I have booked Gusto two wheeler, and I haven't taken the bike due to personal reasons. But I haven't got my advance back till now. It's been more than one and half years, and i have visited the showroom multiple times, but when ever i visit, the guy who booked is now saying my owner is not there. So i wanted to escalate this issue.

I have given 2000/- during the booking., and he confirmed that, in case if we don't take the bike, he will return the entire amount of 2000/- . But now he is trying to escape by saying owner is not available.

        I purchesed mahindra centuro black digital meter on june 2013, bike have very huge problems-1.Pickup, engine gear, 02.Milage/Avrage 3.genuine parts break 4.water dripping in petrol tank 5.oil seal break.6 sounds of parts of body .my vechile is regularly servised with free and paid both.but then also i am facing problems. Service center at nagpur Nagia motors make estimate of 4150 rs.and upto now i invest in my two wheeler as amount of its prize and there is noservice of castmer.Kindly take quick action.otherwise i fill complain to consumer court and police station.and give the news to newspaper that all two wheeler of mahindra are failure and all have problem so dont purchesed it...
        Take my serviceing records from om motors kolhapur and nangia motors nagpur.

          i am in bangalore every time i given for service synargy dealer (free service ) dealer will be take labour charge (consumable for free service ) i am not under stand this people take for labour free service . i know that free service labour cost will be zero parts amount only chargeable. please consider my complaint

            Due to bit problems in the front wheel of my Mahindra Duo Scooter KL07/ BV2148, I had given it to the service center named Pulimootil Automobiles located at Vadavathoor P.O, Kalathpady, Kottayam - 686010, Kerala on 20/2/2017.

            The Scooter was serviced and a bill of nearly 3000 Rs was given. The scooter was yet to stop giving us problem even after coming from the service center. We had payed 3000 Rs and still the scooter had complaint. We had purchased the second had scooter by hearing the prestige of Mahindra Group.I am still not satisfied with the service and request you to send an another senior technician from your head office. We are not interested in going to the above service center again. If another technician is not available we will be disposing off the scooter soon.

              My vehicale Gusto DL14SH7131
              After third service of my vehicale my back tyre produce bad noise so i take back my vehicale to service center they adjust it after few days it started again making noise. I complaint it again and after few days it started making noise.
              Then on fourth service i complaint about it and low average 38kmpl. In fourth service missing clips and screw is fitted against noise coming from back tyre but still noise coming some time and average become low 27kmpl. Also vehicale start making pollution more than before
              Plz resolve my problem

                Sub : COMPLAINT REGARDING NON-PICKING UP OF VEHICLES FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE BY AUTHORIZED DEALERS OF MAHINDRA TWO WHEELERS PVT. LTD. – DL 8S W 6839 (MODEL : GUSTO) – MRS. SHEETAL HANSARIA

                Dear Sir,

                This is in continuation to my telephonic complaint and discussions to-date 30th August 2016 on the above mentioned subject.

                It is stated that my family owns two cars and scooters of other companies. I have never faced any kind of difficulty in any of the vehicles of other manufacturers as is being faced by me after buying Mahindra Gusto authorized dealer at Delhi.

                I bought the above mentioned two wheeler bearing Regn. No. DL 8S W 6839 on 3.6.2016 in the name of my wife Mrs. SHEETAL HANSARIA from M/s Saboori Two Wheelers, Delhi. At the time of delivery of the said vehicle, I was told that the vehicle would be picked up and delivered from and to home if I pay Rs. 200/- for the service, when due. The vehicle became due for service and I requested that Dealer as well as the Call Centre to pick up the said vehicle from our residence for service. Complaint No. INB 55854 refers. Subsequently, I contacted the said dealer to known as to when they are coming to take the vehicle for service since we both are a working couple. I was then told that the collection charges of the vehicle would be Rs.250/- which I agreed to pay.

                Now the service of the scooter has become due. I requested your Service Centre, Moti Nagar to pick up the scooter for repair and maintenance. Despite assurance, the scooter has not been picked up for servicing till date. I am completely disappointed about the inefficient services being rendered by your authorized dealers.

                I have taken the disservice of the company as well as the dealer very seriously and needs to be viewed in the same terms by the company also. It is pertinent to mention that the scooter has developed certain defects which can be rectified only by the authorized service centre and I am not in a position to use the vehicle optimally. Ever since acquisition of this vehicle, I am confronted to face numerous problems with respect to its efficiency, mileage, parts, brakes are few to quote. It is submitted that the manufacturer claims to compare this vehicle with others as one of their best two wheelers, however, according to my experience it is one of the worst two wheelers that I have ever seen in my life leave alone the question of technology adopted by you. I have seen large number of posts on the internet which supports my claim about the quality and efficiency of your two wheelers.

                Under the circumstances, I request you for the following:-

                (a) Take stringent punitive action against the above named dealer.
                (b) Pick up and drop the vehicle to my residence for service.
                (c) Repair and replace the required parts of the vehicle free of charge as the vehicle being in the warranty period.
                (d) Remedial measures may be taken by the company so as to avoid recurrence of such lapses on the part of dealer and also defects in the vehicle.

                I am sure that my complaint would receive appropriate attention and necessary action against the said dealer would be taken under intimation to the undersigned.

                  I have a complain. After my 1st accident ur service guys took money for a part from insurance company. But didnt deliver product. My vehicle number kl43f7386 and important suggestion i have for ur engineers to come up with an idea like and alaram they did if they can put an option in bike for tiffen carriers in bike for office use. Fm or pendrive option with bluetooth helmet or more as extra fittings for exesting bike it will be great

                    Sir, i bought mahindra guato fron sky motors udaipur rajasthan on10 august 2015. after that I had gone there for regular service they had provides me that but unfortunately they had missed the fourth service coupon and filled up and filed fifth free service coupon.
                    then after i had transferred from udaipur to kota rajasthan.
                    then i had gone at service centre of kota rajasthan near city mall for fifth free service they had firstly filled the remained fourth coupon but after that they told me that we will not provide you free service on fourth no. free service coupon because fourh coupon was not filled previously and we will provide it on 6 free servuce coupon
                    sir, I want to know that why should i pay on behalf of others mistake

                    I have mahindra centuro..purchased around 1.5 Year back.. from starting self start having some problem... now it completely not working. I have to manully kick for start .service center person says due to short run battery does not charge but this is not the case ..

                      Regarding that my gusto 125 valcano clr (ap16dr5881) vehicle got a issue, night when i am coming to home unexpectedly my bike has been stopped i have petrol when i am trying to start the vehicle itz not igniting.. I am trying to call the service centre people but they are not responding my call it is far to go to service centre. I bought my October in span of 5 mnth my engine is not igniting what is this..                         I am staying at Bangalore, having a Mahindra two wheeler. I went for bike service on 22nd Feb, 2017, at near service station. Service Station address below

                        Cost of bike service is Rs 1310. I was paying by credit card, so they asked for extra 2% I have to pay as I am paying by card. Then I have asked for the bill of extra 2% but they refused to give the extra charge bill. And they took extra money (2% of the bill) without giving any bill. I don't have any option because I didn't have cash money that time. So I paid extra 2% without having bill. I have credit card received copy which is showing I paid extra.
                        Please look into the same. Attached copy of bill and credit card received copy.

                          Hi Mahindra,

                          I am Pravesh Kumar. I have Gusto, whose registration number is HR29AK5140.
                          My Gusto was consuming more engine oil and it was under warranty. Mahindra agency did the service of Gusto and billed for the Rs. 1996.
                          They said that they have replaced the cylinder kit. They have charged me for the engine oil, gear oil and for the other things.

                          I have attached the bill related to the warranty service. Please check if these charges are valid in warranty period.

                          Note: Please except the charges of Rear break shoe and Greep cover set.

                            I have purchased a Mahindra Gusto VX scooter through the dealer Kalinga Automobile at Dhenkanal, Odisha in the month of June, 2016.
                            I have not availed a single free service and on enquiry came to know that the dealership has been cancelled and there is no alternate dealer at Dhenkanal.
                            The nearest dealer is at Cuttack which is 60km away.
                            Mahindra should provide an alternative dealer at Dhenkanal for its customer here.
                            This must be looked into by the company at the earliest.

                              I'm Vijay Painter ([protected]) having Mahindra Centuro Registration no: GJ-5 MN 2504 (Surat RTO).
                              Here in Surat, I think only P B Auto is looking after Sales N Servicing of two wheelers and for the same, they are not taking proper care of bike servicing and behaving with customers very rudely.
                              I always give my bike for servicing here, as local auto repairers are not capable of repairing it. Today morning while repairing puncture, i found Left Jumper Resting Axle's Bolt is missing; it means either it was not fitted or loosely fitted on previous service, some 4 months ago. and it could have a big accident if jumper come out of axle.
                              Not only to these extent, on payment time, I have already mentioned that I do not have cash of Rs.985, and shown them ATM's empty money reciept of today's date, and I was having only Rs 700 in cash, but i could pay by Paytm or Debit/Credit Card money transfer, but they cleanly denied to transact through cash-less and rudely told me to go back and come back with full cash money, and only then Bike would be delivered. and at last they received 285 by Paytm and hand over my bike, but without Bill.
                              I want to know, is this the way to treat with a customer and harass him?

                                Dear Mahindra Motors,

                                I've bought a mahindra centuro on 2015 jan. Since day one I've been facing lots of issues with petrol leakage and mileage issues. None of your dealers in chennai have solved this issue(212 degree bikes, ganesh motors and ride well motors).

                                I'm absolutely disappointed with their services and with bike quality. Need to fill up petrol for almost rs.500 even to travel 150 kms.

                                Kindly let me know if there is any solution for this. I've been so patient for two years.

After certain month itself it has started giving the following complients which could not be rectified by your registered service points / repairers at Tirora ( Gondia ) and even at SURAT ( nearby Gas circle – where the vehicle is at present )

                                  01. Piston and Head is making too much abnormal noise.
                                  02. The fuel consumption is too much

                                  Your service centre has expressed their inability to repair / rectify these complaints and they are asking us to get it done from somewhere else and we are not able to do anything in this regard.

                                  From the above reference and subject you might have noticed that the vehicle has not run more than even two years and now itself it has started trouble beyond repairs, as per your commitments you have given us 5 year warranty and it is your responsibility to get it repaired/ rectified up to the satisfaction of the customers.

                                    I had purchased Mahindra Gusto vehicle on 07/05/2015 from CVS showroom of Bangalore, Karnataka.Mahindra had claimed the vehicle to be very user friendly but the problem started from the time first service of the vehicle was done.Everytime the vehicle goes to service, it comes out in worse condition.Finally by the time vehicle reached to its 4th service, the CVS tells that they have closed there service station itself and they dont support it any more.There started another agony now.I called to mahindra customer care to complaint about the ongoing problem with vehicle performance and service station problem.They assured and suggested another service station, i.e Skanda motors.So on their advice i took my vehicle to skanda motors and told them about all the problems the vehicle is having which included the fuel sensor not responding.
                                    They took one full day to rectify all the problems and service the vehicle.The invoice number is :CINV-TWDS[protected]. dated:19/11/2016.

                                    I thought and expected them to address all the issues i mentioned about the vehicle but to my surprise next day itself i came to know that they have not corrected the fuel sensor still .As the service station is fairly far and since I am working woman its not possible to always go to service station and leave the vehicle.But since it was getting difficult I took the vehicle again to service station on 31/12/2016 and told them to rectify fuel sensor.They told to leave the vehicle so that they can check.Later part of the day they call me and tell that they would need to replace Fuel gauge .I told them to change whatever is required to solve this problem.When I collected the vehicle, according to them they had changed Assy FUEL LEVEL SENSOR (cost:200Rs) and Fuel Guage (Cost :170Rs).Invoice number:CINV-TWDS[protected].
                                    But god only knows what they rectified because now fuel indicator always shows full tank even when the tank is empty .Am fed up of the Gusto and its service .I really don't have time to keep running behind such things.I have other two wheelers in my house from Honda, but they have been here for 5 years and still they are running perfectly fine.

                                    I don't know why Mahindra being such a big company, is not making sure about after sale service of the vehicle.
                                    Finally I am just expecting that this is the last time I am contacting mahindra with such a complaint and the company takes responsibility to address my issue.

                                      I m balakrishnan Purchased mahindra duro in feb 2012, from tirur, Malappuram almost done 20000 kms, n its single use, good maintainance as well. its taken to service centre due to not getting started n now they says that engine work is required. How its possible its just over 20000 kms, n im 100% sure its not run without engine oil tooo.hope you will give me a decent reply asap

                                        i am sakthivel from pudukkottai, tamilnadu. i bought a bike mahindra rodeo bike on 2010 in these bike become more then problems occurred in monthly twice i have spend more times to cure the bike now also repair in mahindra work shop i have spent more then 50 times in mahindra service station those are repair only at this time but the day after became the problem so the first thing cure my bike completely other wise please refund my amount i will bought another bike if we are no one can solve my problem my action very severely actual price on bike is 56, 000 but i can spent 1, 50000 in each bills and records in my hand take action quickly other wise every details can be noticed by public in our front of the showrooms

                                        Service center incharge mohit singh tomar gwalior. Told me that oil change compulsory on every service. But I want service without oil changing because my gusto only run 723km. So please . And bed customer service.
