    Hello Sir, I have a mahindra qunto. I am facing coolent leakage problem. I went to Mahindra Dealer today then they told me that i need to buy full engine spare parts it means 3 lakhs cost. How i can manage such a huge cost. If gasket is a problem then change only that one but they said that there is no gurantee after gasket replacement. This is does not make a sense.

        I purchased a self starter for my Mahindra Thar Model - 2012 on 19/05/2021 from United Automobiles, Ludhiana and it stopped working on 08/06/2021. The dealer is denying replacement under warranty. This is unacceptable and I request a review in this issue and an immediate replacement.

            My car bearing no HP17D 6400 TUV 300 have some mechanical issue so i went to workshop of mahindra work shop at paonta sahib distt. Sirmour HP...but beside the issue for which i visited they creat an another issue regarding starting of my car...3 days passed ..but no solution till now ...about 22000 /- Rs. Bill i have paid ... Iam very unhappy with the working knowledge of mechanic there...they told that self of the car would b replaced ...but why ? When self of car have no issue then why it will replaced ..that coste about 11000/-Rs...my car remain at workshop about 9 or 10 days...i think there was some annoyance with my car

              I have booked XUV 300 in Anant Showroom Marathahalli Bengaluru, even after more than 4 and half months the delivery is not given.
              The Sales team does not respond, no proactiveness, they have very sluggish approach, every time they say a new story, they have no idea about the deliver.
              They have been misguiding me from last 4 months.
              Also they dont bother to reply the calls, I am having a very worst experience, I need my delivery immediately as its almost 5 months now, the price hike happened twice, I understand steel prices are rising but if the delivery was earlier I wouldnt have faced the price hike twice. This is extremely frustrating, never thought will get such an experience from Mahindra.

                  I have booked thar on 8 jan 2021 . I have not got any message regarding my booking till now not even when i booked car. All customers are getting deleivery even who has booked after my date . I want it urgently otherwise i will cancel my booking . All customers are getting delivery who has booked after my booking this is completely not acceptable from mahindra .

                  2. No text messages received on my registered number/email after booking and pyment of 21000 on 8 jan 2021
                  3. Continuously delaying delievey from over 6 months with fake promises
                  4.customers who booked after jan aregetting delievery for Thar D automatic

                    Hello dear mahindra,
                    My name is varun shukla I have a Tuv300 T10 I purchased in 2018 all around the vehicle withstand by the name (Tough utility vehicle)
                    But I'm facing a issue with its rear wheel which spins at the uneven roads. Once, this rear wheel spinning problem leaded to me a dangerous situation at an uphill where it's was unable to climb and leaded to a dangerous state of being terrified and terrible situation
                    Please contact me ASAP and tell me any remedy for this issue if possible

                        But they gave me the car without infotainment system it was told to me you will get the same in 1or 2 weeks.
                        But one month have passed no information.
                        I am interested to know why I am not getting the same where is my fault, you have blocked the money that I have paid for the system.

                              My name is prem chand jaiswal i have given my 22 wheeler truck to mahindra faizabad service centre ...it has been now 10 days since my truck didn't repair..very very poor service from mahindra ...take strict action as quick as follow ...or give the fine for d 10 day loss ..it's just a work of 1 days and today service agent said to my driver that go home and come back after 7 days ..it's ridiculous

                                I booked a mahindra vehicle on 9th March. I am continuously following up with Mahindra and dealers but receiving no response. They gave 5 promised dates which passed. Silver jubilee motors asked for complete payment and i trusted them and initiated loan as well now i need to pay loan for a vehicle which is not even billed by mahindra yet.

                                  I am Amol More, Igatpuri. Tal- Igatpuri. Dist- Nashik. Maharshtra. 422403.
                                  My car XUV 500 w8 varient. Car no. is MH02CL9891. I repaired my car at 18 Sept, 2020 at JITENDRA MOTORS, at Ambad, Nashik.
                                  All major works done there, including AC NOT COOLING. The service center charged 82151 Rs. And only for the repairing of AC aproxx[protected] Rs.
                                  At that time the is solved. But after 3 4 month the same problem arises. AC not working. Not cooling.
                                  I called the service center for the same issue. They said you have to pay for it again for same work.
                                  What work done by them at 18 sept, 2020??
                                  The AC problem is constant in my car, then for what kind of work they charged me 40 to 44000 Rs. At 18 sept, 2020???

                                    My Car was gift to my wife and car is driven nearing Just 20000Kms only from 2018 Now giving problems above all Unprofessionalism faced at different incidents from MAHINDRA itself.

                                    IT WAS MY WRONG DECISSION OF BUYING MAHENDRA CAR...
                                    Regret of not taking Maruti Suzuki Baleno - Same Rate

                                    Standards and Professionalism is missing at every levels - Take this as my feedback !

                                    1. First Service done in Dec 2018 - G3 Motors ( 1399 Kms )

                                    2. Same Company again calls my car on 28Mar[protected] Kms ) and damages my car in the work shop. Mahindra Bolero car was in neutral and runs into my car from side in G3 Motors MIDCHOUKI Malad Mumbai Work Shop.I took photo and was about to complain but Manager Incharge and VP of the company called me, They apologized .They informed someone may loose his Job...And I kept Quiet.Repair work and dent Paint was done by G3 Motors..FIRST IMPRESSION and SERVICE STANDARDS !
                                    ( This car is gift to my wife )

                                    3.March 2019 - G3 Done my services and charged me Rs.1498 .G3 MOTORS Closed for ever. There was no update on any alternate workshop for contacts and services from Mahindra ..Andheri or Thane was far off.There was no Call from Mahindra regarding services or any update .

                                    4.1 Aug 2020 CORONA Times ( 9630Kms ) .I had received call from Mahindra for service due-SKY Motors // Corona Times waver on dates were given .Services done at the cost of Rs.4270/-

                                    6. 12Aug[protected] Kms ) my car again visits same workshops as my problem of Water Leak was not solved.
                                    My Rear Dicky where CNG is fitted was getting full with Rain Water( Design Failure ) .
                                    Same time there was sound in Gear Box( Technical Design Problem )
                                    and Glove box not closing( Poor Quality of Plastic Lock).
                                    All temporary treatment done.There was arguments on service and its standards with Staff Swapnil and Ms Saraswati managed the whole show.She managed to find the way out.Senior Person of this SKY Services called.Took guarantee of services and did my car. Leak Problem was not solved...Lately when rains subsided ..Water was not traced in my car but yes...I was assured services incase water leaks again...I dont know what was done.My car was kept in corner.In rains for few days as I believe my driver said car was lying ideal in rain ..mud..dust.. with no attendent..Hardly some one might have opened to check...Complaining Customers Treatment ..May be when he visited there was no one to look for but conditions explained it all.I was shared photo by my driver as there was no followup and what was happening to my car I was not aware of...
                                    There was problem.My glove box..My gearbox sound of vibration was not solved.Glove box was solved by sending men at my residence with sprey. Is this your service standards.You dont have equipment's and staff at your service Centers.

                                    7.15 Oct 2020 again my car visits same work shop... to solve problem of Glove Box and Gear sound yet another time...Profinalism is challanged for sure..Vibrational sound of rod under gear side, while rotating rubbing body.
                                    Addition to unprofessionalism...This time - 28434 Kms - Wrongly entered in my Car's profile

                                    8.18Th Dec[protected] Kms-Correction Done ) again my car goes, I paid service charge of Rs.600..I dont know for what.( In between some one punched wrong kilometers in my service history..( Now changed back to 11517 Kms )

                                    9.WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS MY ONE SERVICE IS STILL PENDING. I AM NOT HERE TO PAY FOR SERVICES WHICH YOU PROMISE WHILE SALE-TAKING FULL MONEY IN DIFFERENT FORMS FROM US.I believe you to be more professional and service oriented...

                                    10.I had received call from MAHINDRA two Months back to send car for servicing ( COVID SECOND WAVE TIMES ) .I asked system as my run with Kilometers were less and Last Aug 2020 Service was done, I was told to send car after 15Th May before 1St Week of June..
                                    There was no reminder call till date, I personally called up SKY Motors, Ms.Riddhi. assured of call back, I was requested to send details...Mr.Swapnil calls back and explains some confusing things about service dates...Covid wavers...again Second wave waivers...I had to tell him to send me quote in the format of Mahindra..I was sent estimate of Rs 10475 Plus Taxes ..This is what ?????? ( If you at my place what would you do ! Kindly Justify the quote )

                                    Attaching his quote sent to me on Wattsapp... As per your protocols...My services were due.Car didnt run..Mahindra gave date and Kms waver.My service was done in Aug 2020..Next Service due in Sep 2020...How is it possible to do services again in one month...Hence in February of 2021 when your staff called..( During CORONA - Second Wave times ) .I was said it due second wave services may be pushed further..Again same problem..Car is as it is.Hence your staff assured me of smooth services and said will call or I send car for service after Mid May 2021 before 1St week of June 2021.Mahandra again issued waver till July 2021.. Then Why Am I asked to pay Rs.10475/-There has to be some decency ...
                                    Money extraction is not the solution when..
                                    a) You fail in your Plastic Quality - Glove Box
                                    b) You fail in CNG - Its tripping automatically to Petrol and not coming back to CNG
                                    c) When you fail in design-Gear Box vibrational sound in 1st and 2nd gear, As if some metal rod while circulation movement rubbing body.
                                    d) In just one year Rain water making way inside rear of the car.Dicky is filled with water.
                                    e) Coolant dried up..With just few kilometers of run...Is there again the threat of Leak of coolant-Mechanical Error of Mahindra...One More Major Problem for car driven so less...
                                    f) AC Vent plastic controller is automatically cracked and in Hand.
                                    g) Door Lights doesnt gets activated when open doors.
                                    f) There is no Ajar sound when lights are erroneously kept on and you lock the car...even 4 to 5 Lakh car has this feature.
                                    g) Servicing ! is costly as compared to other competitors.

                                    Because of this problem We too Ertiga instead of XUV in 2019.

                                    Why dont you just stop selling cars when unable to deliver promises made.

                                    Hope your read the mail clearly and note all points...May justify if you can.

                                    I could had taken BALENO-Maruti Suzuki...Nearing same rates of 7Lakhs plus while purchasing MAHINDRA KUV Car - Full Payment in one stroke, Now with so many problems and unprofessional attitude of staff and services I regret my decission/Choice..We are not here to beg for services...but believe its our rights when we pay full price to the company while sales promises made...
