Dear Sir,
I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Delhi and Delhi to Kashmir on 25/07/2021 and 26/07/2021 vide the PNR No:SG-8108 and PNR No: SG-220. on Spice Jet Flight through Makemytrip website for a Defense person But the flight has been cancelled by the Spice Jet airways by their problems. But till time the cancellation amount of not refunded to me and the person also asked me for the refund of the amount.

I have email to the Spicejet airways e-mail id about the refund of the amount, the send that they have refund the amount to the agent "Makemytrip"

I have made more e-mails to the Makemy trip office id, there is no response from their side.

Kindly do the needful to refund the amount as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

      Sir I have booked rooms in vrindavan on 14.10.2021 and my booking ID is NH[protected]. When I reached vrindavan and ask hotelier address, he misguided me and at he said there is no booking of your and after that he did not receive my call. Please take necessary action and refund my money otherwise I will never trust on make my trip.

        I booked a superdeluxe room with Shivalik Regency Shimla for 11 Oct to 14 Oct. But we faced the following problems and was forced to leave the room
        1. There was no key of the room was given to us even after frequent reminders when we checkedin . The key which was given was not functional. We returned to our room on 11 Oct 2021 at around 7:45 pm and key which was given to us was not functional so the hotel staff opened our room with master key and denied us to give our room key till morning.
        There was no lock in the room and the room cannot be locked as a female guest I was very insecure about my safety as the hotel staff could easily enter the room at night. I had to book a room in some other hotel at around 9 pm at the night.
        2. The hotel tried to charge Rs 700 for the meal taken by us in the afternoon whereas the bill was of Rs 400.
        3. The bed sheets and towel were dirty and when informed our problem to housekeeping they simple denied to change them.

        Kindly look into the matter as it is about female unsafety and guest harrasment.Also I had to take room in other hotel and had to pay there as well.
        No refund has been issued. I have compalined to makemytrip 4 times but they are trying to close my complaint without my consent and are taking the hotel’s side. I need my advance paid and want to ensure the safety of the other travellers especially female travellers in Hotel Shivalik Regency Shimla

          Booked Homestay in chikkamagalur. The booking was confirmed and amount got deducted though there wasn’t any availability of rooms. Had to face issues after reaching the Homestay as owner said there were no rooms available and we have been cheated by makemytrip

            I have booked hotel online by seeing the pictures but in actual the hotel is not as per online pictures.
            I want totally refund amount for the same.
            You are doing a fraud business from online.
            And I have done lots of booking earlier and in future I'll not use and I'll also do the complaint in rti.
            Unless you don't return my money.

              I have books my ticket from nellore to Hyderabad for 20 October, hyd festv spcl train on 14-10-21, 11:42am for which the transaction was successful via UPI, whereas on makemytrip it showed as a failed transaction.I didn't get the ticket, but I lost my money. I need my money Mack. Someone help. I sent a mail to makemytrip for which they have replied with no information useful.

                The service of MakeMyTrip is so worst.
                No executive customer service available
                No response received for any dispute raised.

                The domestic flight was booked in the MakeMyTrip website, the payment was successful but the booking was not successful
                And I haven’t received any refund notification.

                  I paid Rs. 1313.15 from my bank account REF ID: IGAMFCAMT7 for a train booking on 13.10.2021 at 12:50 pm and MakeMyTrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through but the amount has been deducted from my bank account.

                  Every time I call, the automated system denied any transaction and disconnects the call. And for the fact, as there is no other way to connect, it is impossible to get my refund back from MMT India.

                  Please let me get my refund back as I am in dire emergency.

                    I booked a train ticket which was pqwl
                    And took the make my trip (trip guarantee)
                    In this one if the ticket is not confirmed they will give you 3x amount of the ticket
                    But I have not received it and I had to travel next day
                    The booking amount has also not been received
                    Despite serval face book conversation nothing happened
                    They are doing a fraud
                    This is not the first case
                    I have seen the comments on Facebook
                    I can feel the pain and sufferings of people went through this MMT
                    My amount is 2000rs plus 3x amt which is promised rs 4000
                    But people are waiting for lakhs of rupees to be refunded
                    Serious action should be taken

                          I booked a flight from Patna to New Delhi in an Indigo flight scheduled at 8.45am on 25.10.2021 from my registered MakeMytrip account. While an amount of Rs.5968/- (Ref No.IGAMEWZND5, State Bank of India) was deducted from my bank account, no confirmation message was sent or ticket booking done. Even my trips section does not show any such booking for 25th October, 2021. I have been making efforts to contact their customer care but except for a recorded voice message, I have got no redressal. Looking forward to a resolution at the earliest.

                            Please resolve this as the passenger is traveling tomorrow by AI762 Delhi CCU.

                              I have 32K in my MyCash mmt account.
                              I need to transfer this back to my bank account. This is absolutely preposterous that MMT is not allowing me to withdraw MY MONEY back to my own bank account. Since when did MMT become a bank to take money, keep it and not give it back to the customers.

                              Need urgent action on this.

                                I was booking a flight from (Udaipur--Varanasi) (Round trip). On the payment gateway, the amount got debited from my account, however the flight has not been booked. I have lost 39000 Rs in transaction with no booking. There is no way to reach out to MakeMyTrip. Bank says that transaction was successful from their end. Hereby, I am attaching screenshot of amount that was debited. Please help.

                                    MakeMyTrip this is the worst service one can expect after booking almost 2 months in advance! I am facing multiple issues just a week before the trip! All that are unacceptable!

                                    1) Flight got changed even after booking 2 months in advance! That change should have been adjusted by MMT with existing fare, instead asked for Rs 2500 approx. which should be responsibility of MMT to arrange alternative at same price.

                                    2) I booked 4 star category resort and among the best resort in Havelock. Which you guys saying had to be cancelled due to waterlogging issue and now you guys giving me 3 star category resort which is not so good. First of all the resort has no such issue which I confirmed from the hotel.

                                    3) I asked to book 8am ferry from port Blair to Havelock on 14th specifically as I have booked water activities that day. Which the travel manager confirmed that will be taken multiple times. I had already doubt with MMT as continuously i was getting shock now I see you guys booked 2pm ferry!

                                    There is no responsibility taken by my travel manager Shaefali throughout and she haa been giving false promises from the beginning.

                                    Please refund the whole money of the trip I paid. I don't want to go for vacation with this mindset. And in future I will never ever continue with MMT for any services.

                                      Fault in application while entering passenger name in air ticket booking

                                      Yesterday I booked a ticket in MakeMyTrip and I faced this error. A mistake arise because of your application. I've the captured screenshot afterwards to share with you.

                                      You can see in the Picture 1, it asks for First and Second Name in column and gives the example to enter the GIVEN NAME from the passport. So I did as it shows... entered the given name in the first and second name as passport. Then picture 2, it asks for last...

                                      I booked a flight for my family from mumbai to goa and goa to mumbai on the 2 September 2021 at around 8 30 pm while I was booking I got a error while I was booking that my first booking did not go through so I tried again and this time it had gone through but after a month when I checked my credit card statement and I was shocked to know that my credit card has been debited twice for the same ticket same airline and same sector after trying to get in touch with your help line yesterday I came to know that I was booked twice I have filed a COMPLAINT with national consumer complaint number 3016674
                                      I cannot be charged twice for the same flight as there is a error with your system and also nor makemy trip, air india, go air called me told me that I have booked all 5 people twice on the same flight with the same name and same destination booking id nf[protected] second booking id nf[protected]
