Dear Sir, Date:1/12/2020
Our Company M/S. Meenakshi Mouldings Pvt. Ltd., has two Marazzo Cars. One of our car bearing Registration number TN 14 R 8473, met with an accident in November. I sent my car for repair on 17/11/2020 to India Garage.
One Mr. Varadarajan called me and said that right rear door has to be replaced and front door can be repaired. I consented and requested them to go ahead with the work after Insurance Surveyor surveys the car. He asked me about my insurance company name and I replied, its “United India Insurance company”. He immediately told me that they don’t have cashless agreement with United India Insurance company and the cost of repair has to be paid by me. I said no problem. Then he called me and asked me to deposit Rs. 5000 as advance to take up the job. I refused for the same. Then I spoke to his Manager, he said that they don’t have the parts to repair it and it will take around 5 days to procure the same. He asked me to take back the vehicle. I refused and requested a written communication for that or Estimate of repair and told him that I will otherwise inform this to Mahindra & Mahindra. Then he accepted to give the Estimate of repair(Quotation) after consulting his senior.
As there was no response from them, I called on 23/11/2020 to ascertain the parts availability. He checked and informed me that the parts are ready and asked me to bring the car on 24/11/20. I sent the car as per his order and the surveyor also inspected the vehicle on the same day.
They promised me to hand over the vehicle within 3 days. But already 8 days have elapsed. I called them on 30th November to know the status and Mr. Varadarajan coolly said it will take another 3 days.
I like to bring to your notice the unfriendly and high handed behaviour and attitude of the Manager and Staffs of India Garage towards the Customers.
1. Initially no word about non availability of Parts
2. Asked about Insurance company name
3. Informed about non availability of cashless scheme
4. Demanded to pay advance
5. (When refused by the customer) Non availability of parts is the excuse
6. Asked the Customer to take back the Vehicle without any explanation or Estimate
7. (When resisted and complaint will be lodged against India Garage) Gave a Quotation on 17/11/2020.
Since I did not pay the advance and resisted their high handedness, they just delay the repair of my vehicle wantonly. Without vehicle I have been paying Rs.1500 to 2000 per day for taxi. They simply say that they do not have a common part like doors with them. This is the status of a Dealer.
We have two Marazzo Cars in our company. The Registration number of other car is RN 14 R 9355.
If the Dealers behave like this in a callous and high handed manner, then it will spoil the image of your company only.
Mr. Sriram Ramachandran, Senior Vice President of your company is also known to me. I do not want to trouble him as I am confident that you will be able to set this matter right.
Kindly look into matter immediately and do justice to a customer as I suffer mental agony, FINACIAL LOSS in this Covid Pandamic and Valuable time loss.
I HOPE THAT YOU WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO ENSURE PROPER SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR OF INDIA GARAGE STAFFS TOWARDS CUSTOMER AND ENSURE THAT I AM COMPENSATED FOR MY FINCANCIAL LOSS, MENTAL AGONY ETC.

    We booked the xuv300 w8 optional diesel car from K S Automobile, Udaipur, Rajasthan on 21 October 2020. And delivery was to be taken on 13 November 2020. We were told by the showroom staff that car is not coming from the plant so we will give you delivery a few days after Diwali. But we have not been able to get the car yet. Every time I call to ask about the car, the same answer comes from there that car cannot manufactur in plant and cannot come from the plant. After this, I also called Mahindra Customer Care with you hamesha they said every time our higher authorities contact you some time later. But till date no one contact us and no one is able to tell when we will get our car. I am facing difficulties from bank were i approved loan of car because the is car not yet deliver and wasting my money on hiring of other vehicles for travel due to the same. So I request you to get us our car as soon as possible.

      મે kuv લીધી અને હજુ 1 વર્ષ જ થયું છે ગાડી ખૂબ સારી છે પણ 1 વર્ષ માં જ એર ફિલ્ટર પાઇપ માં ક્રેક પણ આવા લાગી અને એન્જિન ના કેટલાક પાર્ટ માં કાટ દેખાવા લાગ્યો છે જ્યારે બીજી કાર માં 3 - 4 વર્ષ સુધી આવું જોવા મળતું નથી મે સર્વિસ સેન્ટર માં પણ બતાવ્યુ તો આતો નોર્મલ છે એમ કીધું ને ફિલ્ટર પાઇપ વોરંટી માં ના આવે અને તમારે તેના પૈસા આપવા પડસે તેમ કીધું તો આ વાત સારી ના કેહવાય..મારો કાર નંબર GJ 27 CM 5122 છે

        Me the undersigned bought a mahindra tractor with below mentioned details 4 months back,

        Chasis no- MBMKPDEAFLZL00217
        In optimisization for utilizing my tractor in recent agriculture season for trilling to make financial gains to meet my household expenses and to repay my loan indebted for this tractor, But to my misfortune the hydrolic system was malfunctionind a odd 15 days ago, for which i send my tractor to your nearest showroom, in magra hooghly, west bengal, they took my 8 odd days for repairing and handed back my tractor saying it as good to go, but shockingly on the very next day when i took my tractor on the field, the same problem occured again and ihave lodged a complain at your toll free no, with complain id CAS_ 4386072- T4H6T4
        But still no one has responded and the season is running out of time, with no fault of mine, and edging myself a youth towards huge financial loss pls resolve my complaint at your earliest and save the reputation of your best brande company

            A XUV500 car with manufacturing defaults was sold to me, for which I kept on writing emails to Mahindra & after several visits to workshop the problem was not resolved but a tragic incident occurred when they called for a trial of my vehicle and ramped my car into a truck while me sitting at the passenger seat broke my leg, chin, hand sprain & scar in my face. No Airbags Deployed nor ABS worked. Mahindra boast about safety, I give 0 marks. The car was being driven at speed of 140 with the head of service department seating at the back. Mahindra is not responding to take any actions against dealer or to communicate with me.

              Dear Team

              Please look upon matter we have repaired the vehicle after accident At hoshiarpur on that time vehicle was just one month old in june 2017 . We had drop the vehicle for repair which was estimated about 3 lac, all amount paid at proper tym but as the chassis broken and changed punj auto had punched the chassis no. In irregular way .
              After the delivery we had not judged the vehicle that chassis no. Is irregular print after 3 years now a days when we have taken 35 no. Loan termination then RTO require chassis no. Print when we have print that was unable to read. RTO refuse to take that chassis print for loan termination and vehicle transfer NOC. When we try to sale this vehicle evry customer refuse to buy this vehicle that this chasiss is invalid and accidental.. Pls look upon this matter, we have try many time on call to punj hoshiarpur that we are facing this problem but they deny to help. Pls help us that 8 lac car is jusy remains 30k scrap now due to mahindra service negligency .. Pls.. Do needful on urgent basis ##Call on [protected] // [protected]

                I book XUV300 W8 Diesel white AMT model on 13.10.2020 as dealer committed delivery on diwali 15.11.2020. but till date no proper commitment from mahindra delear regarding when vehicle arrived.

                also i raise complaint on mahindra customer care but they also not responding. ( compaint no-CF[protected])
                now i want vehicle within this month.

                kindly resolve my issue urgently.

                  Ever since we bought a new car, the water inside the car falls and we told you many times at your service center, but it could not find out where the car water is falling

                  At the time of visit in the last service last, they have to change the disc pad and now again gain the are asking to change it.

                  Can you please check, Is this the real and genuine service you are providing to your customer..

                  I am really frustrated with the service of Mahindra due to these issues with My new brand Car since I purchase it.

                  Your service executives are ignoring me and treating us badly by considering me illiterate.

                          One day a woman called me. It's like you's an assistant supervisor at a Mahindra Mahindra company. It's got a job for you. You stopped saying that you have been selected and then a manager called and asked you to pay Rs. 2000 for the uniform and so on that you would like to join.Then came the call of training in which you will be given training near Vellore for which you will be given a laptop and a cellphone for which if you say you have to pay ₹ 9999 then cut off when I say I have no money then when I make that recurtier call they do not take any one after that No information available Please humbly ask me to recover my money somehow I have to condemn you for cheating by keeping two companies with two variant companies doing something Please Please Please Please

                            I have bought kuv 100 in feb 2016
                            Starting from its purchase i had lots of issues right from engine malfunction, clutch failure to rusting issues.
                            Hats off to service team, especially mr subroto jana and mr anada bharali, who listened to my complaints and related with my problems everytime and kept my faith in mahindra alive.
                            I went to consumer forum also but still mahindra assured me and i was consoled once again.
                            Now when i sent my car for service a video had been sent to me from service advisor showing the rusted parts of my body.
                            The same parts have been changed in past having same rusting problem.
                            But this tym they are saying that u have used ur car for 4 years so have to pay.
                            My question/ request is that how come the same part gets rusted everytime that too with in a span of 2 years only. Cars are meant to be run for 10 years at least in my opinion.
                            Plz have a look into my case and also check past service history and relate with the pain which i have gone through despite purchasing a new car.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Good Evening!
                              Myself Datta Gavit owning vehicle Mahindra XUV 500 W9 ( Vehicle number: MH41 AZ 2507) from Jitendra Automobile, Pathardi Phata, Nashik purchased on 27 October 2019.The accident happened on 10 July 2020 to my vehicle. The vehicle repairing started after 17th September 2020 due to delay by insurance company ICICI Lombard. Upto 23rd October 2020 repair work mostly completed. I took road test after the repairing, but I am not satisfy about the work. Some problems of vehicle are found.
                              Ex. 1) Vehicle engine fireing going roughly.
                              2) The engine noise get at driver seat very roughly.
                              3) The stearing movement is not smooth.
                              4) Some noise get in second rows left door above 80 speed.
                              5) Break, clutch are not smooth. Etc.
                              So I request to company to check my vehicle and solve the problems.
                              The insurance company demanding charges on claim, which is informed by Jitendra showroom. Why I pay the extra cost informed by insurance company? I take 0 Dept policy, full covered offer policy. This is not good for customer who trust on Mahindra and Mahindra. Kindly complete the work of my vehicle and clear the issues regarding Insurance claim.
                              So please clear all the problems ASAP.

                                Ref : KA 02 MJ 0276

                                I had left my XUV 500 W8 for servicing at India Garage in whitefield for 100, 000 Kms on 20th Nov 2020 and the vehicle was delivered to my home on 21st Nov 2020 and paid an amount of Rs. 21157/- towards the service charge, today when my family left to Mysore for a family function, on the way the vehicle started giving some noise if the speed reaches 60kms/hr. we had a conference call with your advisor Mr. Theerha Prasad and my son who was driving, your mechanic informed us that it could be a bearing sound. Hence I had told my son to stop the car check with local mechanics on the way, hence my son stopped the vehicle and started checking if there is any ply on the wheel, surprising we noticed that they have not at all fixed the tires with nuts, only one nut they have fixed. This was shown to your advisor through the video call, attached is the image of the same. This has become the safety concern, if something had happened to my family who would take the responsibility . is this the way the service advisor delivers the vehicle.

                                We need an explanation and someone has to take the ownership and give us compensation for trauma which my family is undergoing in Ramanagar.

Upon enquiring Mahindra n Mahindra customer care, they inform us it is illigal charges imposed by the dealers. And as per authorities supreme Court order and Transport department public notice " imposition of any logistic/handling charges in the name of incidental charges is illigal". Therefore I request Mahindra n Mahindra to kindly look into this matter. This illigal imposition of charges are against the ethics and it may cause to M n M of loosing its valuable customer. Check the bill attached below.

                                    i had bad experience with your service i had purchase my bolero before 2 months ago after few days i had some problem in my bolero so i can put my bolero at service station at ahmedabad still i didnt recieve my bolero and said that your parts in not under warrenty etc so i would like to raise complaint againts service station

                                      I bought XUV 500W11O BS6 Registration Number HP63B5651 Chasis number
                                      MA1YU2XDUL6G12795 from
                                      Shri Durga Automobiles 68/3 Najafgarh Road Near Motinagar New Delhi 110015
                                      and took delivary on 19Aug 2020. I hardly drove vehicle even for a month and prior to my schedule service of 960Km this defect came. Although I was feeling some problem and I had a word in Durga Automobile and was told prior to 1000Km service guys will not accept vehicle, so finally when the problem of Regen and limp mode came I gave to service station of Durga Automobile. They said its because of defective DPF, so they demanded new DPF and handed over me vehicle after 13 days. While returning same problem occour so next day they got the vehicle back and again said defective DPF . Since DPF has to come from plant vehicle is with service centre of Durga Automobile sice past 17days. Its a new vehicle and the latest vehicle of Mahindra and my hard earn money I have paid and still paying a loan to SBI of Rs24000/ every month without laying my hand on it. I have written to MD Mahindra waiting for his response. If this problem persists as this is a part which has to do with conversion from BS4to BS6: will the company replace with new vehicle along with the money I have put for Registration and Insurance and accessories. All this is bothering me every night and day. The vehicle is with Service station now for 30days with a day break of 1day when it was handed over after 13day and again took it back.Please provide a firm solution.
                                      If no solution is provided as it is being given to understand I need to approach consumer readdresal forum as I am patiently watching the company's response.
