It was shocking to see that during service of my TUV 300 / T 10 one of the part was misplaced by workshop (lever to open Bonnet) ... U r requested to look into the matter and resolve it, secondly the battery of my TUV 300 was not serviced proprely

    I have place an order of engine foundation bracket and power steering oil pipe in the month of October 2020 for my Vehicle Mahindra Imperio at Chiplun n Ratnagiri service centers. it's been more than 2 months but there has been no response from the service team till today. Whenever I do the inquiry they just say that the part will reach in 2 days. My vehicle is stand still for past 2 months now

        Heavy water leakage from the vehicle top and water drop lets spreading in the front cabin top and falling on all sitting in front seats including driver and on floor .This is just above the inside review mirror. Around 4 hrs. on entire journey the water drop lets were falling on body.

          I am writing this to inform you that I had booked a Mahindra XUV 300 W8 pearl white from one of your business partners at Jorhat, Assam Ramnaryan Shivprasad on 12th Nov 2020. But till now as of now 55 days passed away but the vehicle has not been arrived. As the dealer initiated on my every follow up due to delay invoicing from the manufacturing plant, the car has not been allocated to them.

          Since I was so eager to purchase this SUV due to good reviews from the Mahindra customers but such delay will make me divert to some other car manufacturing companies in the market.

          Kindly look into my matter as soon as possible and waitIng for any positive response from your end.

              I Received the car on Jan 2020 evening at around 7pm, so it was already dark so couldn’t check the car outside & inside.
              The next day when we planned to go for a drive we figured out there was a dent & bend in the car roof, which we immediately high lighted this to the sales team member Venkatesh. Which he refered to the Accessories team Pasha, So Pasha suggested to take the car to Madivala service centre to get it checked all these took few days, in the service centre they reffered to Swamy technician, where he did inspect the roof and suggested he will come back in few days on the solution to this. So we took the car back home. Pls note the madivala service centre is easily 30 km from my residence, and in Bangalore 30km take hell lot of time.
              By then the Covid issues & locked down had started and had to wait for the service centre to open. And meanwhile I was in touch with Pasha for the same, where he also suggested to wait for the lockdown to open.
              Once lockdown was lifted & became normal, then I went multiple times to the service centre to get the roof sorted. From then they have replaced my roof with mutilple with used car roofs which I was not satisfied, then this got escalated to Praveen, Accessories manager from Sireesh madivala centre as he was the incharge for this. He then got hold of a brand new car and got the roof removed from this new car & fixed to my car then too there are too many problems in the roof. And now the car is in Sireesh madivala garage, and again one more try and now the technician are trying convince me saying it car company defect and not them and they are not ready to send me email on this.
              I have complete proof photos, call recordings from Sireesh team. I am planning to go full out on social and promote this issues marking all top Mahindra members

                With the reference to the above as, I have buyed new showroom car xuv 300 but the issue is cluth facing and flywheel got problem in middle of road if any accident wil happen who is the responsible for this...how ever showroom is asking money to repair but the car has runned only 28000kms only how it possible to go..is this showroom vehicle or used vehicle that u have deleiverd me...I need in warranty or else I need new showroom car

                this is in reference with my new TUV 300 T4 model 2018 running only 24000 kms. as my car was facing problem with gear 1 & 2nd. in traffic gear 1& 2 gets very hard when i visited service centre they are asking me to change clutch plate & flywheel problem which is not covered in warranty. doing all 3 service in time with authorise service centre, now who is responsible for this. need to change my all problems in warranty. Kindly suggest or call me.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice I have Purchased XUV 500 W9 in August 2019. After 6-7 months I have noticed my boot door is tilted to left side. Due which from the rear end its seems to be inappropriately positioned and almost touching the bumper. Also it is damaging the Bumper and Boot door itself.

                  Kindly address this issues and presently I am located in New Delhi. Let me know the Perfect Mahindra Body shop that can address this issue.

                      Hello, This is Ramanand from Asansol West Bengal. I had buy a car name MARANZO WB40AL797 (22 )months ago. But from October month it not working properly. It's just stop while running some kilometres only. I had taken the car to Rudra showroom in Asansol. They said they will rectify this. They return the car in some days but still it is not rectify. 5 times I had taken the car in the showroom but still I have to face the problem. So. Please suggest what should I will do with the car. Should I keep it at front of my door as showpiece. I am getting frustrated a lot. Please rectify this as soon as possible.

                        Many times I have contact mahindra dealers for the spare parts every time they are giving excuses and asking for more time almost two months finish but still they are not able to provide spare parts when I call them first they behave like they don't know anything then after wasting some time they are telling it will take 1 more week and after 1 week when I call then again same process start what kind of service

                            Dear Managers,
                            I am Hitesh Mehra owner of Mahindra REXTON RX7 car number HR 26 DS 7078 bought on 19th Oct 2018 in Gurgaon (PFA the RC book) but now residing in Mumbai. I am writing you this mail after a lot of deliberation and disheartening service given to me by NBS International Ltd. Goregaon branch. I had bought and invested a big amount on my REXTON with an assurance from Mahindra dealers that this variant is the best and has no issue in it. but within 18 months of my purchase the car started giving me a lot of inconvenience and issues whereas even after me maintaining the car very well as quoted by all your service managers and has only run approximately 14, 000 km in 18 months when the car started giving me issues.
                            1st Issue - The Driver seat motor which makes the seat automatically adjust to the seating position saved started making bad noises and used to get stuck. After a lot of complaints which can be seen in my service records the motor part was called for and then replaced. But I fail to understand how within 18 months of careful usage and maintenance this issue could happen, that means the quality of parts used are not good.
                            2nd Issue - Engine light issue of hill declining and Rain skeding check lights showing up after 20 months of purchase (Images shared), for this my car was taken multiple times since August 2020 till as on date (My car is in NBS goregaon since 29th Dec 2020 again) but with no solution found till date even after keeping the car with them for multiple time and once for more than 7 days in a stretch in the 1st week of December 2020. And after all the assurance given to me by the NBS team that the engine light issues have been solved and will not come again, I went on a family trip to Nashik in the last week of Nov 20. And in the Night around 9 pm my car just stopped in the middle of the highway between Igatpuri to Nashik due to these engine lights issues and did not start for atleast 3 to 4 minutes. I know how scared me and my family were that night in the middle of the highway where all the cars besides us were traveling at a speed of not less than 100km, it could have led to a very disastrous and a fatal accident (please see all the msgs and images sent to the service managers).
                            3rd Issue - Steering volume control button, The volume control button has not been working since last many months and even after they're claim of replacement of the Volume control button last month the same issue continues and they have no answer to it. (Videos attached).
                            4th Issue and the worst of all - on 26th of Dec 2020 I had traveled to Lonalavle for a day's trip with my family and friends, we reached Lonavala's top hill point and parked the car. we strolled for around 1.5 hours and when we returned and started the car to go home the gear would not change from Parking to drive or anything it just got stuck. and then after 30 mins of multiple calls and discussions with the NBS team I was told to use a PEN to shift the gear manually through a gear shifter under the small gap. God only knows how I drove the car back home from Lonavala, now I have been told that the BREAK Switch has broken and the part is also not available.
                            May I understand how such an expensive luxury car which has only been used for till date 17, 500 kms and well maintained can get so many issues and that also major ones so early. How can we trust the brand now and will it be safe to make long journeys in this car. I need a complete solution to it and till then I will not be taking back my car from NBS.
                            Have I made a wrong investment by buying a Mahindra car, it's a big investment on a Luxury car sold to me. And whenever I ask the NBS team about the issues, they simply answer Sir this is new for us and we haven't faced such issues with REXTON earlier.

                            Need a revert immediately.

                                      Iam Dinesh Vadlapatla, my car was hitting with an accident in July 2020 and taken to "M&N Motors" Rajamundry for service. They claimed for Insurance and given a quotation. They delivered me my vehicle after 4 months in this December First week. They didn't done the work property. And more over they didn't changed the parts which were covered in insurance and taken the bill. When iam asking to rectify the complaints they are not responding about it. Iam totally Wexed for your service. Immediately take an action on them and rectify my complaints.
