I had tried booking return flights from Bombay to Delhi (6th Nov to 15th Nov) 7 days ago i.e. on 19th Oct at 12:05 am.
The sum total of the debit card transaction was 11, 427₹ which got debited from my account however, the booking failed.
My app doesn’t show any bookings neither did I get a mail or any confirmation text from MMT. My app history is blank too.
However, I got the debit message from my bank. Upon contacting the bank, I found out the transaction is successful from the bank’s end.
It’s been almost 7 days and I haven’t been refunded the money.
I tried calling the helpline but there’s no way I can enquire regarding this. I had dropped a mail too which garnered no appropriate response.
Listing the transaction ID below as appearing in my bank statement:
