this complaint is against bansal motors, pl sharma road meerut, .
they are not giving me the proper computerised bill for my paid service on 15 november 2016 .they are just giving in written on a piece of paper . and saying we cannot giving a computerised bill.I talk with mr.bansal but also they are giving same excuse .and then i talk to mahindra customer care she say sorry sir i cant do anyting .
I want a proper computerised bill.

    I am using Rodeo two wheeler for the past 5 years and suddenly the service center in Bangalore [CVS motors] in Palace Guttahalli is closed without any information. They have not even informed about the shift. I do not know any other service center since I go to this center since I purchased the vehicle. What a pathetic service for a big brand??? I am now in a fix whether to give outside or not?? Can someone guide me to the proper company service center in Bangalore nearer to Yelahanka??

      I'm purchase new bike at 31jul2013 but next we feel some noise in engine like tik tik im go to dealer they speak to me its tapped voice and fix it but after 15 iuts again again fix it but no permanent solution more and more am asking for change of engine but jammu head Mr. deepak call me for reparing and convince me for it but this problem not sort out 3 times company repair my bike engine and now again engine problem so i want permanent solution plz sort it other wise i'm making video and post on youtube and other social media to stop manufacturing of mahindera bike and taking legal action against mahindra company my bike still standing in company so call them for permanent solution or engine change its my last time or or burn my bike in front of all people and speak to all its not a gud bike don't buy it last chance i'm giving you.u harass me lot

        I PURCHASED MAHINDRA GUSTO ON 31-03-16; TOTAL AMOUNT WAS PAID FOR VEHICLE SAME DAY ; BUT STILL REGISTRATION PAPER NOT GIVEN BY AKSHAT SHREE, LOCATED AT BEGUSARAI.

        more than seven month gone, but paper of vehicle is not given by dealer . From last five month, every month penalty of 770 RS/ was deducted from my salary, because of non submission of papers of vehicle.please pay the penalty amount till date and complete the papers

          I bought scooty from JMD two wheelers Mahaveer nagar new delhi(Mahindra) and from the first day scooty self is not working properly and now engine is having some problem also and i m taking followup from the concern person who was there at the time of purchasing and now he told me to open the engine and he will repair but we don't want to do this becouse this is a new scooty and its not working well so we want to replace this we have also insurance of the same.it has been over only 3 month from till date,

            I buy gusto scooty (ap 31 cx 5909) (white) in[protected] at anakapalle. the scooty as come to bore within the period of guarenty. i give the bike to prepare in showroom[protected] but they don't respond. i buy the scooty but i don't satisfied the buying of mahindra gusto scooty. please change the staff or give the quic response to my bike or anthore one. they are giving irresponsible answers to me. they told go to vizag, i go vizag they are sent rentun to ankapalle. pleaze change the staff in ankapalle.

              Respected Sir/Ma’am,

              1. I purchase a Mahindra Centuro two wheeler from Gurgoan in Feb 2014, through CSD. On 15 Oct 16 my ‘CDI Unit’ (Docketi Brand) became unserviceable due to unknown reason. I went to Mundera authorised centre for repair. They issue me a job card no. (713 deted 16 Oct 16) and also inform that, “Docketi CDI units have been replaced, why you didn’t replace it?” On reply I explained that I was not aware and also was not infromed. Then Mr. Ratan Yadav (m) [protected] (authorised dealer o[censored]nion Auto Moters, Mahindra at Mundera; Allahabad; U.P.)guide me to speak to the person from where I purchase the vehicle. I did the same and contact at my parent centre, but they told me to bring the bike there at Gurgoan and also suggest to get it repaired at any authorised centre of Mahindra two Wheeler. I again speak to Mr.Ratan Yadav the he demanded that if you want to get it free of cost then provide a new CDI unit from any resource.

              2. After this I approct to Cutomer care on 16 Oct 16 at approximate 13:00 O’clock. Your executive guide me to speak to Gurgaon Branch once again then I told him that I am at Allahabad now. Then he ask for some time and also said that they will arrange a call back, but all in vain. Nethier call came nor any feedback of my call. After waiting I again approach to Curtomer Care on 20 Oct 16. They connect me to Area Magager Allahabad Mr. Sanjay Singh (m) [protected]. With the help of this I finally able to achieve a Complain No. “56856” dated 20 Oct 16 at 11:55 O’Clock on my registered moblie no. [protected]. From Goodwill we will get it replaced kindly proved us 15 days time. After two days on 22 Oct 16 Mr. Ratan Yadav (Auth dealer) call me back and ask the detials of my two wheeler. I forwarded him copy of Registration Certificate (i.e. HR 26 CE5645) . He explianed that we are bringing part from Pune and soon demad will be full filled. But till date nothing came out.

              3. On 05 Nov 16 I raise my query to cutomer care centre then I was replied that CDI Unit has been ordered already and is arriving soon. I asked for Order number then they failed to reply. Again after wait of two days I rang up customer care once again regarding my query again they replied in same manner by adding that “ all details are being forwarded to your mobile no.”, but I didn’t receive anything till date.

              4. Unserviceability of my vehicle creats a lot of problem for me doing my all day to day jobs and also become inconvient to join office in time.

              5. Therefor, You are requested to look into the matter personally and help me out as soon as possible.

                Rodeo was given for change of self start (one way ) to RV Motors saket nagar kanpur on 19 Oct 2016. Oil seal was also changed and charged (Bill attached ), but oil began to leak on very next day. It was taken to sevice centre following Sunday on 06 Nov 16. l was charged again for the same despite my argument. Kindly instruct not to repeat and arrange refund

                  we purchase a mahindra centuro bike dated on 06/11/2015. Vehicle odometer reading is 13214 km. All service done in shree mangala motors badkali (authorized dealer mahindra tractor and bike). Sir our bike has break done more than four time and all work done on paid basis. Every time dealer reuse for warranty. Now our bike battery dead so we report to dealer about the battery replace under warranty. But dealer refuse to replac the battery under warranty.                     Dear Sir, I am Mr, Rajesh, presently staying near Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu. I have deposited my Mahindra Flyte to service centre, Ramanathapuram for defect rectification on self-starting complaints on 02 Nov 2016. While submitting the bike, the executive checked the battery condition and told me that the battery is ok and a detailed checkup is required. On 04 Nov 2016, I received a call from Mahindra two wheeler service center and stating that my bike’s battery is weak and need to be changed the same. But I told them not to change the battery now and carry out a thorough check on the starter motor for any complaints. They agreed the same and called me on 05 Nov2016 and again told me that the battery is weak. Further it is certified that for same complaint i have deposited the vehicle in the month of Aug 2016, they changed the starter relay and clutch assembly and almost charged Rs 2500/-. On 05 Nov 2016 i went to service centre for collection of bike, and told them to prove that the problem lies with battery, Initially they refused and told me to change the battery first, however latter they agreed and check the starter motor, they found the motor brush bracket (FR bracket sub assy) found damaged. and changed the same. Still the bike failed to start and I found that the battery is totally in discharged condition.
                    Refer to bill no 1172 dated 05/11/16 and In view of the fore said, the following need to be investigated:-
                    1. What sort of welding done on bike, location and purpose?
                    2. Whether your service Centre is capable of replacing genuine spare parts?
                    3. How my fully charged battery became fully drained out battery post charging? They collected Rs 80/- for charging the battery.
                    4. What is the reason behind proper DI/ DR not being done?

                    It is therefore requested that my battery need to be picked from me and service it and give it back to me in fully charged condition as earlier. The additional charges collected to be returned at the earliest.

                      I bought my bike in september 2015. I drove my bike 4100km and average of my bike is very poor after being serviced by mahindra service centre 3 times.
                      Last time i spent rs.610 for petrol tank and my bike gave me only 310km atmost.
                      Also after driving above 48km i t started vibrating.
                      Slow race is also not properly set after asking again - and again to customer care.
                      Siren issue one of the very intolerable issue.

                        Engine seized at 16000km without any genuine reason and the service manager
                        Estimate rs.15000 to recover when i raised the issue at customer care then they again share the revised estimate with out cost.

                        My only query is that how dose engine seized if a person drive the scooter at speed of 35km daily and the travel distance is max 3 km is their any justified reason? Even though i keep on regular service to my vehicle.

                            Mahindra two wheelers are a total failure. Please do not buy. I purchased Flyte 125 cc model, from day one I am facing problem and the service Center here in Chennai DP Motors, Tbm, Sanatorium is cheating. The service peoples are charging exorbitantly without changing the parts. Just for starting motor I was charged 6000 rupees, can you believe. My service card number for the recent services are CINV-TWDP[protected]. charged Rs. 4, 662 /- and (now engine noise started after service) again Rs. 1500/- charged for the same starting problem yet to receive the bill. Please kindly never buy these vehicles. No mileage, nothing can go on saying about problems, nothing positive with this vehicle. DP motors-Mahindra a worst two wheeler company.

                              We had purchased GUSTO in August 2015 from your Faridabad Showroom. The performance of the scooter is very very frustrating since the date of purchase. The only issue of this scooty is " Starting issue". The electronic start switch stops functioning every after 2 days. The authorized service people had provided enough service during 1st one year but the problem remained same.

                              In my opinion, the vehicle is having some manufacturing issue which is not yet been identified.

                              I request you to please replace the vehicle with immediate effect since we are not at all satisfied with the performance of the vehicle. Please call us at [protected] or [protected].

                                The worstest bike and bike servicing experience i ever had. the people are not at all cooperative. i am facing issue, that none of my bike keys are working. whenever i insert the key, the alarm start blowing and the engine gets locked, a lot of times i have contacted the showroom, but suddenly few days back came to know that the showroom has been shut down. The center where the socket is to be put, that is approx 20 kms away from my place, they are not even taking my bike, rather asking me to bring the bike any how if i want to get it repaired. i managed to take the bike till lakhiya motors near ellis bridge ahmedabad. but the lakhia motors (authorised dealer of Mahindra Two wheeler) is saying, i need to pay 250 rs just for checking the bike. for socket they may take 2000 rs or more. i just need to know, when my bike has 5 yrs of warranty, and my bike is just 1 yr old. why shall i need to pay for the internal faults of the bike. i would request and urge to mahindra two wheeler to take my bike away and return my money. else i would go to the consumer forum physically and if it doesnt work too, i need to take help from media.

                                  Mahindra scooter Service dealer for salem has closed down. All the scooter purchaser has been left in lurch. We are not able to service our scooter. If we are to replace any parts for our vehicle, we don't know where to buy.Even when the dealership was existence, the service from sri venkatewara agencies was very poor. Please take action against the company or stop selling scooters.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had purchased a new mahindra rockstar bike on 22nd june 2016. Mh-31, ew 5891. Sir, i am disappointed to say that the bike is not working smoothly, as vibration is there, and knocking sound comes from handle. For this i had complained to mecury motors, nagpur, from where this vehicle was purchased.
                                      After repairs and servicing, it functions smoothly, but again after almost 10 days the same problem creeps up again, which is very disturbing. 2 times i have given the vehicle to mercury motors for the same complaint., but the fault still exists.. The mechanics who has done the job is not up to the mark. Instead if tightening the nut bolts, he uses chisels to tighten it and virtually damages the nuts. This can't be accepted from a highly reputed company as yours.
                                      Now, another complaint, which has araised recently is that while slowing, in traffic, it automatically stops, and after about half an hour it starts.. Sir, kindly look into the matter as very urgent, and do the needful.

                                        I, n. Jayaraman, bought mahindra gusto125 scooter (Two wheeler) from omkar vaagans, the dealer in avadi on 28.7.2016.in 20 days time after going for 25kms distance at a stretch the vehicle got stoped. For about one hour neither kickstart nor self starter was not working to start the vehicle. After the vehicle gets cooled the self starter worked. For this complaint i gave the vehicle for service under warranty and they took 7 days to get the vehicle. The reason for delay was they did not get coil in time to replace. Subsequently the the show room and service centre in avadi, chennai was closed without any information. Still the problem remains and not rectified. On 7.10.2016 i gave the vehicle for service to omkar vaagans, red hills, chennai. Till now they have not done anything.

                                        1. They kept the vehicle for 10 days to register and was registered on 9.8.2016.
                                        2. They are not giving me their owner's appointment or his telephone number to talk to him.
                                        3. They are asking for petrol charges for on road checking even though i gave the vehicle with enough petrol.

                                        Please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible.
