We had booked a hotel in Yercaud for 3 days with the Make my trip app, As per your confirmation we had started from Bangalore to Yercaud (tamil Nadu) with a total of 10 members 6 adults & 4 children. After reaching the hotel we came to know the hotel is under renovation and there is no chance for check in. we had reached your customer care at 6:15 and we received a revert from your customer care team had who are experts in dealing with hotel booking couldn't able to accommodate us with alternate accommodation at yercaud, evening 7:00PM with 10 people pls understand our situation were it is raining and no place to go with family accept our car. Your customer care had called us around 7:00pm and informed us that your experienced team is unable to provide alternate accommodation at the location and initiated a refund. Do you guys think it will be easy for 10 people to get accommodation at a peak time weekend? That too in another state with a language barrier some home we managed to get the accommodation with a cost of 36, 000/- which was far above the budget of what we had planned. This all happened due to Make my trip negligence which we came to know from the hotelier where he had informed us his hotel was under renovation for the last 30 days. This is an absolute mistake from my trip which had caused huge trouble / inconvenience which had caused to the entire family.

Due to mistake of make of tip we had spent 21, 194/- excess, please find the attached hotel bill which we had paid to the alternate accommodation at yercaud please refund the excess amount we had spent on the hotel apart from 14806/- were refund had been initiated on the credit card.

expecting a fast revert on the same or else will need to take it further legally. Same had been communicated to our customer care team while discussing with him on 1st oct evening call, you may refer to my call recordings also which are available at our end.

    Dear MMT,

    FIRSTLY, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I HAVE CALLED 7-8 TIMES, BUT NO ONE SHOWED PRO-ACTIVENESS TO SUPPORT, EVERYONE WANTS JUST SALES.

    IS THAT YOUR ADVERTISED FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE???

    I had booked 2 international flights on 11th October 2021 through MMT website. These were return DOHA-DELHI-DOHA.

    Registered phone number for booking- [protected]. Name:
    Booking 1- For Priya Mittal and Ayush Mittal
    Booking 2- For Gaurav Mittal

    Both the bookings failed, but I was charged full amount of Rs 87556/- (QAR 4285.30). I paid through Diner's Club credit card.
    No booking reference number was showing, but the amount was fully charged.

    I contacted your customer care on 12th October 2021 for help and for re-booking the failed flights. Ms. ANJALI SINGH helped me out in providing information. SHE CONFIRMED THAT THE BOOKINGS HAVE FAILED DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR AND THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED AND THAT THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS.

    Trusting her word, I decided to ask for a new booking. She immediately booked the tickets and sent me link for payment. I fortunately got busy that day and could not make the payment. She again called me next day to follow up. Meanwhile, I decided that let the previous amount be returned first and then I will ask her to book the tickets.

    IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS NOW AND NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE CHECKED WITH MY BANK AS WELL.

    Today, I contacted your great customer care (+[protected] times in 15-20 mins. Firstly, there is NO OPTION for a failed booking without booking reference number in your menu. When I got in touch with your sales/helpline team, they said they will transfer to concerned department, and then the call was redirected to main menu and it got disconnected automatically. Another time, the gentleman said THERE IS NO PROVISION OF MONEY REFUND...GREAT ANSWER!!!
    I got annoyed and recalled and asked to transfer to Ms. Anjali Singh. The call was again put on hold for 8 mins and no answer was given.

    IS THIS THE SERVICE QUALITY AND STANDARD OF YOUR COMPANY???

    KINDLY MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT BACK IMMEDIATELY AND PLZ ASK SOME SENIOR PERSON TO CONTACT ME AND GIVE A RESPONSIBLE PROPER REPLY WITH CONFIRMATION/REFERENCE NUMBER FOR REFUND.

      We booked a ticket from MMT for Air India flight from Delhi to kolkata on Sep 28, 2021. Two days before the flight we got to know that there are heavy rains in Kolkata and a RED ALERT has been issued because of the rains and approaching cyclone. I called Air India to inquire about changing the travel dates, and I got to know that even if I made a booking from a third party, I can still change the date one time without paying any extra fee but the MMT website was charging me Rs. 6000 on behalf of AIR INDIA for changing the date.
      To avoid the extra fee, we had to travel on the said date and had to sit and wait for a clear weather for 4 days during the rain. It clearly shows how these agencies are extracting money from helpless consumers.
      I have a phone recording of Air India as well as the screenshots of the money asked for a date change.
      I couldn't find any official MMT consumer redressal website to officially file a complaint so I have decided to go ahead and challenge this in the consumer court meanwhile, i would also request MMT officials to send me an official reply in this context.
      If there's any other consumer who reads this complain and wants to suggest anything regarding strengthening my case, is more than welcome to forward their suggestions @ v.[protected]@gmail.com.

        I had an enquiry related to my trip to Delhi -Shimla -Manali.
        But support representative seems like irritated misbave spoken very rudely.
        First I will enquiry if the representative is well behave then I will proceed to next step.
        Firstly I enquiry about Delhi-Agra-Jaipur
        Second other Manali shimla trip but in both he/she seems unsound replay with no working ethics.
        Is the way make my trip recuirt such unsound people.
        Make my trip getting worse day by day.
        I will never ever will recommend anyone to go with make my trip.

          This is to inform you that I booked a hotel - The Hotel Grand Radiance, swaroop nagar, kanpur through make my trip app. I booked 2 room for 2 days(Booking id-NH[protected], PNR-[protected]) worth Rs 23, 211/- . It was non refundable prepaid booking.

          Firstly, property was pathetic for being charged such a big amount.

          Secondly, property was closed and hotel has denied check in.

          Customer care number was also of no help to me whenever I use to press for hotel denied to check in they use cut my call. After 2 hours my call was directed to some agent and he promised refund and sent me mesaage and mail for the same.

          On 18/10/2021 they updated on their website that my refund has been credited into my account and will reflect in my account in 0-2 days which has not been reflected now. I am asking when will my refund be credited to my account then now they are saying you had non refundable booking. Sorry your refund can't be given.

          Now they are not even redirecting my call to an agent and emails also they don't reply.

          These people are doing fraud that's why they don't want to talk

          Please look through my matter.

            12.01 changes the date of travel, is wat I know .I wanted to travel on 20th night ..I checked rechecked ...
            Mmt website kept saying 20oct boarding bharuch 12.01 and arrival dadar 6 am ..something ..

            Ultimately Mr tc told us ..our ticket has expired wen je caught us and whole night we 3 were awake and stressed ..
            As per the chart our names were missing, our tickets had expired and on mmt our ticket was still live and we kept getting chart prepared confirmation sms..

            We had to 5000 rs ..with no receipt from ..
            For a ticket of 1823 ..we had to pay additional 5000...
            And face so much confusion, stress, sleepless Night and going 5000 less on the pocket .
            I request refund of inconvenience(convenience fees) and rs 5000 ..for all the drama caused due to ur website problem ..

            I'd thebticket had expired atleast we could have bought new ticket a cheaper one in another train ..and asked for refund from irctc ..but mmt kept saying ur per..confirmed seats ..travel time etc etc sms ..

            Mmt trains section WAS my favorite and easiest..I think irctc is better website atlst would update confusion on time .!!

            Never again mmt !

                This is with reference to the booking id
                NC[protected] done by my friend for me for the outstation cab from Pune to CSTM Mumbai. After reaching to destination we paid to driver his name is Sitaram Jadhav, through google pay but due to technical error payment got stucked and couldn't credited to him. However the amount has been debited from our account for which we got the message as well from bank. We told driver that since the amount has been debited from our account hence we are also cant do much right now as we were having train in next 1 hr. We told very calmly to him that in case the amount revert to us we will again pay to him and he need not to worry since he knows our location and booking done by the company. But he started threatening to us that I will not let you go till you pay me amount and started pressurizing us to pay in cash. We insisted him to wait for next 2 days since we were occumpanied by Sr.Citizen and kid and it was difficult to stand with them after the journey. But still he did not listen and continuously threatning us to pay in cash otherwise he won't let us go. He was so bad mannered and was shocked to see such behavior of the driver assigned by make my trip. After too much of arguments and considering our train time, we paid him in cash. On which he agreed that if the amount gets credited to his account, he will Immediately return to us. After that we got the update on google pay that the payment has been completed and the amount has credited to driver's account. Since then we are following up with him but either he is making excuses or not answering the call. I want make my trip.to intervene and deal with him since they have assigned this kind o[censored]ncultured and rude driver who don't have manners to behave with customer. One more point here I need to add that the amount we paid him through google pay was extra charged by him since he told that he was told to drive till 160km and after that per km shall be charged. However in make my trip booking confirmation it has clearly stated that the allowed km are 168km and that day total km was 172km, hence rather than charging 4km he charged extra 12km from us. We got to know this then and there when we paid him in cash and checked the booking confirmation voucher upon asking he made excuses that this was told by him. this whole scenario gives a question mark to overall conduct of the driver and brand like make my trip should refrain assigning such couth behavior driver to the families, Sr. Citizen. Make my trip kindly look this into priority and get the refund to us at the earliest.

                  Booked customised trip to sikkim via mmt Nandini Das is tour organiser
                  We have safety concern regarding the last 2 days of our tour. Due to weather conditions we cannot go to Pelling and we don't have any hotel booking in Gangtok and the local tour guide is asking us to contact the tour organiser Nandini Das and she is not answering any call
                  We called her around 20-25 times since past 2 days and she is not even responding to email

                        I have made a flight booking on MakeMyTrip on Luftansa fully paid with seats from Bangalore to Zurich and back from the 16th December and return on the 2nd of Jan. The ticket was fully paid with all seats paid for all connecting flights.
                        The airline has updated the schedule based on flights being cancelled, but the seat booking has not reflected stating that MakeMyTrip has not sent across the money for the seats that have been booked.
                        Current schedule: 17Dec and return on 4Jan
                        Request to pay the seat booking charges that have already been paid to MakeMytrip. Please pay the amount to Luftansa for making appropriate seat bookings.
                        The Customer care number for MakeMyTrip has abo[censored]ely no option to talk to any representative and cancels the calls on IVR options. Not user friendly and does not solve any issues as needed.

                          I had to book two tickets from Indore to Ahmedabad for 7th November 2021. I tried paying the amount through Paytm, which failed. Then i used my debit card to pay for the same. But it failed as well. After all this, I see two transactions of Rupees 1823.25. wherein the money has been debited from my account into Make My Trip's Account. I have received half the amount paid in my bank account but the other half has no record on MMTs website. I tried calling customer care and they divert me to their website all the time. This is horrendous and shameful that a customer is harassed for his refund and doesn't even get the service he desires.
                          Process the refund amount as soon as possible or else I will have no option but to file an official complaint in a consumer court.

                                Not able to change my old my number to new one in Account

                                My old mobile number tagged to Makemytrip account is not working any more. Due to this issue I am not able to login into Makemytrip as it sends the OTP to my old number which is not working anymore. WIthout this issue ghetting resolved, I Am also not able to attach my new mobile number [protected] to my new account, . When reaching out to MAke trip customer care number they ont pick the ohone and redirect to their App . When I login to App...

                                I booked a trip to Dubai. Due to covid restrictions it got postponed. And they agreed for open dates. I did full payment. And now when it's time to the bookings they have stopped responding. Specially their relationship manager Nidhy Bansal. Just trying to get more money. It's very unprofessional that inspite of calling them so many times they are not answering the calls. Make my trip is fooling people. They are taking advantage of covid situation.

                                  I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hubli today and my money got deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or PNR number. Due to this I cannot contact MMT Comal and its been a task trying to get a contact portal. It's sad to see a company of this repute having poor communication services.

                                    I had a connected flight on 18oct, Dehradun-Delhi-Mumbai. Indigo. The earlier flight was delayed and so I had to almost run from T2-T3 terminals in Delhi.
                                    On the tickets it mentioned I had to be at gate 5-6. Later I was informed on the counter it was gate 32B.
                                    Shouldn’t I be informed that earlier flight delay will not effect my connecting flights boarding ? There were two check-in’s who were reluctant to even let me pass through !! I had to mention them that it was a connected flight.

                                    I need a feedback on this!
