I have to book a South India Trip using Gift Card received from prvious year cancelled booking. My old MMT agent Tamanna Puri is not reachable as well as Mohith Menon who send me Gift Voucher is not responding to email. As per booking process I need to get the PIN to redeem the card from one of them.
I am unable to book my trip. Any other MMT agent is also not helping me in it. I am truly dissatisfied due this cold response from MMT....

I have booked my flight from Cochin to Sydney on 27/10/2021. A sum of ₹1, 14, 177 was deducted from my account. But makemytrip didn’t send me any confirmation of my flight yet. Please do the needful to refund my money ASAP so that I can rebook my tickets.
There is no way of talking to a support staff which is highly pathetic....
