Hello sir/mam,
I brought mahindra gusto 2 years ago, i faces lots of problem in servicing of this scooty first, the owner of service center is not friendly.
Now i am telling you the problems facing by me.
1. At the time of 5th service i brought my scooty to the service center at that time they charge about 530 rupees from me in which they charge for engine oil, some grecing and a spark plug ok that is fine but they charge too much.
2. At that time they said sir you have problem in engine so please bring your scooty after 15 days we will repair it at the cost of 2500. But upto that i have the warranty of 1 month left.
3 when i asked to my relative that he is charging that much but my scooty warranty is left of 1 month he told me that the service center owner is making fool of me don, t give that much of money to him. The company will give the cost which will come in service the engine.
4. When i reached him again so he said yes sir company will give the cost so your max. Price of service will go upto 500 rupees.
5 but when i went again to him he said sir your bill becomes 800 rupees it ld him that you told me that it will go max. Upto 500 so how you are charge me 800. He told sir i have changed the engine oil and sparkplug and the packing.
6 i doen, t taken the scooty back and complaint against it on mahindra mail id then a person name manoj help me but the service owner agreed with me and him so then my uncle went to him and he make the bill of 415 rupees.
7 now the main problem happens exaclty after the one month my scooty stops working due to some engine problem i went to him around 2 days ago and he said the cost for repairing the scoot is 1500 so i told him that sir you have serviced it one month ago so how this problem occurs so he said i don't know sir i will charge you 1500 rupees and he also said that if you will irritage me don't come to service center again as i complaint against him at mahindra online.
8 i only wanted that please told him to repair my scooty at free cost as he had serviced it one month ago so how same problem can happen with in one month as he knows that my warranty is going to stop after one month.
Please take some strict some action against it otherwise i will go to consumer court i file a case against this.

    I own a centuro bike-bs-iii, 2013 make. My bike mileage is around 35, 000/- kms. Recently i visited surya wheels at ranigunj, secunderabad. Mechanic inspected my vehicle and said that clutch plates are weak, chain spocket is weared out, engine seals to be changes and may other complaints. When i enquired about the price of the spares/ consumables i have arrived at rs. 4000/-. I ought of giving my vehicle for service and enquired about the availability of spares and expected date of delivery. The service manager informed that spares are available and it takes two days to deliver the vehicle. The service manager further informed that for changing of each spare they would levy separate labour charge i. E., for clutch kit rs. 300/-, for packing engine 250/-, for chain spocket rs.350/-, for engine oil rs. 100/- for spark plug rs. 50/- and so on..

    I enquired the same through mahindra customer care on their toll free number:[protected]. One mr. Mois ali, deputy service manager called me back and arrogantly spoke to me saying that they would be charging in the same way as informed by the service center. And further he has compared company authorised service to a road side puncture shop. I'm literally shocked towards his comparison.

    Is levying of different labour charges correct?

    Proper authorised service centers are not maintaining by the company. Mechanics are not available on service centers. Equipment's are not available at service stations. Hidden costs are more. Ultimate satisfaction of costumer are worst. Company Supervision on service stations are worst. not yet all resolving the customer issues by the company.

        My mahindra centurio having ignation issue when i have insert key in ignation it's not start, headlight also flickering many time.

        No proper service centers available in dombivali or other city, also bike spare parts not available in local market, every time need to going in mahindra service center which is not available.

        Team mahindra need to reverse this bikes if you're not able to provide the solution as per my above concerns..

        Yet Not resolved...No Spare parts /No proper service centers available.

        It's very very low grade bike.
        Mahindra centurio bike is not repairable in local auto garage. No spare parts available in local automobiles shop.

          This complain is just to inform you people about the pathetic service which is being provided to me by your siliguri s. L motors service center
          They don't have any value of their words
          Their service center is located in such a place we can't imagine
          It's placed in a kind of busty remote areas
          I don't think so this type of things would happn
          Otherwise i would have never bought mahindra mojo
          Nowadays i feel like dominar would had been a better option for me then mojo
          Mojo bike is too good but the service is pathetic.
          Water went inside my analogue meter
          They said me it's gnna take a week to get a new one
          But now it's more then a week
          Now they say it's gnna take near about 5-6 days more
          What's that
          Something or the other sort of problem is there in my bike

          Plzzz take my bike back n pay me the amt i paid u while buying
          It's just that mahindra servicing sucks
          I don't know what's ua guys problem

            I've bought mahindr gusto last year (2016) and have already faced the starting problem twice earlier also. Don't know why have to face the same problem thrice in a row. Self stopped working first and later on its not starting even by kicking hard regularly for more than an hour or so. Its so irritating and disappointing that the service center always show shortage of spare parts and doesn't cooperate at all. I suggest all not to buy any mahindra two wheeler ever else you'll feel being cheated and befooled like myself.

                  I am the owner of mahindra gusto
                  Dl 8s bw 8838
                  I have done all the services of my scooter from company service centre max auto
                  From the third service the shockers of scooters are not working
                  I have complaint about it every time but the service centre manager every time promise to change it next time as it is in warranty
                  After six free services and two paid services thier response is same
                  I am feeling very bad about it
                  What is the meaning of warranty if you are not able to fullfill it please change the shockers as soon as possible

                    I have a mahindra duro 2011 model.. Which was not being started last month immediately i gave to service center.. Skanda motors rajajinagar, bangalore.. But today is 35th day and my bike is laying down there all parts are open.. And when i asked about status they are saying one part is not available with us.. Thats why we are not able to make it.. Is it fair i[censored] are not able to make why u wasted my one month and why do you sell two wheelers close all the models which u cant make. Don't buy this bike if possible. Totally fed up...                     Unsupportive service by authorised dealer, maintenance is very high for model "Gusto", none of the part is available with authorised dealer & service centre. It is totally disappointing experience for Gusto. I think my complaint is very easy to read for you BUT your vehicle is "very bad to ride".

                          I had sent the below mail long back, but so far no reply received from your end.

                          Again am bringing my concerns that as you stopped the production of the below model, am finding it difficult to get the spares and service even in a city like chennai, to where i moved along with the family due to official transfer since 2014.

                          Even trusting your own dealers and giving service to them regularly i see no improvement in the mileage, nor availability of spares for the bike

                          I have purchased a mahindra duro on 14.01.2011, from m/s. Rudra motorz, tirupur. Subsequently i wrote to you on 24.02.2011 about the concerns i had with them.

                          Ever since i purchased this two wheeler i am facing the problem, especially with mileage only. It has never given me even once about 50 km/ltr so far.

                          Recently i understand that the latest version of duro 125 dz is performing well, and at this juncture may i request you all who are in top positions and can take a decisions as to why cant you look into the possibility of either replacing the first released duro 125 cc with the latest bike which seems to be performing well, with a better mileage or the possibility o[censored]pgrading the old duro with the latest technological upgrade that you implemented on duro 125 dz model on all the existing old model duro, for which of kindness [ofcourse charging a marginal difference of amount due to up gradation] entire duro customers all over india would be indebted to you.

                          Presently am getting my duro serviced by m/s pavish motors at erode, whose customer care oriented approach is a point to take note of by other dealers, as their customer friendly approach and intention to solve the issues then and there and also the way of communicating the inability owing to many factors [administrative as well as technical] is very much appreciable.

                          Am giving below my bike details:

                          Year : 11/2010

                          Color: d brown

                          It is not out of place to point out that even big players in 4 wheeler segment like ford are willing to get their 4 wheelers either repaired or upgraded due to technical difficulties [refer : tamil news magazine : thinakaran dated 14.08.2012, stating that the ford is about to conduct field service for about 1.28 lac cars of the model figo and classic, that has manufacturing defects in steering wheel and rear suspension mechanism, on page 12, to get it rectified]. You can also think of the same line if you really keep the customers concern upfront while promoting your brand name.

                          I have put forth my feelings in this regard, and awaiting a favorable reply from your end.

                            Since last three months, I have been suffering due to Problems of my bike, four problems of which is being repeated again and again after two services also. Staffs are listening and only false assureances and only delaying the time with an intention to cross the warrenty period.

                            The mechanics, workshop supervisor and staffs of Mahindra two wheeler are neither knowledgable nor useful for the customer. Instead of trying to sort out the customer complain, they are involve for fabricating stories/issues to avoid the customer. Four complains repeated since last three months, even though two services has done in between this.
                            I amit abhishek barla from jamshedpur gave my rodeo for repair in mahindra Aditya auto dimna. Which cost me a worth of 4000 but after the repair of my rodeo the same problem are been occurring and now it's not even starting it's waste money repairing in services center which can't repair it properly

                                I purchased mahindra gusto up60 ab 6588 top model scotty from ballia. Then shopkeeper does not given front and rare number plate. Nor clip for front number plate. After that his service is not good. His employee behavior and work not fair. They charge carosin 30 rs for cleaning. But not clean my scooty nor polishing.                                   I purchased a byke mahindra centuro on 2013. I have 5 years warranty but it useless, because no supporting authorize service center here for help to the customer. From the starting i complained regarding fuel meter but i didnt got any valid respons. Now many other dmages and problems are there chain, key lock, socker, engine etc but unable to claimed

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I would like to share my experience with mahindra two wheeler after sales service.
                                    Gave my scooter, mahindra gusto for 6'th free service today 22.07.17.
                                    1. Dealer asked me for labour charges rs.150/- as my scooter was registered out of the state. After much argument (I wasted my valuable time) they have not charged for it.
                                    2. While giving the scooter for service i asked for a detailed estimate (Service center not provided the same.
                                    3. The bill for the service provided to me are having the following details.
                                    Tyre pressure check: rs.10/- (This is included in the service schedule but charged).
                                    4. Consumable cost :rs.100/- (This should also be included in the service charges).
                                    5. Engine oil:rs.250/- (No clarity on quantity and rate of oil).
                                    6. Tax not mentioned in the bill.
                                    7. I asked for mahindra service engineers name-the manager at the service center do not know or or not disclosed.

                                    My scooter (Mahindra Gusto 125 CC - KA 53 EN 1150) is not getting started. Even after repeated calls to Mahindra Service Center (Alfa Motors, Whitefield), they are unwilling to get it listen to my complaint. No response even after calling 5 times. My scooter is still under warranty.
                                    In Kurnool city, Andhra Pradesh almost one year before Showroom was closed by the deeler. No services available to customers who purchased the bikes. We are facing problems. I request to the company please recall my bike by paying amount to me.

                                      Hiii i have an mahindra gusto but now my scooter is on due service date. But there is no dealer and no service centre in my city. The previous dealer shut down his dealership. And my scooter is in warranty so now where i vl get my warranty and service. Kindly solve my problem. So i want to know is it the trust of mahindra because of which i have bought mahindra product. What's the quality you are providing to us. The customer is fool one's he buy the product then let it be on his own.

                                        We have purchase one mahindra gausto dl8scb2860 on dated 20/03/2017. From mahindra dealer khandelwal automobile south delhi. Due to swadeshi brand. But there is serious safety issues in rear wheel nut loose due to lack of locking provisions​. That is high chances the accident.

                                        So as a indian i request you please provide the locking provision for the. So that our cityzens can preferred swadeshi brand.
