Dear Mahindra,

From the day ONE this Gusto is troubling me, i think you have given me the DEfective one which i had mentioned to you long back.
Everytime i have to call up your customer care and complain for all reason because here the service centre is very casual and its just waste of time.
I had sent for the FREE service after 10000 kms and had mentioned the person to write down my problems, he had noted down but didn't rectified which was very serious.
The most important was the handle/steering was very loose and making noise when the front brakes applies, the same problem is also from the day one, but i thought the sound will go away but slowly slowly it is getting serious.
After the servicing they just gave it back by just washing and charged me around RS.700/(charged for servicing beacause i misplaced my book) nevermind nut they should rectify the problem.
When i called up the customer care and complaint, the service centre person called me and apologised for the same and told me that he had adjusted and the parts been ordered.Than i had told him that he should have told me the same after the servicing.
Again there was a call from the customer care and asked me, what had happened with my scooter.., this is just a joke.., you all people dont communicate ..., now i have to tell the same story and the service centre person had told me that the parts has been order., , once the parts come they will call me.
On 10th Oct.i got acall from one lady and told me that the parts have and and to send the scooter, i had checked with her if the same day is Holiday and if the service centre might be closed, than she told me not to worry the service centre is open and my work will be done,
When i had sent my scooter it was told that the parts have come but the mechanic is absent, , this is disgusting and waste of time.., than i got a call and told me to send on 14th Oct. which i have sent buthe job was not done properly and Rs.800/- has been charged which should be FREE
Why i have to pay after so much of troubling you and your Gusto have given.
Now i am using with a scary sound coming from the front/handle which may harm further and might fall somewhere.
Now i will be unable take my scooter to your service centre since i dont have anymore time, please send someone to collect and rectify and than send it back to my place.

Please look into it very seriously since the things are not acceptable from you highly esteemed organisation.

    On Aug 2013, I bought Mahindra Centuro a . I was happy with my bike until it's self start stopped working. I took the bike to official service center (In Vaishali, Ghaziabad) and they said it has problem with battery but when i asked some one else to check the battery there was no problem at all (for your info the previous service center told me they do not have battery, so i can get it replaced by some to other place), after this incident i lost my belief on Mahindra's service center, so i took it to some other mechanic in my area and then they told me it's CDI (some electronic part) is not functioning and i need to get it changed and from that day i tried it with every local mechanic i have seen and then finally reached to another bigger mahindra workshop and they said same "CDI is not working", and asked me to wait for 7 days but after waiting for 7 days they told me to wait for some more time and then they said we cannot resolve your issue (because company do not have this part) they gave me no of customer care and their answer was not good enough and then i found my self with my bike for which i am ready to spend money but company is not able to produce it's part. It's very very annoying and sad for me because i loved the company and i own two mahindra two wheeler but both having problems if spear parts.

    Unfortunately, my experience was very bad and i don't think so i am gonna by any other mahindra vehicle until company solves my problem.

    I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait 15 Days before seeking third-party assistance. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.

      Buying mahindra duro or other mahindra 2 wheeler is total waste of money because-
      1) big battery problem, never self starts
      2) very few garage repairs this scooter
      3) service centre's are fraud, try to make big bills without servicing scooter
      4) surat service centers - kardhar auto is very greedy and will charge you big bills
      5) service parts are not available in market

        I have purchased gusto in april 16, run about 213 kms as on dt, had been to dealer 2 to 3 times for complaining about discharge of battery, they have charged once, replaced battery last 1 month back but i[censored] do not start for 3 - 4 days again battery is discharged & have to kick start the scooter.

        As we have purchased mainly for use of ladies, it is not possible to restart the same by kicking by ladies.

          Respected sir,

          My name is ketan joshi cell no.[protected]

          I have wiring problem (self start and horn not working) in my mahindra centuro gj16 bh-5562.
          I have called to cell no.[protected] on dtd.07/10/2016 and asked to solve the problem same day. but when i have called they said work in progress.

          On today dtd.08/10/2016, from morning to noon my even one call isn't received on cell no.[protected]. then at 02:26 pm, i have called on land line no.[protected] and talked with a lady the response is quick from her and after confirmation she told that work in progress.

          At this time i. e. 05:24 pm, i haven't received a single call from cell no.[protected] and i have no status of my bike.

          This is a worst experience for me and now i have to follow up for my bike during my job. but still responce is nill...

          Pls ask the incharge person to answer the call and tell the actual situation.

          At the end of this day, i have decided to scrap my worst centuro bike with worst service.

          Hope that today i will receive my bike duly repaired...

            I have very low milage 38-40. Purchased last year august 2015. Contact no [protected]. I have purchased it from kerala alleppey jayasree motors. They offered me around 70 km milage. But i get only 38-40. I have already complained this issue through your service centre. But they are not ready to rectify my complaint. Please do an action to rectify my issue through your service network in alleppy.

              I write this mail to inform you that my mahindra centura (purchased on december 2013) had a starting problem on 5th october 2016. i informed the”m squared motord pvt. ltd, ernakulam’ (service centre, kadavanthara). they brought my bike to service station and told me that ‘cd unit’ is faulty and no spare is available there and it will take more days to get a spare cd unit. so i request you to arrange a spare unit with out delay. i hope you take the necessary actions to get this problems fixed. i hope to get a reply soon.

                Servicing centre here in dimapur is so bad that i had never seen in my life anywhere. They don`t even know how to fit back if once opened. They took one full day to change the key sets of my centuro that too remote is not working. And i had paid rs. 2500 for this key set to the dealer.

                Kindly train your mechanic properly before placing authorized servicing centre. Also check if the servicing centre is operating properly. Coz most of the time they will be drunk. You wont get any response.

                I had purchase Gusto in October last year for my wife. Company says its give 63 average, but i had done 5 free services but till date my average is 30 km in a liter.
                I had complaint this to the dealer but till date i haven't got any solution .
                I found that i had been cheated both by the company and by the dealer also.

                  I have purchase rodeo rz in 2012. And extended warranty in same year.

                  My extended warranty end on sep'17.

                  My claim for speed meter got rejected by mahindra.

                  Reason for rejection not completing the paid services.

                  But i m not at all satisfied with service provide by service center. They are not able to solve my mileage issue 10-12 times (Approx). During service they have broken the side body of my two wheeler.

                  Kindly help

                  If not then i will launch a complaint in consumer court.

                  Maine mahindra centuro 2015 me liya tha uski sari lock kharab hogayi timing chain do bar change karwaya aur to aur uski fiber body side ka panel seat par baithne se dono taraf ka crack ("fattt)" gaya hai.
                  Pickup ka to kya kahna meri nazar me kutte ka pickup isase tej hai .
                  Koi bhi machenic dekhta hai to kahta hai ki ye gadha kyu kharid liye. Us samay dil toot ke mahindra bike jaisi ho jati hai.
                  Agar koi meri bike lega to mai use petrol full kake free me dunga
                  uske bad uski achchi dhulai karunga kyuki agar koi free me jahar dega to le lega

                  bahut hi raddi bike hai. Kyu mahindra company ka nam duba rahe ho bhai.

                    Mahindra bikes are totali vastage of mony and after sale service is too bad . mahindra two wheelers spare part are not available in all india . so if you buy a mahindra bike, you wast mony.and if its need repair any part then you can sell it junk yard becouse part are not available in market or in mahindra dealer or mahindra company. its totally rubbis bike.

                      Sorry that i am not able to respect you morethan this because i have been totally cheated by your unrelisble advertisements and brought your product of mahindra rodeo in vijayaada from Prakrit motors one of your dealers in vijayawada. Sir i just want to know whether the Engineer who designed rodeo product does know whether what is the way to start the motor with out using self start. Sorry sir but my pain since i have brought this scooty is making me to speak like this.I have brought this scooty in the year 2013 but this scooty stopped working from the year 2014 and i have recently walked for about 2km
                      as this bike have stopped suddenly in the middle of the road.Sir my parents have gifted me this bike for my excellence in the examsbut this bike have failed me making so many repairs in the span of 3 years.My biggest problem is that no body in my city is not able to understand why it is not working even your authorised service center i.e avaneesh service center in vijayawada is not able tom understand why it is not working.So i kindly request you to stop designing such product and dont misguide people as i am suffering now.I am going to sell off this bike and buy another one which is far better than this mahindra.

                        DurO dz purchased on27/4/2012 in lucknow.regn no UP32EE6692..For starting clutch outer assy rs 1500/ was charged invoice no 245 dtd 18/4/2016 at RASTOGI AUTOMOBILES LUCKNOW. AGAIN after TWO MONTHS ON 16/6/2016 rs 1474/. vide invoice 1086 was chaged for SAME part.NOW again the same fault STARTING CLUTCH OUTER ASSY HAS ARISEN after TWO and HALF MONTHS..WHETHER NEW PART IS REPLACEDor OLD ONE REFITTED AFTER REPAIRING.? I DONT KNOW. IT IS VERY SURPRISING THAT ONLY ONE PART is giving trouble again & again.It is not POSSIBLE to spent RS 1500/ after every two months for same part STARTING CLUTCH. Mahindra is a very reputed organisation. rASTOGI automobles agency is not taking much pain to solve the trouble.It is requested earnestly to solve the problem suitably...PLS BACKE message to my e.mail... There is a authorized service centre in patparganj industrial area..aftr frst servicing sound coming frm burger then i complained abt it he said it happens i said ok..i said abt mileage n pickup not good aftr frst servicing he said its happen..aftr the servicing disc break is so loose kr rajesh said that aftr servicing it hppns it will manage wtf man evry prob come aftr servicing he said it happens..then why people will go service center if he face a prob afr servicing in his bike..n thw way of talking was very bad of the mr rakesh n he was taunting when m complained abt the prob that m facing..
                          Look this issue as priority basis.. There is so many prob in this service centre..

                            I hear to tell you with my knowledge, my vehicle number tn25aq6231 has been serviced two days back, now my vehicle got seized due to without a drop engine oil, if i asked the concern dealer manivarma thiruvannamalai giving me a worst feed back with abusing words, dealer saying mahindra have a worst manufacturing it seems, does what he said is real, (Ms. Selvakumari saying there is no service manager and ccm in the service center it seems.) worst very worst manufacturing

                              Mai ne aap ki Gusto first service k liye service center par gaya tha 12.09.2016 ko jo ki service centre walo ne gusto ki service kr di pr unhone maire se fist service charge 10 Rs, and engine oil 290 and sublimate oil k 90 R.s kiye h kay ye sahi liye gaye h ya nahi
                              or unhone 2% deceit card charge bhi liye mai sath me bill ki copy de raha hu ok sir

                                  Mahindra centuro -Manufacturing Fault

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I have purchase Mahindra centuro bike in June -2013, from your authorize dealer new delhi Bhagwati Corporation Pvt Ltd . This Dealer disconnected giving service in 2014 lost the Mahindra dealer ship . I was unable to avail free services by company. At last I got my last free service from Harvik Brothers India Authorized service center .It is located at 73 South patel nagar market Delhi 110008.
                                  Since, Bike purchase I am not given proper mileage, DTE and digital dash board is not working properly.

                                  Currently my Mahindra centuro bike having ignition issue, When I am insert key engine not started ...in that condition I have push my bike around 6 km towards service center. Harvik Brothers India Authorized service center .It is located at 73 South patel nagar market Delhi 110008.

                                  Last five days bike is stand by with the Authorized service dealer .He say that part DTE in company warranty . Please help me get resolve my bike Issue . email [protected]@hotmail.com,

                                    मैने 6/9/2016 को गाड़ी सर्विस करवाई L.G MOTORS -JODHPUR से job no. 5092 है l हैड लाईट भी सही करने का कहा मेकेनिक ने लाईट तो सही की लेकिन अब वह गाड़ी चलने पर आवाज करती है l
                                    मै आज दिनांक 9/9/2016 को वापस चेक करवाने गया लेकिन सही नही कीl मैंने शिकायत रजिस्टर मांगा वह भी नही दिया फिर एक पेपर पर शिकायत लिख कर दी जिसकी प्रति सलग्न कर रहा हुँ l
                                    ऐसी परेशानी केवल मेरी नही है वहां आने वाले हर व्यक्ति की है पर कोई करे तो क्या करे l यह मेरी ओर से अन्तिम बार सुचना है अगर समस्या का समाधान नही होता है तो मुझे कानुनी कारवाही करने के लिए मजबुर होना पड़ेगा l

                                      I have a Gusto, it had wobbling problems with wheel, but the service center terms it as normal and is unable to fix it, and I am not at all satisfied with the explanation.

                                      Seems Mahindra has poor build quality, when it comes to two wheelers.

                                      If this is the quality of service I feel it's better to avoid mahindra and go for better alternatives like Activa.

                                      on 31 october 2015.dealers told me there was a special offer"5000 rs cash back offer"but they didnt give me till now
                                      Pls do me needful .
                                      And now my bike has some problem with engine. While riding engine suddenly stopped with sound.
                                      I already given the bike to dealers for repearing . I didnt get back till now since 2 weeks.
                                      facing a lot of problem, some time meter will show furl empty when i full the petrol tank.
                                      some time petrol will less and will show full or half.

                                      i have faced very badly .and told dealer for this complaint, but problem is same.

                                      1.vehicle mailage 40km/ltr from starting month to last 9 month conti. same
                                      2.selfstarting problem

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        This is in regards with Mahindra Gusto service and spare parts issue iam facing horrible service related issue from one of the Mahindra Dealer (Skanda Motors) located in Bangalore Rajajijnagar.
                                        My Vehicle was given for servicing on[protected] for 5th Free Service
                                        with below complaints Fork, Brakes and Left hand Mirrors had a problem request the service manager to rectify the same but nothing been done and when i raised questions regarding to my above complaints during pickup of vehicle on[protected] no proper response and very arrogant reply was given by Manager of service center. This is not first time from last three service duartion iam facing this problem.

                                        I request to concern team and Manufacturing company to take this matter seriously and action to be taken on the dealer.
                                        Mahindra Two Wheelers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
