I had booked a flight for my Father from Kannur to Jaipur through makemytrip on 02 jul 20 in GO AIR(Go Air 368 CNN JAI 19-Jul-2020).
However a week prior to the journey as part of preliminary checks I called up the Airport and to my surprise they told me that all GO AIR flights had stopped departing from Kannur airport.
After this I logged on to GO AIR site where it showed that the Flight had been cancelled, makemytrip showed flight on schedule though.
I tried contacting customer care of makemytrip and GO AIR but no one answered.
After the date of the journey I waited for reimbursement of the money at least, however no reimbursement came neither did makemytrip nor GO AIR respond to our continuous queries.
My Dad is a veteran who is staying alone and had to undergo a lot of tension and trauma during this pandemic and this lack of response or concern from such a reputed site has left me in distress, not to mention the loss of self respect in front of my Father.

I have send multiple mails with my bank statement as well, no use at all.. Please help to get my refund

I have cancelled my trip directly by airlines. They confirmed me for full refund. But makemytrip not refunding my money.
I have mailed them and also sent the the refund confirmation mail send by airline vistara.
I have called them, mailed them & also chat with makemytrip many time but the are refunding my money.

Hi makemytrip team,

I have done a flight booking with makemytrip ref id (Mmt id :-nf[protected]) pnr no. Lbvtva (Goair) trip dated 25th aug 2020 (Mumbai to delhi).
I had cancelled the booking with airlines directly and for which i have been given full refund from airlines (Airlines refund email attached), but when i checked the refund request status with makemytrip they have given me credit shell, would like to know more from you on this matter, as to why a credit shell has been given if airlines have given full refund to makemytrip.

Other sites with whom i had booked tickets for the same flight have already credited the refund into my account before 8 days. Would like makemytrip to take quick actions on this.

Also would suggest makemytrip to put option of talking to custom care executive on customer care no. As all flights and other booking sites have kept this option open, why makemytrip is taking luxury of not talking to customer directly.

Would like to get a revert on this asap.

As checked we have already raised your credit voucher reversal request into refund and it will take 5+3 working days and refund would be reflect in your same bank account.

Airline refunded long back but MakeMyTrip is ready to return even after tons of mails and reminder

Full refund for cancelled flight was processed and refund amount was scheduled to be received by 04 Sept 2020. Helpline number to speak to customer executive is not available. Despite multiple email, nothing has been done.

I had booked return flight from delhi to kathmandu, booking id - nn[protected]. The flight was cancelled due to national lockdown.
I have contacted the airlines indigo and they have given complete refund to make my trip about a month ago. If that is the case why has my money not been refunded to me as yet by your company.

You have not even cared to inform me that the money has been refunded by the airlines and repeated attempts to contact you on your customer care numbers have been futile.

It is surprising that even after the whole country has returned to work makemytrip customer care executives are not taking calls under the garb of covid pandemic. All we get is the automated response system which never works.
This is not how a tech company is supposed to work.
Please refund my money asap.

Today i have booked a return flight from delhi to bangalore on 25th and 11th oct (Return) and just after transaction, the page went blank and it showed an error. The transaction has taken place and the amount of 11400 has been debited from my account while i have not received any flight ticket and no confirmation. I want my refund back immediately so that i can book the flights again asap.
Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

I had booked tickets thru you for my father subramanian vaidyanathan and for my mother vijayalakshmi subramanian on air-india flight ai-569 on 26th march 2020 from chennai to mumbai as well their return from mumbai to chennai on 28th march 2020 by flight ai-94.

As the lockdown was announced and all the domestic flights were not to be operated from 22nd march 2020, i had cancelled the bookings fearing no show penalty on the tickets.

Now, the refund question comes up as there were no flights operated by air india on those specified routes on those specified routes. I am sure air-india would have credited you with the amount paid by me but you haven't yet refunded the same to me till now.

The pnr numbers for the onward journey is zcnzb and for the return journey is j751t.

On[protected], two tickets were booked from new delhi to boston (Usa) with booking id nn[protected].

Due to covid, the flights were cancelled. Makemytrip subsequently changed the schedule, which also was cancelled. I had wanted refund. Refund is refused by the makemytrip, who say that a voucher of equivalent amount would be given.

However, nothing is forthcoming from makemytrip so far

My flight with go air booked under pnr no f2eujl did not operated on 23 of march 2020. Go air informed me that refund has been given to make my trip but mmt has not credited the amount to my account.
Make my trip cannot be contacted over mail or telephone numbers. All the telephone numbers mentioned by make my trip is automated where we receive no response even after waiting for even for 1 hrs.

Please look into and and help me to get the refund.

Now we are in the month of september, its been almost 4 months since i have requested for a refund and i still haven't got my refund. Make my trip got money from my airlines but they are not refunding the money to me and they are cheating me.
