On 21-Jan-20, I booked two international tickets (for me & my wife) on Makemytrip (“MMT”) website from Mumbai to Denver (USA) on British Airways (“BA”) departing on 3rd May, 2020 and return on 27th July, 2020. I have been struggling with the cancellation of my ticket for a long time and when I reached out to makemytrip customer care, there was no option to talk to your agent.

Cannot be done online since cancellation is within 24 hrs of booking and need full refund instead of standard refund showing on your website. I have been a long time customer with MMT and it's a shame to get such bad customer response....

I tried booking flight tickets from Ranchi to Kolkata on 5th October 2021. The booking failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I did not receive any message regarding the same.

Kindly contact me and initiate the refund....

I tried to book tickets from their site, an amount of 5479 already deducted from my bank account but booking failed .
There’s no option i can contact them, tried several time but no luck .
Please help me to get my money asap and take a legal action against them ....

I was booking tickets from this airline regularly. But about 2 months back some how I am not able to book tickets. the page upto selecting seats and food appears but after that there is no button to go to next page or refresh. This has resulted in me trying other sites....

When we call exting booking cc they pickup the call and says hello then disconnect it

I have made a round trip flight booking from Kochi to Maldives through makemytrip. One flight was spicejet and the other was indigo. The spicejet flight for cancelled by airlines. When I tried for refund initiation my return flight also got cancelled by makemytrip.

I have made booking for the varanasi trip on 1st Oct 2021 via Go Flight G8 404 scheduled at 6:00 AM. but, without any call, you have rescheduled at 17:30. This is cheating, i booked early morning flight to attend medical workshop on ventilation. This is so wrong, what would i do after even over.
I reached at 4: 00 AM at airport, then it being told to me it is cancelled and rescheduled...

Hey makemytrip, i just booked two bus tickets to manali through your app and RS. 2979 has been deducted from my bank a/c but makemytrip shows transaction failed..Now please give my refund quick....

My payment debited from bank account for Rs. 4906. For hotel lemon tree. But room booking message is received. And no email also available....

I have booked the hotel ticket for October 6th 2021 for the amount INR 3, 510. However, it has been debited twice from the account and MMT app is not showing anything on it, and customer care reps are not responding.
Have shared the bank statement, wherein it shows it has been debited twice. I have checked with the HDFC bank, and they have confirmed the amount has been successfully credited to MMT account twice.

MMT is not giving back my money nor are they changing the date of my flight travel
