FIRSTLY, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I HAVE CALLED 7-8 TIMES, BUT NO ONE SHOWED PRO-ACTIVENESS TO SUPPORT, EVERYONE WANTS JUST SALES.
IS THAT YOUR ADVERTISED FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE???
I had booked 2 international flights on 11th October 2021 through MMT website. These were return DOHA-DELHI-DOHA.

Booking 1- For Priya Mittal and Ayush Mittal
Booking 2- For Gaurav Mittal
Both the bookings failed, but I was charged full amount of Rs 87556/- (QAR 4285.30). I paid through Diner's Club credit card.
No booking reference number was showing, but the amount was fully charged.
I contacted your customer care on 12th October 2021 for help and for re-booking the failed flights. Ms. ANJALI SINGH helped me out in providing information. SHE CONFIRMED THAT THE BOOKINGS HAVE FAILED DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR AND THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED AND THAT THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS.
Trusting her word, I decided to ask for a new booking. She immediately booked the tickets and sent me link for payment. I fortunately got busy that day and could not make the payment. She again called me next day to follow up. Meanwhile, I decided that let the previous amount be returned first and then I will ask her to book the tickets.
IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS NOW AND NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE CHECKED WITH MY BANK AS WELL.
Today, I contacted your great customer care (+[protected] times in 15-20 mins. Firstly, there is NO OPTION for a failed booking without booking reference number in your menu. When I got in touch with your sales/helpline team, they said they will transfer to concerned department, and then the call was redirected to main menu and it got disconnected automatically. Another time, the gentleman said THERE IS NO PROVISION OF MONEY REFUND...GREAT ANSWER!!!
I got annoyed and recalled and asked to transfer to Ms. Anjali Singh. The call was again put on hold for 8 mins and no answer was given.
IS THIS THE SERVICE QUALITY AND STANDARD OF YOUR COMPANY???
KINDLY MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT BACK IMMEDIATELY AND PLZ ASK SOME SENIOR PERSON TO CONTACT ME AND GIVE A RESPONSIBLE PROPER REPLY WITH CONFIRMATION/REFERENCE NUMBER FOR REFUND.
