I have Mahindra flyte. From the date of purchase itself it had some minor problems. After some time it had some starting problem.So we have given it to Zoom motorbikes India (p) ltd.They have changed engine oil and air filter. Within a week it suddenly stopped running.They again changed some parts for about Rs.1000. Within two months it suddenly stopped running.What shall I do now.?

    Despite of our repeated request & re-minders, I haven't got any confirmation or any phone call form your side. I had registered my complain regarding starting problem of bike on Dtd. 10.04.2016 (Reference number is 52748 )

    I am facing this problem since I purchased the bike on December -2015. My bike is not running properly, Suddenly it's stop on road and no body is able to start it again . as that time bike is not guarantee the current. even I have tried to start the bike by every possible way like Kick, self start and push also.


    Because of this I have to wait 1 or 2 hours on road and after that when I try, It start automatically. I have to face this problem ones or twice in a week.

    I tried to complain regarding this problem to the service center more than 5 to 6 time, but always they just avert/avoid about it. According to him they are unable to find any problem and they are waiting for that day when bike would be stopped in front of him only then they can do any thing .also they pretending that they have not all the parts to repair the bike . last time when I registered the complain they told me that Mr. Anand Kumar Gupta (Territory Service manager)will contact you .But I am still waiting for any phone call ...


    Hence You are requested to please take the matter seriously and resolve the problem immediately..

      This is a kind attention to all of you, i bought the centro in 2014 in nov. This bike pick-up is too bad. And the major problem is that bike is not even get start now. Service centre people said it is a fault of cdi (Something to generate the energy) but this bull spare part is not available to any of the mahindra service centre workshop. What the hell it is.
      Now my bike centro is at my garage and from last 2 month. I will claim it to consumer court and will take a serious action on that. I m too much frustrated from this bike. I want the resolution of this problem asap.

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        I purchased mahindra gusto dx on 23 october 2015 from paytm as suggested by mahindra dealer (Nihanita motors) and got the delivery on the same date from the dealer.

        However, i am yet to receive the rc and number plate for my two-wheeler despite several visits and calls to the dealer.

        I have sent emails and contacted mahindra two-wheeler for support but of now use. They don't ever respond.

        I am tired of following up with the dealer and mahindra for rc and number. I have been fined for riding the two-wheeler without number for several times. Please help.

        I am now not interested in continuing with this two-wheeler as their after sale service is pathetic also two-wheeler is giving so many problems.

        Please help me.

          I bought in cash one Mahindra centuro from Mex world in taratolla and my bike is having some problem then I went to repair iin the mexx world service center also but there I dint get the parts they told me parts is there they have ordered it will be back in 15 to 20 days and now I have decided I m not going to buy any of the Mahindra products I m stuck

            This is regarding online complaint launch at your customer care number- reference number is 52652.

            Complaint against your authorized service centre- mahaveer motors, bannerghatta road.

            I had starting problem on 3 mar 2016. I sent my vehicle for service at mahaveer motors. They delivered my vehicle on 12th mar 2016, assuring me since engine work is done, you won't have this issue till next 2 years. But within 2 days, i start facing the issue again. I took my vehicle to service centre on 18th mar, 2016.
            I was still facing the same issue, so took my vehicle to service centre on 3rd april & took delivery on 6th april. On 8th april, my vehicle got completely break down. Since then i am following up with service centre to pick up my vehicle. They are not sending any technician to my house.
            Yesterday, i launched complaint at your customer care centre, i even got a call from territory service manager nishith rao, but nothing has happened yet.

            Please send some technician to pick up my vehicle & get service done. I also need the physical bill copy for the original service which cost me around rs. 7, 884.

              I have purchased mahinhra centuro nxt
              Bike on 16.03 .2016 from paytm on line.
              From the very first day i have purchased it
              It never self start while starting for a ride .It gives an average of about 40 km/litre
              As contrary to company claim of 84 km/l
              Never purchase this bike .You may purchase of any reputed bike company. I am ready to sell this bike if i was lucky to
              Do it .I have used it only for one month ( 586 km) only.

                I mrs anshu kaushik from meerut purchased gusto solo from bansal motors p.L.Sharma meerut up on 1-1-2015 with full cash payment. After few days of riding a noise started coming from my gusto.I reguraly went to the dealer for complaint, but this problem has not been sorted out.Regular services has been done by me but still voice is not clear.Now the dealer has told me we will charges for complaint. This is really disgusting i'm regularly going to the dealer for checkup.As from the very first day of the purchase i'm regularly going for complaint why should i pay for it.If my problem is not sorted out i'll take action against the company.

                    I bought the Mahindra Centuro NXT in mid-december. I bought it from JMD two wheelers (S1/1 Old Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi 18 ). after 10-20 days it started giving me major problems. the first was that the bike had vibrations when it came to the speed of 70 kmph. the second was that the nuts of key slot portion came out and it was broken. third was the worst, while riding, the silencer of the bike came down and can lead to an accident. fourth its engine oil was leaking.fifth suddenly while riding its engine sound changed like that of a ball bearing. these all problems were resolved one by one by JMD two wheelers. but why i have to go to the service station again and again and wait for 4-5 days for its repair. seriously this bike is giving me very problems and i want an exchange for it. plz help me against this matter.

                      I have purchase jan -2014 in mangalore taj motors, but last two month iam suffering start the bike.I have repaired authorised mechanic shop in kodagehalli, airport road, bangalore.I complaint your call center, but the are response properly, iam using mahindra cars earlier, in my native using mahindra tractor, but in city like bangalore one of the worst two wheeler service issue.

                      Try to understand your brand customer & solve the issue as per as early.

                        My name is Thomas and I am from Malappuram dist. in Kerala.It's more than one year since I bought centuro Rockstar. Reg. No. KL 65.E-1982.
                        1.The average mileage I am getting is 50 Km/hr. Now 8 services are over. I gave complaint in each service. No use at all. They could not solve the problem.
                        2. One side of the rear tyre is getting worn out. I complained it, and the staff were accusing the MRF company. I took the two wheeler to them and they gave a certificate telling that the problem is with the alignment of the back wheel. I gave the bike for the 9th service mentioning the complaints. the problem still persists. Please solve the problem or take the bike back.
                        3. I had to change the Brake shoe when the bike had finished just 8000 km telling that it was not set properly. There was a kind of noice also. They changed it and charged for the new one. If it was nor properly set and had complaint because of that why should I pay? please refund it.

                          Anti-theft alarms was ok and was working properly in my centuro 01-red cbu before i handed over to gurukripa motors & co, g.T.Road, bandel, p.O-bandel, dist-hooghly, westbengal-712123, phone[protected] for the service (Photo of invoice no. Cinv-twdg[protected] attached).
                          As i got my bike after servicing, i found the anti-theft alarms is not working. That time i was assured by mr. Rakesh ( mobile : [protected]) for the rectification or repair to be done on next week.
                          But still it is not repaired by the service center.
                          Take prompt and necessary action and reply me within 10 days.

                            I have purchased this headache scooter on 12 th dec, 2015...
                            problem started from day 1.. scooter suddenly stops suddenly in middle of the road... engine goes off...and engine does not start with auto start always...
                            i have taken to authorised dealer... but prbl still exist ... and i have shown to may mechanics.. mahindra gusto is a piece of scrap... scrap is beetr than this scooter... p, z don not buy this headache, , , , do not take it even if mahindra company gives it for free...mobile :[protected]

                              Hi, I have bought a Mahindra Gusto VX model with find me lamp feature from KBS Automobile, okhla New Delhi on March 02, 2016. I am having problems with my find me lamp as its not functioning from 3rd day onward. I got it checked at the service station though but it's still the same.Problem doesn't end there is also an issue of some sound coming from front wheel. I am very unhappy with the Services as they are unable to solve my problem. Kindly take immediate action.

                                Dear Mahindra,

                                I bought my Vehicle (Mahindra Rodeo RZ: KA53EH 2348) in November, 2014 from Alpha Motors, Whitefield, Bangalore. I got it serviced in time. Recently, i.e. 18th March, 2016 my 2 wheeler got broke down and i am not able to start. I called up service center, the suggestion they gave is to get the vehicle in trolley.Shocked!!! one of my friend told to call customer care and got few service contact numbers, now I told the same service center people that i got contact from customer care and told them that i am not able to start vehicle. You know, he told he will send the Broke-down person who fixes the vehicle to start. And Finally he came & fixed. Coming Soon..I never thought that they give one more shock to me. After give service person, he called after 2 days and said the battery has gone. OK, fine replace (charges: 1500). As the new battery is having warrant, y, i am fine. Next day he called again, saying that wiring was bitten by a rat because of which indicators not working. I took the vehicle and using indicators. To fix that 3600. Shcoked!!! and no warranty on his service. Total (1500 + 3600 + 500 (service charge)) : 5600/-.. Are you Kidding.. the vehicle is around 1 yr, 4 months old, all services got done and in this service 5600/-. He want to help me, so the suggestion he gave was to sell in second hand and also says that this vehicle is not having re-sale value but this was told by Mahindra Service person.

                                Dear Mahindra, You know the only reason to buy Mahindra is to encourage Indian products. I am having activa which is 5 years old and i never spent that much money in last five years. You guys don't deserve in local market. and Truly, because brands like you only India products are under valued. I am going to circulation this entire story in social media. Imagine if a person spent his hard earned money in getting bike, and within short span of time he need to pay more that 10% of the vehicle cost for servicing.

                                  Dear sir
                                  I purchsed mahindra gusto scooter hx model from jmd dealer at tilak nagar new delhi on 6th march 2015. On 18th march 2016 when i was coming back from my office, it suddenly stopped running, i tool it to jmd automobiles for get it checked, they told me that no engine oil is there and due to that engine is seized and kept my scooter for 10 days for changing the parts.
                                  This is a shear negligence from company and dealer that within 370 kms of running this happened.
                                  I want my total amount back otherwise need a brand new scooter.
                                  Please tell me how can u help me in that.
