I am a long associated customer to make my trip since last 4-5 years and still feel that make my trip is the one of the most reliable option to book my travels.

Recently, i had a family trip planned for june’20 which from make my trip end was cancelled in view of current pandemic of covid-19. Since the things are still not normal, i had request for a 100 % refund of my amount from customer care executive and mr. Nishan rai & mr. Abhsihek sharma had been following up the issues, but none to my satisfaction has offered a refund, instead partial value vouchers are being offered for future travels.
As emphasized earlier also to make my trip team regarding future travel voucher, this is to get to your acknowledgement again that seeing the current situation and inclusion of senior citizens in trip we are very unsure of any future travels and the future travel voucher seems to be an option we can’t really use & settle for.
Had it been a cancellation from our end, would have definitely cooperated as per your policies, since this is cancellation from your end whatever be the circumstances, by ethics of business we shouldn’t be charged a single rupee penalty at all. And, the advances you have made to your vendors is a business risk associated to your firm as the profits are, it’s not fair to pass on that risk to customers.
Since having a customer delight approach has been put aside by make my trip team after so much of mental agony caused already, i look forward to your intervention for resolution of the issue.
