I made a booking for del-cok and return .after the payment confirmation came to know that wrong date was pick by system.actual travel date was 23 but mistakenly taken 22.immediately contacted makemytrip but the agent was not at all cooperating and was not able to do that.try to solve the issue or else will never again book with makemytrip.track my booking history for reference and how many bookings I have made with you.booking ref

    Hi

    I had booked Indigo flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for 9 th January 2022 and due to technical reason airlines cancelled the flight.Subsequntly I cancelled the booking logging into airlines website and refund status is 'refunded' to the agent(Make my trip).Again I raised refund request logging into make my trip website wherein the status is 'after approval from the airlines the request to be processed' and expected date is 14th to 19th Dec.Here my question is if airlines is confirming that the amount is already credited to agent, why such ambiguity.My PNR No is IndiGo Itinerary - PRLQV

        My Go First flight from COK to BLR was cancelled by Airlines on Nov 10th. Partial refund was not received from Make My Trip stating I have cancelled the journey. Again the return flight on Nov 16th was cancelled by Go First from BLR to COK. I have selected the right option to get a partial refund for only the BLR to COK flight, but Make my Trip went ahead and cancelled the complete flight from Port Blair to Bangalore and Bangalore to COK. When checked with Go First they said Make My Trip initiated the complete cancellation and amount is already refunded to Make My Trip. But when checking in the Make my Trip App I received SMS and email stating No Refund in applicable for me. I had to book a flight from Port Blair to Bangalore on double rates and I have not received a refund for both my flights which was cancelled by the Airlines. I don't see any option to contact Make my Trip Customer care through call or Email and never received any call back as well. I lost a significant amount of money just because I booked through Make My Trip. I'm So frustrated that I do not see any option to contact them though email or call to request for a refund.

          It was raining heavily in Bangalore on[protected]. For every step it was taking minimum 5 minutes telling us to wait as there is network issue. I had to book Bangalore-Poona tickets for 5th Jan 2022 and Poona-Bangalore for 9th Jan 2022 for 15 passengers in Indigo only. I covered all of them by attempting 7 times spanning over 7 hours. It was a horrible experience to sit in front of laptop for 7 hours. It was against Ticket ID NF[protected].ETicket, for 4 passengers with name Rohini and 3 others, even though I had selected Indigo for both ways, like all other tickets, the System had done selection to Air Asia for onward Journey and Go First for return. This I came to know after I made payment thinking that it was on Indigo as selected. I had to cancel entire thing and rebook. I lost Rs. 15, 894 for no fault of mine. Same thing happened with Ticket IDNF[protected].ETicke for Rajeshwari. The System erroneously selected Go air for both ways. Here again I lost Rs. Rs. 3, 473. All other Tickets are intact amidst of Network Hide and seek game. I therefore request MakeMyTrip for a full refund of money in both the cases, as it was your System error. From selection to payment, every time it has taken minimum 1 hour for each booking.

            I booked a FLT Ticket from MakeMyTrip India Website with a
            Booking ID: NF[protected] and Airlines PNR No: I4TYQV by Go-First Airlines for Sector-Hyderabad to Bangalore, Non-Stop FLT (Date of Travel[protected] for a family of four. Yesterday I got a call from a person claiming to be Go-First representative, informing me that Airlines had cancelled the FLT due to some operational issues (not disclosed). He asked me whether I prefer to to have a refund of fare or Alternate FLT which multiple Stops. I told him that I need an officials mail confirmation or SMS message to act on the same.
            Today I called up MMT Customer care and explained the issue. The CS Representative contacted Go-First Airlines and informed that Airlines is not willing to give arrange for a Direct FLTs from 21st to 24th Nov, so the option is only to cancel the ticket. I opted for cancellation with a condition that Airlines shall pay a ticket amount published for same date 21st Nov. Airlines declined to refund the current fare and was ready to refund only the amount which is paid at the time of booking.
            Since FLT cancellation is not initiated by me or Govt rules or any other Force Majeure conditions, why I should bare the loss of escalation of Airfare?
            I got a mail from Make My trip Customer Support executive stating that My FLT is cancelled by Airlines and on my request they checked with Airlines to refund the amount which is equivalent to current day ticket fare or arrange for alternate non-stop FLT in the same sector on[protected] or a following day. Airlines declined to entertain any of these requests and not yet sent an official communication to me about FLT cancellation.

              I have booked two rooms in shantivan resort valsad from
              12 th, december.2021 to 15 th december 2021 in the name of
              himanshui desai and kalpana desai.
              The said resort has denied the rooms bookin in our name
              asthey are foolly booked during that period.
              Where as you people have sent me confirm bookig voucher
              for the same for that period
              lease take up this matter with the resort and inform me as
              i am now strended as we have an important function to
              attend

                I was booking flight from Goa to New Delhi on 17 November 2018. As I am not a registered user, I simply entered my email and phone for flight booking. The amount of INR 4830 got deducted from my bank but it showed error on make my trip website. The transaction id is:UPI[protected]. There is no representative I can talk to nor any email id where I can complain. Very poor customer service. Still looking for my refund

                  My international flight from Mumbai- Dubai was cancelled by Spicejet.

                  When I raised a request with make my trip to refund my money they did not allow me to partially cancel my round trip flight, hence I had to cancel my Dubai- Mumbai flights as well.

                  On top of that they have charged MMT convenience fee and Airline cancellation fee of 12, 000 Rs for a flight cancelled by the airline.

                  The cherry on top is that they don't have a customer care number/helpline or email id to assist with your queries.

                      The return flight on Nov 4th at 7:45pm booked by MMT as a part of holiday package was fake and not even in Indigo flight schedule list. We had to book return flight from our side and had to struggle a lot. The relationship manager assigned to us Selvi George stopped picking up our calls and blocked our numbers. Didnot expect this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism from MakeMyTrip. we have sent many mails to customer support no reply from any regarding refund.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I am requesting my refund of money as I had booked a ticket on 03.11.2021 using MakeMyTrip app. The ticket invoice no. :- M06BS22I00491285, and booking ID :- NU[protected].
                          Travel date being 05.11.2021, I learnt after arriving at the bus stand that the Indo Canadian transport co., from Chandigarh to Ellenabad route that I booked my ticket for, was inoperative that day.
                          It's been more than 10 days and I haven't yet received my refund.
                          So I request to use the above information required for timely action at yours.

                            I have booked flight tickets with MakeMyTrip booking ID - NF2RKLKTVDN9CS564714.
                            But haven't received payment invoice of the transaction done. Even the download invoice button on app amd website is not working. What lind of service are they offering, they are not providing bill to the customer. I may have to think of taking legal action against them as it is illegal for company to refuse to provide invoice.

                              I booked a bus (Shree Kukke Travels) from MakeMyTrip on 7th November.
                              Boarding point : Shivamogga Bus Stand.
                              Time : 11:30pm.
                              While we reached Shivamogga Bus Stand, all it was a nightmare experience we had.
                              Problems :
                              1) When we reached, the bus was not present at the stand. Then a person came to us and said, the owner of the bus had sent different bus, so please board to Sri Balaji Travels Bus.
                              Then all the customer who was about to board Sree Kukke Travels, boarded Sri balaji Travels.
                              I called(Owner Number provided by MMT in the booking [protected]) the owner and confirmed, and the owner said to board to Sri Balaji Travels.

                              2) Due to this misunderstanding, all the travelers were in confusion and there was huge mess with the people who booked online and who came directly to the bus and boarded with some adjustments with the bus conductor.

                              After this issue was resolved, a big problem aroused.

                              3) The battery of the bus was completely down and out. It was the bus driver who kept his mobile for charging for the whole day, made the battery to drain and he eloped from the situation spot (A new bus driver came later, this is one more big nightmare which i will be explaining in the sequence).

                              Due to this battery issue, the bus was supposed to start by 11:30 pm then bus got delayed by 1hr. The bus operator took help of the mechanic(he came at 12am) and took the battery of other bus which is also sri balaji owned by the bus owner. The mechanic took the battery from other sri balaji bus and ignited the bus to just start. if the bus is off somewhere in the journey then there was no support for the passenger.

                              The bus operator said, we will drive the bus till arasikere(the stop which he bus driver choose for nature break), then the bus will automatically gets charged and we can reach bengaluru.
                              He was not sure, what if it gets switch off inbetween.

                              Then there was a lady who was a judge who called the police to look in to the incident. The police name was ashok ([protected]) who resolved the issue.

                              Then we started at 12:45am.

                              4) The new driver said, he slept for only 2hours due to his previous bus trip. He said he has no connection between the bus and him.
                              Some unknown person from kukke sri bus travels called him to drive the bus which really scared us to travel as he said, he did not had enough sleep.
                              Inevitably we had to travel as we have already boarded and the bus was in mid way between the road.
                              5) Later the big nightmare was, from the other bus which we took the battery to ignite our bus, he stopped in between to collect the bus battery which he gave us.
                              He was not ready to give the battery to us. It is obvious that no one wants to give the bus battery to anyone.
                              again the bus was stopped inbetween8km away from shimogga. It was a highway and there were no commute for us to go back to home and either the bus was not moving ahead as it was stopped inbetween.

                              Then the big quarrelling between the two bus started.

                              Then we requested the bus driver to drop us back to shivamogga bus stand as we decided to go back to home.

                              The he started abusing me and my wife. We did not argue back as we wanted to reach our home safe. so finally we called the shivamogga police station nearby, they said they will come for rescue but they did not turned up. the bus commuters were little generous so they asked the bus driver to drop us back to shivamogga bus station. then he dropped us and we went by auto to home.

                              Then i claimed that we did not travelled in MakeMyTrip feedback section and all the problems i explained in the feedback.
                              makemytrip is so generous that no one has contacted us and even when we called them, there is no response to talk to the customer care in person.

                              The bus owner called us on the same day night around 2:30am and said he will return our money and he has initiated it from his end. but make my trip is not initiating the refund.

                              Solution : I just need a refund of my money. When bus owner is ready and initiated it, why makemytrip is not giving us.

                                  I booked two connecting flights from Aizawl-Kolkata-Bengaluru on 8 April 2020 and was cancelled. I received the refunded amount to My Cash/Wallet of Make My Trip on different dates -

                                  1) 9 Nov 2020 - Rs. 3624/-
                                  2) 11 Nov 2020 - Rs. 3624/-
                                  3) 28 Mar 2021 - Rs. 3418/-
                                  4) 21 Apr 2021 - Rs. 3418/-.

                                  There was an option to transfer the refunded amount from My Wallet to Bank Account somehow similar to quick transfer payment of bank and I did the transaction on 30 Aug, 2021 which was shown as successful with transaction numbers as shown below on -

                                  3. NF[protected] - Rs. 3, 418/-

                                  However, the amount was never credited to my Bank Account till today. I am certain and confident that I have provided correct banking information as I double and cross checked every detail during the time of transaction and also check my banking transactions frequently. I called the customer service and was no help. They don't intend to address the actual problem I am facing and stick to the state that the refund was already processed and also closed the issue (Complain Ticket ID:[protected].

                                        I booked my train on 10 Nov -21 and soon i cancelled it . It was written that I will get my refund within 2 days . But i haven't received yet . My booking no.
