I have received soft copy of FDR no.c20057451 under folio no.SH002748 in name of Harsha D. Shah for deposit made on 20.7.2020. Now I want hard copy for the said FDR. I have sent at least 8 reminders through mail, but no response from your side. This is not fair for the company like yours. Please do the needful immediately.

        Thank god i don't taking personal loan from Mahindra Finance i speak with a madam she saying that we providing personal loan at the rate of Interest 5% with normal charges of Rs 5000/- and after paying charges you getting loan in 24 hour but after that i just verifying company website there is clearly mention 14% rate of interest so don't believe fake call just go through company website regarding any loans.

          Consumer had taken the auto loan in Mahindra finance company, the emi payment was on 10/05/2020 but none of the executive came to collect the EMI, so consumer itself went to the branch and made EMI payment on 05/07/2020 and also he had not applied for the moratorium but company had converted to moratorium without informing consumer and now they charging the penalty of 93, 668/- unnecessarily so he contacted the company but there is no response from the company so he wants to file a grievance. Expectation: Consumer expects that he will not pay the penalty unnecessarily .

            Sir maine apni car HR50 B6900 ki noc kai liye 16/10/2020 ko Mahindra finance ki palwal branch mai apply kiya tha
            Itna time ho chuka hai lekin mujhe abhi tak noc nhi mili hai or koi valid reason bhi nhi mila hai mujhe noc ki bhut jrurat hai please jldi se jldi noc mere pass bhejne ki kosis kre nhi tho mujhe koi government action lena pdega

            Please sir help me !

                Loan Account No 3813533
                I have raised my complaint regarding NOC 4 times but I didn't get any positive response. Mahindra finance team asking me for paying extra amount 1200₹ (late fees) for NOC. As per my side I deposited all my cheques in advance delay is from your side. Then why we are paying extra amount (Late fee) for NOC. As I have paid all my EMI as per schedule. Also without any prior information moratorium charges added in my loan account (Loan Account no 3813533). I am going to take another loan but delaying due to we don't have NOC for current loan.

                Kindly help me for the same.

                  I have not recieved it's NOC which GURGAON Sector 14 branch told me to recieve by post from Mumbai head off
                  Now this branch off in Gurgaon is closed
                  Issue my loan NO C so that I can change in its registration no before I wish to exchange

                          Hi, i have paid the emi for my vehicle loan account # 5232466 through the mahindra finance portal as i have always paid. This time the amount was deducted from my bank account but did not generate a receipt from the portal online. When i contacted the local coordinator i was told that the systems were down on account of the moratorium and hence the delay in accounting. I need the receipt for the payment sent to me @ [protected]@outlook.com.

                              Really a worst experience with this finance.

                              It is almost one and half month for receiving the NOC certificated from the company.

                              When we delayed a payment they were adding even 5 days interest as well. But now our money is pending with the buyer. For this we have no solution.

                              Please take this complaint as atmost priority and solve it soon.

                              I have attached the payment bill the finance as well
