I have cleared all due of my agreement no 5059978 but still my NOC is not generated my loan status showing closed while talking to staff they saying they needs atleast 1 month for NOC please request you to provide as soon as possible

12/10/2021 Roshan Salim Shaikh here I have went today to Mahindra Finance Goregaon e branch, to settled my vehicle loan, Because I unable to pay monthly EMI's I asked to close in some less amount, but they are unable to do & said he can do only 1000 or 2000.

after 2 months to hold us and telling me this. I really disappointed from Mahindra bank and from this people & their Unethicle behaviour.

I have taken loan from other bank also and I have never seen this kind of people. Other bank do understand their customers issues, but mahindra finance I really got unsatisfied.
Don't know why they are charging unconditionally amount. Not able to solving our queries..

I had applied for personal loan the company tell me send ur pan card adhar card bank pass book all process I had done n further tell me pay 2500rsfor document process I had paid .they send me approval latter on whatsApp n told me pay 9600 gst tex n loan will b deposited company send me inbox massage (ur acc has been deposited 1000000 on21 09 2021 because u buy new insurance policy 13600 in branch. ) ihad not paid 13600 plz tell me what company had done plz repay my 1200 rs other wise will contact wih NIA

My loan number is 6051931. Dated 12/08/2021 My car was taken at 9 in the morning by a man named Avinash Panwar (who described himself as the recovery agent of Mahindra Finance) forcibly removed my family sitting in the car and took the car to the parking area and left the vehicle with the driver. In lieu of this, 40 thousand rupees were demanded. Avinash Panwar whatsapp his colleague Asif Ali's paytm barcode and got 23 thousand transferred from the driver and took 4 thousand cash. Avinash Panwar's mobile number is [protected]. Will Mahindra Finance take action on this?

Today is the due date of EMI. just a little while ago i got a phone call from Mahindra finance official.his phone number is-[protected], his name is - Diganta. he said to me that i pay my EMI immediately.At that time i told him that After two hours i will pay my EMI by Google pay Because i am driving a car.When i told this line he irretating me and said me some abusive language .He said to me that " ### get lost" your ### is a ###, i will give you in police.This words are unbearable for me .What is my mother fault in this matter?why he abused my mother? i feel very narvous. It hurt my prestige. i kindly request to the Mahindra finance official please take necessary action against him. this Branch is located in Town - BARPETA ROAD .STATE - Assam

One the Mahindra Finance Company Collector his name Farid Uddin Ahmed he Robbery my Car at Night. took away the car of the blast with a knife. There was a disease lying on my car. Left him on the road that night. how was this justice. What is the rule of the finance company on this night?.

I have loan in Mahindra finance, vehicle loan number 6724007, I had 6EMI pending due COVID-19 affect to business and I paid 4EMI today but the vehicle was ceased with wrong details in the notice.
Even now also the vehicle details in finance app is wrong. Now when I asked about releasing my vehicle the executive is saying that REPO fine of Rupees 7080, where as my vehicle was driven by there agents from home but not towed!! Why so much fine ?
Also executive is saying AFC of Rs 10205, CRA Rs 2000.
Could you please resolve and help me!
Remaining 2 EMI also I will be paying next 2-4days.
Please do needful.

I have generated my CIBIL report and it has been observed that there is a auto loan to my name from Mahindra Finance to the tune of Rs. 291699 bearing Loan account number 4522375.

After due enquiry from bank. It has been further informed me that i am the guarantor in that loan.

Sir, i have neither provided any sort of guarantee nor i have executed any documents in this regard.

Request you to kindly resolve my issue at the earliest as this is hampering my credit score. The loan belong to some other AJAY JAT.

Dear i taken car loan no 4506812 for my wagonr which i had foreclosure on 17/7/2021 by paying cash of 51 thousand i was told i will get my noc within fifteen day of closure today is 22/8/21 i have not recieved my noc. they have given no of girish kadam mobile no for [protected] he once recieved my phone call and spoke gave me assurance u will get in one week after that he never picked my once he sent me message i will call u back i am in meeting now it is fifteen day is meeting is not over . he never pick my phone just because i toldhim will mail my grievance

Surprised that customer care number given by the company is always busy and virtually not reachable. The branch is not taking the responsibility as the NOC is being issued by head office. The money is paid already but waiting and waiting for NOC with no clue from the company's branch when it will come. Please take a note for this.

Complaint towards Ajaj Shah mobile no. [protected], Assam. His misbehaviour toward the customer is inacceptable. He uses slang language everytime and give roughe behave to the customers. I recorded his called made to me. I will submit in for further forwards needed to make him understand how to behave with customers.

I am working as data entry operator I have done my job on time but first they asked me for GST (₹22882.78) then PTF form payment (17230) now they are say if I don't pay for insurance 27000 they will not release my salary. I am asking for refund no response.

I am Mr Dinesh Rai a customer of your esteemed company and I have been paid my installment regular never fail any installment and even clear my loan before time but when I request to one of the staff in your esteemed company Mahindra Shillong office they denies to refinance for purchase of the vehicle and am very disappoint with the behaviour of the staff of mahindra Shillong office .
Inspite of my regular payments of my installment and even clear my loan before time they refused to finance and when I ask what is the reason that my loan is reject, no reply was given and the reason best known to them, therefore I sincerely request you to look in to this matter as early as possible

From 05 Aug 2021 my instalment amount will be increased from 16, 300 to 20, 057. I have to pay ₹18, 785 /- more. ( Rs3, 757 * 5 months )

I know that the company kept my instalment terminated from 5 April 2020 to 5 Aug 2020 due to pandemic lockdown.

But the fact is, neither I had requested the company to do so nor they have asked me whether I am okay with their decision or not. It was completely their decision and I was totally unaware of that.

So, I requested MAHINDRA FINANCE TEAM so many times to REVERSE THE EXTRA INTEREST from my monthly instalment amount which is ₹3, 757/- so that I can continue with my original instalment amount of ₹16, 300.

But, they are not replying to my emails. They are just ignoring my mails and calls since last 3 months.
