[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Cancellation charges much higher than mentioned

I had booked a return flight from delhi to cochin and the travel agent who had booked the ticket had taken Rs 36000 for the tickets. The booking IDs are NF[protected] and NF[protected]. I had ‪to cancel my flights due to some unforeseen circumstances and the amount I have been told that will be returned to me is approx Rs 14, 500 which means that the agent or MMT have taken Rs 22, 000 as cancellation amount. This is not acceptable. I have checked the terms and conditions mentioned on the tickets and it says that the charges would be Rs 2500 (max) per ticket per sector. Please help.
