Booked a round trip flight between Delhi and Chicago with booking ID NN[protected]. Paid Rs 1500/ for travel insurance along with ticket payment. Insurance company is Reliance General Insurance. Received the ticket but not received insurance documents. I urgently need to resolve the issue as departure date is approaching near....

There are three failure transaction and one successful transaction . However system debited four times @ Rs. of 8578 from my account and credited to make my trip account .Hence therefore I request to refund the equivalent amount of three transection @ 8578.
