I was booking a flight from (Udaipur--Varanasi) (Round trip). On the payment gateway, the amount got debited from my account, however the flight has not been booked. I have lost 39000 Rs in transaction with no booking. There is no way to reach out to MakeMyTrip. Bank says that transaction was successful from their end. Hereby, I am attaching screenshot of amount that was debited. Please help.

      MakeMyTrip this is the worst service one can expect after booking almost 2 months in advance! I am facing multiple issues just a week before the trip! All that are unacceptable!

      1) Flight got changed even after booking 2 months in advance! That change should have been adjusted by MMT with existing fare, instead asked for Rs 2500 approx. which should be responsibility of MMT to arrange alternative at same price.

      2) I booked 4 star category resort and among the best resort in Havelock. Which you guys saying had to be cancelled due to waterlogging issue and now you guys giving me 3 star category resort which is not so good. First of all the resort has no such issue which I confirmed from the hotel.

      3) I asked to book 8am ferry from port Blair to Havelock on 14th specifically as I have booked water activities that day. Which the travel manager confirmed that will be taken multiple times. I had already doubt with MMT as continuously i was getting shock now I see you guys booked 2pm ferry!

      There is no responsibility taken by my travel manager Shaefali throughout and she haa been giving false promises from the beginning.

      Please refund the whole money of the trip I paid. I don't want to go for vacation with this mindset. And in future I will never ever continue with MMT for any services.

        Fault in application while entering passenger name in air ticket booking

        Yesterday I booked a ticket in MakeMyTrip and I faced this error. A mistake arise because of your application. I've the captured screenshot afterwards to share with you.

        You can see in the Picture 1, it asks for First and Second Name in column and gives the example to enter the GIVEN NAME from the passport. So I did as it shows... entered the given name in the first and second name as passport. Then picture 2, it asks for last...

        Dear all,
        I booked a flight for my family from mumbai to goa and goa to mumbai on the 2 September 2021 at around 8 30 pm while I was booking I got a error while I was booking that my first booking did not go through so I tried again and this time it had gone through but after a month when I checked my credit card statement and I was shocked to know that my credit card has been debited twice for the same ticket same airline and same sector after trying to get in touch with your help line yesterday I came to know that I was booked twice I have filed a COMPLAINT with national consumer complaint number 3016674
        I cannot be charged twice for the same flight as there is a error with your system and also nor makemy trip, air india, go air called me told me that I have booked all 5 people twice on the same flight with the same name and same destination booking id nf[protected] second booking id nf[protected]

          I have booked my ticket from Makemytrip for London to Mumbai AIR India AI-131 & AI-130 in April 2021 but due to Covid travel restriction I had to cancel my flight and I have initiated booking cancellation for booking ID NN[protected] on 7th April 2021 and Makemytrip send me a confirmation email for a refund amount of 42686 INR.

          I have contacted several times MakeMyTrip customer service in the past 6 months but they haven't refunded my amount yet. They keep telling me to wait for 6 months as it will take 6 months of time to process the refund amount from AIR India. It's really frustrating to chasing them every other week.

          I have attached documents for your reference, Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

            I was trying to book a flight from Jaipur to Bangalore and while making payment the first time through UPI the transaction showed as failed but yet the money was deducted.

              I am Hardik Bhatt who is valuable customer of yours since many years. I have done Booking for Goa of 22nd November 2021 Date. Out of that I want to cancel one of my Booking. The Booking Details for the same is as follows : NF[protected] (Goa to Mumbai) in the name of Hardik Bhatt, Dimple Bhatt and Kreet Bhatt (5 Years Daughter).

              When I did the Booking it was showing me that it is Refundable and so I paid extra amount and booked it. Now I want to cancel this booking as I have a Family emergency of my family due to which I can't travel Goa and so want to cancel this specific booking. I am not able to cancel also and it's showing me that entire amount will be deducted and nothing will be refunded to me. I am trying to contact Customer Support since 1 week but not able to speak anyone. I visited Make My Trip Borivali West office. They took my Details and told me I will get a call in 24 hours but haven't got any call back. Please help me to cancel my booking and get me refund of amount. It's a request to you and your Team. I want to cancel only this booking rest don't want to cancel.

                On 7th October 2021, I booked a hotel ( Minerva grand Tirupati ) using MMT India app through SBI internet banking . Money got deducted but booking was not confirmed.

                I just got this sbi message. I’m not able to contact them.

                  Team,

                  I did a booking from Indore to Amritsar, after which flights were cancelled and half refund was processed. Half still pending after following up on support request for more than 4 months the SR was closed and marked as resolved without my knowledge.

                  I want to officially file a complaint about this behaviour. This is not funny and following up for 5 months patiently is not a joke.

                    I have booked 2 tickets from makemytrip and used no cost emi option offered by makemytrip for icici bank cards. As per their website, cashback is given by makemytrip for the interest charged by bank. I have not received any cashback and if I call customer care, they keep telling me that you will get a call back from supervisor. No one has called me since last 4 days.
                    What is the use of selecting no cost emi if I have to pay 10, 000 Rs additional interest?
                    Makemytrip please resolve this issue asap.

                        I called Make my trip customer care [protected] for some help in web check in. My call got disconnected and then the same person called back from[protected]. He was talking in Hindi. He said he will help me check in but I must go through a certain process. He asked how I have made the payment credit card/debit card etc from which bank. Then he asked me to go to download Any Desk from Play store and asked me to punch a no. I became suspicious and did not proceed. I blocked the no and uninstalled the app.

                        I would request you to look into the matter as I don't see any reason for downloading Any Desk or any app for web checking.

                            I have booked domestic flights, Mumbai to Cochin (3 adults+ 1 child) and Cochin to Mumbai (1 adult) on makemytrip.com. Booking date was 5th October 2021 and travel date is 9th October 2021. Both bookings were made opting for 'zero cancellation' penalty offer, paying the additional charges. On 10th October, when I tried to cancel my bookings, the site is showing an error message " something went wrong. sorry, we are unable to fetch the cancellation charges for this booking. please connect with our customer service team''. When I tried to contact customer service, there was no human customer service agents but only automated messages and the support system promptly provided me a link to cancel. However the link was not helpful as it showed up the same above error message. I have tried to contact airline but they said only partial refund is available. I am not able to able to contact any human support agents of makemytrip or a platform to register a complaint. I feel like cheated. I request support from consumer complaints forum.

                              On 21-Jan-20, I booked two international tickets (for me & my wife) on Makemytrip (“MMT”) website from Mumbai to Denver (USA) on British Airways (“BA”) departing on 3rd May, 2020 and return on 27th July, 2020. However, due to Covid-19 pandemic my both flights were cancelled by BA as there was a lock down period declared in India. I requested MMT to keep my tickets open which I can use it later on. On 3-Jun-2020, I received an email from MMT stating that the airline has kept my booking open and has issued two credit vouchers which I can use them within 12 months. However, the pandemic continued for more than a year. In between I asked for refund on MMT’s website three times and every time I got automated response that the request has been sent to BA and the status will be updated within 40 days but I neither got refund nor any reply from MMT or BA. After making several calls to MMT, I received another email from MMT on 30-Oct-20 stating the credit voucher numbers and extending the validity of vouchers till 31-Apr-2022. I trusted this email and waited patiently to use my voucher recently when British Airways started flying from India. On 23-Sep-21, I contacted MMT customer care and asked if I can use the credit vouchers for my future ticket on the same sector with BA. The officer told me that I can use these vouchers on BA’s website. When I tried using these vouchers on the same day, the BA’s website did not accept these vouchers under ‘E-Voucher/Promotion Code’ option. I immediately called BA and to my surprise, I was told by BA officer that there is no such credit voucher issued by them. She politely told me that I need to get this sorted out with MMT. On 26-Sep-21, I again called MMT officer, and he was in denial that the vouchers cannot be used on BA’s website. I requested MMT officer to contact BA’s office and confirm to me while I was on the call with him. He finally agreed to sort out the issue with BA. I requested to update the status on their portal or send me an email confirming our conversation, but he refused stating that there is no need for email. Meantime, on 27-Oct-21, I received another email from MMT stating the same about using Credit Vouchers on BA’s website and requesting me to send a screenshot of error on BA’s website which I did on 4-Oct-21. After several calls and follow up since last 10 days, I have been only given assurance that the matter is still under investigation, and someone will call me within 48 hours. However, no one called me. In fact, during 2nd and 3rd oct, 21, I received over 10 blank calls from MMT showing their supremacy. Now I am of suspicion that the credit vouchers issued by MMT were fake and never issued by BA and BA is covering them as well. I kindly request your help to resolve the issue with MMT and arrange to issue either valid credit vouchers or refund of my tickets.

                                I have been struggling with the cancellation of my ticket for a long time and when I reached out to makemytrip customer care, there was no option to talk to your agent.

                                Cannot be done online since cancellation is within 24 hrs of booking and need full refund instead of standard refund showing on your website. I have been a long time customer with MMT and it's a shame to get such bad customer response.

                                  I tried booking flight tickets from Ranchi to Kolkata on 5th October 2021. The booking failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I did not receive any message regarding the same.

                                    There’s no option i can contact them, tried several time but no luck .

                                      I was booking tickets from this airline regularly. But about 2 months back some how I am not able to book tickets. the page upto selecting seats and food appears but after that there is no button to go to next page or refresh. This has resulted in me trying other sites.
