I booked a ticket for Bangalore to Mumbai on 29th November 2021 . The money got debited twice from my account for one ticker of price rupees 2167. I've attached the bank statement . Please do the needful. I would like the extra money deducted to be refunded back.

    Visa Rejected for one of the applicants

    Me and my wife are planning to travel to Sharjah on 18th December 2021 and will return on 2nd Jan 2022, and I have successfully booked the flight ticket through MMT, I then applied for a 30 day tourist visa and uploaded all the necessary scanned documents however I received an email stating my visa application got rejected with no reason of rejection provided to me, and my wife's visa application got approved.

    Indigo Airlines change my booking from 6E-2003 to 6E-2517 for Delhi to Kolkata on 12th December 2021 due to their own business issue which harassed me a lot. I have to compromise with my tour schedule for this issue and manage a great financial loss. It is also not possible for me to book a further ticket at my suitable timing in that rate which was at the time of booking tickets in 6E-2003. In these scenarios I want full refund without debiting any kind of charge like cancellation charge or convenience fees etc. After all I am not responsible for all of these. I want legal support for this type of harassment.

      This regarding my booking which I tried to do on 27th Nov 2021. My bank details are linked with my MMT account and I tried to pay with UPI option (screenshot attached below). Next it asks to enter my UPI pin, but the payment wasn't successful. In the MMT transaction details, it comes as failed transaction but as per my bank account transaction statements, the amount has been debited. The booking failed twice and the amount was debited twice. Used MMT UPI payment method. Attaching screenshots for reference.
      Kindly, help me with this issue.

        Makemytrip is charging an additional amount for rescheduling when the Indigo airlines are providing free rescheduling with PLAN B option

        Booked a flight for 27 Dec at 12:15 from Chennai- Delhi, The flight was canceled by Indigo Airlines and we had to reschedule it. We rescheduled it via Makemytrip and were charged an additional amount of Rs1950 when the Airlines are offering free Rescheduling with the Plan B option.

        @makemytrip Please help me with the refund cost for the additional amount you guys charged me for rescheduling.

          I was supposed to get refund amount of 11, 200/- INR and indigo airlines has initiated the full amount from their end make my trip hasn't yet refunded...it's been more than 20 days...I was promised by indigo airlines that it would reflect in my MakeMyTrip wallet within 12-14 business days and as said they have already refunded to MakeMyTrip agency. MMT customer care is worst and not reachable at all. Worst experience ever...

            I was booking a flight Delhi to Boston, Air France on 21st November, 22:56 hrs for ₹1, 06, 000.
            The money got debited from my account but no ticket was issued to me.
            On contacting the customer care, they told me that either a ticket will be generated in 4 hours or I'll receive my refund in 72 hours.
            I have very patiently waited, but now It's been 7 days and I still haven't received my refund.
            I want my refund asap.

              Respected sir
              I booked a flight from London to delhi for 8th Jan 2021 which was cancelled by airline . So I called customer care for rescheduling they charged me difference amount and then again the flight got cancelled but they didn’t gave me full refund . My booking ID is NN[protected].
              And when I am calling in customer care they have a limited menu .

                I have booked my ticket from Delhi to dehradun. Initially Com apny booked my flight and after some time I got mail regarding cancellation of my flight and also got mail of refund of my amount. But after 48 hours I have not received any amount from company.

                    Booked a flight ticket through make my trip (NF[protected]). airline cancelled the flight. after lot of efforts, got airline to refund the full amount. they refunded back to makemytrip. instead of processing back the entire amount to us, makemytrip has deducted amount from it in the name of service charge. we already paid convinience fees while booking. now again dedcuting the amount while refunding is unethical and cheating, as with no fault o[censored]s, we have suffered a lot due to the flight cancelation decision of airline. need urgent resolution and balance amount

                      I booked one room twice on Raddison Blu Outer Ring Road on 13th Nov, twice and cancelled both of them. They told me that I would get my money back if I cancelled before 16th Nov so I did. In the refund status it is showing that my money has been debited on 15th Nov but it still hasn’t. Please do something about it

                        I had book flight tickets but flight was cancelled.since 6 months I trying to contact to get my money refund but make my trip is very bad at their service nor they have customer care services.For make my trip company still it's lockdown.i will try few days else I file case on this company.

                          I tried several calls and no response. Could you tell me when you will refund the money?

                          Having studied your request, and based on the ticket details you provided to support your case, your ticket status is reflecting refunded, as your refund was initiated on 15th Apr 2021. If you have not received the refund then kindly contact to your respective travel agency regarding your refund amount.

                            Hi Team I have a bus booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad on November 12th with Tsrtc booked from makemytrip.

                            Bus got canceled due to some issue and we shifted to new and bus and took ticket by paying again.

                            As per the discuss I will get refund in 7 working days as of now no response and bus operator not received cancelation mail as well.

                            Tried to contact them by customer executive only IVR Response. Can you please arrange a call back to me to get it resolved ASAP.

                              I have locked the flight fares by paying 499rs 1 weeks ago round trip from indore - chennai . Today is the last date to book the flights and after today 499rs will not be refundable. But now the MMT site is not working and I can't book it. I would have to lose 499rs because of their technical issues. Please resolve or refund my amount.

                                  I got three seats booked in train on 13/11/2021 from Barely to Khanna. But you sought apology by saying that you had not been able to process the refund (I'd NR[protected]) due to some technical error and promised to refund due amount Rs. 544.

                                  Now I am really very sorry to say that you did not refund that amount. Legally, you are bound to refund. But your delay is unwanted and undesirable. I hope you will refund that small amount without further delay. I also attached the screen short of that email which you send me. Find the attachment below. I am waiting for your reply on priority basis.

                                    I did Hotel booking of 2 Rooms at Hotel Katra Grand (Katra, Vaishno Devi) through Makemytrip on 1st November, 2021. Check in Was scheduled on 19th November, 2021.

                                    But due to Train cancellation (photo enclosed of IRCTC Message dated 17th Nov.), I had to withdraw my plan for Vaishno Devi, as my parents are diabetic and they could not travel by bus due to their washroom problem.

                                    Hence, applied for Hotel cancellation on the same day i.e 17th November but still there is no refund.

                                    Makemytrip misguide people through their false claim/ advertisement that they have zero deduction policy for last minute cancellation. I am highly disappointed with this. Have already written to them but no fruitful response.
