Refund arrangements

I 'm advised to raise refund request from the singapore airline as the flights were cancelled by the airlines. I'm forwarding the email in conversation with singapore airlines. Kindly refer to the following and do the needful.

Pl note that flight-6e-5317 booked from bom-lko - ccu (Calcutta) dated 20th july 2020 at 13:55 hrs with pnr-xnu6k passenger name ramkrishna santra has been cancelled. As per indigo booking desk, indigo has already refunded to you. So thereby arrange to redeposit the amount rs 7529 to acc - n. O[protected] for the same at the earliest.
Your reply is highly appreciated.
Surprisingly complaint has cancelled by mr vishal with out any action and no refund. Ticket n. O-[protected] link provided is not activative.

    Hi,
    i've done flight booking on make my trip web portal dated on 13'th July 2020.
    Below is the flight details:
    Indigo Flight 6E-759
    MMT Booking id.:NF[protected]
    From DEL (10:05) to MAA (13:05) on 19'th July 2020
    Total Amount paid: 8668/

    During payment of the booking, amount got deducted but i did't got the PNR number of the flight. it was showing that booking got failed.
    even i got mail for the same as my booking got failed and refund for the amount of 8668/ will be processed within 25-30 days.
    but today even after 53 days of the failed booking my refund amount is not getting processed.
    i've mailed to MMT support but no reply and also no body is picking the phone on the contact details given on the website.
    Kindly help in resolving the issue and to get back my refund amount of 8668/.

      We have booked flight ticket through Makemytrip for travelling to chennai to tokyo and return on 30 September, 2020 and 11 October, 2020. However, due to ongoing pandemic the airline has cancelled flight. However, the travel agent is no mode of reaching makemytrip to know status of my flight ticket and when i can expect refund for my ticket as the issue is with the airlines.

      Despite repeated calls on their number it is redirecting only to automated calls and also there are no responses on their website other than autobot.

        My booking id is nf[protected].
        Even after complaining many number of times i have not received full refund. There isn’t any option of call back or refund on their tollfree number options. Just automated options are there.
        Moreover, on their app in my trip section its just automated myra responses who doesn’t respond to what we actually want. There is no complain section on their website or app.
        I don’t know how to take money back from them when airlines have refunded fully to makemytrip. Money get stuck with them for months.

                I have booked the flight to germany for my in laws on april 2020 and return to india on june 2020. The flights were cancelled by airlines because of corona. I am trying to follow up for the past 5 months, no status update and can not communicate to anyone. I have paid 95 thousand rupees and so far no updates regarding the money and on the refund.

                  Dear sir
                  Followings are the booking id for which indigo has refunded but the refund amount still not credited to me or showing in my make mytrip wallet

                  1. Pnr no. Ym2qmt, make my trip booking id: nf[protected]
                  Refund amount rs.2962 due to change of date.
                  2. Pnr no: ydm6nb, make mytrip booking id :nf[protected]
                  Refund amount rs.24057/- due to flight cancelled by airlines

                  Both the amount i have not received. There is neither call centre of mmt some nonsense ivr response reply received thats not working foolish. I will stop using makemy trip platform further.

                    I booked the ticket for 8th july which was cancelled by airlines. I talked with airlines and told tghem to initiate the refund. They initiated the refund on 7th july. Now make my trip has not provided it back to me. They are not replying on calls or emails. Also not letting me raise the request on chat. Chat bot says your request is already exists. But there is no update on it from more than a month now. I request you to get in touch with them and provide the update. Thank you!

                      We had booked tickets for travel to male from mumbai during april 1st week which got cancelled due to the covid lockdown.
                      While the airlines had initiated the refund long back, mmt chose to sit on it till customer action was initiated which in itself is unethical and basically a way of earning from the interest.

                      Besides, once the refund is initiated there are varying refund amounts appearing at different places and the actual amount refunded being much less than what is applicable.

                      The total amount paid to mmt for the booking was rs 49, 516/- as shown in ticket below. However, as of now only rs 44, 900 /- has been refunded while there is no sign of the balance rs 4, 616/-. Also, the amount is different on the website and on the email break-up received.

                      Also, there is no direct line to customer support to get an explanation of this weird payment mechanism and calculation. These are very unfair and opaque business practices and should not be encouraged and such corporations should be penalized

                      Resolve at the earliest.

                        I have been mmt customer for long and has subscribed to mmt black service last year, my mobile number is +91 [protected] and my mmt account is also using this number. Under this, i had earner inr 7500 mmt black cash around march 2020. This i could not use as all flights and hotel booking and travel stopeed. Now i have learnt that this mmt black cash has expired as the validity period got over in july. I think this is extremely unfair in view of no-travel/hotel bookings were feasible during the covid times. May i request you reinstate this mmt cash against my account which i earned by spending on mmt site. This gesture from mmt would instill faith in loyal customer like me.

                          Hi sir,

                          I have booked a flight for 25th july, 2020 through makemytrip (Indigo airline) using my credit shell and extra money through credit card. Due to covid 19, my flight got cancelled and i requested for refund on 24th july for the same. Now, it's been 1 months my refund request has not been processed.
                          I have reached out to makemytrip customer care 2 times. First time when i have reached, they told me that your refund request has been raised and in 15 days you will get your refund amount in your account and regarding credit shell amount, we will provide you option to use it in your further booking through makemytrip.
                          After 15 days when i have called them they didn't even started my refund request. They told we are now taking your request in higher priority and it will be resolved in 48 hrs. After 48 hrs one of makemytrip customer care guy reached to me he told that we have taken your request in higher priority and we have submit the refund request to your bank, it will be get credited to your account in 5 days and regarding credit shell we have also sent the mail to airline and it will take 15 days to get process from the airline end. When i have asked him i have raised the request 15 days back only then why you need again 15 days? What you people have did in earlier 15 days and regarding contacting to airline i have reached out to indigo 2 times and they are saying they have processed the request very long back there is nothing left from their side and they have given me even the reference number for the same. But he keep on saying it is pending for airline. At the end i agreed to wait 15 more days. Now it's been more than 15 days, neither my amount got credited to my account neither they have enabled the option to use the credit shell amount. Now whenever i am calling, i'm hearing their computerized message "due to covid 19, airlines are not refunding the money instead they are providing credit shell once it will be processed from airline, you will get the option to reschedule your flight".

                            I booked a flight to berlin on[protected] through make my trip with booking id as nn[protected]. The booking was cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic and my refund was under process. The total amount paid by me was rs. 18635/-. I tried to contact mmt several times but could not their customer care is not responding and also they are not answering any email. I have sent number of emails to them and also posted a google review but till date i have not received my refund.
                            On[protected], i also contacted my airline through phone, i. E. Qatar airways, about my booking and after checking my booking details, one of their executive, mr. Bargav, has confirmed me that qatar airways had already refunded my entire amount and i need to contact the travel agent which is make my trip to confirm about the refund against my booking. Whereas mmt is just reflecting a message in that "the airline has assured that your booking amount is safe which can be used for a new booking with same airline, subject to paying any additional extra fare for the new travel dates and such other terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the airline" which is not true since the airline has already refunded my amount to the travel agent due to which my booking details is not stored in their portal and i have also received an email communication from the airline.
                            More than 5 months have already passed but i am still struggling for my refund as mmt is not reverting to any of my query.
                            Please support as i am worried about my total amount paid for my booking.

                              I have cancelled a flight from mmt and they were supposed to refund me Rs.1678, but till now I haven't received any refund. They were supposed to reflect it in my credit card but when I checked my credit card statement I haven't received the refund and according to them (as shown by their website) they have reflected in my account but till now I haven't received it. I had many a times tried to contact them but they always redirect me to their website. Therefore I request you to please process my refund as soon as possible. They could help us a lot in this period of lockdown. Therefore I am here attaching all the details of the tickets and some screenshot.

                                  Airline has cancelled the flight and refunded full amount but MMT has deducted 560 from that amount. In this pandemic time MMT is harassing customers like this. When airline has not deducted any amount and refunded it fully why MMT is deducting customer's hard earned money. They have illegally charging customers.

                                    I had booked a flight ticket to travel from bangalore to chennai on 01.06.2020 through make my trip travel agency. Ticket pnr is w3lpz, booked in air acia flight no.15 346 for me and my wife at a cost of rs.6735/- but the flight was cancelled by the air asia. I have received a message from air asia on 30.05.2020 regarding cancellation of this flight service and requested me to choose one among the two options to settle my amount. I had choose an option that 'full credit account' which will be valid for 730 days'.
                                    Yesterday (25.08.2020), i requested air asia to book a ticket from chennai to bangalore using the amount available in that credit account, through online. But the air asia informed me to approach the travel agency, as i had booked my ticket through make my trip travel agency.
                                    Then i contacted the make my trip travel agency to book a ticket from the amount available with them through online but there is no proper response from this travel agency. Hence i kindly request you to take necessary action to solve my problem.
