Hi Team I have a bus booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad on November 12th with Tsrtc booked from makemytrip.

Bus got canceled due to some issue and we shifted to new and bus and took ticket by paying again.

As per the discuss I will get refund in 7 working days as of now no response and bus operator not received cancelation mail as well.

Tried to contact them by customer executive only IVR Response. Can you please arrange a call back to me to get it resolved ASAP.

    Non reporting of cab

    I was charged fulll amount for airport drop from Nagasandra to international airport as per following message.

    I have locked the flight fares by paying 499rs 1 weeks ago round trip from indore - chennai . Today is the last date to book the flights and after today 499rs will not be refundable. But now the MMT site is not working and I can't book it. I would have to lose 499rs because of their technical issues. Please resolve or refund my amount.

      I was trying to book hotel, to complet it I had proceed the payment but no booking showing and the amount has been deducted. kindly find the transaction details. Refund the amoun as early as possible.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        I got three seats booked in train on 13/11/2021 from Barely to Khanna. But you sought apology by saying that you had not been able to process the refund (I'd NR[protected]) due to some technical error and promised to refund due amount Rs. 544.

        Now I am really very sorry to say that you did not refund that amount. Legally, you are bound to refund. But your delay is unwanted and undesirable. I hope you will refund that small amount without further delay. I also attached the screen short of that email which you send me. Find the attachment below. I am waiting for your reply on priority basis.

          I did Hotel booking of 2 Rooms at Hotel Katra Grand (Katra, Vaishno Devi) through Makemytrip on 1st November, 2021. Check in Was scheduled on 19th November, 2021.

          But due to Train cancellation (photo enclosed of IRCTC Message dated 17th Nov.), I had to withdraw my plan for Vaishno Devi, as my parents are diabetic and they could not travel by bus due to their washroom problem.

          Hence, applied for Hotel cancellation on the same day i.e 17th November but still there is no refund.

          Makemytrip misguide people through their false claim/ advertisement that they have zero deduction policy for last minute cancellation. I am highly disappointed with this. Have already written to them but no fruitful response.

              I booked 10 days hotel through MakeMyTrip with Booking ID: NH[protected] but even after 36 hours, booking shows as "Hotel Confirmation Awaited" and I don't have any control to amend or cancel the booking as it mentions :

              "PNR generation for your booking is in progress. It may take a few minutes to generate the PNR. All call to actions will be available once PNR is generated."

              As per current situation, I am not sure if my booking is confirmed from Hotel and not allowed to cancel the tickets also. Tried calling customer care but automated call responses does not allow to human agent and point towards website or app which is not helping.

              I can cancel hotel by 26th December 2021 to get full refund and after that I am not going to receive any amount, if I cancel. I am worried and it seems a scam to me as MMT does not allow to cancel the ticket because of their PNR generation process. Today is 25th December 2021 and want to report it before I duped by them.

              Completely unprofessional behavior from MMT. Tried reaching FB, Twitter, email and call but no resolution till now.

              Even after 72 hours, I did not get any response from MakeMyTrip about my booking status. Tried reaching their staff in all possible ways but no luck. Its hard to reach their customer service team. They have taken full booking amount and now my travel dates are near by. Hotel prices have increased and not sure if my booking is confirmed or not. Totally unprofessional behavior from MMT.

              No response from MakeMyTrip even after 5 days. I verified it directly with hotel and as per them there is no hotel booking with booking ID provided and not even with my name. It seems kind of trap to hold the customer money and not refund. I would request to take legal action against such act. There is no way to reach out to them and if you get lucky, you may receive automated message that "Our agent is getting this validated. Please wait for 24-48 hours." and then cycle continues.

              No resolution provided by MakeMyTrip even after 8 days. I am getting same scripted response of 24-48 hours. Booking was not confirmed with hotel and PNR was not generated for Booking ID. They are answerable for keeping my money and not returning back. I am planning to reach out them legally as requesting them is not helping.

                I had a ticket for udaipur to bangalore flight on 19 November and due to bad weather conditions Spicejet cancelled the flight in that case as per the rules I should get full refund but I didn't get full refund . The ticket costed me 8452 rs but they transferred me only 1500 rs. I contacted to Spicejet they said they have processed my airline fare to make my trip but I didn't get full refund from make my trip. They don't have any customer care and they are not even replying on Twitter and email

                    This is regarding the refund of the flight ticket Cancellation (Booking ID -NN[protected] which was made on April 20, 2019 from Amsterdam to Bangalore. I have made several calls for the same to get an update and the response that I had received was that it would take around 30 to 45 days for the refund to be processed. As of now it has already crossed 2.9 days and still I do not see any action taken care from your end. I still don't see any action taken from 'MakeMyTrip' side for the same and have the worst customer service ever.

                    Amount expected to be refund is around 18000 INR.
                    The Jet Airways flight from Amsterdam to Bangalore got canneclled as they stopped the service. My friends who have booked directly with Jet Airways have received proper refund of their tickets. I was betrayed by MakeMyTrip and they still vague, lame reasons and stop the refund process. I have booked the tickets from MakeMyTrip so its their responsibility to return the money when the flights gets cancelled.

                    Please help with this request. I have been following up on this for more than 33 months now and exhausted. this is my final attempt and if this doesn't work I have look forward to take this taken care legally.

                      Dear concern

                      This mail is regarding my one transaction on ur portal on 1 nov for booking on Taj hotel lakefront, bhopal thru my American express credit card. Their are 3 transactions done for same detail of booking. 1st transaction got failed but my payment got deducted. 2nd and 3rd transaction booked( one booking had been cancelled due to duplicate booking and booking amount received after cancellation).

                      Details are below-

                      Now my credit card statement shows that the failed transaction amount did not reverted from MMT into my Credit card and when i connected with them they asked me to get in touch with you for failed transaction reversal.

                      Kindly do the needful.

                        My friend and I went through an enormous trauma and pain while trying to take this journey from Rishikesh to Delhi (Invoice and details attached). First of all the bus was late by an hour at the bus stop. After the bus arrives we come to know that the bus is not the one which we booked for (RSI travels) but some other third class local sleeper(Crown - Images attached), on enquiring with the vendor as to what's going on he says you have to take this bus only or you can cancel the same. Standing in the middle of nowhere at 11 pm in the night we agreed to take the ### bus, but the bus driver leaves us. The vendor asks us to take a cab and catch the bus at Haridwar, we take a cab from our own pocket figuring out there's nothing else to do and board the bus at Haridwar, only to figure out 10 mins after boarding the bus that seats assigned to us are booked by someone else, and there's a huge argument with the other people who had booked the seats, the driver leave us in the middle of nowhere at 12 pm near Haridwar. Standing with my friend in the middle of nowhere at 12 pm in the night I tried to make an emergency CALL TO makemytrip only to figure out that your call CENTERs are closed.

                        First of all, refund my booking amount and compensation for the additional charges that we incurred at the last minute. Second, Remove RSI travels from your platform. Depending on your response I will decide If I need to take some legal action against both RSI travels and Makemytrip

                          I have processed for a Flight booking from Bhubaneswar (BBI) to Mumbai (BOM) for 24th November, 2021 through your web portal. While processed for booking, I had selected the First Row Window Seat (4F) for which an additional amount of Rs. 1000/- was added to the Ticket price of Rs. 5, 382/- and accordingly I paid Rs. 6, 382/- in total for the booking of my ticket under Booking ID: NF7QJ0T6J1IZYJU24284 and PNR Y2607.

                          Amount credited to MMT but booking failed

                          I was booking a hotel on 23rd Nov from MMT, at the payment gateway the amount was debited from my account but it showed something went wrong in MMT and booking was not done.
                          I contacted the bank and they said the amount was credited to MMT....

                          I have been trying to look for options to delete my account and all past informations associate with my contact details (email and mobile no.), but MMT has no such provision to do so.

                          There is no email ID to write to and also no option in personal profiles with option to delete anything.

                          Please help in this regard.

                            I booked a cab from New Delhi to Agra for 16th Nov at 10:30 am. But driver neither called me nor received my call (actually driver's mobile's incoming service was stopped) till 11:13 am on 16th Nov. Therefore I decided to book other cab from Uber service provider. But as I paid full amount for this booking obviously I want a full refund. I tried to reach MMT on various customer care numbers but I am not able to talk to any executive.

                            To add further to this I am in constant touch with driver, he said that, he has done everything from his side to process me refund and it's now on MMT side to initiate process. But unfortunately, MMT team is too lazy to contact me in this regard.

                            MMT team contacted me and told me they will have some solution in 48 hours on 21st Nov but now, it's 23rd Nov, still without any solution/refund.

                            Please expedite the process and initiate my refund.

                                My registered number is[protected]. I have booked a bus from hyd to pune and the journey date was 21st nov 2021. It was such horrible journey. During this covid time the bedsheets were looking like not chnged since months. It was stained. There was spider and spider web on seats. Someone cleary spitted on seats and i have taken all pics. Within 1 hour of journey bus broke down and there wa sno petrol. How irresponsible. Then finally after 100 calls they chnaged our bus and it was again almost the same condition. I am thnkful to god that i came back home and i have secere dust allegry for which right now m suffering. I need my full refund else i would press a charge on makemytrip

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I have cancelled my flight on 9th November from Dubai to Bengaluru(via Muscat).

                                  As per policy amount should get refunded within 5 to 7 working days, but its been more than 10 days and i don't have any clue what's happening in the background.
