I purchased Mahindra mojo 2 wheeler on Feb and within a month there was 8 puncture and.l now it's 20 puncture, I had raised a issue For defective tyre and show room from synergy located in. Basavangudi told me to go to ceat service centre, they asked me to call many people saying he wil do inspection and told me to come after a week and again this time story was changed saying ceat is no longer with pirelli, we cannot replace you with Pirelli Rossi || 150/60-17 and asked me to buy metzler buy paying 4600 additional, as I have no option everyday I have to go to office in same bike and fill the air in the morning before Going by evening tyre will be flattened again I have to fill air. Complaint also raised with ceat[protected] ticket is closed without solution. Who will be responsible for this either a showroom were I purchased bike by paying 2lakh 10thousand or the CEAT company, and customer are asked to run behind the people to get the issue resolved.

    Dear Sir I have taken Mahindra centuro from your dealer code no DA007 on dated 30.08.2013 but few days befour at 10.02.2017 it failed 37 km away from my resistance so I manag brings it to Ashok agency they check it say that sum original part become faulty agency holder its replace at above and bill paid by me and for Rebate sent to your company but till date not received to me all Rebate document sent ashok agency at khamgaon

      I have purchased Gusto in June 2016 after 9 months the vehicle is having issues with self start, kicker & pick up too. I have been giving my vehicle for service to the Skanda Motors the authorised sales & service center in bangalore in 4th free service was done in April and the compalin regarding the battery was not working properly. service was done and said that the battery was charged and should run properly. on 8 june the battery was problem and was taken to the Service center for the complain. The Service head Mr.James (mobile- [protected]) Said the battery will be sent to company for testing and will wait for the report.
      The report was received on 12-5-17 stating the battery was not in working condition and will have to be replace. Since the vehicle is under warranty sakanda motors said they will have get the new battery and replace it, till 21-5-17 we were patiently waiting for the battery, On 22-5-17 when we asked for the new battery they started giving reason of not in stock and it has to come and all that typical of not given of the new battery drama. so we registered a complain on the toll free no. and the message went to SKANDA motors of the complain registered. The next day morning we received a call from Skanda motors Mr.James regarding why the complain was done. as the matter was handled. From the call center they gave contact no. of MR Lokesh where he was not responding properly, Lokesh gave another no of Mr. Yogesh (mobile no-[protected]) even he was not responding properly. meanwhile the vehicle got broke down on 24-5-17 evening in kamakshipalaya area, we ask skanda motors to repair it as we are not able to start the vehicle due to no flow of petrol to the engine. since then they are insisting to install old refurbish battery to us. We said that we require new battery with warranty of the battery only. on pressuring on 25-5-17 they said they will come and repair the vehicle and send the battery along with the person who comes for repair till 7pm no one turned up and James & Yogesh weer not taking our calls, so on 26-5-17 morning went to the showroom and ask then to get it repaired, Yogesh said they will send the person at 2 pm today along with the battery till 5pm they had not turned up, so again i went to the showroom and again asked them weather you can do it or not to Yogesh, yogesh replied that the breakdown person had left at 1 hr back for the repair of the vehicle. At 6pm the person came to repair and they have come with the refurbish battery ( with out any warranty ) and we have refused to install it. James no company given new warranty battery if the battery is not in working condition.
      So we want the Company to send us the Reply and replace with the new battery & Take Action on the Skanda Motors.

        Am from ramanathapuram, in my area we have one brn show room is there, its called as service center of mahindra two wheeler, i ever seen this kind of customer service center in any where, we buy a two wheeler from there before 4 year yet know we wont get a respect from service center side, they treat like a strangers., so we done a service in out side so now they wont give a spare to me for service out side, kindly ignore to take a two wheeler from brn motors in ramanathapuram

        Am shiyam sundar from ramanathapuram, we brought a mahindra two wheeler from brn mahindra show room at ramanathapuram.,
        Last few year they wont give a support to us, if we go for service they wont give a respect to us they talk rudely and treated harshly., before one month my two wheeler getting some problem, so we planed to service out side because of customer service center is not cooperate to us.,
        In out side service center said me to buy some spare to mahindra service center (Brn motor)
        They said no spare in service center so we wnt help to you. So we plan to conform its true or not so we give a bike to another person and ask to buy a same spare, what will happen mean they give a same spare to another person.,
        So they cheat me we are very irritating from them, kindly cancel the authority of service center please, they never give a support to any customer, if you wont take a action to brn motors ramanathapuram mean, we plan to give a complainant to consumer side.,

          I bought gusto vehicle on 23/03/2015, vehical number (Ap31cw3570), i maintained single hand drive and upto date services at previously one month before authorised service center persons did the service and 4k chang charged now they are telling vehicle need to boor the vehicle.             I have purchased Gusto in January 2015 during its launch hoping to have good value for money scooter but i was wrong after 1 year the vehicle is having issues with self start, mileage, kicker & pick up too. I have been giving my vehicle for service to the Synergy the authorised sales & service center in bangalore from day one and after every service the vehicles performance is shattered. The clutch cover has cracked by itself, 1 month earlier during service they replaced the new battery and still the self start has issues, 5 days earlier again i reported these same issues which i had highlighted to them from past 3 services they took the vehicle and returned telling the clutch cover will come in 15 days and rest the self starting issue is resolved, its been only 1 days and the self start is not working the kicker is not working its become a pain. The service head Mr Vinayak Maladkar is also inspected the vehicle and promised to resolve the issue and no response since 12.5.17.
            I hope Mahindra will look into the matter seriously or will file a legal case of quality breach in the Consumer Forum.

              I had purchased a Gusto Scooty from a dealer of Mahindra Two Wheelers. Right from the beginning there encountered some technical problems and I had acknowledged the service centre supervisor during every visit but he along with the designated service engineer of the company seems to be reluctant to the matter. I had intimated the matter to the company's customer care but there is no proper resolution yet. I have been following up since 09/03/2017.
              The people at every sphere of the company only tries to cheat and somehow to overcome the free service period.

                I purchased mahindra gusto in 2016, it is been only 1 year and i have spent about rs. 25, 000 for repairing the scooter. The worst product i have ever seen in my life. Only after running 7000 km, tyre is replaced, very bad sound, starting problem, not quality as per my expectation. I recommend people not to go for this worst product. Moreover spare parts are not available, service is very bad

                  I purchased a Mahindra Mojo from Sri Mahaveer Motors, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.
                  Right from day 1 of purchase, there was engine overheating issue which increased post the first service to a point where it is uncomfortable to ride the bike for more than 5-10 kms. The mechanics/technicians at the service center however are clueless about why the overheating occurs and how to resolve the same.
                  There is no complaints section in the mahindramojo.com website using which I can bring this issue to the notice of Mahindra motors.

Your dealer say your camplen solved on first service. Today scotor lift to first service after running 1000 km. Dealer say this service is second service and parts cost extra.

                        Demege part change under warranty. This is your duty.

                          We purchased a brand new Mahindra Gusto from Global Galleries Thane in June 2016. Since the day one of the purchase the bike is giving us following problems.

                          1. The main USP of the bike, the car like button locking, identification light and the alarm and unlocking feature malfunctioned on day one and has not been repaired till date even though we had two services done.

                          2. The bike is suppose to start by pressing button as on date very rarely does it start that way. My wife has developed back pain as she has no option but to kick start her bike. The battery has malfunctioned within an year of purchase as confirmed by the service Technician during 2nd service.

                          We were told the problem is less use of the bike. However, we just do not agree to the same as we had Access 125 earlier for about 8-9 years and were using the bike in the same way as this bike, however, we never had such complains about the bike.

                          3. We have also observed the bike just turns off and stops working in the middle of the road even though is having enough fuel. The service mechanic is unable to give reason for the same.

                          We have tried to get the serving and repairs of the two wheeler purchased and even after two services and in between service calls the same complaints are resurfacing again and again.

                          We strongly feel cheated by the company by selling a faulty and low grade product. We also have lost faith in the companies service centers as they are not able to resolve any of our problems and are still charging us with at least 300 to 600 Rs. in each service.

                          In view of the above, we would like to have your intervention in getting us the necessary cash compensation. We do not want a replacement or repairs of the bike as we are not sure about the quality of the new bike as well.

                            Dear Mahindra MOJO team,

                            I picked up a Mahindra MOJO a month ago and the dealer SKANDA motors promised that they will provide me with a magnetic tank bag if I pick up my bike by booking it on Paytm (attaching the evidence). I did that and was charged an additional 500 by paytm as service charge.

                            Purchase date: 18th March 2017

                            The problem is that even after 1 month from the date of purchase, i have not received the magnetic tank bag. The dealer is making it look like is coming from Antarctica, by foot.

                            While the bike is great, the whole customer experience has been completely destroyed by this mistake by Mahindra MOJO team.

                                My wife was riding Scooter with my kids when this incident occured. Now I am very much concernd with safety of my family due to this which might have turned into fatal accident. In running the fuel Leakage observed.

                                I request the concerned authority to take this on priority. I strongly recommend to replace the current vehicle with New one. Which is thoroughly quality check and confirmed.

                                I did not expect company like mahindra to have quality lapses, that too with safety of indian citizen.

                                  I have a mahindra rodeo rz in which the one way assembly needs to be replaced every 8-10 months.i dont onow what is the problem is it that the part one way assembly which the company is selling is of low quality or not.but overall i am not satisfied with the service.till date the worst service to mahindra two wheelers. And i am replacing it in an authorised mahindra showroom only for the last 3 years i have replaced it thrice and again its having the same problem.i want a refund for the replaced part or want to get it replaced for free

                                      Sir I have bought Mahindra Centuro in 2013 with 5 years warranty, I have a complaint in Wiring regarding self start button, I sent my byke to Kothagudem show room.At that time byky was in good running condition and was started easily by kick.After one week they told that wiring is ok and take ur byke, but when i am starting the byky it was not starting.they again checked and told that CDE unit was failed and it has failed during trial run.i asked them to replace ifree as it was under warranty and they said it was not covered under warranty, Then i asked them to replace free as it was damaged under their control but they refused.so i paid the amount and brought the byke.Pls see that my amount was refunded.I have the bill with me

                                        I am having Rodeo two wheeler purchased in 2010-11. The vehicle is smooth in running and maintenance is low. Rodeo is very good since I purchased it. The only problem is millage. Presently it gives only 15-20 k.m. per litre. My servicing person also says that this scooter will not give more than 25 k.m. per liter. I wish to keep the vehicle considering its smooth running and low noise etc. I request to provide me technical help how the millage can be increased.
