Hello,

My name is Manish Gupta this is my email id - [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is -[protected]

I am facing issue with the redemption of my voucher from last 15 days I have contacted many times firstly my wallet balance of ₹5000 shows 0 which I have not used when I have contacted you first representative name miss Vanshika told me that she will escalate this issue and provide me this Reference No. NH[protected] for my voucher.
And told me that I need to send this number to your loyality team.

Then miss Manisha contacted me and told me that the voucher will be update for 10 days and not provide any mpin number so I can redeem the voucher .
Then Mr. Chandan contact me and told me that he will provide me mpin with in 10 minutes and no one contact me with mpin and now I am not able to redeem my voucher and 4 days are gone I have to plan a trip and your company continuously harrassing me this is very ridiculous behavior of your company and now I will sue your company and I will share this case all the social media and you know what is the power of social media.

    Booking ID: NL[protected]

    We are unable to travel as one family member is tested positive for Covid-19.
    Have forwarded the medical documents for their reference as well.
    MMT has notified the airlines and the airlines have already processed the refunds to the agency but the agency (MMT) is playing along by just sending generic templates.
    I tried calling customer care, they only saw we will get back to you.
    Have written multiple emails but no response
    Very disappointed with the customer service.
    These are the difficult times wherein MMT has to be courteous and helpful towards their customers instead of sucking our hard-earned money.

      Hi, i had filed for a ticket refund 2 weeks ago however i have still not got it .. i have tried calling them a couple of times but there is absolutely no response/. this is very raw after sale customer service

        Date of incident: 23rd Oct 2021

        Register Mobile number: first ticket booked on [protected], second ticket booked on [protected].

        Description:
        i have booked 2 ticket from Make my trip and i have paid for same after that i got 2 ticket with same booking Id. so when i am checking for 2nd booking it is not showing any details and we are unable to check that it is confirmed or cancel.

            I canceled my train ticket on 13 October 2021 because I had a seat available on another train and it has been 13 days since I canceled the ticket and I still have not got my money back. I have to find my money back as soon as possible. Hopefully

              One of the worst experience in booking hotels through make my trip, after paying it shows as booking failed, but refund not yet rcvd, no proper customer care assistance as well, very worst cheating consumers a lot

                Sirs
                I just completed my trip Kolkata to Ahmedabad today, 25th Oct 2021.
                My pre booked sandwiches 2 nos were not served. The cabin crew said it is not mentioned in boarding passes.
                I am attaching my booking details & boarding passes for reference.
                Please arrange to refund the amount of Rs 846/- for not serving me the meal I pre booked.

                I contacted makeMytrip customer care through phone . They refused to extend the validity of my pre-booked meal coupon and also denied to refund the amount.
                Kindly take up the matter with makeMytrip to ensure my refund.

                  I was booking 2 tickets for 7th Nov 12:00 noon indigo flight for HYD to LKO on October 25th at approximately 9:30 - 9:40 PM, payment of Rs 11894/- got deducted from my ICIC bank credit card but MMT shows payment failed and ticket did not confirm.

                  I tried to reach all the customer care number listed on MMT site but very disappointing that its all automated there is no options to talk with customer care for such failed transactions / money deducted.

                  Request for immediate help in refunding my money - 11894 Rs to my account.

                    Hello team,
                    It's an enquiry on my international flight refund status.
                    Details below:-

                    Itinerary Mumbai to Cairo
                    Date of journey 14th of September
                    Date of cancellation- 13th September
                    Booking id- NN[protected]
                    REFUND amount 24, 792
                    Refund application no.- [protected] for [protected]

                    Your website states that refunds are processed in 7-10 working days.
                    And my refund date is showing March 2022.

                    I am wondering why would airlines keep a customer's money for 6 months.

                    No company in the world has a rule like this and I want to raise my concerns on the same please.

                    If possible please forward my mail to the concerned team or refund department so I can talk to someone who could solve this query.

                      Hello. The situation here is that the amount of approximate 18000 rupees was deducted but the booking was never confirmed.

                      We have a proof of the failed transaction and the bank statement for the same, but the customer service failed to revert despite our many calls.

                        I have booked an railway ticket from GAYA JN to Tundla Train on 24th oct 2021 through Make my trip which got cancelled as IRCTC account password was throwing an error but the amount got deducted by make my trip and there was an option to refund it to make my trip wallet and i choose
                        wallet instead of source account from where i made the transaction.

                        I have contacted Make my trip India many times via call but couldn't connect to any support executive since there was no option to connect to the support executive. please look into this issue ASAP and refund back the money into the wallet

                          I had tried booking return flights from Bombay to Delhi (6th Nov to 15th Nov) 7 days ago i.e. on 19th Oct at 12:05 am.

                          The sum total of the debit card transaction was 11, 427₹ which got debited from my account however, the booking failed.
                          My app doesn’t show any bookings neither did I get a mail or any confirmation text from MMT. My app history is blank too.

                          However, I got the debit message from my bank. Upon contacting the bank, I found out the transaction is successful from the bank’s end.

                          It’s been almost 7 days and I haven’t been refunded the money.
                          I tried calling the helpline but there’s no way I can enquire regarding this. I had dropped a mail too which garnered no appropriate response.

                          Listing the transaction ID below as appearing in my bank statement:

                            We booked 3 connections

                            Mumbai - raipur 12.55
                            Raipur. - Delhi. 20.05
                            Delhi - Mumbai 17.25

                            We booked fliggt as kept meeting with some big dignitaries

                            Raipur flight delayed for 1-30 min & will reach raipur at 5.00 may be late
                            How i can complete my meeting & catch delhi flight

                            If i miss again i have to stay in Raipur & go delhi Tomorrow. So again Time issue.

                            Indigo staff rejected my request & i am forced to cancel my raipur meeting & wait on airport to catch night filet to atleast go for 1 meeting in Delhi,

                            For accuracy we are going to INDIGO. But from now on we try other airline & blacklist Indigo as this is my 2nd bad experience which i can not accept

                              I have booked a room at Temple In, Trichy, Tamilnadu on 23rd October 2021 for my friend. I have paid the rent too. Later I came to know that the particular address of the hotel is fake. I have called Temple In in Srirangam and found their other premise is closed long back and informed to your organization. Now I have paid all the rent for the fake hotel listed on your website. So consider the situation, refund the booking amount. The booking details were given below

                                3 Tickets were booked for Air travel from New Delhi to Hyderabad on Indigo Airlines for 3rd April 2020. Flights were cancelled due to lockdown and ticekts were cancelled on 7th Nov 2020. Indigo says that they have done the refund of Rs 9602/- but MMT has not yet refunded the money in my account. I have registered many complainst but no action yet by MMT to refund the money in my credit card account or saving account. Details are as :

                                  I have booked for lower berth seats, and was given side lower berth and Lower berth while Booking the seat and was confirmed, lucky I have taken a screenshot of the same, I recently got a sms o[censored]pper berth and side lower berth, why is this happening? This has happened many times before, I had no proof to prove, now I do, you show something and give something else?

                                    I booked kolkata to jaipur flight on 21/09/21 from makemytrip website for dated 09/10/21 with booking id NF[protected].but unfortunately the flight was cancelled and the refund amount of Rs.26321 has been processed with arn no.30006212921291161097178.It was schedulled to be credited in my pnb bank accound by 18/10/21.but till date no refund is credited in my bank account.

                                      I was booking a hotel from MakeMyTrip around 3:30pm on 23/10/21 the money got deducted but I didn’t get any confirmation email or message even on MakeMyTrip app no booking is showing it is not even showing that the booking has been failed I tried to contact on customer care but I found no executive to help me I paid Rs.7887 I need my refund

                                        To day if web checked in for my MMT booking id NF[protected] through MMT mobile app and i have completed the process and Rs 480.00has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received the Boarding Pass neither through email nor through you whatsup.

                                        Please look in the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest
