Our Mahabaleswar trip was very nice. Hotel Bella Vista, MMT Vehicle and Driver were good. Only on the second day of our trip That’s Friday in the evening, we did not receive proper supply of hot water to have a bath in cold climate. We called housekeeping twice, then called reception, they send a person to find out but with no result. Then I myself went personally and met the manager. He just said sorry and made arrangement of two buckets of water. In the bathroom only one bucket was available, so once they got 1st bucket of hot water, we were needing another bucket to dilute the water. As he got the 1st bucket of hot water, immediately asking for another bucket to pour the 2nd bucket of hot water, which was quite impossible to give, so we told them to get another bucket of hot water. After that they did not turn up which was really shocking as they being in service industry. Our evening got wasted because of their negligence. I don’t know the logic behind one bucket for four people. How many times to call regarding the same issue, they should have made proper arrangement, when we paid such exorbitant amount for the forest duplex room. The second day when we left the message at the reception asking manager to meet, he did not turn up, very poor service. MMT as tour operator should look in this matter and compensate us for their pathetic service on that day.
With such kind of service, we planning trip with MMT in near future is a big question mark and what kind of point should we give on scale of 1 to 10……...??????.
Sumon our Relation manager, asking to find out the information on our own by telling us that on the voucher phone numbers are given, check out with them. She should have given proper information as well as clear all our doubts from her end, the way you do Ranjana, that’s called hospitality of the customer. Very happy the way you deal with your customer. Fully satisfied. Your rating scale will be 10.

are not of difficulties of management, but not understood.
