Dear Makemy Trip Team -

in below email communication of regarding our failed booking amount is not refundable till time its almost 15 days back do the needful urgent basis.-

mr . deep this is to inform you that we have regular customer of Makemy trip and almost we have done more then 100 journey for makemy trip -

when we have try to book our flight in BOM to Banglore date of 24 oct there is three transaction is our account but i dont know how to failed our booking but every time our amount should be deduct 4465 in three time total is 13395 and after two days credit our account only 8930. now its pending our amount is 4465 to till date please refund our amount on urgent basis.

      I had booked hotel through mmt in hotel lemon tree banjara hills hyderabad for check in on 06/11/2021 and check out on 07/11/2021 by paying rs 2285, they changed it to day use (check in on 0611 and checkout on 06/11) at their end .When i tried to contact them they said it was done at my end.I tried to modify that booking even though it was mistake of mmt by paying rs 2395.Even after that booking remained for day use only.I tried to contact customer care they ensured initially that they will the amount and will change the booking for night use, but after that neither they modified the booking nor refunded the amount even after several calls to customer care.As i was stuck outstation with my family i had to pay additional 1000 to hotel to let them allow me to stay in the night.I want full refund and compensation for hardship and mental torcher faced by my family and me.

        I have not given hotel room as per my booking. Amenities are not as per booking. No mineral water, no sanitizer, no sofa, no dental kit, flush not working, no flooring.

          Hotel Booking Id- NH[protected]
          I was denied check-in by the hotel stating that rooms are not available.
          I have called MMT support three times for refund. Was told that someone will call me back, haven’t recieved any call yet.
          Kindly look into the matter and initiate refund at the earliest.

            Hi, I registered with [protected]@gmail.com on MakeMyTrip.com but they transfer my fund on [protected]@yahoo.com. and now I can't change my email on makemytrip it's very irritating why can't they use phone number account which is same I need my money this is proper fraud

              Madam/ Dear Sir

              In connection to the above subject, I state that, I booked a Swiss-Paris package from MakeMyTrip in 2019 (Ref ID: NL[protected]. Further, I had shown each and every document of mine to visa assistance official from Makemytrip, before submission; he should have pointed out errors, if any. Now you can't say that my set of documents was erroneous as it was already checked by visa assistance official.
              Secondly, I am sure that there are no glitches in my set of documents (presented by me).
              Also, as my flight tickets of Oman air were refundable, as acknowledged by visa official that these flight details are only for visa purpose and not final because I was assured of getting Air India tickets for my travel. Also my hotel confirmation vouchers were only for visa purposes and not final as assured by visa assistance official in mail and I was assured of Hotel Marriott for my stay in France.
              Needless to say, I should be refunded my booking amount. In this entire process I have lost my hard earned money amounting to Rs. 85000 and not got even a single penny as refund, even though I was continuously communicating the details over emails and phone calls. There was no help from the end of MakeMyTrip whatsoever.

              You are hereby requested to kindly look into the matter with a humanitarian consideration and arrange for a partial refund, especially in these tough covid times.

                  I had booked ticket of train no 52598( Joyride round trip) from makemytrip.com. on 25/9/21. The PNR [protected] of irctc and train booking no NR[protected] of makemytrip. Now, when I am trying to cancel my ticket, it is not getting cancelled from my IRCTC id and neither it is showing in my make my trip account.

                    Myself and my wife travelled in kumari express from Chennai to kaliyakkavilai on the 2nd of November 2021, the bus personal didn't drop us at the destination instead they dropped us 30kms before the destination without even making any arrangement for our further travel, we spent 1200inr for a taxi to reach the destination. Moreover the bus condition was really bad (Wiper was not working and old bus) and the bus was delayed by 6 hours.

                    As I am a regular customer of make my trip I made my complaint under the ticket id[protected]. But I didn't get any response from them but they closed the query as resolved without doing anything. And I further tried to contact MMT but I couldn't as most of the numbers are not working and customer care numbers are not connecting to customer care executive.

                    Please take the mater seriously and find me a solution.

                        Every online service portal that allows user account creation should also have an option to delete the same. This is the basic requirement of a privacy policy.

                        MakeMyTrip blatantly violates this policy, and continues to use user-data.

                        I want MakeMyTrip to immediately shut down my account, and create an easily accessible option on their website to delete user accounts.

                              I am using mmt from last 5 years. presently the services detoriated the most. why they are charging the convenience fee?? there is no support from mmt. i had booked ticket and there is change in timing from the flight and while trying to connect mmt they are unresponsive. the only computer assistance is there with limited options. even the numbers given in the sites are in switched-off condition.

                                Self booked a sedan(or equivalent) car for a journey fm digha(westbengal) to my home at 70a, geetanjali park, kalikapur, kolkata-99 on 26th october, 2021, time of journey 1130hrs.The car was booked by my bandhan bank ATM card on26th of October, 2021.The trip was scheduled for 29th October 2021. But on 29th October car came after 1200hrs n it was Indica.The same was reported to yr representative Mr Rahul.It was informed to me that a compensation of Rs 500/- to be paid to me.But till today compensation money was not received by my bank.kdly cfm.                                   Our flight was at 7.45 pm on Nov 4 Th. But the flight was rescheduled at 6.25 am on Nov 4. We were totally unaware of this.they neither msged or called us to inform this. We came to know this only after reaching airport. Due to urgency, we booked Vistara flight by paying 10000 per person and reached Bangalore….we lost 40000 rupees for 4 persons….we need this money back now as this mistake is totally happened from their side.

                                  When we called the agent of make my trip (Ms. Soma Mitra) who used call us every day before our trip, didn’t pick our call and infact blocked our number. One time when she took the call, she told that she is not the concerned person. Is this the way of guiding a trip???? We are adults, somehow we can manage the situation…. But what about the elders who don’t know how to book again?? So hope u will take this issue serious and refund our money which we lost around 40000 for 4 persons…..

                                    I booked a ticket from Bangalore to canda via frankfurt in make my trip yesterday.
                                    When i checked with the airlines Air canada they confirmed any passengers having transit via frankfurt will not be allowed. Why is the ticket available.. If the covid restrictions don't make it possible why is the ticket available

                                      I called the number of the bus operator from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm but his number was getting switched off and I also had another number which I got from makemytrip, I also called on that too switch was coming off the bus did not come to our boarding point then we traveled by another bus i want my money refund

                                        I had booked a train Ngp Pune AC spl (02114) and DOJ 29/10/21 on make my trip having booking id NR[protected]. The train got cancelled by IRCTC on 27th oct 21. IRCTC had messaged that my money will be refunded within 2_3 days. The refund is still pending from make my trip. As i had booked my ticket from MAKE MY TRIP APP, the money should be refunded by make my trip. Kindly refund the money which is pending since long.
