    MMT team,
    I have booked a round trip of Delhi to Kandla for September 26 & October 01, 2021 with booking ID NF [protected]. Due to operational fault my flight got cancelled from kandla to Delhi for October for which I put refund request and received Rs 5082 in my MMT wallet. I have processed to credit it my original account but till date I didn't receive any amount and further it is showing on app that my request has been resolved and closed.
    Look into this matter asap otherwise I need to take a legal action against this forgery.

      I had booked following air tickets through MakeMyTrip:

      Airlines had subsequently cancelled above flights due to countrywide lockdown implemented by Central Government. We came to understand from Indigo and Spicejet that they have already credited the ticket amount to Makemytrip.
      We have so far not received this refund despite repeated escalations to Makemytrip. Please help.

        Our Mahabaleswar trip was very nice. Hotel Bella Vista, MMT Vehicle and Driver were good. Only on the second day of our trip That’s Friday in the evening, we did not receive proper supply of hot water to have a bath in cold climate. We called housekeeping twice, then called reception, they send a person to find out but with no result. Then I myself went personally and met the manager. He just said sorry and made arrangement of two buckets of water. In the bathroom only one bucket was available, so once they got 1st bucket of hot water, we were needing another bucket to dilute the water. As he got the 1st bucket of hot water, immediately asking for another bucket to pour the 2nd bucket of hot water, which was quite impossible to give, so we told them to get another bucket of hot water. After that they did not turn up which was really shocking as they being in service industry. Our evening got wasted because of their negligence. I don’t know the logic behind one bucket for four people. How many times to call regarding the same issue, they should have made proper arrangement, when we paid such exorbitant amount for the forest duplex room. The second day when we left the message at the reception asking manager to meet, he did not turn up, very poor service. MMT as tour operator should look in this matter and compensate us for their pathetic service on that day.

        With such kind of service, we planning trip with MMT in near future is a big question mark and what kind of point should we give on scale of 1 to 10……...??????.

        Sumon our Relation manager, asking to find out the information on our own by telling us that on the voucher phone numbers are given, check out with them. She should have given proper information as well as clear all our doubts from her end, the way you do Ranjana, that’s called hospitality of the customer. Very happy the way you deal with your customer. Fully satisfied. Your rating scale will be 10.

          Booked Wood palace hotel, Kodaikanal last week in make my trip and the amount was deducted too. When we reached Kodaikanal with family in the night. The hotel people denied to give rooms as they were telling no rooms available. Contacted makemytrip customer care, they were not able to do anything. Then with the family & small childrens roamed the city in the mid-night & found a hotel around 1.45am. This incident spoiled my entire trip to kodaikanal. Very very poor experience from make my trip & the hotel people. Moreover, make my trip customer care people (Farhan, Vishal & Syed) assured that the y will give 3000rs worth Voucher as a compensation, but today no amount received. Regarding this approached customer care many time no response. So pls don't believe them. They give only false commitment.

            I have booked a Dubai package (03Oct-08Oct) from MakeMyTrip website in September 2021 costed 1, 79, 700 rupees. Upon booking i was assigned with a Customer relationship manager named Bhanu. They promised that, will provide everything that is mentioned in the Tour package itinerary along with proper Guidance and support. My tour date was 03Oct from Hyderabad to Dubai and end on 08Oct. Due to some personal issues i could not able to catch the flight and for the rescheduling of Flight, i called more than 10 times to my relationship manager and they all are left unanswered. My flight was scheduled at 10:30am, so I raised a cancellation request of my tour package and someone called and said i will not receive a single rupee back as tour date is already started. So I asked for a reschedule of flight as same Airlines flight is available at the night of same day. But they said cant support you on this and i have to book an entirely a new tickets by myself. So i had to book an entirely new tickets leaving first 2 tickets in vain. 2nd set of 2 tickets costed me extra 1Lac. Its a complete waste of money for me. So i have no other way and i booked for another flight scheduled at 11:40PM on 03Oct same day and boarded the flight. I was thinking that everything will be okay in dubai. After reaching dubai i was being charged with 50 AED (1030rs in INR ) as tourism charges by the Lodge, without paying that amount i will not be allowed into the room they said, it was no where mentioned in the package. But i payed the 50 AED and got into the room. In the morning from provided KIT in the Airport by MMT, 3 things are missing. 1)Hygiene kit, 2)MMT food and shopping vouchers and 3)Global village Event tickets along with 2 way transport. So i raised the same with them when i was in dubai. They said
            1)Hygiene kit is not availabe, 2)MMT food and shopping vouchers are discontinued and 3)Global village Event is not opened yet at that time and refund of 150 AED will be provided for that. My point is if it was not opened why did you charge me for the same. If they are not available and discontinued why did you include them in my package. It was a complete spoiled trip for me. Upon reaching india i raised this issue with Customer support of MakeMyTrip and after 10 days they said will provide the refund of 150 AED ( 3000 rs in INR). But they sent 2498rs in the MMT wallet which is no use for me. Even after multiple followups no response from them. Because of the MakeMyTrip, it was a complete disappointment for me, i Lost 1 Lac rupees, time and gone through lot of pain and worry. I demand a necessary compensation from the company.

            I want 150 AED ( 3000 INR ) to be transferred to my Creditcard.
            The complaints of consumers which do not produce the evidences, for example:-
            - full invoice 1.5-2.0MB
            - record of the of the telecommunication (phone call)
            - the place and participant of the events
            - expectations of the consumer from the service provider
            are not of difficulties of management, but not understood.

              I'm not able to pay my remaining balance to complete the flight booking and it is always showing error as attached for your reference. Help me out to pay my remaining balance.
              And I didn't find any customer service portal in your mmt app which is very disgusting. Please help me out ASAP

              This is the error was shown while making payment

              To change the staff, but if the Manager General or the Director is in constant absentee status,
              to liquidate the useless provider and to start using the reliable provider is the cheapest way
              for the consumer everywhere in the markets.

                I booked my ticket through my yahoo mail [protected]@yahoo.com but makemytrip app registered me with gmail. Now they transfered my cancelled booking money to my yahoo mail which I'm unable to login and access my wallet they just harassing me with no issue. I want my money into my gmail account wallet [protected]@gmail.com.
                MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Such type of complaints are unclear as no documents are seen:-
                - name of passenger,
                - e-ticket
                - e-ticket / receipt for the pet
                - boarding passes, which show flight number and date+time
                - prove of loss (examle, you have bought an item in addition), if you have it.
                - place / time / airport where the incident had happned
                - what was the exact falt of the air carrier.

                If you need the compensation in rupees,
                you need to submit the correct complaint with the exact requesites,
                description of the facts,
                attached documents of loss, if you have it and the exact request (I want xxx rupees due to ...).
                The air carrier has 15 days for the decision on the compensation or for its refusal
                following the receipt of the correct complaint.
                Note, it is useless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same service provider.

                All disputes of 15 days length following the correct complaint are subject of the examination by Indian court.
                The expected expenses for legal assistance can be:
                - government fees [ from 2500 rupees ],
                - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [from 10000 rupees for your case, if in India]
                The court shall award the proved losses, moral compensation, paid fees by the final decision.

                I am not associated with the above air carrier / government.

                  We had booked the tickets to Hongkong but the flights were cancelled due to unrest in Hongkong of Booking Id: NN[protected].
                  We are still waiting for the refund and response from MMT. Indigo states that the booking under PNR MK6T7A was canceled and they have processed you a full refund of INR 41, 296 to the virtual ID of the travel agency on 15th August 2019 so kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency/portal used for making the reservation to claim a further refund.
                  But we have not received any refund from MMT in spite of multiple complaints.

                  It has been a very long time.

                  Seeking your revert on asap basis.

                    I booked a flight ticket on makemytrip for hyderabd -kochi for november 12 2021 with PNR M9TFHG on flight G8 - 506.

                    two days later, i was informed by goair airlines that the flight was cancelled and that i had apply for a refund through the ticketing agent makemytrip. they also recorded my request for cancellation and confirmed.

                    i raised a request for cancellation on makemytrip and received confirmation that my request was being processed.

                    to may utter dismay, i received a reply today morning that the flight was NOT cancelled and my request for cancellation was not processed and that i had not turned for boarding.

                    when i checked with goair airlines immediately, they told that the flight was indeed cancelled and the my request was already recorded.

                    the response from makemytrip was a completely reckless and unchecked answer. there cannot be anything worse expected from a ticketing service.

                    here are the two messages received from the airlines:

                    First Message:
                    Dear GO FIRST Flyer, we are delighted to confirm your booking. Your PNR is M9TFHG for your flight G8 - 506 departing on 12 Nov at 1930 hrs from HYD to COK(Terminal 1). Pls report 2 hrs(Domestic Travel), 3 hrs(International Travel) prior to departure for check-in.

                    Second Message:
                    [10:11, 11/11/2021] Nagaraju Malyala: Dear GO FIRST Flyer! We would like to inform you that your PNR M9TFHG on flight G8-506 on 12Nov'21 from HYD to COK has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You may call us on[protected] /[protected], up to 2 hours prior to departure for any changes.

                    upon receiving the second message, i called the airline and rechecked that the flight was cancelled. i asked them to process the cancellation.

                    makemytrip make such serious blunders and does not have the courtesy to own the mistake.

                    moreover, there is no way to write them a mail and even their replies are in the noreply mode

                      I had booked a ticket and after entering my UPI pin they said the booking failed. But after i checked my bank balance, 1929 rs was debited from my account for the ticket.
                      And since then, there have been no response from anywhere.
                      I informed my bank but they said since its UPI transaction only the service providers can refund it which is makemytrip app.
                      So please refund my amount asap.

                          I made a booking for 17 minutes "Helicopter Scenic Tour Dubai" with Make My Trip. We had this booking on 20th Oct 2021. On the day, there was a mail from vendor (tiqets.com) regarding cancellation of our booking. Irespective of the inconvenience caused for last moment cancellations, when we tried contacting Make My Trip, regarding refund for the services not received. Shared all the required details with the Customer Care Executive Mr. Hari Kishan, but till time there is no resolution, no refund from there end. Please help !

                            Booking ID NN[protected], done on 14th october 2021, return flight ticket of turkish airlines through make my trip,
                            the airline is ready to give full refund for the cancelled flights, but mmt is refunding jut the base ticket fare which unfare. i tried calling all there helpline nos. but of no use as all are automated response and of no use in this case.
                            i even tried to book another airline flights but even that option is not available.
                            in such difficult times how a person fetch so much amount unnecessarily? or they want to punish gullible customers for booking with them?

                              I had cancelled train ticket booking I'd NR [protected], PNR [protected] and though the MMT refund status showing that the amount Rs 4640 is processed and credited, it'snot reflected in my source account, please let me know the reason and tentative time till when it will get resolved.Its very frustrating to check the account all the time.

                              Due to cancellation of Indigo flight 6E-368 on 9 th Jan 2022, PNR- PRLQVX by airline I cancelled my booking directly through airline and they have already refunded to MMT as per refund status. I have again raised refund through MMT and it's been shown that after airline approval refund will be processed. Please let me know the tentative time till when it will get resolved and reflected in my source account.

                                I’m trying to contact make my trip customer care for the invoice of my journey booked on their app. The kind of service makemy trip is giving is very worst & when you will try to call their toll free number you will never be able to reach them to solve your problem. I booked my ticket through makemytrip booling id is NF[protected]. I have not received invoice bill of ticket fare. As I am trying to contact their customer care, I’m not able to reach them. I am still struggling for my bill as I have to claim that bill but due to their poor customer response I may lose 53000/- Rs.

                                  I had booked Shivam BNB Hostel, Goa on 7th Nov, 2021 for a 2 day stay from 30th Dec 2021 to 1st Jan 2022. It showed booking failed but deducted Rs. 3850 from my account. I tried booking again but same thing happened, deducted my money again. After some time i got 2 messages about my booking confirmation for same dates. I tried complaining via twitter but no response has been there so far.
                                  Please refund my amounts for both the bookings (Rs. 3850 + Rs 3840)
