसे विनम्रता से आग्रह है कि इस केस की सुनवाई करे मेने पैसा गाड़ी फाइनल का दिया है और मुझे गाड़ी फ़ाइनल चाहिए में कोई टेक्स या चालान नही दूंगा ओर अगर आप कुछ नही कर सकते तो इस कार को वापस लेने का कष्ट करें अभी आपको लिखा है तीन दिन बाद रमेश अय्यर जी को यही लिखने वाला हु धन्यवाद
