Transfer Rs600/- to MMT Wallet without my approval

I booked the air ticket vide booking ID: NF[protected]. Due to my domestic problem The ticket were cancelled. Out of total paid amount of Rs 13527/- MMTrip refund only Rs5028/-. More surprisingly they deducted Rs600/- towards MMT Wallet without my approval. Partial refund not received for booking ID NP2803141879009

Hello MMT Rs 32819/- was charged on 14th FEB and Rs 10728/- was credited on 4th March ( in march statement) There was nothing credited in April's statement Rs 11372/- was credited on 27th April. No refund for 3 bookings

There are 3 bookings I made in the last couple of weeks which were canceled and this has resulted in failure on Makemytrip’s part to issue refunds. In one case, the cancellation charges MMT showed on the site at the time of cancelation were nearly half of what I was actually charged. Is cheating consumers and nobody is taking any action against them

Makemytrip is cheating by taking payment and then confirming booking has failed. Refund would take 3-14 days and their service centre does not answer calls and keeps you waiting for nearly an hour. And then when you complete the online complaint form, you get a message “oops we are facing some difficulties”. But still nobody calls you even though they have a faulty system.
My question is all over the world online booking...
