My friend and I went through an enormous trauma and pain while trying to take this journey from Rishikesh to Delhi (Invoice and details attached). First of all the bus was late by an hour at the bus stop. After the bus arrives we come to know that the bus is not the one which we booked for (RSI travels) but some other third class local sleeper(Crown - Images attached), on enquiring with the vendor as to what's going on he says you have to take this bus only or you can cancel the same. Standing in the middle of nowhere at 11 pm in the night we agreed to take the ### bus, but the bus driver leaves us. The vendor asks us to take a cab and catch the bus at Haridwar, we take a cab from our own pocket figuring out there's nothing else to do and board the bus at Haridwar, only to figure out 10 mins after boarding the bus that seats assigned to us are booked by someone else, and there's a huge argument with the other people who had booked the seats, the driver leave us in the middle of nowhere at 12 pm near Haridwar. Standing with my friend in the middle of nowhere at 12 pm in the night I tried to make an emergency CALL TO makemytrip only to figure out that your call CENTERs are closed.

First of all, refund my booking amount and compensation for the additional charges that we incurred at the last minute. Second, Remove RSI travels from your platform. Depending on your response I will decide If I need to take some legal action against both RSI travels and Makemytrip

    I have processed for a Flight booking from Bhubaneswar (BBI) to Mumbai (BOM) for 24th November, 2021 through your web portal. While processed for booking, I had selected the First Row Window Seat (4F) for which an additional amount of Rs. 1000/- was added to the Ticket price of Rs. 5, 382/- and accordingly I paid Rs. 6, 382/- in total for the booking of my ticket under Booking ID: NF7QJ0T6J1IZYJU24284 and PNR Y2607.

    Amount credited to MMT but booking failed

    I was booking a hotel on 23rd Nov from MMT, at the payment gateway the amount was debited from my account but it showed something went wrong in MMT and booking was not done.
    I contacted the bank and they said the amount was credited to MMT....

    I have been trying to look for options to delete my account and all past informations associate with my contact details (email and mobile no.), but MMT has no such provision to do so.

    There is no email ID to write to and also no option in personal profiles with option to delete anything.

    Please help in this regard.

      I booked a cab from New Delhi to Agra for 16th Nov at 10:30 am. But driver neither called me nor received my call (actually driver's mobile's incoming service was stopped) till 11:13 am on 16th Nov. Therefore I decided to book other cab from Uber service provider. But as I paid full amount for this booking obviously I want a full refund. I tried to reach MMT on various customer care numbers but I am not able to talk to any executive.

      To add further to this I am in constant touch with driver, he said that, he has done everything from his side to process me refund and it's now on MMT side to initiate process. But unfortunately, MMT team is too lazy to contact me in this regard.

      MMT team contacted me and told me they will have some solution in 48 hours on 21st Nov but now, it's 23rd Nov, still without any solution/refund.

      Please expedite the process and initiate my refund.

          Hi,
          My registered number is[protected]. I have booked a bus from hyd to pune and the journey date was 21st nov 2021. It was such horrible journey. During this covid time the bedsheets were looking like not chnged since months. It was stained. There was spider and spider web on seats. Someone cleary spitted on seats and i have taken all pics. Within 1 hour of journey bus broke down and there wa sno petrol. How irresponsible. Then finally after 100 calls they chnaged our bus and it was again almost the same condition. I am thnkful to god that i came back home and i have secere dust allegry for which right now m suffering. I need my full refund else i would press a charge on makemytrip

            Dear Team,

            I have cancelled my flight on 9th November from Dubai to Bengaluru(via Muscat).

            As per policy amount should get refunded within 5 to 7 working days, but its been more than 10 days and i don't have any clue what's happening in the background.

            I tried reaching over the number shared in the website but nobody is responding on the same.

                Hi Team,

                My Name is Sankar Prasad Adhikary, residing at House No:32, Street No:18A/4, Sepco Townhip, Dutgapur-713205, WB, India.

                I was traveling from Gangtok, Sikkim to Durgapur, WB location along with my aged parents(aged 58years), my wife and my Child (aged 9 years).

                As per our returning on dated 11th November 2021, I booked bus ticket from Siliguri, Wb to Durgapur, WB to reach my home location through Makemytrip application and did a big mistake.

                Makemytrip ID: NU[protected]

                As per shedule, our Bus departure timing was 18:00 and we reached Siliguri, WB location near 17:20 and found that bus was not there and cancelled.

                So we booked hotel in Siliguri to stay on that day and next day we return our home via train ticket and our expenses crosses INR 12000/- due hotel stay and other expenses.

                Same day i.e 11th November, I have initiated bus cancelletion query and I was asked to wait for 4-5 days but still no commuication either party.

                Kindly help us on this regard.

                  On 29th October 2021, I cancelled my Cab from Ambala to Agra which was confirmed for 5th Nov 2021 due to an emergency situation and I already paid Rs 8427 in advance while booking the cab.
                  While I was hoping for MMT to deduct some inconvenience or service charges or cancellation penalty and refund the money back, I saw that the whole amount of Rs 8427 was cancelled and it displayed no amount refundable.
                  Could you please help me in getting my refund back.
                  I cancelled the cab almost 6 days before. Deducting the whole amount in this case I don’t think its justifiable.

                    Hi

                    I have booked a bus ticket on[protected] from Nagercoil to Bangalore and that same bus was cancelled by operator. After they told me like I'll get refund in 3 days and after 3 days[protected] they are telling like your refund is processed. But till today[protected] I didn't received any amount.                       An amount of Rs 1572.90 has been deducted from bank account on 20 Nov 2021 (evening) during booking a bus ticket for 2 person (Jaipur to Delhi) but no ticket was generated ....

                      I have booked a 2 way tic from Delhi - Kathmandu and i want a date change on my retrun flight, from last week i am trying phone, mail, twitter no one helps and i go to airlines they said it is a agent booking go to them so why we need make my trip finally if i have to go to airliness and still geeting nothing my date is still 6 dayes later but i am sure i get no help, so we should stop these kind of brands older or newer dosnt matter .

                        I made a booking for del-cok and return .after the payment confirmation came to know that wrong date was pick by system.actual travel date was 23 but mistakenly taken 22.immediately contacted makemytrip but the agent was not at all cooperating and was not able to do that.try to solve the issue or else will never again book with makemytrip.track my booking history for reference and how many bookings I have made with you.booking ref

                          I had booked Indigo flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for 9 th January 2022 and due to technical reason airlines cancelled the flight.Subsequntly I cancelled the booking logging into airlines website and refund status is 'refunded' to the agent(Make my trip).Again I raised refund request logging into make my trip website wherein the status is 'after approval from the airlines the request to be processed' and expected date is 14th to 19th Dec.Here my question is if airlines is confirming that the amount is already credited to agent, why such ambiguity.My PNR No is IndiGo Itinerary - PRLQV

                              My Go First flight from COK to BLR was cancelled by Airlines on Nov 10th. Partial refund was not received from Make My Trip stating I have cancelled the journey. Again the return flight on Nov 16th was cancelled by Go First from BLR to COK. I have selected the right option to get a partial refund for only the BLR to COK flight, but Make my Trip went ahead and cancelled the complete flight from Port Blair to Bangalore and Bangalore to COK. When checked with Go First they said Make My Trip initiated the complete cancellation and amount is already refunded to Make My Trip. But when checking in the Make my Trip App I received SMS and email stating No Refund in applicable for me. I had to book a flight from Port Blair to Bangalore on double rates and I have not received a refund for both my flights which was cancelled by the Airlines. I don't see any option to contact Make my Trip Customer care through call or Email and never received any call back as well. I lost a significant amount of money just because I booked through Make My Trip. I'm So frustrated that I do not see any option to contact them though email or call to request for a refund.

                                It was raining heavily in Bangalore on[protected]. For every step it was taking minimum 5 minutes telling us to wait as there is network issue. I had to book Bangalore-Poona tickets for 5th Jan 2022 and Poona-Bangalore for 9th Jan 2022 for 15 passengers in Indigo only. I covered all of them by attempting 7 times spanning over 7 hours. It was a horrible experience to sit in front of laptop for 7 hours. It was against Ticket ID NF[protected].ETicket, for 4 passengers with name Rohini and 3 others, even though I had selected Indigo for both ways, like all other tickets, the System had done selection to Air Asia for onward Journey and Go First for return. This I came to know after I made payment thinking that it was on Indigo as selected. I had to cancel entire thing and rebook. I lost Rs. 15, 894 for no fault of mine. Same thing happened with Ticket IDNF[protected].ETicke for Rajeshwari. The System erroneously selected Go air for both ways. Here again I lost Rs. Rs. 3, 473. All other Tickets are intact amidst of Network Hide and seek game. I therefore request MakeMyTrip for a full refund of money in both the cases, as it was your System error. From selection to payment, every time it has taken minimum 1 hour for each booking.

                                  I booked a FLT Ticket from MakeMyTrip India Website with a
                                  Booking ID: NF[protected] and Airlines PNR No: I4TYQV by Go-First Airlines for Sector-Hyderabad to Bangalore, Non-Stop FLT (Date of Travel[protected] for a family of four. Yesterday I got a call from a person claiming to be Go-First representative, informing me that Airlines had cancelled the FLT due to some operational issues (not disclosed). He asked me whether I prefer to to have a refund of fare or Alternate FLT which multiple Stops. I told him that I need an officials mail confirmation or SMS message to act on the same.
                                  Today I called up MMT Customer care and explained the issue. The CS Representative contacted Go-First Airlines and informed that Airlines is not willing to give arrange for a Direct FLTs from 21st to 24th Nov, so the option is only to cancel the ticket. I opted for cancellation with a condition that Airlines shall pay a ticket amount published for same date 21st Nov. Airlines declined to refund the current fare and was ready to refund only the amount which is paid at the time of booking.
                                  Since FLT cancellation is not initiated by me or Govt rules or any other Force Majeure conditions, why I should bare the loss of escalation of Airfare?
                                  I got a mail from Make My trip Customer Support executive stating that My FLT is cancelled by Airlines and on my request they checked with Airlines to refund the amount which is equivalent to current day ticket fare or arrange for alternate non-stop FLT in the same sector on[protected] or a following day. Airlines declined to entertain any of these requests and not yet sent an official communication to me about FLT cancellation.
