Every online service portal that allows user account creation should also have an option to delete the same. This is the basic requirement of a privacy policy.

MakeMyTrip blatantly violates this policy, and continues to use user-data.

I want MakeMyTrip to immediately shut down my account, and create an easily accessible option on their website to delete user accounts....

I haven't received my refund amount yet, of my canceled flight, vide Booking ID No NN[protected], Please arrange amount as early as possible, it is already 3 months gone, .otherwise I will take legal action against your company....

I have cancelled my flight from Hyderabad to Chicago dt.15 August 2021, Vide Booking I D no NN[protected], BUT till now I haven't received my refund amount back, 3 months have gone but till now I haven't received my refund amount back, so I request you to settle my account as earliest as possible, otherwise I will take legal action against your company....

I am using mmt from last 5 years. presently the services detoriated the most. why they are charging the convenience fee?? there is no support from mmt. i had booked ticket and there is change in timing from the flight and while trying to connect mmt they are unresponsive. the only computer assistance is there with limited options. even the numbers given in the sites are in switched-off condition.

I have booked my tickets using MMT having booking ID no. NN[protected]. I was just checking the cancellation policy on online portal and just by clicking it, my full tickets got cancelled which I don't want.

As I received the message, I tried to call their customer care number but no one was there. Due to non availibility of any CC executive, my tickets got cancelled with higher cancellation charges. I have faced around...

We have booked 3 rooms of hotel for 6to7 Nov. After confirmation of booking by MMT. My name is Shreeram Mone and I have Personal account as well as BIZ account .
However due to some software error My biz account name is getting displayed as BANSAL . Email id is displayed correctly as [protected]@gmail.com .
Please delete the biz account so that I can reregister it in correct name or change the name of Bansal to Shreeram Mone .
If you correct it quickly then I have few upcoming bookings which I need to do...

I had booked a hotel booking through the makemytrip app for 11th nov 2021 on 30th oct 2021. Firstly the booked hotel i called to confirm about the booking they denied booking as the hotel was full, makemytrip customer care called me and shifted my booking to another hotel, i had cancelled the booking immeadiately, now i had the payment through no cost emi bajaj finserv and bajaj has opened the loan acn for no cost emi, why arent makemytrip...

I used Make My trip and made payment via ICICI card for the flight booking.
Money was debited from my account but Makemytrip is not recognizing the transaction not even letting me dispute it or talk to someone.

I informed ICICI about it, the only solution they have is contact the merchant.

Makemytrip is not letting me talk to anyone or even give a email for complaint.
